    I had ordered a product through the Adidas online shop on 1st Jan 2023 and it was delivered on 3rd Jan 2023. I wanted to return the product due to size issue but till now, the package status is till showing that it is being shipped. Pls do the needful so that I can return the product as soon as possible.

      I had placed the above referenced order number(AIN[protected] with Adidas through their official website on 11/11/22. Due to extremely substandard quality I immediately initiated a return through their website however despite receiving an email and sms confirmation my order was not picked up. Upon calling the customer helpline number I was told there was an issue with their systems due to which the return had been cancelled and they would initiate a new one. This same process happened 2-3 times until my order was finally picked up on 2/12/22 almost 20 days after I initiated the return (awb: [protected]).

      Following this I waited for 2 weeks as mentioned on their website for the refund which never came through. Upon calling the customer care number they informed me their logistics partners had mistakenly marked the pickup as cancelled despite collecting the order because of which they could not initiate the refund and they would initiate an investigation and I would get a resolution within 4 days.

      After 4 days elapsed I did not get any response which is why I called the customer helpline number once again and was told the same thing and this time I asked for a mail confirming the same. There have been 3 such escalations where I have 3 official mails from adidas (screenshot for reference) that I would have a resolution within 4 days and no action has been taken yet. The customer executives state their escalating the case to relevant teams and cannot create any more escalations. They also stated there were audit processes going on at adidas which would be resolved by 31/12/22 and I can definitely expect the refund post that.

      I have called and emailed them at least 15-20 times over the last 2 months and I haven’t received the refund even after return the products over 1 month ago on 2/12/22.

      This is a pretty significant amount and I sincerely request the consumer complaint forum to help me. The actions by adidas seem to be criminally negligent, where they’re making customers lose money due to faulty systems and logistical processes.

          It's been like 2 weeks i received a message that the product i returned has been received by your company. In that note till date I dint recieve any further information regarding my refund. So, can u guys let me know when to get my refund.

              This is regarding order ID AIN02374868 which I paid for using cash on delivery. I got an email saying that my order has successfully been returned and a refund has been initiated. I wasn’t asked for my bank account details, so how could they initiate a refund !??? I need my money back !

                  I had ordered a product from Addidas on 28 November 2022 and recieved on 03 December 2022 but my product have some issues so u decided to return it but every time I tried to return product on Addidas app an error page occured finally I talked with customer chat support after waiting a long time they given me a suggestion to self deliver product to warehouse . I have sent the product and also it delivered on 19 December 2022 and from that day I am trying to customer support by various type of method but unfortunately no one is responding addidas has consumed my much time.

                    So i ordered a pair of shoes on 14th of november 2022
                    and they were delivered on 16th.
                    after trying them on for the first time i immedietly knew they were just too tight from the sides

                    so i raised a request for the return on the same day (16th)

                    and today on 17th of DECEMBER [after almost 31 days] the pick up of my shoes is still pending

                    the mobile application and the website both says that the return has started
                    neither it is updating nor it is giving me the reason for no pick

                    and there is no option to contact or get the details of the pick up agent

                    i have called the customer care number 5-6 times
                    and all they say is that they have escalated the problem and the pick up will be done in 4 working days
                    but no one comes

                    i have emailed their support team many times
                    i have not recieved any real help from anyone

                    all they say is they have highlighted my problem to the resolution team
                    but nothing at all happens

                      I had ordered adidas track suit but due to size issue I had returned my order AIN02217733, the mode of payment was cash on delivery. It reached their warehouse and I got a mail that refund is initiated but they did not asked my bank details . It has been more than 3 weeks and I am yet to receive my refund also there customer service is not responding, neither on call or chat or messenger.

                          On 4th December you mailed me a tax credit note and since that day you have become mute .tried reaching customer service but none response.You don’t send me the link to fill my details also …even the new born company does the better job… What is wrong with you? How long is it gonna take to refund . This is insane please do refund quick this so very irresponsible

                            So i have ordered 2 products from Adidas and due to the reason it was very tight i opted to return one of the tshirt which i orderd and after a few days i failed to make the pick up on time so i emailed adidas and they said me to self ship the product to their address and i self shipped the product through DTDC courier service on 3rd october and after that i emailed once again after no response from adidas they instructed me to email them the courier slip and tracking id which i emailed them and even after this there was no response its been months and ive called and emailed them more than 10 times and everytime i get the same response from them... ive attached both my bill and courier slip down below

                                  Hello,

                                  This is regarding my order AIN02256432. I mistakenly mentioned wrong pincode 416416 instead of 412207. Now courier even if identifying as wrong pincode are still trying for delivery attempts since 5 to 6 days and now the parcel is stuck there saying undelivered and held at location.

                                  I haven't got any support from the Adidas customer service and i see no communication happening between Adidas and courier. Now I am no more interested in my order and want my refund back as soon as possible

                                    I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality of the material used I observed in the sandals I recently bought.
                                    Respected, my name is Meenatshi sundaram and I would state that I bought a pair of Sandals from RELIANCE TRENDS on 21st Aug 2022. The total billing amount paid was Rs.3, 007.75 (amount which includes Rs.1000 coupon). I made payment for the purchase via Credit card.
                                    The model name of the Sandals bought is “ Adidas Nu Gladi M Synthetic Mesh Low Tops Velcro Mens Sport Sandals.
                                    I regret informing you that a product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality. The sole of the sandals was very slippery on water surface and make us unstable while walking on the wet surface. Being a regular buyer of your Brand’s products makes it difficult for me to accept the product received.
                                    I had contacted several time your customer care via email from 15th Nov 2022 and final response received is that, they couldn’t able to help us as it was purchased from third party store.
                                    Also i connected with third party store where i bought this sandals (Reliance trends) multiple times and they are ready to exchange or do the refund but there also you are not providing the approval code. So, all around you are the responsible for this.
                                    When as an organisation you are not accepting and not able to bear the loss for product exchange or refund which has worth of Rs.3000 then As a customer how will i afford this loss.
                                    I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I look forward to your quick and positive response.
                                    Note: Though sandals bought on 21st Aug i started using it from Oct 24th for Diwali occasion. And 1st complaint raised on 11th Nov 2022 with Adidas brand and Next connect with Reliance Trends on 14th Nov 2022 store visit and complaint logged on 16th Nov 2022.

                                        I, Abhinav Sharma, am writing to you to voice my deep dissatisfaction with both the quality of Shoes and the service I received at the Adidas Showroom on M.G. Road, Agra.

                                        On 23/09/2021, I purchased at the above shop a pair of black and green climbing shoe model number EX3727 SIZE-8 at a good price of Rs.4999 with bill number S1653-T1-SC1916. I was assured by the shop assistant that the shoes are of incomparable quality and comfort, suitable for the most extreme mountain conditions.

                                        Unfortunately, neither quality nor comfort proved to be the case, even though I meticulously followed the instructions for use.
                                        The sole of the shoe is coming off gradually which was assured to be of good quality.
                                        On asking the store staff to repair/replace, they asked me to leave as they couldn’t do anything from their side.
                                        This misbehaving attitude of the staff has compelled me to think twice before purchasing the company products.

                                        I understand the warranty period issue, but I would have let it go if they were torn by an accidental case.

                                        Being a regular buyer of your brand’s products, such poor quality was not expected from such a reputed brand and Thereby makes it difficult for me to accept the product received.
