Ordered 3 pair of shoes and returned it on 21st of April order number is AIN00686598
and pickup AWB number was [protected]
I filled refund form twice and more then 4 plus calls to customer care but till date I didn't get refund.
Delivery boy delivered the shoes and I received it i tried and feel uncomfortable .but I don't know about the technical issue at my account shoes was showing undelivered so I called customer care to make a return.
they created it manually and a person picked my 3 pair of shoes and I got confirmation from customer care that shoes reached at warehouse on 26th April.
on 29 april i called customer care and filled refund form but not get any refund so i again called at 14th of May they send me new refund form and they told me that in 1st refund form order number was missing but i have a screenshot that nothing was missing from the form .more then 20 calls 10 plus emails. Till date no refund and you guys claiming for 14 days refund deadline
. Your policy is for 14 days . Now it almost 90 days ..

      I ordered my t-shirts on 4th may and I received my t-shirts on 6th may on cash on delivery Rs999 and due to some reason I return that products on 13 May but today 3 July 2022 but I didn't recieve my money

        I had placed an order from Adidas for 3 Bras and they didn't fit me, the order number is AIN00758015 and the order was picked up on 16th of May and they received the product on 18th of May. I got a mail to fill my bank details on 24th of May. It has almost been 1month, I have called multiple times only to be harassed and to listen from them one complain that they have not been updated by warehouse but I kept telling them while everything was taken, it isn't my lookout. My refund was promised so many times, but no update, no mails, no calls, I called to be harassed again and again. The amount of Rs. 3060 is stuck with Adidas and the Bras are there with them as well. Please help me with this issue. Now they are disconnecting calls on face, and they are back to their first excuse saying warehouse didn't update. I had received 3 mails saying my refund is initiated but it's been more than 14 days, i received nothing yet. Please help.

          I placed order at adidas official site on 25april 2022 My order no is AIN00723365 and returned their product and they also got it with in a week after that they said i would be refunded back and would be getting a message on mail regarding filling out bank account details for refund but havent received any till now. Tried to contact their response team via mail and phone but no response .kindly look into it and give me my refund back

            This is regarding order #AIN00830723.
            I placed an order on 29/05/22 for a pair of three shoes, one of which I returned. The payment was made via cash on delivery mode. The personnel received the product on 03/06/22 and I got a mail stating that refund has been initiated, however they did not ask me for my bank details. After much deliberation, they sent me a link after 10 days (on 13/06/2022) for uploading my bank details.
            Till date (29/06/2022), the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was ₹2192.57.

              Returned the product and adidas senr me a mail stating “we have recieved your returned items” on June 17 2022.
              Since then tried mailing but there mailbox is full. Payment made via credit card with the link provided via sms for 5644 rs.
              Tried calling customer care it keeps ringing for hours no one picks up.
              Bloody hell i am going sue them for good.
              This is such a pathetic service fraudsters sitting in adidas.
              If this is not resolved i will take adidas to court for all the hassle that i have gone through. Even they have confirmed and mentioned refund is approved on mail.

                I had bought a shoes from adidas but due to some issue had to return the order. I placed return request on 15th june 2022 ans it got picked up from my home on 17th june 2022. I got a message from adidas saying that the quality check has been done and we have initiated your refund this message I received on 20th june 2022.
                Since it was cash on delivery i had paid the courier agency (bluedart) through credit card. Adidas has not yet asked for my account details or bank details for the transfer. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service through call and email for nothing is functional. Its been 10 days since the order has been picked and 7 days since they have said we have processed your refund.
                Please look into this matter and help me with the refund.

                  Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 14 June 2022. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 15 june 2022. Its been more than 10 days and i have got no response from emails return to them about refund and no call or chat service has been provided by them. Please see to it

                    The company gave me a wrong size shoe and not taking back my return I have invested ₹6000 on the shoes and I have tried calling the customer care number several times they made fake promises saying things will be done today or tomorrow but even after 20 days they haven’t taken my return. The customer service is pathetic.

                      Feedback of recent manufacturing of shoe from Adidas

                      Dear Support / Savio Dsouza

                      I am a sports person and fan of Adidas shoes, but somehow I am very much disappointed with 2nd of my purchase with poor quality, especially the pasting of the sole. I have tried to fix it more than 2 times but it could not survive.

                      Being well wishes of Adidas shoes, I would like to share this feedback to you R n D.

                      PFA pics of the shoe where you can see the upper part are quite good but the sole got detached.

                        Adidas(India) aren't picking calls from provided contact numbers and not responding to any of the emails for customer support, this makes me unaware of the refund of my returned product to their warehouse.

                          I've returned my order on 31st may because of size issue order number AIN00708294
                          And I am calling them 2-3 times a day.
                          On 8th june they sent me refund form through gmail and till now I didn't get my refund every time iam calling they are saying we have escalated your case. Please make it as soon as possible

                            I had returned my order AIN00673289 and received a confirmation for same on 19 April 2022 for my refund of ₹1700 to be processed. I have also filled the bank account details form shared by them 3 times but they never initiate refund. I have written multiple emails, several calls but everytime they make false promises of refunding soon.

                            I had another order AIN[protected]EY3015) (₹1937) which was missing in the delivery package, for which I raised a complaint and shared picture proofs. They assured me that issue has been escalated and they will refund soon. Since then i called them several times to update and refund me, but they have no reasonable response other than asking me to wait for few more days. They are simply fooling me out, with no intention of refunding my money.
                            Adidas is such a fraud brand with a very unprofessional customer service team full of liars. They make you wait for an hour on the call and disconnect at times.

                              I had returned a product for which pickup was also done. But due to technical error they say ur return is created multiple times from back end(which customer cannt do) and hence Adidas team cancelled the return(by mistake my original one also). After that harrasment started- I had talked to them 10 times aprrox. Everytime connecting time is more than 30 minutes. Resolution each time is given different ways as noone is aware of process for such case and refund form shared assuring me for wait for 1 week. I had shared refund form 5 times atleast. they confirmed me thrice or 4 times that we got the product. Now they say they will investiagte from the warehouse and process will start again. That also happened month back.They say they will revert me via email or call. But they havent. Such poor expereince I never had with any company. I am frequent shopper online but Hats off to ADIDAS for peak level harrasment.
                              Complaint no is standing as it is as on now with no resolution[protected].
