Dear Adidas Team,
I would like to bring it to your notice that I have bought a pair of shoes from Flipkart online. I bought it on 25th Oct 2021 and started wearing that shoe from next day. but it’s very sad to say within nine months of purchase I noticed that my right shoe leather is cutting from the soul and the same shoe front part pasting is detached. (Image mentioned). I have already written or talked with Flipkart customer care but can't get any positive response. Yesterday, I was go to Adidas Outlet at Mahipalpur, New Delhi, and approached the store person and asked him for the return, he suggest to me, to file a complaint to customer care.
I have seen most of the people are used Adidas products. Then, I have purchased the first time Adidas product. I found the product unsatisfactory. I am highly disappointed by the quality of the product I bought. However, Adidas is known for its quality and comfort but it is not justifying its brand name. Hence while I am writing this to you and request you to suggest to me proper channels/ways to replace the shoe and regain my lost confidence in Adidas products as I never expected this type of quality from a well renowned, reputed, and international shoe manufacturing company.
This is my humble request to please take care of my concern as soon as possible and make provision to return my shoes. Hoping for an early and positive response. I will be thankful for your kind act.

Purchased shoes online in 29th June, returned due to size issues in 2nd July.
Refund is not yet received neither any mails from the company.

I purchased adidas niteball form adidas site for 10, 199 rupees and due to size issue I initiated the return on the same day and the it was picked next day.
On 15th July 2022 the product reached the warehouse and after that I called them to ask for refund but they replied me that the product has reached warehouse but they haven't done the quality check and from 1 week they are giving them the same reply.

I had ordered the product MUST HAVE SNAP PANTS - GM5229 (BLACK) on 18th June 2022 ( via Cash on Delivery). I had applied for return of the product. I was assured that I will receive the refund of 1274.58 rupees after the product reaches their warehouse. The product reached the warehouse on 1 July 2022 and they promised to refund me within 14 working days. But I haven't received it until now. I also wrote them mails twice 1st on July 11 and second on July 16. But they did not respond on both the email as well as the call. They don't pick up call.

I had requested a refund of shoes that I had ordered from adidas.co.in
They had received the product at their warehouse on 21st June 2022, and the refund was to be provided within 14 days. However, it has still been not received. Multiple attempts have been made to contact customer service but with no response. Please do something about this issue.

I had ordered 4 pair of shoes out of which I returned 2. It was bought by COD while processing return request they didn't ask for any bank details and the method remained "Refund method: COD". I did find it confusing but I clicked okay. Now its been a month I havn't been refunded. I got an email the amount will reflect into your bank account within 4-5 days but when I havn't provided the bank account (as they did not as for it) How ?
I need my refund back as I am a poor guy. PLEASE

My adidas shoes colour changes from white to brown after the first wash.

Why my refund is taking so long?
I’ve got a mail that your refund is issued, they haven’t even asked for my bank details then how come they can issue my refund

I ordered shoes from Adidas and it’s been more than 24 hours and i still haven’t got any confirmation mail from Adidas and money has already been deducted from my bank account, then I tries to reach customer care and even they’re not answering the call. Please help to solve my issue.

I also contacted the customer helpline number but there phone was not getting connected . I have not got any mail about how to add the bank account details . I ordered shoes fromAdidas on 8th july and got them on 10th july so i got them a size smaller so i decided to return them so registered a return for them the same day .And the payment was on COD . Then the next day a pickup guy came and took them by giving a printout of confirmation of returned item to me . Now i am in this dilemma that when they are going to take my bank details as no one is responding to my emails no call is picked by any of the Adidas team its just ringing for hours but no one is picking. I need that Adidas do contact me and initiate my refund

Dear sir I have purchased adidas shoe from reliance footprints on 27 October, 2021 but sir my shoes got broken and tear in only 7-8 months.i didn't expect that from your big brand so plzz do something sir

I returned 6 products in the same box back to them on 1st june'22

till now i have only received refund of 1 item

refund of 5 items is pending to a total of 7038

its been 45 days and they are not replying to my emails and customer service center hangs up calls in the middle and is not telling me the truth

for 4 products they are saying that the courier partner goofed up the tracking id and the warehouse team hasnt updated the return status of those items

from 01st june to today i have no help from them

they are keeping and using my money

they said they will check but they dont

this is fraud and cheating

i am very helpless

i want my money back

I have ordered a shoe in adidas website, flydot m on 17th June and recieved it on 20th and it doesn't fit my size so I have returned it . It has been recieved at the warehouse at 24th June and said that the refund would be processed within a week or so. Since now I haven't recieved a message regarding the refund .
So I expect an immediate response from their end .

I had requested to adidas for a refund of the product which i purchased on first week of march which had a colour issue, as the colour was not matching with the picture they shown, (ORDER ID AIN[protected] and they accepted the refund and they asked us to submit the bank details for the same which i submitted soon after receiving the mail from adidas but BUT DIDNT RECEIVE THE REFUND TILL NOW ie, EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS!!!when i called the customer care excecutive, after many tiring days even just to connect with them, he told within 1 nd half day i will get the refund, after waiting for 2 days again i contacted the customer care executive, he told to submit the bank details once more, i questioned him by asking whether it will take another 14 days to get the refund, if i am resubmitting the bank details, he told never, its just to make the procedures quickly, so i resubmitted the bank details, and again when i talked with the customer care, he told within 48 hrs i’ll get the refund by sure...

But it didn’t refunded, so again i had spoken with customer care executive, he told what the other customer care executive told was not correct, we couldn’t get the refund within 24 hrs and also so far they didnt escalated my complaint to the higher authorities...

My question is, as per my first submission of bank details itself the time to get my refund was already exceeded.. and why this customer care executive asked me to resubmit the bank details???????? To delay the refund???????

EVEN AFTER CONTINUOSLY MAILING TO ADIDAS (13 or OR 14 TIMES )WE ALWAYS RECEIVED THE SAME AUTOMATIC RESPONSE REGARDING THEIR APOLOGIES WHICH IS UTTER WASTE...YOUR MERE APOLOGY IS NOT THE SOLUTION FOR OUR PROBLEM...

ONE MORE THING: SOME OF THE THE CUSTOMER CARE EXCECUTIVES ARE CHEATING AND MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FAKE MAIL ID’S, SAYING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT TO THIS ID AS WELL.. WE CONFIRMED THE ID WHICH THEY TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES FROM THEM

Hi,

I have returned 3 out of 4 items from order number AIN00825237 June 3, 2022. Today is July 13, 2022 and I still haven't received the refund for the returned items. Also, Adidas team is not replying to my emails and I have been getting the same repossess for their customer care team, that they have received the product in the warehouse but they haven't initiated the refund process yet. Kindly look into this matter as I hope to receive refund soon as possible
