The last mail I sent to them was on 7th May 2016, asking them to cancel the my order since 24x7fresh.in could not supply the milk, as promised.
The company 24x7fresh.in, appears more like a unresponsive company. They don't reply, or when contacted over phone they just disconnect the call. In order to stop innocent people being duped, a stringent action is required to be taken.
The last mail details, which I sent to them on 7th May 2016, reads as follows:
CANCELLATION OF MILK SUPPLY ORDER[protected] DT 19TH APRIL 2016
It is 18 days since I ordered the supply of milk, but even today order status shows "UNDER PROCESSING".
It appears, you don't have infrastructure to supply the milk, I really wonder why did you accept the order when you are not in a position to supply?
I have also requested you to cancel the said order vide my e-mails to you dated, 2nd May 2016 and 3rd May 2016, for which you have not replied.
In order to maintain long term business relations, you need to immediately cancel the said order and refund the amount paid to you in this regard.
Please cancel the order and refund the money paid to you through paytm VIDE PAYTM, REF [protected] immediately.

Loss of money
