I have problem with my acer laptop for which i had 'call loged - 2500640i' on 12/11/2017. As aforsaid of company that the issue of my laptop is so easy and gave me address of sysnet service centre, vidyaniketan colony, aurangabad - 431001. On this address i submit laptop at same day but still they dont return it to me... There was a software issue in my laptop but they said to check hardware also and they opend my laptop... I visit 2 times... And more than 10 calls but they still didn't retun to me... The service centre is so ugly, dusty, and they do not work in well sense... This is very shamful... And ridiculous service centre i ever had seen... I am very shocked from this service... I wish that they will retun my laptop in good condition...

    I am nt able to charge my laptop through my new govt laptop. Though lappy s running good bt the adaptar is nt able to charge it. Whenevr it is connected to the charging point lappy doesnt show its working procedure. Evn the adaptor light dnt light up whenevr it is connected for charging. Its happening from the last 2 days since we have got it from govt. I

    Having white dots it has warranty also but the company saying that they are not responsible for the complaint . Techinian said it is because of pannel complaint most of the Acer laptop having it. What products ur selling in the market within 6 month I repaired 3 time . Don't buy Acer laptops

        Sorry to say but the Laptop of Acer and Aftersell service of Acer both are worst.

        #Acerlaptops Worst product with worst After sell service...
        I have bought Acer laptop 4 months back from #parakhelectronics MG road Nashik (India) for worth rupees 41000/-, at the time of purchase they have assured me for Acer product and after sale onsite services n all. #Acer products are so worst that after use of 20 days keyboard started giving problem and after a period of 3 months all the keys stop working I can't Even login to check drivers n all..
        After all this story I logged a complaint with Acer on its toll free no [protected] on 7th Oct 2017 site engineer visited at my place on 9th Oct 2017. As per their engineer Keyboard has to be replaced, reason for damage - "sir electronic saaman hai problem aata hai kabhi kabhi" cherry on top he was saying 3 months use kiya na ab warranty me repair kara lo...
        Means #Acer sell defective products and get it repair in warranty...
        Today is 25th Oct 2017 your service engineer came after 15 days with keypad and now he is saying sir your laptop's Mother board is gone we have to replace it. It clearly shows the quality of your product that within 4 months mother board got defected and need to replace. Acer is such a big cheater that You sell defective products in market and earn money from customers and defend your self on the basis of warranty.
        #acer is not concerned about their customers then why should we purchase #acer products.
        #Acer want explaination for this type of 3rd grade product and service to customers in such a competitive market.

        I want replacement of your laptop or want my money back else I have to move to consumer forum and file a complaint against Acer and the seller Parakh electronics Nashik. If needed I will take legal action for the redressal of my complaint.

          I have purchased an acer switch one laptop on 3rd may 2017 with windows 10 as the operating software. But sine the inception i am not able to use any ms office software and it shows to upgrade and purchase the new one. Why this problem happens? I have purchased this system on the assurance from the company that i can also get office suits with the computer.

            Service request closed without service, by tampering carbon copy of the service report. I have original!

            I have reported the problem with my acer laptop repeatedly to various levels despite the fact that acer executive identified the problem. However, acer executives denied service repeatedly stating warranty was over. How can it be a reason when the service request was raised during warranty? In fact they agreed their fault each time during call but no action later.

            Finally by tampering carbon copy of the service report they denied service. But i have unaltered original copy of service report

              Dear team,

              I had lock call on 23 jul 2017. Kindly find attached screenshot. Till date my call is pending.

              Your engineer visited site on 13 sep 2017 at 12:30 pm. He check the laptop and said i will order new battery for the same.

              Now around 13 days past, no reply or any communication from your side.

              Your partner company executive not provide proper answer to the customer query. They don't have proper status of the call. Most of the time they are argues with customer.

              Kindly solve my problem on priority basis. Call is pending from last two months.

              Engineer who had visited not even submitted customer copy of the service/visit report to me.

              Your engineer again visited my home for checking a laptop on 28 sep 2017.

              He said that within 3 to 4 days you will receive the battery.

              But still one week passed no one has contacted us for the same.

                My new laptop 4 mths old having problem in display, acer provide me a new display but the issue of black screen is nt resolved.. Customer care office takes my laptop keep 7-8 days and returned with same thing and told check it. Nothing issues resolved. My case id was 2386875i..                   I have purchased acer laptop lap acer ntr05-an515q-2rsi.002, s/n - nhq2rs10027290 on 28th of sept-17 from tej computer sainik market ranchi on 27th of sept-17, the mrp written on the box is rs.74999/ but he has charged rs.88200/- tej computer sainik market main road ranchi invoice no-tc/1718/04549, tej computer has purchased this item from acer distributer origin infotecl commerce tower main road ranchi @ rs.86950/ invoice no -00145 dtd 29th aug-17 charged rs.13201 / more than mrp. All the documents attached.
                  This is complete violation of consumer act and i have filed a complain in comsumer court ranchi jharkhand, also in national consumer help line with complain no-456089.
                  You need to componset the complete amount with penalty for violating the govt rules and cheating the customer.

                          one acer monitor was not working within warranty period

                          I invite your kind attention that, we bought a new monitor from your company on october 2016. Since 16/09/2017 the monitor is not working. So i registered my complaint through online on 18/09/2017 (Complaint register no 2427009i). They respond immediately, then the service man came on 20/09/2017 and replaced the monitor. At the time of replace the monitor i noticed that the new montor display is green in colour and one single white dotted...

                            The first laptop ordered on 4-apr-2017 via flipkart was a defective piece delivered with a software problem, flipkart got it replaced on 10-apr-17, the replaced laptop worked fine for 4 months now again having problem... I registered my complain on 15-sep-17 (Case id 2422445i), also personally went to acer service centre gurgaon, at first instance they said it is battery problem shall get it fixed by evening... Then in evening at the time of delivery they denied stating mother board is having problem... I am chasing for current status of my laptop now more than 10 days... Till date no update.. Called several times... Customer care and customer service centre of acer in gurgaon is pathetic... Please help

                              I bought acer one 10 tablet from dehradun in 2015 and little did i know that i'd made a real bad deal, the reasons are stated below:
                              Since day one, the tablet never worked properly and had to give time and again to the dealer for sorting the problem, who in turn never rendered satisfactory after sales service, as he knew we had to leave india after a month, he did only temporary repairs.
                              Then we relocated to kenya for 2 years, since there are no authorized service centres in kenya, in the span of 2 years, 4 times we had to send the tablet to india for proper fixing of the consistent problem, unfortunately it was in vain as they failed to find the permanent solution.
                              The recurring problem is that there is no external indication, as to charging of the tablet. No matter how much you charge, the battery always is low and it could not start. There is no problem with the battery, as told by the various specialists who checked the tablet.
                              Apparently, after reading the web feedback of the same model on various consumer forums, i found that this is inherent defect and lots of customers are facing the same problem worldwide, but their grievances, so far had never been addressed properly by the company.
                              As the product was not cheap, which can be used once (In my case i've not even used properly more than a week) and thrown thereafter. It costed me inr 22000/-, which is quite a money.
                              Hence i am looking forward for some solution, as to how to claim back my money from company as they did not agree to replace the defective piece given to me. Though i've emailed them my grievances, they are suggesting me to visit dealers referred by them, but i've done enough of my bit in running around, since the time i bought the tablet.
                              I'll really appreciate if i get refund or proper replacement of the same in good working condition.

                              We purchase some Acer laptop with ubuntu 16.04 with the wireless card with the wireless card (Qualcomm Atheros Device 0042 (rev 31). Its frequently disconnecting and packets are dropping.

                                  It is highly disappointing to see that a consumer company like acer does not take after sale service too seriously, even if the issue is highly escalated. As per aforesaid subject i have been following up for an issue faces since june 14, 2017 however after months of enormous follow-up an engineer visit was scheduled & it was confirmed that hard drive was also replaced and issue has been resolved.

                                  I was provided ok report as on august 14, 2017 by “cms it services private limited”, issue note – 46145 and ran no./call number[protected]

                                  Now, the first time when i am operating my notebook post issue resolution, i am again struggling the same. System is not being able to remain active for more than 15-20 minutes, post which screen blackouts. The only possible action is to power it off and then start again. This is heights of mental torture when i am just wasting my time & energy for getting this laptop rectified. Every time i have been promised that there will be no issue in future but i am still in the same standing. Let me know if the issue can be resolved once for and all or replace me with a new product. I am also escalating the same on consumer forum & on my twitter handle. Hoping this time the “customer service” will be taken on a serious note

                                    I bought an acer laptop i5 dated 17/06/2017, Invoice No.: N.PLA-2-1144, after one and half month my laptop display gone and showing black screen, but laptop is working external monitor, after first complained acer service center engineer comming my site and look it and found display screen is currupted, but he is not able to resolved my laptop display problem, he says if i am go personally to acer service center then hand to hand changed my laptop display screen. Next day i gone acer service center where i showed my laptop to engineer, after 10 or 20 minute my laptop return to me and engineer saying your display change now laptop is working ok.
                                    When I returned our home and i have worked on laptop 2 or 3 hours, my laptop display showed white line in center of display screen.
                                    Again I filed a complained acer service center. After complaint engineer came to my site and found display screen problem then he take a photo white line and screen serial no. also and says after two day i.e. saturday 12/08/2017 I changed your display screen. On saturday dated 12/08/2017 he came again and changed display but i check and see in below display screen white light arise i complained engineer but he says after some day automatically light problem solved otherwise you wait 10 or 15 days to come new display screen in my service center after that I have changed in new one.
                                    But I am not satisfied acer service, only one and half month acer laptop give this unexpected problem, I don't want it. It is possible to refund my money back or change new peice of laptop. Please help us.

                                      It's creat a lots of problem especially on hard drive and so regarding this on 31 july 2017 i lodge complaint having no. 2360261i then customer care executive said engineer will reach your home between 2 to 3 days till now no one came yet
                                      On 4 aug again i contact customer care executive said engineer will reach your home between 2 to 3 hours but no one reach home
                                      On 5 aug again also i contact service centre person said reach your home between 3 to 4 pm. But no one came yet.
                                      Sir my laptop is in under warranty, a week has passed but no service available by your employees. Thatswhy my work had stopped. It is very shameful that even till now we not get any call received from customer care engineer.
                                      Please solve the laptop problem as soon as possible.
                                      Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Battery issue is the mainproblem ഇൻ മൈ laptop have only got 45 minutes bacup
                                      I bought a new lap top aspire 575g with Linux and I crashed immediately after doing an update.
                                      I am very disappointed with service of acer. I have received worst service ever... I am suggesting to all please don't buy any acer product because product is worse and service is worst.
