I purchased a shoe and returned but after receiving to the Adidas warehouse, it been more than 16 days I haven't received my refund

I bought Adidas shereton m shoes, It was a running shoe and its sole got torn off with regular running. These shoes have a warranty of a year. Please provide me with information regarding my complaint. I can also share the picture of the shoe if you demand it. We spend money on brands like Adidas because they are strong and last long, this is a product failure.
I'm ready to provide all the details.

Why my refund is taking so long?
I’ve got a mail that your refund is issued, they haven’t even asked for my bank details then how come they can issue my refund...

I ordered shoes from Adidas and it’s been more than 24 hours and i still haven’t got any confirmation mail from Adidas and money has already been deducted from my bank account, then I tries to reach customer care and even they’re not answering the call. Please help to solve my issue.

I have ordered Adidas T-shirt on 29/06/2022. The payment was done through COD . Its been more than 14 days that I have not got my refund. I also contacted the customer helpline number but there phone was not getting connected . I have not got any mail about how to add the bank account details . refund of 5 items is pending to a total of 7038

its been 45 days and they are not replying to my emails and customer service center hangs up calls in the middle and is not telling me the truth

I have ordered a shoe in adidas website, flydot m on 17th June and recieved it on 20th and it doesn't fit my size so I have returned it .
