I ordered some products on adidas on 13th may and i received it on 17th may. A item was missing in my order but i already gave the money, adidas is neither delivering the product nor giving the money back. After 15 days of so many phone calls in which so many of them were not answered and mails after mails, they are saying that they dispatched the product and they can't do anything in this.
I am literally feeling mentally harassed. It's their fault, they should give my money back. The product cost me 1440 rupees.

    My order number is AIN02962611, i placed an order for a shoe on 8th of April, however since I was not satisfied with the product, i wanted to return it but since the mobile number which I had registered with Adidas was [protected] which happened to be my old number and which i didn't have, i was not able to complete the return, hence on 15th of April i sent an email to adidas customer service to update my new mobile number which was updated and i was able to return the package. On 28 April my product got returned and i received payu link for refund but I'm unable to get the refund because of OTP still been sent to my old number i.e [protected] and i don't receive any OTP in email as well
    Since 28 th of April i have called adidas customer care more than 10times and even spoke to 4 of their supervisors but always try to assure me and i have received the payment link 4 times but still I don't receive the OTP on my current mobile number.
    I'm frustrated calling everytime and explain my query all over again.
    Kindly help my query get resolved
    My order value is Rs 6399.2

        I have placed return of 3 products under 2 different return IDs. adidas team picked up 2 products on 30th April and their delivery partner marked it under wrong return ID. It has been more than 20 days since when I am requesting the team to initiate refund for the 2 products they have received. But Adidas is such a fraud and scam site that evety time I call them, I have been asked to wait for next 3-4 business days stating that ohr delivery partner has made an error and we need time to rectify.

        The third product is still waiting to be picked up. i can’t believe that brands like Adidas are cheating on customers hard earned money.

          I purchased my shoes on 24th July 2022 from Adidas store in Indirapuram from Shipra Mall Outlet.

          This is very surprising to see in just the last 8 months and despite not using shoes much, the shoes have been starting to tear away. It is very disappointing to see such quality shoes from a renowned brand like Adidas.

          After multiple failed attempts to reach the customer service team, I visited the store a couple of days back and showed them the current status of the shoes, they asked me to raise a complaint by email to the customer service team.
          I have been a customer of Adidas for quite some time, and I am very surprised that of the higher range shoes this quality I received, where I get to use the shoes only for 7 months, and their net starts to tear away. I haven't been receiving any positive response from the Adidas team.

            I purchased a pair of adidas shower slides but it came in small size so I returned the product but I have still not received my refund they said in email the refund is initiated but they didn't ask my bank details I am worried please do something about this scam

              I purchased a tshirt order no.AIN03136251 on 12 may 2023 and got it on 15 May 2023 .But due to size issues I returned it and the parcel was returned to the warehouse on 19th May 2023 .With the quality check being approved I got the tax credit notice also and the company ensured the refund has been approved. But I didn't get any link yo fill my bank details for the refund.so kindly look into this matter as I am having Major inconvenience due to this.

                Dear Adidas On 12 May 2023 I purchased a tshirt and received it on 15May 2023 .But I wanted to return it as the size was an issue.So my order got returned to the warehouse and got approved for a refund as I received a tax credit note also.But my made of payment was cash on delivery and the link was not sent to me where I have to fill bank details so how I get black my refund.

                  I have received wrong product and raised a complaint for the same as well, it’s been more than a month. Still did not receive any update from adidas, I did not except this type bad experience from adidas team as its international brand.

                  This is how adidas cheat online customers? I have paid 3500 it's not a small amount for me. if there is a mistake from my end, I can understand but you sent wrong product, right?

                    I have placed order for rupees 3569.67 on May 1st. The product was small so I returned it. It was picked up from me on 10th of May. However after 9 days I still have not issued the refund. They are saying they will refund it only after the product reaches warehouse. But it still has not reached. Please give me a solution.

                      I bought a Tennis shoe for Adidas online and the shoe torn away from sides for 2-3 days

                      Date of Purchase = 2/4/2023
                      Date of Delivery - 2/10/2023(Approx.)
                      Quality Issue with reported - 2/13/2023(Emails from emails ID - [protected]@gmail.com)
                      Number of time called the customer care - 12 times

                      In spite of continuous follow and raising quality issue with shoe, I only get to hear that' WE ARE WOKRING ON RETURN PICKUP) for last 1.5 months

                      I looped the grievance office in all emails but the issue was not attended
                      I called the Adidas customer care multiple times and talked to the team, lead but was of no use

                      I only come to hear that we are working on it but how long. I have no clarity about the shoe pickup. I am unable to buy a shoe for my son and he continues to wear the old shoe and go for his tennis classes

                      I ma really frustrated by the customer care that is provided by Adidas and it was least expected form the brand like Adidas

                      I am not sure if my time in writing these details will help or not :(

                        I ordered an item from Adidas (Order ID : AIN[protected]. I returned the item and adidas team failed the quality check. I got an email that the product will be dispatched back to me.

                        It's been 15 days since I am following up but with no response. Their customer care executives are giving different responses everytime.

                          Dear Team,
                          We would like to bring to your notice that we have raised a complaint against the product exchange or return as the shoe is not comfortable to wear the arc of adidas Ultra boost is not perfect to my son's foot hence we want to exchange or return the product. We did follow the T&C as per guidelines. Staff said they can't accept shoe as it's not in wearable condition. Initially they said product is out of exchange validity they misread the date and denied exchange but we hashow the original receipt then they said we can't exchange it maybe your kid wore the shoe in school but my son has proper uniform so why would he wear adidas shoe in school.

                          We are following up with the adidas team since last 19days but we haven't received any response to the email. The complaint raised in 12 Apr'2023 and product purchased on 29 April'2023. Post 12 April'2023 we had received email asking for detailed information about the product however we had provided the required details in initial email itself. After providing the details on 16 April'2023 we had received another email asking for inner lable but we didnt send the inner lable as we have kept the shoe in shop as they blamed us that my son wore the shoe in the school. I told them to coordinate with the staff for inner lable but we repeatedly received same email thrice on 17 & 18 & 19 April'2023 from 3 different CSA. I again asked them to coordinate with staff but they kept asking us to provide inner lable of the shoe. We agreed to provide the same and sent it to them on 25 April'2023. After providing all the requested details we are waiting for their response. We did send follow up email on 05 May2023 & 13 May 2023 but we haven't received any response yet.

                          I would like to bring to your notice that I want to exchange or return the shoe Adidas Ultra Boost priced 18, 999/- I bought for my kid on 29 March 2023.
                          He is not comfortable with the product because of the shoe arc. We tried one size bigger in exchange on 03 April 2023 but the shoe isn't comfortable for him.

                          Yesterday on 11 April 2023 we went to a shop to address our concern and in return, we expected an appropriate response but the team was rude to us and they were not ready to cooperate professionally they made us feel very uncomfortable by gossiping in the corner rather attending us. They were not ready to pay attention so we had to talk to the store manager but she was not available to attend to us. They said the 30days validity of the exchange of the product is already gone, hence as per the policy we can't help you, we've asked to show the return policy but that also didn't happen so we left from there as we didn't see they were ready to help us. After some time we again went to the shop with the bill that time they said the shoe isn't in saleable condition, They said my kid has worn this shoe in school but my kid is having the proper school uniform why would he break the school rules by wearing Adidas Ultra boost shoe? They also said nobody will buy these shoes hence to their satisfaction I asked 3-4 customers to make out the difference but everyone said both the shoes look similar as the shoe sole has a stained pattern. Unfortunately, we don't have fancy carpet in the house which prevents dust from sticking to things, my kid tried the shoes in the house and they're saying it has become dirty, I want to understand different people are trying shoe and clothes in the shop and we try the same cloths and shoes tried by other people also return policy says about the cloths exchange that cloths can the returned or exchange in original packing and tag.

                          The process was very hectic we spent almost 2 hours in the shop but nobody offered us water or asked us to sit, they made us wait for a long time in an uncomfortable situation. We had been to Skechers and they have all the services at the front desk itself. Yesterday first time we felt that Adidas or maybe the shop located in Viviana Mall Thane West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. is not maintaining transparency with the customer. For every single thing person who was attending to us was going to the backend office to discuss things and even to get the original bill reference number they went inside, to compare the shoe bought by us with the in-house shoe they went inside. We are loyal customers of the brand for the past 15 years. This is the first time we've faced such treatment. I feel even if a customer is not buying a high-priced product still that customer deserves good treatment. A customer buying 500 rupees product is also giving the business. If the service is not good nobody cares what product the company is selling.

                          You can check the incident in CC TV footage but unfortunately, you'll not be able to hear our voices as the staff said you can't prove what discussion happened between us because you'll only see the pictures but it doesn't have audio recorder functionality. And on top of this, they called the mall manager and security as if we were robbing the shop. We belong to a decent family my family members are working with the State govt in a higher position, and my FIL is an IAS officer. But we don't take advantage of this.
                          I'm attaching the receipts for your reference to compare the product validity as the staff failed to read the date he said the product was bought on 04 March 2023.

                            I purchased a pair of sandals for my son from the adidas website on the 3rd of May 2023. I had shared our house address in kozhikode, kerala, India and given my spouse's contact details as well when placing the order. Yesterday (6th may), my wife got a message informing her that the shipment is out for delivery and it also mentioned a code that she is supposed to share with the delivery guy. Within minutes she also gets a message from adidas stating that the courier partner has notified adidas that they are unable to deliver the order and it also gives a link which gives her an option to reschedule the delivery. I wonder as to why these two messages came in b2b.

                            She goes to the link and reschedules the delivery to today (7th may) and when we didnt hear from anyone until now, we checked the adidas site and saw the status as failed once again. Both yesterday and today we havent received any calls from your delivery agents and when we tried the number given in the message, no one answers.

                            Our apartment is located around 1km from the IIM campus in kozhikode, kerala, india and its not in some far-off hard-to-reach location. Courier companies in this part of kerala are notorious for not delivering items to the customers location and instead resort to such tactics to force the customers to go to their office to collect the items. I have had to face such situations with flipkart and myntra. I hope that is not what your delivery agent - Ecom Express is trying to pull off. They claim that they have attempted a delivery but no one showed up at our doorstep or called us. Strangely enough the tracking at Ecom's site shows the estimated date for delivery as 10th may but on the same page it also shows that delivery has failed!

                              I had ordered a product from adidas mobile app with order id AIN03015186 .I have raised the return request of the same on 21th april 2023 because of size issue. Since than no one had showed at my door to pickup this order. I have also called adidas customer support multiple times, every time they have same answer i.e wait for 2 days.

                              Please help me in getting my refund and return of this product

                              I have paid RS 2159 for this product.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have purchased LITE RACER BYD 2.0 SHOES GZ2833 from addidas.co.in online on 24/11/2022. I had placed the order on 24/11/2022 and received my order on 30/11/2022. The order Id is AIN02224278. However, upon receiving the product, I found out the size fit issue and also the product was not looking nice on my foot.

                                I returned the product on 09/12/2022.

                                I filled the Bank details form on 25/12/2022 with all my bank details for HDFC bank. But today when I connected with customer care he mentioned that your refund was initiated on 21/12/2022, But after looking into my provided bank details statement, i am not able to see any transaction for same amount of ₹3365.57.Please find the attached bank statement as asked over the call from customer executive.

                                It has been one month since I returned the product, but I have not yet received my refund amount. Even after many phone calls to customer service, there has been no proper response regarding this matter.

                                  I ordered a pair of shoes from Adidas online, from the official website only, the order was for ₹3 599.50, it was an order of more than 2 items, the other 2 items were also returned and I received a refund for them, but it has been more than 1 year and I never even got a reply from the adidas customer support, my order ID was AIN00015340. I ordered this around 14the September 2021.

                                    I have ordered adidas runfalcon 2.0 shoes on 12 th april and due to size issue i returned them on 14 th april. They told me to wait because they want to do quality check and after that they will provide refund form.when i called them on 17 th april from my side then they provided refund form and i submitted on 17 th april. They are claiming to refund all money in 7-14 working days.
                                    On 27 th april when i called them they told me that their refund policy is now changed and you will receive refund via payU link in your gmail account within 24-48 hrs. And today is 2nd may and i still struggling for refund. please help

                                      This is in regards to the product GV6912 Golf shoes purchased on 16th Apr from One of the authorised adidas stores in Orion mall Brigade gateway Dr Rajkumar road Malleshwaram west, Bangalore.

                                      The product is purchased for 10, 999/- however the same product was on 30% off on adidas website.But the store does not have any clue about this discount on the product as per adidas website. This is the first time experiencing such a difference for the same product online & in stores.Hence the store advised us to contact customer care to get this issue resolved.

                                      Am not happy adidas for this as the same product would have got on best & discounted price.I demand a return of the product or the discount on the same product as per the adidas website.

                                        I had initiated a returns of the above order online, however the pick up service provider cancelled the pick up without any prior intimation. Following the cancelled pick up I have called the customer service couple of times to reinitiate the returns however even after 15 days, the return has not been completed and when I requested to speak to the supervisor, the customer service agent, Vinay, refused to transfer the call.

                                        It has been a very poor and frustrating experience to deal with returns and refunds with Adidas India.
