I had placed an order No.[protected] on 26/04/2016 for Amul Full Cream Milk 500mi*2 for 30 days and Paid Rs.1296/- by Credit Card. Many times I have contacted through Mails and telephonically to 24x7fresh.in. But they not responding and till today I didn;t got the milk supply. This fraud company is dodging and making fool.

I have placed an order for milk subscription two days back.
I have already called 2 times to customer care regarding the order confirmation. Every time i was being told to wait for another few hours. This is the worst customer care service i have seen.

First i was being told that delivery would be started on 15-16-17 but it did not, then again they gave me fake promise to start delivery from 18-19-20 but again the same result.

I wrote them mails, made endless phone calls, tried reaching them on their facebook page also but those guys just delete my comment on their post and now they blocked me so that i am not able to contact them even on facebook.

It's not only me. If you visit their facebook page, you can see many people like me who are facing the same issue of being cheated by this fraud company - 24*7fresh.In

I have received the order only 9 days ( 3may to 11may).Everytime I call to follow up they either give me a new date for delivery. I need balance amount refunded to my aacount immediately without any further delay. Kindly help in processing my refund

I subscribed for milk but there is no updates form 24*7 fresh.
No customer care and no response, no update, no communication.

Either please call me other wise i am going file 420 case as well as Police Complaint against them .. and please close this nonsense things on your website and stop taking payment.

you are doing wrong promise and taking people money with promise of giving service.

Please call and refund money back asap other wise ready for action.

My Father is an Advocate in Mumbai High Court so /I will not let oyu to eat my Hard work money.

I paid rs 1944 for 30 day milk subscription on 1st may. I was given false assurances that delivery would start on 5th may later changed to 16th may but no delivery was actually done. Company has stopped responding to emails and phone calls. After several attempts i managed to speak to one of the representative and on asking for refund he said its not possible and disconnected the phone. I believe this a fraud company. Pls help as i feel cheated and firmly believe that company has cheated lot of people like this.

I placed an order with id[protected] on 29/04/2016 for 30days. For that i paid online rs 1836/- for double tonned milk of amul brand but till today that is 20/05/2016 i haven't been able to get the above mentioned order. Now what should i do. Mind you i'm from cyber cell offence wing of crime branch government of india as you guys must be knowing that to what extent can we go as government has given us such a power so please and better mind your working. Or else dance to our tunes

I ordered from this site on 28th apr 2016 (Order id[protected] for amul 500 ml milk for 30 days of amount 513. The delivery was about to start from 5th may’16, but when i called them asking that the product was not delivered as scheduled, they told me that it will start from 8th may’16. I was so disappointed with their services and behavior that i made a request for my refund upon which they gave me a false assurance that they have cancelled the order and refund will be processed with 5 days also will get a mail regarding refund. But eventually it turned out against my expectation as when i call them regarding refund second time, they said the order is not cancelled yet and so they are cancel the order this time and i will get refund within 5 days. Again few days later, same thing happened upon which i talked to manager only, but that manager was no better than the others as he did the same thing what his others staff had done. According to me this company is fraud as it’s sole purpose is to acquire money from people and then give false assurance to everyone that they will get their refund or order will be processed soon, therefore contacting consumer forum so that i can get help and get my money back

Hi all, I am from bangalore . I subscribed for 1lt milk for 30 days and paid approx 1500rs 10 days back but still didn't got the delivery . On customer care number no one will reply properly. It's my request to all the customers to do unity any file a case in consumer court against 24/7fresh. So v shud get our money back and in near future other people should also not suffer d loss as v all have suffered.

I am forwarding my emails to 24x7 as hereunder:

I have subscribed milk subscription as per order no.[protected] on 02/05/2016, it was assured from your side that milk supply will start from 08/05/2016. However after 8th may, 2016, on further contracting to customer care department another excuse was given that due to system issues your milk supply will strat from 16/05/2016.

After that another date 18/05/2016 was given.

Today, the customer care executive has said that it will start from 21/05/2016.


Now please let me know the followings?

1. After paying whole money in advance, i have not received ant confirmation or email from your side.

2. Since 02/05/2016, i am continuously following you and no response from your side.

3. At your website the status of my order is still showing under process since 02/05/2016.

4. Is it a fair business practice?

In continuation to earlier mail, its sad to say that no information or answer received from your department in response to my email send to you on yesterday. Further on contracting customer care, the executive has given one more date i. E. 01/06/2016.


Please cancel my order & refund my money immediately.

Made payment of inr1539 on april 27, 2016 for a month's milk supply (In advance). Order id[protected]. Got a mail from company stating that supplies will commence from may 1/2or 3, 2016. From the date of payment i have made several phone calls. Evertime, company gives a new date. They have not reponded to even e-mails. It seems like a fraud. Made several phone calls to initiate even refunds. No action from company side. Highly irresponsible.

Order placed for double toned milk (4 litres everyday for 30 days) on 22 april, 2016. No delivery confirmation. Order delivery was supposed to start from 1 may, 2016. But till date (I. E 20 may, 2016), i have received the order only for 3 days. No replies to repeated mails (Except one). Calls either don't go through or are rudely disconnected in the middle of the conversation. Completely unacceptable behavior. I need the whole prepaid amount refunded to my account immediately without any further delay.

I had placed an order for 2kg amul milk on 2nd may in delhi. I never got an invoice for the order nor any confirmation with order id. Every time i call to follow up they either give me a new date for delivery, or don't answer the call. At any working hour in the day - the msg we get is our office is closed. Have written to them so many times for cancellation but no revert. Now i read a lot of customers have faced that issue. Pls get this resolved. Take strict action against them

Ordered for milk subscription for home at rohini. Delhi paid in advance on 8th jan. Still waiting for service. They have already postponed it so many times and still unable to start the service.

After calling them 100 times they all says we will take action nd refund the money nd give blah blah excuses but till now no action.

Its been 5 months now following them.

Even they have deactivated login id's nd not even bothered to restore nd same answer will do it shortly.

I had placed the order of milk on 29 april 2016 with mobile no [protected] and paid a sum of 648/- via paytm with my credit card on same day.
I receive the confirmation mail for start of milk supply confirming that my supply will start on 1, 2 or 3 of may 16. But till date it is not started. I called several time custumer care no but daily they are giving a new execuse for delay.
Finally the day come when i cancelled the order and asked for refund.
They promise me that i will get my money back with in week, but its going to be 2 weeks and i didnt get my refund back.
I againt tried to call custumer care several time but they are not ready to attend the call. I think i have only 1 option left that is to launch fir againt this company and put md behind the bar, like subroth roy sahara is...

My order no.[protected] dated 27/5/2016 amul milk not supplied by 24*7 fresh. I have phone to them several times also mailed to them. But i have not get delivery. I also mailed them my bank account details. Amount is ₹1296.00. What a bad service from 24*7 fresh. We all o[censored]s should register a complaint to police station and court. I am already proceed further from our mla.

I have placed the order on 5th may 2016, and date delivery was 16th May but again they changed the date to 20th May now if i call they say from 22nd May.

I always call Customer care number and this number does not work, even if they received wanted they disconnect the call and no one knows English to talk, then what type of Customer service is this ?

I would join with people who are ready to give a complaint to Police i will join with them to complain this 24*7 Fresh, this is Fake they are big cheaters.

i want my refund i don't want any products or delivery..

I had ordered for a 1 month subscription of Milk delivery in the month of Feb'16. The order was delivered for only 12 days and then there was no response from the team. I had asked for a refund which was confirmed to me by March end, and that too has not yet happened. I have written multiple emails for the refund of money and have not yet got a response from them.

Well, i had ordered on 29th april 2016, i was told it will start from 16 th may 2016. But nothing sort of happened. Since it was a prepaid order of rs 2052/-. Seems like my money is stuck and the customer care of them is useless. They ask to mail on cs.[protected]@gmail.com

I subscribed for 1 litre mother dairy toned milk for 30 days. Paid subscription rs.1026.00 in advance on 27th apr 16 but delivery not started yet. After my continuous follow up and several calls there is no respond from their side and also neither they picking phone nor replying to mails.
There is no option of cancellation or refund on website. I am feeling cheated. Please help.

I paid Rs 1350 for delivery of 1lt milk daily starting from 16th may, but no milk and no response for email or call.
They continuously send marketing emails but no response after order is placed, I checked online about the company and found its fraud company…wondering how the payment gateway companies are working with them when they are cheating from so long.
Please don’t place any order with them, also if anyone from Jagograhakjago or cybercrime or consumercomplaints team help us.
