This is regarding order ID AIN02374868 which I paid for using cash on delivery. I got an email saying that my order has successfully been returned and a refund has been initiated. I wasn’t asked for my bank account details, so how could they initiate a refund !??? I need my money back !...

I had bought 2 products order no. AIN02214282 on 25th Nov 2022 and returned the product due to defect, i submitted my bank details to adidas for refund, but till date i have not received any refund. Please support.

So i ordered a pair of shoes on 14th of november 2022
and they were delivered on 16th.
after trying them on for the first time i immedietly knew they were just too tight from the sides

so i raised a request for the return on the same day (16th)

and today on 17th of DECEMBER [after almost 31 days] the pick up of my shoes is still pendingbr...

I had ordered adidas track suit but due to size issue I had returned my order AIN02217733, the mode of payment was cash on delivery. It reached their warehouse and I got a mail that refund is initiated but they did not asked my bank details . It has been more than 3 weeks and I am yet to receive my refund also there customer service is not responding, neither on call or chat or messenger....

On 4th December you mailed me a tax credit note and since that day you have become mute .tried reaching customer service but none response.You don’t send me the link to fill my details also …even the new born company does the better job… What is wrong with you? How long is it gonna take to refund . This is insane please do refund quick this so very irresponsible

So i have ordered 2 products from Adidas and due to the reason it was very tight i opted to return one of the tshirt which i orderd and after a few days i failed to make the pick up on time so i emailed adidas and they said me to self ship the product to their address and i self shipped the product through DTDC courier service on 3rd october and after that i emailed once again after no response from adidas they instructed me to email them...

Hello,

This is regarding my order AIN02256432. I mistakenly mentioned wrong pincode 416416 instead of 412207. Now courier even if identifying as wrong pincode are still trying for delivery attempts since 5 to 6 days and now the parcel is stuck there saying undelivered and held at location.

I haven't got any support from the Adidas customer service and i see no communication happening between Adidas and courier....

I ordered men's slip on slippers from flipkart and it got damaged within 10 days o[censored]se....

I ordered pair of shoes from adidas on 20th October 2022 which I had to return do to the size fault. Adidas scheduled my pick up date and took the pair of shoes from me. And my product was returned to them but as per the conditions they had not yet given me a link in which I have to fill my bank account details. I kindly request adidas to me a link so that I can fill it up and my refund is given to me....

My Order, AIN02025223, placed on 22nd October 2022 didn’t get shipped for more than one month now.
