I have been following up on my return request from the last 20 days but no update from you guys. Really disappointed from the customer service that you guys provide. The pick up was done on 17th Aug 2020, but still no update. Worst experience . Being such an international brand you guys are very poor in service, request all never to buy anything from their website

Non payment of refund

Ankle is hurting while using shoes

brand new shoes defective from tongue adjustment

I bought an expensive pair of shoes on february 29, 2020, sale no. 250, article name[protected], brand name: adidas, colour: white, from your showroom. I am surprised to see that some manufacturing defect in the shoes next to the shoe laces corner. I have a very aberrant image of adidas in my mind and so do i go with this brand only.

damage of shoes adidas gumption lii

Sir,
I have been gifted adidas shoes but found the deficiencies as under:
1). The front portion is quiet compressed and thus very tight from the toes. Although the shoe size is optimum.
2). The upper material of the shoes has cracked on the very 1st hour of its use.
It seems the shoe is faulty or has an apparent design fault and thus it is deficient for use and this model should be immediately withdrawn and called...

I had two orders returned to adidas but did not get the refund, the person who came to collect the returns, took both the shoes but i got refund only for one.

They had raised different requests for return, but isnt the person accepting returns supposed to take only one in that case. My both the returns were collected by the person and neither did i get the shoes back nor did i get the refund.
