I ordered a casual black jacked from adidas website so there is no reason to be FAKE RIGHT !! and what i got was not my order in fact was a FAKE adidas sport jacket . and when i called costumer care they told me we are processing, one of them after many calls more than 7, one of them told me it has been canceled and closed we cant do anything about it, this jacket its not ours ....

We bought a pair of slippers for Rs 4999/- while shopping at Adidas Elante. Within 30 minutes, we decided to return it after seeing the color in daylight (outside the store). When we went back to return, we were told that they don't have any return policy but can exchange. The status says that it has been cancelled by the shipper. However, no one ever contacted me for the pickup. It was probably done by some lazy bluedart employee.

Unfortunately, even after multiple complain emails and calls to customer-care, No one has bothered to come again. 6159 Rs is not a insignificant amount. Worse is that even the nodal and grievance...

I Placed an order with Adidas Online which was delivered to me in April 2023. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account....

On 8th april 2023 I ordered a product that cost 1840 rupees through my debit card but the itder has not confirmed in any manner so i request refund...

I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on April 1st 2023 and I did payment by cash rupees 2000 .Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas was quickly picked up by the courier partner on 2nd April 2023 .
Since then adidas did not ask me for my bank details or any details for refund . I have called over customer care number...

I havent recieved any detail about bank account details on my emails . How can I get my refund ?

I visited one of the Adidas Store today in State: Gujarat, City: Rajkot and purchased footwear for which I was charged Rs 4799.
Later on when I checked price online it shows that the actual price of the product on website is Rs 3, 999....

I ordered 2 shorts from Adidas on 24th March, and 27th March was the commited date of delivery but it was not delivered till 29th March so I raised a complaint the same day and they promised resolution by 1st April and when I reached out again on 1st April they are again asking for 3-4 more days and when I said to cancel the order and refund me they refused it and can't give me a timeline of resolution...

I ordered adidas shoes from adidas.co.in on 14 feb 2023 order no - ain02668280 and on 18th feb i made the return request. The product was picked up and i received the mail on 21st that my refund will be provided within 14 days but since my payment was cash on delivery i called the customer care regarding bank details for which they had not sent me any mail. On requesting they mailed a form to fill in the bank details....

For Order Nbr AIN02329656 we had initiated a return as the jacket in XL size was too large for me and immediately placed anotheR order for a smaller size.

The jacket in XL size did not come with a price tag rather another Jacket of S size was included in the package (which was not ordered), pics are included in the email.
