I had returned a product for which pickup was also done. But due to technical error they say ur return is created multiple times from back end(which customer cannt do) and hence Adidas team cancelled the return(by mistake my original one also). After that harrasment started- I had talked to them 10 times aprrox. Everytime connecting time is more than 30 minutes. Resolution each time is given different ways as noone is aware of process for such case and refund form shared assuring me for wait for 1 week. I had shared refund form 5 times atleast. they confirmed me thrice or 4 times that we got the product. Now they say they will investiagte from the warehouse and process will start again. That also happened month back.They say they will revert me via email or call. But they havent. Such poor expereince I never had with any company. I am frequent shopper online but Hats off to ADIDAS for peak level harrasment.
Complaint no is standing as it is as on now with no resolution[protected].

          I had placed an order from Adidas for 3 Bras and they didn't fit me, the order number is AIN00758015 and the order was picked up on 16th of May and they received the product on 18th of May. I got a mail to fill my bank details on 24th of May. It has almost been 1month, I have called multiple times only to be harassed and to listen from them one complain that they have not been updated by warehouse but I kept telling them while everything was taken, it isn't my lookout. My refund was promised so many times, but no update, no mails, no calls, I called to be harassed again and again. The amount of Rs. 3060 is stuck with Adidas and the Bras are there with them as well. Please help me with this issue.

            Hello everyone i want to grab your attention towards an incident that have happened with me at adidas retail store where the sales person had denied to exchange the product as it was in warranty period, saying that you are the only one who have been raising issue to us. As I am regular customer of adidas india I need help to resolve my issue. Kindly pay attention.

              I had returned a product on 21 april but they were telling that return was declined but when i called them the person gave me a form to fill (on 29 april) and said that wait for 14 days and when I called 14 days later the person said that you were given wrong information and after that whenever I called them almost daily and they always said that im escalating your case I’ve heard this many times. Whenever I called they all said to wait for 5 to 6 days for refund some said that you’ll definitely get refund in 2 to 3 days . Everytime i was told a lie and was told to wait . And today is 12 June and there is still no update on the case . Almost 50 days have passed and I called almost everyday and there’s still no update everytime I’m told a different lie . Who should I believe??????????? And I just want to say that their customer care services are useless and the worst. The customer care people are just useless and they can do nothing. They all are just wasting my time and it’s almost 2 months now and today I called again and they said to wait for 4 more days . Last time when I called they told that you’ll definitely get your refund by 12 June (which is today) but when I called they just told me to wait for some more days.

                I purchased a t-shirt from ADIDAS app over a month ago. I opted the COD option for payment. I then returned that product because it was too large for me. Then i was told to wait for 14 day to get refund. And its been more than that and I've not received the refund yet!! Please help!!

                  I haven't received the refund for the Order Number: AIN00708303. It's Been A Month Since I haven't received a refund yet . Is this all a joke to you? I have been writing emails every two days for my refund . I have submitted my information 5 times. Every time time I send an email either I don't get a reply or else I get the same reply to wait for 14 days. It's already been more than 14 days as per your policy. Why have I not been given a fixed date? Customer care experience has been the worst when compared to any other brands. This is highly not acceptable from adidas and it is high level of irresponsibility shown towards customer

                  Customer care executive does not even respond to calls as it is always busy.
                  So this makes no sense to have a customer care portal.

                  Never expected this to happen with your team

                  I have also sent mails to the service team of adidas well i did get the response only for two emails and that is all.

                  I would really need my refund with few days as you know it is not a small amount

                  I hope there need not be any kind of escalation from my side

                    Haven't received the refund for the Order Number: AIN00708303. It's Been A Month Since I haven't received a refund yet . Is this all a joke to you? I have been writing emails every two days for my refund . I have submitted my information 5 times. Why have I not been given a fixed date? This is not the response I was expecting after waiting for a refund for almost a month. Last night I received an email without any attachment or proper response? This is the state of your CUSTOMER service. You can't even send an email properly with any mistakes. I have never once faced this kind of issue on any other e-commerce website. I don't understand why it happens everytime i return a product. Why do I never get a proper explanation about the delay in processing the refund?This is highly unprofessional. Really dissatisfied with your CUSTOMER service. I don't want to hear any more excuses and receive any more empty emails. I want my refund this time or else I am filing a complaint against you. Also please find the attached email pdfs which I received Few days back (without any attachment and asking to fill the refund form which I must have filled 6 times already) and help me understand how that email is supposed to help me. I am utterly fed up with your policies and lack of sensitivity towards your CUSTOMERs. provide an update on the issue and expedite the refund process. Most pathetic behaviour and worst CUSTOMER services and policies. If I don't receive my refund in 2-3 day i am going to file an official complaint against ADIDAS. The water has gone over my head. Almost 1.5 months for a refund of 1399/-. I don't need your ### anymore. Process my refund or else I am filing a complaint. And I am not filing any more refund forms. I have done it mANY TIMEs already. so don't give me ### options as resolution(to wait, to fill another form). I just want a solution . Can you guys stop making fake promises and cheat people? All i want A Refund of 1399/- . why the hell is it taking 2 months to process one refund

                      I have a piar of Stan Smith’s in black vulcanised rubber and am extremely disappointed with the way the product has aged. Please find attached photos. The shoe seems to have become discoloured at certain places. Notice the green at the loop holes for the laces, ends of laces and discolouration on the ‘Stan’ logo

                          Return pickup was done on 3rd May, executive on 10th May confirmed over call that both the shoes have reached our warehouse on 6th May.

                          Have contacted customer care number more than 15 times for the refund, all they reply is "we have escalated your case"

                          I am not getting refund and its highly disappointing.

                          Customer care number/service is the frustrating, it sometimes even takes 30 mins to connect with your executive.

                          All i want is my Refund of Rs. 3200 and these guys to stop cheating their customers..

                              Refund not initiated for return request placed a month ago

                              I ordered a pair of shoes from Adidas and they were delivered to me on 9th May. I placed a return request shortly after receiving the product, due to size issues.
                              No one came to pick up the order for about 10 days. After numerous calls to customer service, pickup was finally scheduled and the product was picked up from me on 20th May. I was then intimated by the courier service that the return was delivered to the Adidas warehouse...

                              I had placed my order on 21 February 2022 and it got delivered on Thursday, 24 February. After a day or two I had raised a request to return the delivered items and within 1 or 2 days a courier guy came and picked up the items. Few days later I had received an email from the Adidas itself that the items returned by me has successfully reached the warehouse and I will be refunded within 14 working days. But so far I have not received any refund amount. I have contacted the Adidas customer care team so many times and every time they make some silly excuses like,
                              the bank account number provided by me was wrong
                              returned items were misplaced on their way to the Adidas warehouse, etc
                              But I have done every thing that is possible from my side and still I have not got any refund amount.
                              Please help me out as the amount of refund was not small and above that it is something that any should not experience.

                                  Its regarding the order which i had placed recently and retuned due to some reason.

                                  and i have got the reference number by team adidas and i have shared it with my bank, punjab national bank, but the bank replied there is no amount credited to my account by Adidas.

                                    I had bought a jacket from Adidas, but had to return it since Large size was too big for me and Medium size wasn't available.
                                    Mode of payment was cash on delivery.
                                    Order no: AIN00654894
                                    I received an email on 12-Apr-22 that the order was successfully returned

                                    However, after multiple calls with adidas representatives, and filling out multiple refund forms again and again, I haven't received my refund. It is close to 2 months since the order was returned but I haven't got my refund back. Representatives state that the finance team isn't going ahead with the refund process.
                                    Pls process this ASAP from your end

                                      Firstly I bought adidas x speedflow turf boots from adidas website using cash on delivery mode, I took the product and there was problem with the size so i returned the product the very next day. I recieved a mail about my returned product so tracked and did the so instructions provided. They stated it will take around 14 days to get the amount back so i waited but Its been nearly a month and they still haven't returned my refundable amount back.
                                      I tried reaching out the customer care service through call and mail but there were no response to it.
