Acer India — the service provided for the laptop which has some issues since day 1.

The laptop has been bought on 30th april 2018. The laptop once has been shut down it wont start again. It costs a lot. The service provided us horrible. We cannot stand this anymore. The service centre named dolphin systems, thane has been accusing us for breaking the seal. We've been reaching out to all the call centres and helpline numbers and they have been giving us assurances that action will be taken since the laptop is still under warranty period. Kindly provide us some assistance. We've bought laptop before from your company. It is still working since 9 years! But this brand new laptop did not work even for 2 months.

Iam really very upset with your company ..the services provided are not at all good i fell very regretfull by purshaing the laptop of your company..iam, gonna advice people not to purchace the laptop of your compuny...as the laptop which i purchsed in the month of may is really a [censored]..afterr every 2 mnths there is some problem or the other.
