I placed my order on 11th may and (Order #[protected] for milk subscription for my aged parents.. I had paid rs 1026/- the monthly charges in advance. I was promised the milk supply will start on 15th may.. No milk was delivered. I have been calling yesterday and again today, but no response from their customer support[protected]. They do not log any complaint, nor do they give any complaint number, neither do they escalate the call to their supervisor / manager upon customer insistence.

Looks like they are a complete fraud company.. Please refrain from ordering with them.

Is there any government agency that could arrest such fraudster online company and stop the duping o[censored]nsuspecting gullible customers, mainly senior citizens?

I placed my order on 16th feb 2016 and (order #[protected] for milk subscription.. I had paid (Rs 1539/-) the monthly charges already. Still I didn't get any services regarding till date... No communication from their end through call, message or mail regarding my order subscription. I had called to customer care number[protected] on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],
[protected],[protected], but still I am not getting any information. Also I e-mailed to 24x7fresh mail id for the refund on[protected],[protected],[protected].
I am requesting my money back but they ignoring every time. And their customer care guys are misbehaving while we ask them for the information. It’s a fraud company because it is run by the Fraud people.

I have paid for Milk Subscription on 9th April 2016 and still haven't got my Milk subscription started for delivery.
Even the calls and emails are not replied back.
I have paid 1026/- for Milk subscription of 30 days. I got mail confirmation from the company that my product delivery will start from 1st May but it didn't happen. I complained again to which they said that it will start from 16 May but it didn't started even on 16th May 2016. Its more than 37 days and now I just want my money back ...

I placed order with wide receipt no[protected] for 2 packets of mother dairy full cream milk to start from 15th may 2016. I did not receive any email regarding the order. I made a pre paid payment. I have called the customer service number -[protected] umpteen number of times from my registered number and it gets disconnected. I tried calling the customer service number from a different number and it got connected, however people just say that your delivery of stuff would start from tomorrow and disconnect. There is no confirmation or any complaint number which is being shared and people who responds to call are highly unprofessional and disconnect the call. This website seems to be fraud and they are extracting money from consumers and then do not provide services. Please help in crack down of this website.

On 9th May i paid Rs. 1134/- for Vijaya Milk (order id[protected] and Rs. 524/- for eggs (order id[protected]. till now there is no confirmation mail on when they can deliver. Also unable to reach their customer care phone number.

This a big eCommerce scam. many people from different places of india are facing the same problem. there are so many complaints filed in your website itself. can someone help so that more damage doesn't happen.

I want my money to the refunded.

The company who has promised to timely deliver the order has not completed the order till date. My order no. Is #[protected] and the no. Of days the delivery of milk has been done is 18 days out of 30 days.I have paid the money for 30 days. Please help in delivering the milk for rest of the 12 days so that the order is complete.

I ordered milk subscription in response to an e-mail message i received from this company. Since i am a senior citizen, i thought getting milk at door step at no extra cost would help. I paid in advance.

Now they are not responding to my queries. It is very frustrating. I think this is a blade company after now looking at so many customer complaints.

I hope the company would realize and at least refund the amount paid by me.

Still i am not get any call, message or mail regarding my milk subscription.

I have called to customer care number[protected] on 05/05/2016, 11/05/2016, and 13/05/2016 regarding cancellation of my milk subscription also i have send so many mails on [protected]@24x7fresh.In dated 05/05/2016, 12/05/2016 & 14/05/2016, but still i am not get any information.

I am requesting so many times regarding my money back but they ignoring every time.

Its a real fraud company. Guys don't order anything from this site, it is run by the fraud people.

Now i am planning to put fir against them

I had given an order for milk delivery on 28/4/16 and was given the delivery time for 01/05/16 my order number is[protected] and the amount is 1539/-
Despite of several calls and mails my order has not ben delivered and the amount is also not refunded.
They always say that we have a problem in delivery.
Then if asked for refund they make false excuse of having problems with credit card. PayU and paytm as well.
The company has only problems and nothing else.

These guys are thief. i gave them money 2 to 3 weeks before for 1 online subscription. they still have not started deliveries. There customer care is not replying to my requests to cancel order. These website dont have options to cancel placed order. I have mailed them min 10 times to cancle my order. but they dont listen to you and dont cancel your orders. this is a money eating company who is doing fraud. please help me get my money from this company.

I have subscribed Ikg Amul Toned milk on 28/4/16. i was told it will start from 2/5/16.But the same was not delivered and stated that will start from 5/5/16, again stated that it will start from 15th, then 16th and now 17th. further it was claimed that 10 % discount will be given and quoted Rs 524 per 500 ml but charged Rs1170/.

I have asked them to refund the same also but they now promised to start from tomorrow.

I had placed order for home delivery of Milk and Coconut water for 1 month and have done advance payment(Rs 1830/-) of the same.Order id:[protected]. Till date my service has not started, however at the time of booking i was told that the service will start in 3-4 working days.There is not even a single communication from their end and every time i call i get a new date.The customer care service is even worse.They just keep on extending dates and disconnect the phone in between the conversation. I need the refund of the money.

Ordered for milk subscription for home at Panduranganagar, Bangalore. Paid in advance before six months never received service after that. They have already postponed it thrice and executive naming RADHIKA confirmed to make the refund on Jan 26 through PayU. Never received the refund in spite of multiple follow ups.
Lastly on 05/May, executive naming Inder Sharma says they are facing some legal issues with PayU and hence the money cannot be refunded.

I am frustrated with multiple follow ups and want my money back now. This is worst experience I have ever had in any E-Comm portal.

I had ordered milk (order #[protected] on April 18th 2016, and since the order was never started even after 3rd May 2016, I had cancelled my order by phone and by email on 4th May 2016. Till date there is no response to my email and the money has not been refunded.

I have even tried to contact them through their facebook link, but there has been no response even to that.

Its a real fraud company. Please help me in getting my money back.

My order[protected] was to be started on 1 May but it started on 3 May and that too has not be coming from past 3 days.
I contacted the customer care but they donot have any information regarding the same and do not want to help too. Over the top they were very rude in their behaviour and disconnected the call in between. I want to cancel the order and want my money refunded.

Milk delivery ordered on 16th April 2016 still not started.Order no.[protected]. I have mailed and called many times but they never respond properly. This looks to me a fraud company. Also I have mailed their payment service provider Paytm but they haven't comeback yet. Please help me in getting refund of Rs. 1620 which I have paid. Also they told me due to payment issue they refund processing take time.

The last mail I sent to them was on 7th May 2016, asking them to cancel the my order since 24x7fresh.in could not supply the milk, as promised.
The company 24x7fresh.in, appears more like a unresponsive company. They don't reply, or when contacted over phone they just disconnect the call. In order to stop innocent people being duped, a stringent action is required to be taken.

The last mail details, which I sent to them on 7th May 2016, reads as follows:

CANCELLATION OF MILK SUPPLY ORDER[protected] DT 19TH APRIL 2016

It is 18 days since I ordered the supply of milk, but even today order status shows "UNDER PROCESSING".
It appears, you don't have infrastructure to supply the milk, I really wonder why did you accept the order when you are not in a position to supply?

I have also requested you to cancel the said order vide my e-mails to you dated, 2nd May 2016 and 3rd May 2016, for which you have not replied.

In order to maintain long term business relations, you need to immediately cancel the said order and refund the amount paid to you in this regard.

Please cancel the order and refund the money paid to you through paytm VIDE PAYTM, REF [protected] immediately.

I booked order on 11nth for grocery item and i paid 345 rs.. But no update from them till now, dropped mail to customer service as well but no response from them as well..

I am not sure are they fake company?? Who take money and do not deliver product.. There was no cod otherwise i would not have paid money to them

I have deposited around rs 4000 for 2 liter of tonned milk and 2 liter of full cream milk on 4th feb'16 vide order number[protected],[protected] &[protected].

They promised to delivery milk regularly but only after supplying the milk for 2 days they stopped delivering milk.
I have written to them a lot but all in vain. I even asked for refund of my money to which they turn a deaf ear initially but when i insist they said that they will deposit the money in my bank account but they didn't refund my money.
It is so much harassment to call them again and again and no one picks the phone and they don't even respond properly.
Even till date the delivery is not fulfilled.
Pls put these cheaters behind bars for cheating and fraud case.

Hi i ordered for nandini milk on 21st april, paid 918/-

Not yet delivered the milk till date and no response to my emails, when i call them, continuously they make us wait on phone and disconnects, or no proper reply about the delivery.

Please do not get trapped with this site, i am trying to get the refund from the third party and give police complaint on this fraud company
