I placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 18th January 2023. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 30th of January. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. I received an email from Adidas after the pick up stating that the refund will be processed within 4-5 days. It has been 13 days since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. Today, on 12th June when Spoke to the customer service team they blatantly told me that they are unable to perform quality checks and the refund is therefore not processed. Due to a fault at their end, I cannot keep waiting for the refund. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

    Dear sir, Not a day passes when I don't get four- ten spam mails from ADIDAS India. Repeated complaints to the company have not have not yielded nay results.. I fail to understand what this cheap worthless ccmpany gains by sending out so many spam mails.

      I have sent mail on 16th Jan to adidas support centre [protected]@onlineshop.adidas.co.in for product quality issue and return was initiated but not processed till now and not getting reply for the same.

        On 11/1/23 i filled the refund form wherein i gave my bank details to Adidas. Now its been 23 days since i didn't received my refund of Rs 3959. In this tenure i called Adidas customer care multiple times and they told me to wait till 2/2/23. Although the quality check and everything allready happened before 11/1/23 still they are taking soo long to initiate the refund

          I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 8th January 2023. I received the product on 10th January 2023. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I raised a return request with Adidas. The order was finally picked up by the courier partner soon. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. I received an email from Adidas on 14 January 2023, stating that they have recieved the returned adidas item. After that I had to call the customer care to send the form to fill the necessary details for the refund. I received mail on 16 January 2023 stating that their returns team has initiated the refund and the average repayment time is 14 days from the time they have received the correct account information. It has been 19 days since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. I called their customer care several times regarding refund but they are saying same thing that I will get refund in 4-5 days. Due to a fault at their end, I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs1840. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

            I ordered TWO Mens tracks on 27th November. I received the package on 4th December, with just ONE item, and that too a wrong item - I received Women's track pants.
            Its been almost 60 days that I have been trying to get a refund and a resolution but its not happening.

            They are delaying and not giving a confirmed response or a solution to the problem.

                I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 6th Jan 2023. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 9th of Jan 2023. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. I received an email from Adidas on Jan 10th 2023, two days after the pick up stating that the refund will be processed within 3-14 days. It has been 21 days since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. Today, on 31 of Jan 2023 and I Spoke to the customer service team about 10-15 time and all the time the teams responce is to wait for 14 days. It is very irritating to wait for the refund which was supposed to be done weeks ago. I am not supposed to wait for the refund due to some error done at there end.Specially for such amount (Rs2299).
                Kindly assist in resolving the issue

                  I had ordered a size 9 shoe worth Rs 2000 a while back from Adidas online store. There was some size issue so I wanted to exchange the product but since there was no exchange option, I had to return them and then order a new piece. The product had been returned 15-16 days back and I had submitted by bank details 11 days back and yet I have not received any refund in my bank account. Kindly look into the problem as a refund should not take this long. Very poor services from a brand like Adidas.

                    Adidas shoes was bought from Riyadh Malaz the shoes was only used for 75 days but now the shoes cloth is torn not in a satisfaction wearing it.Please do the needful as early as possible.

                      On 14, january 2023 i ordered a zipped hoodie from adidas and it was a bit oversized.So i summited it for return on the same day the product arrived(I think on 18 jaunary).The delivery guy has still haven't come to pick up the product.It has been more than 10 days.My Order Id is AIN02506275

                          I have been following up with Adidas customer service for return and refund of a new shoe (used two times by me) as it started giving me severe pain in my feet. Its been 3 weeks and I have been given the runaround by Adidas service. Each time, there is someone new who reverts but the matter does not get resolved. This pertains to order No. AIN02319708 which was purchased on Adidas online shop.

                              I had purchased the Golf shoe from Amazon on 23 Jul 2023. A golf shoe which had been used by me twice in a week. The present status of the shoe are as follows:
                              - Sole separated from the shoe
                              - The upper layer is peeling off
                              -The shoe can not be used anymore.

                              I am shocked by the substandard item being sold by addidas. I have been using Addidas other products since last 10 years, I was highly staisfied.
                              This particular product has forced me to avoid Addidas and left me dissappointed.
                              I request for a replacement.

                                I have returned my order (AIN[protected] months ago.
                                Till date i have not received my refund, calling them multiple times and still no solution provided to me. Every time they raise an issue from their side but still i am waiting for the refund.
                                So disappointed with adidas team.
                                I am raising this complaint to get my refund.

                                  This is in regard of return/exchange of Tshirt bought from forum/Nexus adidas store, kukatpally hyderabad-500072, Telangana, I have purchased 2nos Tshirts on[protected] form the store and i have went 3 days later due size issue for exchange of product, but the executive there told that manager is not available and will come after an hour, i think the time was around 11Am and he informed that to keep product with them and i gave and left. and after 3 days again i went back regarding exchange and the same process repeated the manager is not available and i requested executive to inform when manager is available he told will inform after manager comes, days passed and nobody called and later after 1 month again i went but the same repeated and i have asked for credit note also but the executive said its not a problem and now recently 4 days before i went to store and asked but the manager is refusing to exchange the product. I am seriously disappointed with the careless attitude and irresponsible behaviour form store staff associates and they are least bothered to atleast informed over call when i have made attempts for exchange of product since the product is available in store itself.
                                  Can you suggest me future course of action from your end here or let me know if i should have take it with any grievance teams, i kindly request to resolve this issue.

                                    Dear Sir
                                    Its been over 2 months that my refund has not been initiate by adidas due to the incompetence of the warehouse department
                                    Even though their customer executive acknowledges the issue the refund has not been initiated.
                                    I have a proof of their acknowledgement.
                                    my product number is AIN02089809
                                    The product has reached warehouse on 12th November 2022 and as per their policy it takes 48 hours for quality check but its still not processed.

                                        I placed the order on 24/11/22 and I have returned the product for the order number Order Number: AIN02220564
                                        and I still haven’t received the refund amount of it into my account.
                                        I have checked the bank statement for the entire month till date and I haven't received the refund amount yet.
