Hi, this is reg order no.[protected] made on 07.04.2014 for milk subscription in Bangalore, paid full amount online via credit card. After waiting, calling and emailing for 2 weeks with no delivery, I asked for cancellation and refund, via both multiple emails and the few lucky times they answered their phone. After one month still no refund or response. Please take necessary action, block their still fuctioning webpage and face book so that othere are not cheated.

Hello dear,

I ordered milk subscription on 18th april'2016 vide order number #[protected] and when contacted them each customer service representative is telling different story.

Now they say that they will not deliver before 10th may'16. Please help me get back my money which i have paid.

I paid rs 513.00 against order no.[protected] dt 18.04.2016 for fresh milk on daily bases for a month.

Please save others not do the same mistake.

I have placed order for milk subscription on the website on 25th april 2016 . Order #[protected] and amount paid ₹1, 296.00

Order is still showing processing and there is no response from them. Called but number not working . Mailed them multiple times but no response.

I asked them to refund the amount, not refunding the amount as well


Simply cheating people.

Rder#[protected] for 2 liter mother dairy toned milk for which payment has made of rs2052 on 29th april.

There is no communication from 24*7 after recieveing the money.
They didn't start the milk from 1st may, when i called they said it shall get started from 6th may.
Again there was no communication from their end, so i called up on 5th may to be provided with a new date of 16th may.
But i insisted that i want this in e-mail, which they said they would be providing by 5th evening/ 6th morning.
Again after no-communication i called them up on 6th afternoon & said them to cancel the order.
But they couldn't provide any satisfactory response on refund rules, timeframe etc.

So i am lodging this complaint and through your medium shall like 24*7 fresh to refund the amount at the earliest.

I have placed order on this website for 30 day milk delievery on 28 december and I get the delievery of milk only once then after 1 month I call the company then they said that they have to cancell my order as the provide service in only delhi-ncr so they processed my refund of rupees 2052 but I only get the mail that I will get my refund in 8 to 9 working days but the amount is not reflected in my account till now. I have made so many calls to the company make so many complaints and mails but they only tell me to waut for the refund and now its more than 4 months but I do not get any refund and I call the company final time and they said that wait for this month also for refund. I never see such kind of service of any website as I do so many online transactions I even donot know what to do now. Please if anyone can help me for this issue.

Called many times to the number on the website . Low quality callers always say you will get the mail today or tomorrow. Got one phone call on 5th to confirm the delivery on 6th april. I said ok. The delivery boy came at 10am when i my time slot was 7-8 am

I ordered on 23 april and its 5th of may now i haven't received my order yet.
I already made the payment. They are bloody cheaters.
They don't pick up the call
No replies to the mails.

I have subscribed for milk delivery with order id[protected] but the delivery of milk not yet started.I had contacted their customer care centre several times but no proper response and they escape saying me to drop a mail.Even i had sent a mail requesting cancellation of order and refund of amount on 27th april 2016 but they never bothered to provide any resolution.So seek assistance through consumer forum.

I subscribed for milk of 2ltrs for 30 days paying 2052 inr as two transactions of 1026 at 13.04 on march 23 2016 and 1026 at 13.10 on march 23 2016, there website had problem, but they confirmed receiving payment for both and told will initiate delivery soon, eventually they told apr 1, then 4/5/6 april, then 18th april they told and finally they told 1st may 100% delivery will be made, now again no response and they are not mentioning anything, customer care doesnot receive calls, no mail response, same in facebook, i am irritated by their response and false promises and asked for refund, they are not responding to that also. I am feeling cheated. Plz help

I'd placed an order on 15th Apr for Nandini milk subscription. Was told the delivery would start on Apr'19, then Apr 23, then May 1st and now, no responses at all.
Calls to their listed phone are unanswered, mails also elicit no response.
Since they seem to be incapable of fulfilling the order, I desire a refund.

I ordered for Amul milk 1 month subcription and paid via Paytm Rs 648 on 29 April 16 with registered mobile No [protected].but till today i didnt get any milk supply from this fraudsters.i called custumer care no several times but didnt get proper response.they keep on extending the delivery date.i asked for refund but they keep on replying that your supply will start shortly.

Hello, I had booked for supply of milk by paying one month advance (4900), on January 31, 2016, however they are yet to begin, which I doubt they will. Called several times, mailed them, but no response. Initially was told that the delay was due logistic problem. No response from the given number now. What is more shocking is they still are continuing to collect payments and nobody is checking on them.

I have ordered for delivery of milk and made online payment against order no. #[protected]. After confirmation mail for accepting order they haven't started delivery of the ordered items.

Even after multiple followups over calls and emails, there is no response except false announcement.

I had mailed to them to refund my money but no reply/response.

There is no control to stop cyber crimes against 24x7fresh like companies and honest customers are being cheated by fraud people/companies. Though, this is a crime and provisioned to strict penalize and jail terms against those companies/people.

I had subscribed for milk delivery (Amul) on 28th april 2016 vide order no[protected] and paid rs.2700. 24x7fresh had offered 10% discount on deliveries and delivery was supposed to be started on 1st may 2016. There is no delivery till date, no one is picking up their helpline [protected] and no one is responding to complaints through website.
Please suggest how to cancel the order and get the money back.
It seems a fraud company.

I have placed the order on 22nd april 2016 for the supply of heritage milk and i got confirmation that supply will start from 1st may 2016. Supply of milk as promised didn't start. After the said date no response from customer care. I had sent two email to customer care email [protected]@24x7fresh.In.
I had requested to refund the amount. The company doesn't look genuine. Looking to resolve and get a refund.

I booked nandini milk subscription on april 30th delivery date starting 2nd may.

I have paid 540 rs for 15 days already but neither milk is delivered nor I am able to contact . Voice message says office closed, we will call you back.

It was written on the mail that someone will contact me for the delivery purpose but I never received any call.

I also sent a mail to @cs24x7fresh.in but no reply at all.

Looks like a spam company to me.

Please help get my money refunded.

Sir i am place a order for monthly milk subscription i am paid a rs of 4509 dated 27/4/2016 they show procesing order but dint deliver any order they are not response any reply of mail or call i make a payment though paytm wallet please please help me out sir im attach the confrmation bill by the company please check and contact me i am very thank full to you and hope only for you thanks

I have paid Rs. 1161 on dated 25.04.2016 for delivery of milk. The expected Delivery time is 01.05.2016. But i have not received any invoice for such payment and no body has communicate with me neither mail or nor phone. I have call the customer care many of time each person ( one name Mr. Akhil.) who attends the call tell me that they send the confirmation mail. But the have not send me any confirmation mail till the date. when i call today they said that they have extended the the expected delivery time from 01.05.2016 to 15/05/2016 without giving me any confirmation.

I have placed an order of milk and paid the money ahead of time, they started their service but with intermittent misses and later stopped service without any notice. They used lots of fake reasons stating delivery boy falling sick because of lack of winter uniforms and vendors have been changed and all nonsense but no result. Then they sent out mail telling delivery would start again after 11 march 16. But again there is no supply and also they have stopped picking phone and there is absolutely no response to email even to the mail i've sent threatening them of taking a legal action. These people have cheat us and a police complaint should be made against them.
