With order number AIN01189188 and case reference number is 50194482 An amount of Inr 1799.50 Inovice dated[protected].Credit note number INADCN[protected] dated[protected]

One of the worst experience from addiads. I am running fromm pillar to post but they are delaying the refund. Sometimes they are saying we have shared redund form., but no such form has been shared sometimes they are saying refund will be sent to the account through which you paid. Sometimes they are saying account number is wrong.
Kindly resolve the issue.

    I have placed an order on adidas and the order was delivered on 2/08/2022
    and the next day delivery person came and take the product and it was approved by the warehouse and then they request a refund via cash on delivery as my payment option was also cash on delivery and the refund amount was
    2 998.50. On website of adidas its showing it may take upto 14 days to refund but its now 27/08/2022. I am also trying to call there customer care number but the line was closed. The email id the was logged in adidas website was: [protected]@gmail.com. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

      Its been a month and there is not a news about
      the refund for the product i returned the order no is AIN01040800 .This
      is really annoying that you all don't provide a
      good customer service
      The money does not come from the tree so i
      need a refund 4, 999 any how i will never shop from

        Adidas order number : AIN01026149
        I have made a purchase of 1349.50 Rs from adidas website and have received the product within a week, unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue ( large size). So I immediately returned the product and they informed that the return order has been completed and send me for bank account details, it’s been many days I haven’t received my money in my bank account
        Pls do the needful.

          My order number is AIN01308401 and I have returned my order on 22th of July I haven’t received and mails or message for my refund it’s already five days when will u process my refund nor u r picking my call I have been calling adidas customer care service from last 4 days they are not even picking my calls.No details are been asked for refund

            Order no. AIN01228446 Partially returned hasn't been refunded yet. Order date was 3rd August. Returned on 9th August and no news till now. Delhivery is their logistics partner. Planning to complain about them too as it could be a big scam. Unless delhivery gives in writing that they have dropped my items. back to Adidas.

              Actually I have ordered this product with order no AIN01069071 on 10 July and received on 15 jul worth 4400/-, unfortunately the product didn't met my expectations so I have to return it which I did on the same day

              And another order AIN01130417 i received on 21 July rupees 2159/-, again i have to return it due to some unnecessary decoration on it,

              Since it has been more than a month now they didn't bothered to picked up those products from my location, i spoke to their customer service representatives several times, everytime they say like it takes 48 to 72 hours to pick up the product and they have generated a new request, but nothing happened yet .
              They didn't even bothered to look in this matter, iam fed up with the continues delay from their side..
              I will also write it on twitter and all of my social media platforms to create awareness among people about so called fake brand

                I am Rishabh Bhatia I ordered adidas grand court base shoes from their official app worth ₹3500 (COD)but I didn’t liked the quality so I returned them but not yet got the refund it’s more than 15 days, sent to the ware house. It’s my humble request to please resolve the issue and give me my money back

                  I had ordered a pair of shoes from adidas.co.in order no. AIN01223799 due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas, the order was picked up by the courier partner the very next day I received an email from Adidas on August 14 2022, stating that the product has been received by them.Since it has been 16 days neither they tried to call me nor have they sent me an email, as the payment for ordered was in cash on delivery.They don't have my bank details either . Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

                    I got a wrong product and I captured a video at the time of delivery but adidas didn't refund my money for almost 2 months . I call them and they just give me a time by time for 2 months. Please help me to get the refund. I sent the wrong product to adidas but there is no positive response from adidas and I am tired of calling them. Adidas has the worst customer service I ever experienced. I am really very frustrated by the behavior I am experiencing with their agent too.

                      Ordered Two T shirts of medium size which I always purchase from the stores. But the medium size I got from the online store was too big. Hence it was returned and received by them on 22nd July 2022. Got a confirmation mail from the company. Ref No is AIN01069545.
                      Now the problem started regarding horrible refund process. No one picked up my call in customer care number for the last 15 days. No response to my emails. Don’t know when it will be processed. Absolutely unprofessional attitude on the part of the company for consumer’s complaints redressal mechanism. Request to first put up a mechanism to respond the calls/ reply emails at least. Please expedite the refund process.

                        This is regarding order #AIN01173824
                        I placed an order for a pair of shoes, which I returned. The payment was made via google pay on delivery mode. Pick up process is completed and I got a mail on 6th August 2022 stating that I will get the refund within 7 working days.
                        Today is 23rd August 2022, and the refund still has not been initiated. The customer support lines are continuously engaged or everyone has left for the day. I wrote 2 emails today, one asking them to look into the matter, and the second was a forward of the "we've received your returned Adidas items" email that I received on the 6th of August. The value of the returned product was Rs. 4, 199/-

                              I order a pair of shoes from adidas app, i recieved the pair on 23 July 2022, but I had some issues with size . So I immediately asked for return and my request was accepted and the product was picked up on 25 July .
                              The quality check was done on 28 July and I made a call and got refund form . I filled the details and submitted it . I waited for 10 days, but didn't get refund . So I called them and they told me that my details are mismatched so I got refund form again . I again filled a refund form on 8 August . Again waited for ten days but didn't get the refund . I again called them on 18 August and I was told that my refund was under process and due to some technical issues it was not done on time but it would be done by 20-22 August .

                              On 22 August after not getting refund i again called them and emailed them .
                              On call they said the same and excused about technical glitch .But on email they said that they didn't recieve my bank information . So they again provided me a refund form, now I fill it with different account details & I hope for a necessary and quick response from their side .

                                I ordered a trackpants from adidas on 13 july and received it on 16 July 2022, returned it by 22 july they sent me the confirmation email on 2 august and form till that date i have not received any emails regarding their refund form as I ordered through cash on delivery they do not reply to emails nor they pickup calls its is horrible experience form adidas please help me get my refund.

                                    I made an order on the Adidas website a while ago and the size was too big for me so had to return the product, It was returned on 16th of August at 9:37 pm. Today is 22nd of august, 6 days since the return was made. I haven’t been asked for the bank details yet. But I get mails saying that my refund will be processed in 7 days, how will my refund be processed in 7 days when it’s been 6 days already and I haven’t been asked for my bank details yet ?? How do I get my refund now ?

                                      My friend had places and order for shoes on 18/07/2022 amounting to Rs 2800/- on official Adidas app...it was COD
                                      Order no AIN01108374

                                      Since the shoe size was small she returned the product
                                      After the product reached warehouse she received a mail saying she wil be given refund, but they haven't taken her bank details yet...how will refund be given without even her bank details?
                                      And moreover, it's been 3 weeks now no customer care executive has contacted her regarding the same

                                      She has tried calling customer care multiple times, no customer care executive ever speaks on the call, its just the automated voice which always says all lines are busy

                                      Neither do they respond back to any mails, nor any help is given through the chat feature on the app

                                      Product also returned plus money also stuck with them...such a disappointing customer care response from one of the famous brands in shoe wear... totally unexpected

                                      Please help my friend in getting her refund as soon as possible.
