Dear Sir/ madam

This is with respect to my order ID : Order Number: AIN00597532 in the name of RITESH SEHGAL with registered mobile number as [protected] for which already i had submitted the mail for the return of the items as the items received by me are in FAULTY CONDITION and the same is accepted by your team and they have also initiated the refund of approx Rs 2500/- for which i received the mail on 29.06.2022 which states that the refund shall be processed within 15days

Unfortunately it is very sad that I still don't receive any refund amount till date despite repeated reminders to you telephonically on your customer care and also despite giving my BANK DETAILS for so many times as asked by your executive .

This is really frustrating for me that such a Big company renewed Worldwide is not been able to process my refund of Rs 2500/- for which i have already submitted bank details and contacted them for more than 10 times on their customer care number and everytime it has been assured by the customer care executive that you will get the refund within 14 working days or you will get a call from our seniors, but once again very sad to say that i didn't get any call from your senior executives nor i got my refund amount back, During my last call which was around 15 days back i will also assured that we will be crediting a voucher of Rs 1000/- in your mail as compensation and you will get the return in 14 working days . but i didn't get any of the above

You are once again requested that this ADIDAS is making me frustrated and you are requested to please return my refund amount in my bank account or provide me the a handsome amount of voucher which includes HARASSMENT compensation which is caused to me by ADIDAS

      This has reference to the order number AIN01251365, delivered on 14.08.2022, which I want to return due to the fit issue and initiated return on 23.08.2022.
      As I want to change pick up address wish to cancel return and re initiated the return.

      In this regard, during the pick up by agent, it was requested to cancel the return, the same was cancelled by the agent, but the same is not updated in the Adidas website for initiate the new return. And the same issue was raised on 25.08.2022 to [protected]@onlineshop.adidas.co.in and I was informed that, issue will be resolved in 4 days. How ever, even after the lapse of 13 days and several mails the same is yet to be resolved.

                A month before I've ordered a pair of Adidas by my Adidas app but due to some issues I had to return it.
                I bought those shoes on COD but when I returned those shoes I didn't fill my bank details.
                Now after a month my return is confirmed but I haven't got any refund yet.

                    I made a purchase of Rs 1000 from ADIDAS's app on 7 August 22 (7/8/22) through Cash on Delivery and received the parcel the following week. However, the item was a little too big on me so I immediately filed a return request. The item was picked up few days later, which was confirmed by a mail stating that the refund money will be initiated after quality check.
                    It's been almost a month now and there has been no further intimation.

                    They finally sent me a mail 2 days ago on 13/9/22 asking for my bank details and the money was refunded on 15/9/22.

                      I have ordered a pair of DURAMO SL SLIDES and then returned them on 7/8/2022. There is no option on their website/app to add bank details and no one is telling me how I will get my refund back . No one is replying to customer care no. and mails .

                        I have returned and filled my bank details in the required time (19.08.2022) to have my refund. It's been 15 days and i have not recieved any refund. Moreover after mailing once again, the adidas team have sent me a refund form to fill up my bank details again. This kind of casualty is highly unacceptable, I'm having major problems cause I'm a student and having several financial issues. My order id is AIN01256007. Hope, I'll get my refund in time.

                          I ordered a pair of Adidas Proxima shoes for the offer price of Rs 2499, on 14/06/2022, 10.40PM. The payment mode was COD.

                          Ordered via: Adidas iOS app
                          Order No.: AIN00904733

                          I subsequently returned the shoes because they were of the wrong size. After the return reached Adidas, I got an email asking me to fill in a form with my bank details for a refund. I immediately filled out the form. It has been more than a month since then. I am yet to receive the refund in my bank account.

                          I request Adidas to resolve this issue at the earliest and return the amount of Rs 2499 to me at the earliest.

                          Please find attached copies of the order info and the various emails I have received from and sent to Adidas customer support.

                              So I ordered a pair of shoes unfortunately they didn't fit me . So I returned them through them and I received an email that my product has successfully reached the warehouse and was also told that my money would be refunded. since I paid for it through cash on delivery I was told a email would come where we have to give our bank address to get the refund it's been almost a week and I didn't get any such email for Adidas or any kind of refund. Whenever I try to reach out for customer care they are always busy and I also tired to send them a email regarding the problem but there was no response

                                    To have your kind attention, I have bought Adidas shoes from Crown Plaza store (Shop No G- 42&43 Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Rd, near Sarai Chowk, Subash Nagar, Sector 35, Faridabad, Haryana 121003) dated March 9th '22, but they are not up to the desired quality and standard. We have been buying material for some years from the most reputed international brand but never encountered such a problem before then this time.

                                    Attached picture of shoes is for your reference.

                                    Note: Currently I am not carrying any invoice of shoes as I didn't expect this quality standards from Adidas. This is my registered number [protected] which I have shared to the store member during generating the invoice.

                                      I Orderd Item 1720 it was COD item and due to size issue i returned the product, product successfully picked and received adidas, as it was COD item so i shared my bank details to them on 9Aug and till now i have not received my refund, Every week i called customer care and they responded like wait for end of the week and it is happening from last three week.                                         Didnt get my refund. It's been more than month.
