I had bought a jacket from Adidas, but had to return it since Large size was too big for me and Medium size wasn't available.
Mode of payment was cash on delivery.

I received an email on 12-Apr-22 that the order was successfully returned

However, after multiple calls with adidas representatives, and filling out multiple refund forms again and again, I haven't received my refund. It is close to 2 months since the order was returned but I haven't got my refund back. Representatives state that the finance team isn't going ahead with the refund process.
Pls process this ASAP from your end

Firstly I bought adidas x speedflow turf boots from adidas website using cash on delivery mode, I took the product and there was problem with the size so i returned the product the very next day. I recieved a mail about my returned product so tracked and did the so instructions provided. They stated it will take around 14 days to get the amount back so i waited but Its been nearly a month and they still haven't returned my refundable amount back.
I tried reaching out the customer care service through call and mail but there were no response to it.

I didn't received my refund it's been so long and they have said I will get my refund in 14 days. But not happened yet and even I can't contact with them in customer care. Plz help me out from this.

It's been two months since I have returned my product but I have still not got me refund. I have emailed them several times. Everytime they have only one reply that it will be initiated within one or two weeks. Their helpline number and chat services are helpless. My case number is 47429738. I want my refund to be initiated at the earliest.

On the page for the adidas u_path run, the country of origin mentioned is Cambodia (as of 30/05/2022), (screenshot attached). When I bought this shoe, the country of manufacture on it is China (photo attached). Please sort out this blatant product misinformation at the earliest.

Hello, my name is sukhpal jat i want to raise a complaint regarding a sales man of ajmer (.305004 ) rajasthan showroom. As according to your company policy we can exchange a pair of shoes within 3 months quote this was said by him only, now he is refusing to take the pair of shoe and saying that he can't give me New pairs because I am the only person who keep coming back and back for this issue. I returned my shoes on 14th apirl and the refund says processed on 23rd April but i have still not received my refund. Payment method was cash on delivery and i have not been asked to fillout any form or something to share my bank details for the refund. Over a month long problem now really dissatisfied with Adidas

I didn't received my refund it's been so long and they have said I will get my refund in 14 days. But not happened yet and even I can't contact with them in customer care. Plz help me out from this.

I am from Saudi arabia, I was in dubai, bought adidas shoe to my son, i needed 42.5 size .
But i chocked when I returned back to saudi i found the store give me one pc 41.5 for left leg and 42.5 for the right.
Please need your assist to help me to solve this problem.

Its been around a month since I've completed my return process but haven't received the refund yet.
I contacted adidas multiple times through mail, chat, calls, messenger services but to avail.
They sent me a bank detail form to fill out twice which i did fill but i still didn't receive any refund.
Once i called them and waited for good 15-20 mins before my call was answered by a man who took my order details and asked me to hold the call till he checks the information. I waited for another 5-10 mins but the guy without saying anything ended the call.
Nobody replies to the mails that I've sent them, there's no one one the chat services, this is the worst customer service that I've witnessed so far.
My order number/id is AIN00713203 and the refund amount for the same is Rs.2000

My order no AIN00713114 was returned back but refund of it still not initiated plz do look into the matter it’s been a month now they always take bank acc details but do not refund any amount also they sell fake products

My 4 orders were there and I returned them as there were size issues but after so many calls they sent me a mail saying my refund has been completed but when I checked, I didn’t get any refund. When I called them they said the refund is completed

I ordered a tshirt from this website on 15/05/22 and received it on 20/05/22.As it was very big in size I requested to return it.The courier guy came the very next day and picked the product.After three days their status was delivered and I didn't get any mail or anything regarding my bank details for refund.This company is such a big scam and didn't expected this from such a big company I just want my money back.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I have purchased the one of adidas sandals in COVID time and I have used only 10-15 times. within that the strap leather has started removing and hence within the warranty period I have raised the compliant as poor quality. After the multiple follow up the item has picked up recently and as checked with customer they have mentioned the item is not under warranty.

Today through the toll free number I have spoke with 3 engineer and all of them has disconnect call without giving the update. This is happening when iam calling
to adidas toll free support.

Please check the previous history of the order and kindly do the needful.

iam writing this because i have fed up with the your support which has provided to me. i am using multiple products adidas and this product quality was very poor. please escalate this call to your higher management and do the needful.

It’s been around 15 days Since I’ve completed my return process but I haven’t received the refund yet.
I contacted adidas several times Through mail, chat, call and messenger services but to no avail. Nobody replies to the mails. There is no one on the chat services. customer service care of adidas is worst. Refund amount for my order is 3999/-.

I would really need my refund as soon as possible.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Eezay 2019M on 5 May 2022, 10:30 PM.I recieved my product on 9 May 2022, 03:00 PM the product did not fit me it was too small.So i returned the product on same day and the courier service picked upon the order on 11 May 2022 and i havent still got my refund and even the helpline number which is in the app is useless because they do not even pickup the call.Its nearly been 2 weeks and i need my refund as soon as posssible
