A month before I've ordered a pair of Adidas by my Adidas app but due to some issues I had to return it.
I bought those shoes on COD but when I returned those shoes I didn't fill my bank details.
Now after a month my return is confirmed but I haven't got any refund yet.
I just want to call Adidas to help me with this case...

I have returned my order on 30th July but I didn’t receive my refund even after a month.
I have tried to contact customer care but no response and no reply for mails.

I made a purchase of Rs 1000 from ADIDAS's app on 7 August 22 (7/8/22) through Cash on Delivery and received the parcel the following week. However, the item was a little too big on me so I immediately filed a return request. The item was picked up few days later, which was confirmed by a mail stating that the refund money will be initiated after quality check.
It's been almost a month now and there has been no further intimation....

I have ordered a pair of DURAMO SL SLIDES and then returned them on 7/8/2022. There is no option on their website/app to add bank details and no one is telling me how I will get my refund back . No one is replying to customer care no. and mails ....

I have returned and filled my bank details in the required time (19.08.2022) to have my refund. It's been 15 days and i have not recieved any refund. Moreover after mailing once again, the adidas team have sent me a refund form to fill up my bank details again. This kind of casualty is highly unacceptable, I'm having major problems cause I'm a student and having several financial issues. My order id is AIN01256007. Hope, I'll get my refund...

I am very guilty to say that as a esteemed brand like Adidas is not refunding my money it's been 2months now I have returned the product and not get my money refunded please see over this matter... And refund my money ASAP!...

So I ordered a pair of shoes unfortunately they didn't fit me . So I returned them through them and I received an email that my product has successfully reached the warehouse and was also told that my money would be refunded. since I paid for it through cash on delivery I was told a email would come where we have to give our bank address to get the refund it's been almost a week and I didn't get any such email for Adidas or any kind of refund....

My order no is AIN01314211 cancel by mi after delivery, i pay by COD payment method & return shoe day after but till now I never received any money regarding refund...

Shoes is under warrenty nd pasting is removed from toe...

To have your kind attention, I have bought Adidas shoes from Crown Plaza store (Shop No G- 42&43 Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Rd, near Sarai Chowk, Subash Nagar, Sector 35, Faridabad, Haryana 121003) dated March 9th '22, but they are not up to the desired quality and standard. We have been buying material for some years from the most reputed international brand but never encountered such a problem before then this time.

I Orderd Item 1720 it was COD item and due to size issue i returned the product, product successfully picked and received adidas, as it was COD item so i shared my bank details to them on 9Aug and till now i have not received my refund, Every week i called customer care and they responded like wait for end of the week and it is happening from last three week. Didnt get my refund. It's been more than month.

One of the worst experience from addiads. I am running fromm pillar to post but they are delaying the refund. Sometimes they are saying we have shared redund form., but no such form has been shared sometimes they are...

I have placed an order on adidas and the order was delivered on 2/08/2022
and the next day delivery person came and take the product and it was approved by the warehouse and then they request a refund via cash on delivery as my payment option was also cash on delivery and the refund amount was
2 998.50. On website of adidas its showing it may take upto 14 days to refund but its now 27/08/2022. I am also trying to call there...

Its been a month and there is not a news about

I have made a purchase of 1349.50 Rs from adidas website and have received the product within a week, unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue ( large size). So I immediately returned the product and they informed that the return order has been completed and send me for bank account details, it’s been many days I haven’t received my money in my bank account

My order number is AIN01308401 and I have returned my order on 22th of July I haven’t received and mails or message for my refund it’s already five days when will u process my refund nor u r picking my call I have been calling adidas customer care service from last 4 days they are not even picking my calls.No details are been asked for refund...

Order no. AIN01228446 Partially returned hasn't been refunded yet. Order date was 3rd August. Returned on 9th August and no news till now. Delhivery is their logistics partner. Planning to complain about them too as it could be a big scam. Unless delhivery gives in writing that they have dropped my items. back to Adidas....

Actually I have ordered this product with order no AIN01069071 on 10 July and received on 15 jul worth 4400/-, unfortunately the product didn't met my expectations so I have to return it which I did on the same day

And another order AIN01130417 i received on 21 July rupees 2159/-, again i have to return it due to some unnecessary decoration on it,

Since it has been more than a month now they didn't bothered...
