I brought a shoe for my son dated 6 Jan 23 from Adidas showroom, Marda Collections pvt ltd, unit ccpt60103 & 0104, FF, Block City Centre Mall, lodipur patna but shoes got damaged within 2 month. I have deposited it at showroom for replacement approval dated 12 Mar 23. when visited at shop but same shoe were not available, sales person suggested to buy another shoe/ product which will avaialbe only when i will add more money but it is not possible due low income. Request you to either arrange same model or refund money.
I am shocked how such a big brand can breach the trust of people by giving wrong product.

    Refund not received since 27 days

    Dear sir/mam,
    I ordered adidas shoes from adidas.co.in on 14 feb 2023 order no - ain02668280 and on 18th feb i made the return request. The product was picked up and i received the mail on 21st that my refund will be provided within 14 days but since my payment was cash on delivery i called the customer care regarding bank details for which they had not sent me any mail. On requesting they mailed a form to fill in the bank details....

    For Order Nbr AIN02329656 we had initiated a return as the jacket in XL size was too large for me and immediately placed anotheR order for a smaller size.

    The jacket in XL size did not come with a price tag rather another Jacket of S size was included in the package (which was not ordered), pics are included in the email.

    The return initiated but was returned stating that product doesn’t have price tag. But we never got the price tag for the product in the 1st place.

    Request you to pls initiate return again and get the pick up done for the 2 products for which pictures are attached and refund us the amount.

    Looking forward to hearing from you since December 2022!

      I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order from Adidas. On 2nd February 2023, I had purchased a pair of running shoes from the Adidas website with order number AIN02616821. The shoes were delivered to me on 6th February 2023. However, upon trying them on, I realized that they were of the wrong size and therefore, I immediately applied for a return.

      On 9th February 2023, the return was successfully processed, and I received a credit note via email from Adidas. However, I did not receive any form for filling my bank details. I contacted Adidas' customer service on 24th February 2023, and they sent me a form for filling my bank details.

      After submitting the form, I was told that my refund would be credited within 2-3 days. However, it has been over two weeks, and I have not received my refund yet. I have contacted Adidas' customer service multiple times, and they keep giving excuses and saying that they are looking into the matter.

      I would like to bring to your attention that this delay in refund is causing me a lot of inconvenience and financial strain. I would request you to look into this matter and ensure that my refund is credited to my bank account at the earliest. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation and credit note for your reference.

      I hope to hear from you soon regarding the resolution of this matter.

        Subject: Mental harassment done to me by not completing the return and refund process of the claim of Adidas shoes in the warranty period. I have made 25 phone calls to the Adidas helpdesk to get the return picked up and complete the refund process. In the event that no further action is taken by the Adidas team, a legal case will be filed in the court of law.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        This is to bring to the attention of the highest authority in ADIDAS INDIA.

        On November 1, 2023, I purchased and received ADIDAS running shoes [SOLARGLIDE 5 SHOES] from the ADIDAS online portal. The order number is AIN02081007. Both the right and left pair of shoes are torn from the front without much usage.

        I opened up a case on January 3, 2023 for Return and Refund of Adidas shoes, for which I received a confirmation from Adidas that the refund process would be initiated once the items were received at our warehouse. For this, the Adidas helpdesk team had created a return request, and there have been two attempts by the courier team to collect the return (24th Jan 2023 and 23rd Feb 2023), but they have refused to take back the product as they said that quality check is marked as "yes" in the return request, therefore they cannot accept the product as used. However, I have created a ticket on Jan. 2, 2023, confirming that I used this product for some time and both my right and left pair of shoes got torn with hardly any use. I've attached photos shared by a Warehouse employee named Mr. Girish Wanawadikar that return request is raised incorrectly by Adidas helpdesk. I informed the same to the supervisors of the Adidas helpdesk, and then they got a new return request raised on March 6, 2023 and promised me that my return is certainly going to get picked up in the next 3–4 days.

        Today (3 March 2023), I received a message from Mr. Girish Wanawadikar (Mobile: [protected]) of the Adidas Warehouse team to get the return picked up. However, Girish also asked if I am the same customer from whom he had refused the return the previous time. I confirmed to Mr. Girish that I am available at home, and he should be coming to pick up the return as requested by the Adidas helpdesk; however, no one visited my house today, but I received a message from BlueDart Courier confirming that the pickup has failed. Please note that I have checked my society's visitor book and no one from BlueDart came in today to pick up the return. Why did they lie and wrongly update the incorrect status in the system that the return has failed?

        I would like to escalate this case to the highest authority in Adidas's leadership so that the refund process will be initiated at the earliest possible.

        a) This case needs to be investigated to find out the reason for the delay of more than 2 months since the complaint was raised on 3rd January 2023.
        b) A refund needs to be issued at the earliest.

        I once again call upon you as instructed and ask you to forthwith take appropriate steps to get this issue addressed without any further delay and initiate the refund.

          I had bought a running shoes on 2/2/2023 on Adidas website. and it is delivered on my given address on 6/2/2023. Due to size issues I immediately applied for return and it is successfully processed on 9/2/2023. and a credit note is recieved by me on my email, and did'nt asked for my bank detail neither they send me any form for filling my bank detail. when i called their custor service they send me a form of filling bank detail on 24/2/2023.
          and said you refund will be credite within 2-3 days. Till now I not recieved my refund and they are keep giving excuses.
          kindly look into this matter.

              I ordered one product from Adidas and returned to the company without asking me any bank account details they initiated the refund process and sent me a credit note, how do I use that credit note

                I Placed an order on 30th January 2023 in Adidas online site which was delivered to me on 3rd February 2023.
                Due to an issue with the size I raised a return request with Adidas on the same day I received the product.
                The order was picked up by the courier partner next day i.e., 04th February 2023.
                From then they provided tracking details of my return item and finally the item reached them on 9th february, 2023 on the same day they accepted the return and refund shown in the site. (provided screenshot below).
                Since I ordered the item by cash on delivery in site it shows return method also is cash on delivery.
                The Average refund repayment time is 7-14 days shows itself in site. I waited for 14 days then put a mail requesting the refund, and they responded with asking my order id and I provided it. But still I haven't got any reply from them. Even I tried to reach them by toll free call but it didn't work as no one picked it.

                That's y I'm requesting this complaint here.
                This is really fault at their end. The item amount I was paid Rs.1840. But that was a bigger amount for a middle class person like me.

                it has been above 3 weeks since the return accepted. still there is no response from adidas team.

                I am Kindly requesting you to assist in resolving the issue.

                please please please sir i need that amount. I need to buy other pair of shoes.

                  Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
                  I purchased a pair of Adidas Sport shoes for 16000 R.S. from Adidas authorized retailer from Wave Mall Lucknow on October 2021. Within 1 year of purchasing the fabric above sole of the shoes started wearing. After 1 year there were 2 visible wholes on both the shoes. I take the shoes to the retailer and showed them the what quality products company is manufacturing, but nobody listened to me and did't tell the solution for the problem.

                  On 3/3/2023 I visited company website and called customer care number at 11.45 A.M. I told them about the problem and ask them to solve my problem. But the Adidas representative simply said we only give 3 months warranty on our product. He said "The matter does't comes under our company policy".
                  I ask them to just to repair my shoes not for replacement as the shoes was costing 16000 R.S. and it is not being used properly for not even 1 year.
                  But the company representative threaten me the he will disconnect my call if I said company is making inferior quality products. I said to him Company policy should be to satisfy the consumer and not to sell inferior quality products. He did't listened to at all, no cooperation was received from company.
                  My complaint is not for replacement of my shoes, but for mending my shoes so that I could use it further because I had bought a product from trusted Brand. Money is very valuable but such multinational giants are exploiting Indian consumer by providing us with inferior quality products. If such case had been in some european or american country then this company would not be behaving in the same manner.

                    I am Rohit and I have ordered a jacket from Adidas app on 12th February 2023 with the order Id- AIN02661782 through cash on delivery.

                    As the size of the jacket was too big so I have returned the product back to Adidas on 18th February 2023. So in order to provide me refund adidas has provided me a refund form to be filed and have filed and submitted to Adidas by 19th February 2023.

                    Then on 24th I called them regarding the status of the refund and I came to know that my refund has been cancelled by payments team due to technical issue.

                    Again they said to fill the form on 24th February so I filled it again and waited for 1 more week. Today is the day that is 3rd of March 2023 I called again to customers service of adidas to know my refund status they again said your refund is been declined again by payment teams due to technical error. So again they said to fill the form to get my money back.

                    This issue is been going from last month and I have not received my refund of 2000 rupees yet.

                    I would request you to please look into the issue as my money is been stuck from last 1 month and have not received it yet after filling the form 3 times

                      With reference to the order number AIN02685831, I have returned one pair of shoes. The AWB for the returned item is [protected] Bluedart Courier. It was delivered in Adidas’ Gurugram office on 23 Feb 2023.

                      However I have yet to receive the refund of the amount I paid for the pair of shoes - INR 2579.

                      The email sent to their CC address remains un-responded.

                      May I request you to please let me know -

                      1) The date by when the amount will be refunded.
                      2) How to delete my account on adidas mobile app.

                        Hello Team,
                        I had ordered few items from Adidas online store on 9th Feb 2023. Some of them I wanted to return and I initiated the return from Their website on 9th Feb itself. Return was scheduled twice and pick-up guy did not turn up. Second time I got a call and pickup guy told me that instead of returning 8 items in one return I should do 2 items in one return. I told him we always return all the items we don’t need in one go and have never faced such issue. Post that pickup did not happen and I just got a message that pickup failed and will be attempted again tomorrow. Since then I have written to adidas customer support and have called their customer support multiple times . Every time they tell me that pickup failed because no one was at home. They also promise me that pickup will be scheduled again and same story repeats. I am left with approx INR 10000 worth of adidas merchandise which I do not need and I don’t know what to do to return that. Request your help in getting this return completed.

                          I've ordered a product from the adidas store but didn't got any refund and I've returned my product on 20th of February which was via COD but didn't got any refund neither received e-mail asking my bank details for refund process.. Can you please kindly look into it and take necessary action. My order number-AIN02657058 worth ₹1500

                          And also when I tried contacting customer care service they never pick up and when tried to send an email my messages were blocked automatically

                              Money was deducted but order was not placed

                              Attempted to place an order through the Adidas android app and the money was deducted from the account but the order was not placed. There seems to be no mention of the order and during the transaction, the page showed "Hooks not found" error....

                              Its been 11 days since my order (AIN[protected] other than a call on Feb 15 (already 6 days later) to say that the good would be delivered the next day I have not been called after that at all.
                              Response from Customer Services also not satisfactory as they say its been the weekend (3 days - today is Feb 20).
                              Goods on other sites reach within 1-3 days - not sure why Adidas is taking 11 days.
                              I spoke with the team this morning but even now they say that they cannot be certain and they will follow up on when the order will be delivered. Very frustrating and now dreading if the sizes are wrong and the return process takes even longer.

                                I have purchased shoes online in Myntra on December 15, 2022.
                                Within less than two months of my usage, shoes got damaged. Toe holes are formed in the upper part of the shoes.

                                  I bought one black adidas 4D for my son from a adidas store from Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai .India
                                  Bill is attached with this mail.
                                  It was a surprise gift for my son's bday which was also on 9th Feb.However unfortunately the shoe is not fitting properly and is not comfortable .since it's an expensive shoe I would request you to refund the amount.I dont cwant exchange or credit note
                                  I am a regular customer with Adidas in India and USA and have never faced this issue.Kindly help me in refund for highly loyal customer.

                                    I placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 18th January 2023. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 30th of January. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. I received an email from Adidas after the pick up stating that the refund will be processed within 4-5 days. It has been 13 days since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. Today, on 12th June when Spoke to the customer service team they blatantly told me that they are unable to perform quality checks and the refund is therefore not processed. Due to a fault at their end, I cannot keep waiting for the refund. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.
