I have a piar of Stan Smith’s in black vulcanised rubber and am extremely disappointed with the way the product has aged. Please find attached photos. Return pickup was done on 3rd May, executive on 10th May confirmed over call that both the shoes have reached our warehouse on 6th May.

Have contacted customer care number more than 15 times for the refund, all they reply is "we have escalated your case"

I am not getting refund and its highly disappointing.

Customer care number/service is the frustrating, it sometimes even takes 30 mins to connect...

Firstly I bought adidas x speedflow turf boots from adidas website using cash on delivery mode, I took the product and there was problem with the size so i returned the product the very next day. It's been two months since I have returned my product but I have still not got me refund. I have emailed them several times. On the page for the adidas u_path run, the country of origin mentioned is Cambodia (as of 30/05/2022), (screenshot attached). When I bought this shoe, the country of manufacture on it is China (photo attached). Please sort out this blatant product misinformation at the earliest....
