I bought an expensive pair of shoes on february 29, 2020, sale no. 250, article name[protected], brand name: adidas, colour: white, from your showroom. I am surprised to see that some manufacturing defect in the shoes next to the shoe laces corner. I have a very aberrant image of adidas in my mind and so do i go with this brand only.
I have bought a article on 29th feb'20 and return it on 13th march to the same showroom. He confirmed me to come after a week and collect the new pair of shoes in exchange. After that lockdown happened due which shops were closed and couldn't step out and collect the same.
Yesterday i went to the showroom and something happened which was not expected from such a reputed brand. It was utterly shocking when showroom manager told me that company said we there is no issue with this shoe. Seriously i am knackered with this all.
Such a nonsense reply made me to change a image of adidas. This is really very pathetic behavior received. If there were no issues with the shoes then why would i took it to showroom for exchange and it's been 6 months i did not get the shoes back.

Last but not the least a customer satisfaction and greet is important aspects which i did not get in any of the circumstances.

I wish you to take back the shoes and refund the money.in case, it is not possible i request you to replace these shoes.

    I have purchaed a adidas shoe adidas gumption liitennis shoes for men through flipcard invioce no. Faa[protected] dtd 15/05/2020 and received on 21/05/2020 amounting to rs.3009/-only.

    But after use 40days the same got damaged.
    Flip card authority say to contact you.
    So now what can i do?

      I made a payment from my paytm wallet worth rs 3999 on 20/7/20 at 3:40am and the money was deducted from the Paytm wallet and upon confirmation from paytm customer they said the money has reached Shop Adidas Seller but the order on the website failed. Adidas customer care is not repyling on twitter or official email id. When I called the adidas customer care they said they have no proof of any transaction taking place even though the merchant Paytm has provided me with the ORDER ID & TRANSACTION ID for the failed order. There was a technical error on adidas website. Please solve this

        Sir,
        I have been gifted adidas shoes but found the deficiencies as under:
        1). The front portion is quiet compressed and thus very tight from the toes. Although the shoe size is optimum.
        2). The upper material of the shoes has cracked on the very 1st hour of its use.
        It seems the shoe is faulty or has an apparent design fault and thus it is deficient for use and this model should be immediately withdrawn and called back from the market.
        The adidas brand shoe makers in india are cheating the indians by providing substandard products at a hefty price. Moreover, they do not exchange the products once sold. Our repeated efforts and request to adidas by telephones, e mails remain unresolved. Adidas india is doing unethical and unfair trade practice in india with indian middle class and thus depriving with our rights. Adidas india act amounts to deficiency in service. Their licence in india should immediately be suspended and a detailed enquiry conducted, by sfio for the frauds, malpractices and harassment committed by adidas brand here in india. It is a matter of concern for all o[censored]s.
        Kindly intervene sir to get replace the item and compensate for this negligence of adidas india.

            I ordered my shoes on 16/06/20 order no.[protected] and it's delivered on 22/06/20. Due to covid 19 after 2 days when i opened box and tried the shoes but not satisfied with the product because of slightly loose and looks different as expected. I was confused wheather to keep or not but few days later i thought to return and finally returned on 26/06/20 courier boy told me to wait 7 days for refund and after six days when their is no response from the adidas. I called adidas customer service for help and they told me that shoes not passed quality check. Even tag was also not opened then also they are saying that shoes was used, i only wore that shoes for checking my size and to see how it's looks only 2 time inside my house only but then also they are refusing to give refund and sending my shoes back to me. I don't want that shoes anymore now i just need my refund. My mom is completely against online shopping and if she know that i got stucked in this online shopping then she will never allow me to do online shopping. This is my first time to report a complaint against this please try to solve my problem and help me to get out from it as soon as posible. I'll be very grateful of yours for your justice

                I had two orders returned to adidas but did not get the refund, the person who came to collect the returns, took both the shoes but i got refund only for one.

                They had raised different requests for return, but isnt the person accepting returns supposed to take only one in that case. My both the returns were collected by the person and neither did i get the shoes back nor did i get the refund.

                I followed up continuously but to no avail. I am a player who constantly keeps buying from adidas, its a shame i have been cheated twice.

                Please refer to the innumerable emails sent in this regard. I cannot accept being cheated twice. These shoes are not cheap that you guys do not process a refund

                  I had ordered cricket shoes on 18th february 2020 from adidas, product number[protected] for rs. 2759 paid through net banking. I received the order on feb 20, 2020. I was not happy with the size of the product and requested a return immediately. The order was returned successfully and i have not received a refund till date. I got a call today stating we are disposing the product as it is not as per our quality check. When i checked my records i realized i have not got a refund, and saw an email, who reads emails, stating its not as per quality check. This is highly unprofessional of them to take the shoes back and not refunding me for their faulty product. I am highly disappointed with their customer service and way of handling logistics. I want a full refund for the product.

                    I had bought women's adidas running energy falcon x shoes with product id ee9946 which was damaged. I did not check the piece and just packed the same for my international visit and when i opened the shoes for wearing them, i found them damaged. The shoe was torn with holes in it as attached in the picture. Color - maroon, size of the shoe - 5. If this is the quality of product adidas is selling then it will loose all its customers.

                          It certainly happens that the right shoe got a tore only after few days of purchase, it’s surprising that adidas tracking shoes are getting a tear .

                            I ordered adidas shoes (Order[protected], men's adidas originals skateboarding seeley shoes). There is a manufacturing fault in the right shoe however the quality team is not accepting any defect in the shoe. Firstly they sent me a used and faulty shoes and now they are refusing to exchange the shoes. I spoke to martin thrice however the quality team is simply rejecting to review the fault stating that the product is used.
                            Hi i have purchased a shorts on Monday and i have size and for this i request to sales man to chnage size he told me that we don't have any more articles of this and refused to replace. At the time of purchasing i was trying to try this but they told me to try this with my neck and because of that i was unfit. Please look into this
                            Adidas. In the same thing with me to telling me I have used both the products n dont want to give my money back. Forcing me to take the shoes

                              I had purchased these pants online and noticed only after first use that the stitches were not aligning on one side and the stripes were slanting. Refer attached pics.
                              After complaining, they took the product back saying a refund would be made, as this may be a manufacturingt defect. Later i was informed that on inspection they think that the it is due to wear and tear. It doesn't take a genius to see that wearing the pants once could not cause the lateral shift of the stitching on just one leg or even for the stripes to skew to one side.
                              They were seeking my 'permission' to resend the same item with apparently no 'manufacturing defect' to me. If they are not accepting the obvious defect in the item, they may very well be sending another one just like the previous one. What's the use?

                              Now, adidas has my garment and my money.

                                I bought an adidas originals gazelle from the adidas store, when i wore i checked the left shoe which was fitting okay to my feet, next day when i wore the right shoe it started giving me pain in my right ankle from the back, the right shoe is defected which makes it uncomfortable for me to wear it, please help me replacing the shoes or refunding my money back to me or else my money will be wasted, kindly help me on this issue.

                                  I bought an adidas originals shoes a week ago and i am having a problem in my ankle when i wear the shoe which makes it impossible for me to wear the shoe, please help me get my product replaced or my money refunded, these shoes were for 9000 and i got them on a discount of 40 percent for 4500, when i checked the size on the show room i wore the left shoe which was comfortable so i decided to biy the shoe, next day when i wore the right shoe it started giving me pain in the back of my ankle and i didnt wear the shoe after that, when i went to the showroom they refused to refund my money or to replace or repair my product, please help me on this issue.

On the same day i saw amazon is selling that shoe for rs 3499. Thats why / how should we believe adidas showrooms for purchasing next one??? We are going to adidas outlets to make a best deal depending on your well establish name. But you are doing something different. Online shops are most important to you thn us who are going to your outlets depding on name adidas. I am a regular user of adidas. Today i ordered 3 spikes also from that outlet. If you don’t take any step to solve my problem that's i will never use any adidas product. Don’t destroy people’s faith.

                                        Below attached sandals bought from oberon mall cochin on end july 2019 having a serious quality issue.
                                        Even though the purchase date was last week july 2019, however started using mid of october only. After using hardly a month the scratches / white patches started to coming and it still continuing.
                                        Hence contacted the shop where the product purchased though they are helpless the reason said 3 months warranty is over.
                                        It seems to be a very disappointing scenario as i always prefer to user adidas brands.

                                        Please note we have purchased adidas short from Adidas showroom surat at Canopus mall at Ghod DOD branch

                                        The material is wearing out in just 4 to 5 months, we have approached showroom, but dealer not exchanging the product.
