I purchased a tata photon maxi wifi from your e shop (www. tatadocomo. com). It was delivered after 2 days to my office address. After 3 days it got activated and I got an msg from docomo, u can plug and use it. While I plugging the device to my laptop it was not detecting at all. Then I complained to customer service and they send a technician from other agency, He also plugged it to my laptop and telling that it is a defective product, He told that it will be replaced and given a DOA Certificate- DOA no[protected]... I purchased a tata photon dongle, paying upfront for a period of 3 months. And i had requested for cancellation of the dongle after the e said period.
I receive SMS ( in june) stating that my services will be discontinued unless i pay an amount of 193 Rs. .
Subsequently services were discontinue on my dongle, and i am now receiving a bill of Rs 1000+, even after services were suspended !

As I know that I am going to consume more than 1800 mins, I checked with tata photon showroom people (Saibaba colony, Coimbatore) regarding the procedure to use the data more than my current plan. They told me to refill the pack by adding booster pack... My Tata Photon Max Wi Fi: [protected] has a 40GB unlimited plan. It was a plan they provided they started when they launched the device.
Due to the increase in the Max users over time they have discontinued the plan. However, existing customers were allowed to continue with the 40GB plan.

Fake promise given while selling tata photon max wifi, and with in two days 3gb gone and speed got reduced i asked the seller why the speed is not comming, for that she told me the scheme has ended and if you want you can avail nee scheme. I have been trapped they told me 6. 1 MBPs speed but got only 0... I fact I was fully satisfied with my Tata Photon with 3G speed, but for 4G I have replaced my TataPhoton dongle with Airetll. So its been disgusting and cheating to a customer. And now for this complaint I am fighting daily with Airtell Customer Care.
