I paid rs 585.00 advance, as per their order requirement, for supply of one litre amul toned milk daily for 15 days. The website said the supplies would start from 1st may. My order no is[protected] dated 23/04/2016.
After many reminders through email, i got my first supply on 16th may, without any prior notice. I got another 1 litre on 17th may. However, there was no supply today.
I have a prior arrangement with a shop who supplies me milk daily. I had to cancel my orders with him. Now i am left with no milk today and onward, till i make alternative arrangements.
I have been giving reminders to 24x7 to cancel my order and refund my balance, even before the delayed supplies started. I have repeated the cancel and refund request again today.
