I have placed the order on 5th may 2016, and date delivery was 16th May but again they changed the date to 20th May now if i call they say from 22nd May. I always call Customer care number and this number does not work, even if they received wanted they disconnect the call and no one knows English to talk, then what type of Customer service is this ? Return the amount or supply the milk for 30 days, i have called customer care 10 times regarding this issues but wantedly they are disconnecting the call...

they Droped a mil say before June 20th 2016 they will start the service but till now no response to my mails.

Milk Delivery not done instead of full advance payment.
I had paid Rs 648.00 on 05/05/2016 for 500gms milk on daily delivery basis for a month. till now no response instead of regular complaints to their call center. They are fraud. i also gave a request to cancel my order & refund my money on their website but all in vain. how long do u take to return the amount... repay the amount at earliest or Complaint department kindly take serious action on this please.
it has been more then 2 months following with them no proper response even after sending number of mails, it irritating to type same stuff.
Hoping the department will take action on this and then mark as completed not before that.
