Paid money for daily subscription of milk

So far they are not delivering milk .. no response from customer care.. need either milk or money return. I tried to reach them several times. Every time they are extending deadline by 2 days. Even approached in twitter, same phonemena in Twitter also. Tired of calling customer service. They don't speak english. How do i get money back now ?

Order ID :[protected]. My order was delivered from 22 feb to 13 march only 19 days instead of 31 days. I followed up via numerous emails, fb post but no response.
Moreover they blocked me from their FB site & never ever repspond to any emails.
Websites/Companys like this is spoiling name of e-commerce business & de motiving customers to transact or pay money in advance for such fraud services.
Highly intolerable & sad.

For subjected order number - 30 days supply of amul full cream milk, 500mlx2 i hv paid online rs.1350/- on 8.5.16. I got revert from 24x7 team that supply would start from 16/17/18. It is also confirmed that the delivery person will call before 16th n fix d date of supply. I hv been writting to them past 3-4 days but there is no revert. Customer care not bothered to acknowledge also. I m in mumbai n i doubt if 24x7 is really supplying in mumbai also. If someone can give me email id of ceo or md of the company then i shall convey this to them also.

I have paid rs.1404 to "24x7fresh.In" on 19th april, 2016 through paytm transaction no. [protected] for heritage milk. After few days on 25th april, 2016 i got a mail from as follows...

Today is 18th of may till date no product has supplied, i am asking for money back, the customer care email id and phone number both are not responding.
What should i do?
Is the company fake?

I placed the order for inr 3240 on 18th jan'16 but haven't received my product till today as on 18th may'16. Whenever i call the customer service in working hours, ivr says "office is currently closed", and sometimes they pick up the call but disconnect the call in between the conversation. Name of few executives are : amit kumar, love, rohit. They are neither providing the refund nor proper response.

I ordered 1 litre of Amul tonned milk on 29th April 2016 to get delivered from 1st May. But it never get delivered. On calling to customer care, they always provide some excuse and promise to start delivery in next 2-3 days.
This is completely a fraud company. Please don't place any order on this site.
I am now wondering how to recover my money been paid. :(

India police should look into such matter.

I have ordered 2 litres nandini milk for 30 days starting 1st may by paying rs. 1836/- vide order no.[protected]. I didn't get any delivery since 1st may.
I received a mail that it will start from 3/4/5 may. Later called to customer care they said that they will start from 16th may. Even today there is no response or delivery.
I called and mailed multiple times to return my money back but in vein. When calling to customer care today even at 3 pm, it says that their "office is closed"

I paid rs 585.00 advance, as per their order requirement, for supply of one litre amul toned milk daily for 15 days. The website said the supplies would start from 1st may. My order no is[protected] dated 23/04/2016.
After many reminders through email, i got my first supply on 16th may, without any prior notice. I got another 1 litre on 17th may. However, there was no supply today.
I have a prior arrangement with a shop who supplies me milk daily. I had to cancel my orders with him. Now i am left with no milk today and onward, till i make alternative arrangements.
I have been giving reminders to 24x7 to cancel my order and refund my balance, even before the delayed supplies started. I have repeated the cancel and refund request again today.

The above order is for supply of supply of amul toned 1500 ml milk x 30 days. Till now vendor has not started supply which is to be started by 2nd may.
Company is not responding till now to cancel the order and i have paid 1539.
Please check if they cancel the order and refund the amount at the earliest.
I think they do not have the capacity to supply and surprised to see they advertise aggressively.

They did not keep any option to cancel the order through their site, strange!

I had made a payment of rs2187 by my credit card on 18th april 2016 to the 24x7 fresh.In for daily supply of fresh amul tonned & full cream milk. The milk was to be supplied daily in the morning. I was not provided ith any receipt for the payment, i have my credit card statement showing the payment made to them.
On april 25 i received an email message from their customer care which is copied for your reference:

Having received no response to my mail of 1st may 1016 i again sent an email to their customer care on 9th may 2016 as under:

I am sorry to say that neither has your representative contact me as mentioned in your mail nor service for milk supply started to date. This is after the total amount has been paid for over one and half month. Your customer care tel number[protected] also does not respond after the initial message of recording the call for monitoring purpose.
This is the last time i am requesting you to start the milk supply or i will be forced to take necessary action.

I have not received any reply to my mails till today.
It is surprising that the company does not respond to the complaints even after taking the full amount for one months milk supply nor have started the milk supply!.

Request please take up the matter with the company and arrange to resolve the matter.

Hi, i've ordered for milk 2 packs (Nandini blue) and eggs over a month back. I did the online payment via paytm.

Though i got a mail that the supply will start from 2nd of may.. Today is 17th may and i did not receive anything so far. No one even picks the call.

Seems like a fraud company. Please refund my money back.

I have ordered for milk on 26.04.2016 vide order no.[protected], paying rs. 2, 322.00 through paytm. When i send them a mail on 27.04.2016 for knowing the status. Their customer care no[protected] is only working through ivr in which only msg is "welcome to 24x7" and after that it is disconnected. They have shown the address of noida sector 71 on their website. I have sent them a mail again today for refund of my amount.In earlier mail reply, they told that milk delivery will start maximum by 3rd may, but today 13 days passed away.
Kindly look in the matter on urgent basis.

I placed my order on 30th april (Order[protected] for milk subscription. I had paid rs 3213/- the monthly charges in advance through paytm. I was promised the milk supply will start on 02.05.2016 then changed date to 16/05/2016 when i asked them by calling on their customer care no.[protected] several times. No milk is delivered till date. I have been calling yesterday and again today, but no response from their customer support[protected]. They do not log any complaint, nor do they give any complaint number, neither do they escalate the call to their supervisor / manager upon customer insistence. They are not informing anything on email also. I have also done complaint against 24x7 @ paytm but no response is from there also even after 2 weeks of complaint.

24x7 fresh booked order #[protected] for delivery of milk for a month on april 16. But it was never delivered. I have called but they do not provide refund of Rs.2511 and telling different stories every time I call them. Daily i am calling from last 15 days and sent so many mails to cancel my order and refund, but they are not bothered to respond to e-mails and on phone just inform that your refund will be done and you will receive a confirmation e-mail, but one month over now still i have not received milk even one day nor refund. I subscribed / ordered on 18th april 2016 and did online payment of rs.918 (1 liter amul double tonned milk daily for 30 days).

Till today after lot of emails and call i got milk delivery for 4 days only (On 10th, 11th, 15th and 16th may 2016). Neither they are refunding my money nor they are responding to my call and email.

It seems only dead people are working and they do not deliver anything. Not picking phone and not responding to email.

Raising complaint here, if it does not work then will complaint in consumer court.

I was promised the milk suppl01/02/03.05.2016 then changed date to 16/05/2016. No milk was delivered. Looks like they are a complete fraud company...

With 24x7 fresh, subscribed for delivery of 2.5 ltr milk on 3rd feb 2016 and paid rs. 2622.

They stopped delivery after 3 days delivery. After many calls and many emails they promised of resuming the service of delivery but nothing happened.

On 9th march i asked for refund of the subscription and got a mail that it would be refunded within 10 days but as on 17th may 2016 (Even after 2 months and 1 week) i have not received my money back.
