I am using a Reliance Jalsa Plan on mobile No [protected], a post paid connection since Jan 2016. This Jun 2016 is bill wrong and customer care Mr Rajesh Singh (Spoke on 29/06/2017 at 5PM) is saying that you have taken any services (SAM Movies) of Rs 60/- whereas i didn't applied. Neither the service provider send any message to me... amount from 399 +tax (Jalsa plan) to a plan which would increase the benefits alongside decreasing the rental to 250 or such including tax.
The one thing that was never explained to me on that call was that i had to pay 4 months in advance later on i got a bill which crossed my credit limit on the 30/05/2017 naturally i had concerns so i did not pay as i was amused about the absurd charges... plan last month for Jalsa 499 where i was suppose to get unlimited calling, roaming free + 10 Gb 3G data but reliance executive changed my plan to RGSMARTLIFE499 and i have been additionally charged in my current bill. Sir i was using a jalsa unlimited plan_998 having benefits of 50% discount on rental with all outgoing and incoming free even while on roaming and free unlimited data of 2g. My number got activated on 12th of january 2016. I used this plan till[protected]. On 19 th january 2017 i got a message from reliance to upgrade the 2g sim to 4g without changing current plan... We had been offered jalsa plan with unlimited calling in india, free roaming incoming and 3gb 2g/3g/4g data @ rental of rs. 299 per month. I was having postpaid plan naming jalsa 998 in UP(E) in which i have been given facility o[censored]nlimited calling romaing and home network with 50% deduction in monthly rental. last month i got a service call from reliance customer care to avail a more beneficial plan with the same 50% discount in monthly rental facility... for plan change of Jalsa 299 (for above mentioned reliance number) which I had requested on 14th April 2017 and I was told that it will be activated in my next billing cycle ie 26th of every month.
