I have made an order through adidas official website with order id number AIN01053327 the product was received on 9th of july and the product has reacehd the warehouse on 15th july despite almost more than 18 days they are claiming that the peoduct is undergoing quality checks and prolonging the refund for no reason. I have spent a lot of time and money waiitng for the same, I also requested the customer service to give over the proudct to the warehouse

I had ordered a pair of shoes from adidas.co.in ad due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas, the order was picked up by the courier partner the very next day I received an email from Adidas on July 16 2022, stating that the product has been received by them.Since it has been 16 days neither they tried to call me nor have they sent me an email, as the payment for ordered was in cash on delivery.They don't have my bank details either . Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

Hi I ordered 3 stripes tee tshirt from Adidas and I selected COD option. It was a bit large size to me so I decided to return it. I returned the product and it reached their warehouse after few days. Now they sent me a mail in which it was written that your refund will be highlighted in your account within 7 days. But they didn't asked me for my account details. I want to know what are they doing are they fooling me. Please help me out of this

I had originally returned 2 items from my AIN00697664 order. It was ordered and returned in April. After various phone calls and emails to the company, it’s clueless as to what they’re doing with it. They asked me to fill multiple bank details form as it was a COD. Every time I call it’s just plain fake promises regarding getting the refund this time around. It’s just annoying now.

30 July 2022 and they sent the shipping company to pick up the order again. I don’t understand how this makes sense. It’s terrible they sent the pickup for a order that was returned months ago and confirmed by the warehouse

It’s an amount of approx 3.75k and I really would like to take a legal action if adidas messes with small orders like these and still be carefree

I did ordered for slides and returned them still didn’t got refund but promised to refund within 48 hrs after the product reaches warehouse

My return was approved on 17th june but I still haven't received any information regarding the order.It is still showing that you will be refunded but it has been more than a month now. Your services had concluded that you will be refunded in maximum 14 days.
Please look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.

And i check online adidas store and his give 50 % discount

I had ordered 2 jackets from Adidas and one of them had a sizing issue while the other jacket came damaged along with the packaging, so I decided to return it on the 26th of June.After that i had even filled the refund form 2 times and have contacted the customer care service several times now.Still they tell me that the issue has been forwarded to their finance team and just give us an unsatisfactory response.It has been more that 3-4 weeks still the company hasn't been able to refund my total money of the two orders.Inspite of my product passing the quality check too.

This was not expected from such an esteemed brand like Adidas

I had ordered a Adidas T.shirt and it has not fitted to me so I have returned it and it has been returned to the warehouse it has been reached up and I received a quality check confirmation mail as wel but my money is not getting refunded Rs 720 Order no AIN01012704.. It has been more than a month still I have not been refunded please look over the matter and resolve it, otherwise I need to take help from consumer forum.

I had returned a pair of shoes as they did not fit me on 8th July 2022.

On 18th July, the order was returned successfully and I received an email saying I will get my refund in 7 days.

The adidas team has still not asked me for bank account details as the order was placed through cash on delivery.

I request adidas to refund my amount as soon as possible

On 14/7/2022 I ordered adidas shoes order no. AIN01094953 or (order[protected] which delivered me on 16/7/2022. I returned the shoes on 18/7/2022 because they were big for me. I paid amount 2279 on cash on delivery. Now it has been so many days they are not contacting me for bank account details so that I can get my refund as it was on cash on delivery. They are not sending me any email regarding this also. On their official site also there is no option so that I can enter my bank account related details. I have send them so many emails and calls but they are not responding.

I didn't received my refund yet. I already returned my product and still they are not processing my refund request.

I am very painic and puzzled for your behaviour because your team is not helping me my problem is last 60-65 days.

Today I purchased a shoe from adidas money has been debited from my account but didn't able to see my order

I had requested to adidas for a refund of the product which i purchased on first week of march which had a size issue, as the size was not matching with the picture they shown, (ORDER ID AIN[protected] and they accepted the refund and they asked us to submit the bank details for the same which i submitted soon after receiving the mail from adidas but BUT DIDNT RECEIVE THE REFUND TILL NOW ie, EVEN AFTER 1 MONTH!!, they told to submit the bank details once more, i questioned him by asking whether it will take another 14 days to get the refund, if i am resubmitting the bank details, he told never, its just to make the procedures quickly,
But it didn’t refunded,
My question is, as per my first submission of bank details itself the time to get my refund was already exceeded.

EVEN AFTER CONTINUOSLY MAILING TO ADIDAS (13 or OR 14 TIMES )WE ALWAYS RECEIVED THE SAME AUTOMATIC RESPONSE REGARDING THEIR APOLOGIES WHICH IS UTTER WASTE...YOUR MERE APOLOGY IS NOT THE SOLUTION FOR OUR PROBLEM...

NOW WE ARE PLANNING TO MOVE LEGALLY AGAINST ADIDAS FOR CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS

NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH TEAM ADIDAS, ALSO THE COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVES WHO ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS WITH ONE OR THE OTHER LIES

ONE MORE THING: SOME OF THE THE CUSTOMER CARE EXCECUTIVES ARE CHEATING AND MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FAKE MAIL ID’S, SAYING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT TO THIS ID AS WELL.. WE CONFIRMED THE ID WHICH THEY TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES FROM THEM

Adidas ultrafly m runing shoes, i give the order on flipcart offer price rs 577 after one day of successful order the product is canceled by the seller. I want my order in same price same offer.

I had ordered a pair of shoes, which were smaller so I had returned the same. Upon which I received a message that the refund was initiated. It's been over a month now.. and I've not received anything. This wait is quite unpleasant and tiresome.

Adidas has stated that I will get my refund within 14 days but it's been more than that and they still haven't refunded yet. I have sent 10 emails already to their email but no reply. Neither does the customer service number work.

I paid for my order using cash on delivery but still, they haven't asked for my bank details for the refund process.

I kindly request Adidas to start my refund process.
I did not expect this from such a big and reputed company.

I have returned the product many days before.the refund is not processed till now.No notification or details about it
Tried to call their customer care many times but not picked up till now.mailed them but there also no reply.The worst experience ever i had in my life.
