connectivity issues in the Airtel network that I have switched 2 months back. Even whatsapp calls are dropping and there is delay in messaging service on whatsapp as well... internet data for NXT in Airtel. They cheating in this also... back on my prepaid airtel connection Rs. 550 for talktime.
Later I realised its totally a scam. Subsequent recharges never offered a simple validity extension. I was forced to buy a "unlimited calls + 1. 5 gb/day" deals only. When I buy this, where is the need for using up the talk time? So I was looking for options to use this talk time balance for my next recharge... complaint logged with Airtel we are not getting proper response and not even the escalation matrix from Airtel.
For last 4 Days the Broadband service we have hired from Airtel is not working and everyday based on our query they are generating a service request No with a ground level field Engineer Name and Number who is basically not able to provide the support because of some other issue and as a result we are not getting the Broadband Connectivity... The Airtel guys come to our colony every day, and when I spoke to them, they said, We'll take care of the registration, and we'll install it within a day of registration. And they did.
