I ordered an item on 14july (order no. no-ANI[protected] and returned the item (tracking ID [protected]) got msg of confirmation of pickup from Adidas on 22 july. Since then I have not received any itnimation regarding refund. They have not even asked for account details as my order was COD. I have mailed them thrice but still there is no valid response. Kindly solve this asap .

      I had ordered the adidas shoe on 18th June 2022 from adidas.co.in and received it on 21st June 2022. After trying once, I did not like the fit as it was a bit on the loose side and I immediately raised a return request as adidas India has no exchange policy. I had gone through their return policy and was ready to wait for 2-3 weeks for the refund. But the problems started after I raised the return request.

      Adidas — Did not get refund amount

      This is regarding order #AIN01021592.
      I placed an order for a pair of shoes, which I returned. The payment was made via phone PE on delivery mode. Pick up process is completed and I got a mail on 14 July 2022 stating that I will get the refund within 14 days.

      I purchased adidas shoes from official website on 29 july which were delivered on 1 August. Due to dissatisfactory product I returned it.

      On 2 August it was picked up.

      I have got no further update about next step.

      Where I would get refund.
      Confirmation of order returned.
      When will I get refund.

      I made the payment through COD while placing the order.

        Ordered adidas slides with order id AIN01107745 with cash on delivery which i returned due to sizing issue as not same as adidas adilette which i already own had to contantly call customer care regularly and they give different execuses and don’t reply to mail after so much struggle i have sent a written grievance to registered office and corporate office which had no benefits still ididn’t got my refund worth 2974 which the product successfully...

            I had originally returned 2 items from my AIN00697664 order. It was ordered and returned in April. After various phone calls and emails to the company, it’s clueless as to what they’re doing with it. They asked me to fill multiple bank details form as it was a COD. Every time I call it’s just plain fake promises regarding getting the refund this time around. It’s just annoying now.

              Sir,
              My return was approved on 17th june but I still haven't received any information regarding the order.It is still showing that you will be refunded but it has been more than a month now. Your services had concluded that you will be refunded in maximum 14 days.
              Please look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful....
