This is in regards to the product GV6912 Golf shoes purchased on 16th Apr from One of the authorised adidas stores in Orion mall Brigade gateway Dr Rajkumar road Malleshwaram west, Bangalore.

The product is purchased for 10, 999/- however the same product was on 30% off on adidas website.But the store does not have any clue about this discount on the product as per adidas website. This is the first time experiencing such a difference for the same product online & in stores.Hence the store advised us to contact customer care to get this issue resolved.

Am not happy adidas for this as the same product would have got on best & discounted price.I demand a return of the product or the discount on the same product as per the adidas website.

    I had initiated a returns of the above order online, however the pick up service provider cancelled the pick up without any prior intimation. Following the cancelled pick up I have called the customer service couple of times to reinitiate the returns however even after 15 days, the return has not been completed and when I requested to speak to the supervisor, the customer service agent, Vinay, refused to transfer the call.

    It has been a very poor and frustrating experience to deal with returns and refunds with Adidas India.

      I had initiated a return online, which was cancelled by the pick up service provide on his own without any communication. Subsequently I called couple of time the customer service to reinitiate the returns but even after 15 days, the pick up is still not done and whenever I speak to customer service, they say they will reinitiate it and to wait for few days. When I requested to speak to the Supervisor, the customer service agent Vinay, refused to allow me to speak to the supervisor. Horrible experience dealing with Adidas India both in terms of arranging the return as well as getting refunds organised.

        Hi Team,

        Order number : AIN02952871

        I have placed the order at Adidas mobile app on April 4th, post that i received the product on 12 April and the product is too large for me, so i returned the product to the team on 14th April..I had received the message that the order has been retuned to the adidas store after two days..Later i called the customer care for the refund and they provided me the link to fill in the bank details and i had filled the same and after that i am waiting for my refund to be credited to my account, but it not happened..Its been almost 2 weeks i received the message that refund of Rs.3200 would be credited..Kindly help me getting the refund please..These kinda behaviour would create a bad reputation for Adidas from the customer side..please help me..

          I have returned two tshirts to adidas warehouse, that I bought from adidas website itself. Now those are with them as per the mail I have recieved an email on 12th April 2023.
          Order no.s AIN02917328, AIN02919947.
          Those were 'cash on delivery' orders, so as they are not having my bank details to refund with them, I have not got any follow up mail asking for bank details to refund my amount. Its 21st April today and I have not got my amount of any follow up mail, asking for my bank details. Please look into this matter. 599+749 = 1348 INR is my refund amount for two tshirts.

            I online shop 2 items from Adidas, one of them was not to my expectation, so I requested a refund.
            Pick up was made and later confirmed by them on January 27th.
            On February 10th I was told the refund was sent and should be on my account within 14 days.
            March 27th I told them I have not received it.
            Then again they gave me a 14 days notice which again I did not receive and complain about on April 11th.

            This is just the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
            those people are big cheaters !

              I placed an order with adidas on the 13th of March 2023 and got my order delivered on the 17th of March 2023. So after receiving my order I realised that the size wasn't fitting so I requested for a return and refund since they don't do exchanges unless i had to visit one of their outlets. Ever since my order was collected on the 20th of March 2023 till date, I don't know the whereabouts of my money. I have contacted their customer sales and all I get is they haven't received authorisation to process my refund from their warehouse. they have 14 days return policy but it's past that already nothing coming up not even an email from them to update on anything.

                I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on Feb 2021. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. I received an email from Adidas, two days after the pick up stating that the refund will be processed within 4-5 days. It has been 12 days since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. When I checked with customer care, they told that credited to wrong account and they told that they will refund me within 7 days. It's been 3, refund is not settled. Whenever I called them, they simply told that escalated to finance team and I will get refund in 7 days. Due to a fault at their end, I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs2200. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

                  I ordered a casual black jacked from adidas website so there is no reason to be FAKE RIGHT !! and what i got was not my order in fact was a FAKE adidas sport jacket . and when i called costumer care they told me we are processing, one of them after many calls more than 7, one of them told me it has been canceled and closed we cant do anything about it, this jacket its not ours .

                    We bought a pair of slippers for Rs 4999/- while shopping at Adidas Elante. Within 30 minutes, we decided to return it after seeing the color in daylight (outside the store). When we went back to return, we were told that they don't have any return policy but can exchange. We spent another hour trying to find some replacement products which we found (track pants for 3799/- and 3 pair of socks for 1199/-) worth a total of Rs. 4998/- i.e 1 rupee less than the slippers we bought originally. At this point, we were forced by the cashier to buy an additional product to exceed our bill as he claimed the system could not process this transaction. After another half an hour of discussion, we even told him to have the extra one rupee but he very rudely refused to process the bill. Towards the end it was such a headache for us and our little children over Re 1/-. After multiple requests and offering of multiple possible solutions by us, the same cashier was able to process the bill who earlier claimed that even the MD of Adidas couldn't do this. I don't expect this from a reputed company like Adidas at the Elante Mall. Such rude and stubborn behavior and making us stand in the queue for over an hour is just not acceptable. Would never visit any Adidas store ever again. Horrible experience.

                      Order ID AIN02806644 - No one coming to pick up the return item since 15 March

                      I have placed a return request for Order ID AIN02806644.

                      The status says that it has been cancelled by the shipper. However, no one ever contacted me for the pickup. It was probably done by some lazy bluedart employee.

                      Unfortunately, even after multiple complain emails and calls to customer-care, No one has bothered to come again. 6159 Rs is not a insignificant amount. Worse is that even the nodal and grievance...

                      I Placed an order with Adidas Online which was delivered to me in April 2023. I filled out the refund form almost 5 times and shared them the screenshots and they have acknowledged as well. Till today the refund is not processed.

                          Ordered an Adidas Fleece Hoodie for like Rs.1500 and the size was too big and I asked for a return and placed the same order for the same hoodie for a different size. Since I have no bank account there was no way for me to receive my refund and Adidas is so stupid that they don't even give the option to receive the money in ur Adidas wallet. Now my 1500 is stuck and I have no literal way of getting my money back. I thought instead of trying to get the money back ill just ask the customer service to pay for the second order (which I made for the same hoodie as it is the same price for all sizes) and I won't have to pay the cash on delivery and just get the order as the money for the previous order was taken. It's literally the same order same clothing just a size down and they wont let me pay for that with my refunded money as they are so hesitant on transferring it to my bank account but still to no avail. For clarification the product is the black fleece hoodie for Rs. 1500 as of April 8, 2023. I paid cash on delivery for the 1st order of it but then returned it and since I dont have a bank account I am unable to get my money back. The 1st and 2nd order id are as follows : 1st Order :AIN02941375 and the 2nd Order : AIN02960366 . My only suggestion here is that for cash on delivery orders u should give an option to get refunded in Adidas points/wallet as some people might not have a bank account.

                            Dear sir/ madam
                            I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on April 1st 2023 and I did payment by cash rupees 2000 .Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas was quickly picked up by the courier partner on 2nd April 2023 .
                            Since then adidas did not ask me for my bank details or any details for refund . I have called over customer care number so many times but no one ever picks up infact I emailed them twice and received two different responses one said I have received a credit note in my account which I haven't received moreover in the other e mail they wrote that the refund will be processed in my bank account in 7-10 day but they haven't even for my bank details . Adidas did not even ask for my bank details where would they refund the money? . I have attached the screen shot of the order too.
                            Kindly assist in resolving the issue.

                                I visited one of the Adidas Store today in State: Gujarat, City: Rajkot and purchased footwear for which I was charged Rs 4799.
                                Later on when I checked price online it shows that the actual price of the product on website is Rs 3, 999.

                                  This is regarding order #AIN02875906
                                  I placed an order on 25/03/2023 for a pair of shoes and I returned because of its bad quality. The payment was made via cash on delivery mode. The personnel received the product on 01/04/2023 and I got a mail stating that refund has been initiated, however they did not ask me for my bank details.The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was ₹2141.57 rs.

                                    I ordered 2 shorts from Adidas on 24th March, and 27th March was the commited date of delivery but it was not delivered till 29th March so I raised a complaint the same day and they promised resolution by 1st April and when I reached out again on 1st April they are again asking for 3-4 more days and when I said to cancel the order and refund me they refused it and can't give me a timeline of resolution

                                      For refund of money

                                      I have ordered a shoes from adidas.com online app but due to size issue i have to returned it . They have initiated my return and have picked up my items but they didn't emailed me for the bank detail for the refund. Please look into this matter....
