    Made two paid online purchases on 26/08/2019. Was eagerly awaiting delivery by 02/09/2019. But delivery partner ekart was in a mood to deliver the consignment. Same was notified to adidas via e-mail ([protected]@adidas.com) and on call. The tele persons gave false assurances of delivery. First, wishing 48h (On 05/09) and within 24h (On 09/09). The orders were marked rto by ekart on 11/09/2019 after shuffling them among various sorting facilities in the region. Upon contacting adidas, the tele person casually asks to wait for 7-10 days for the order to arrive at origin and a further few days for a refund to be processed. This is completely appropriate. Adidas has made a joke out of customer grievance. We don't expect such service from a so called "reputed company".

      This is regarding the purchase of adidas lite racer (Running shoes for men) through flipkart on 25th october 2018. I am a regular user of adidas for more than 10 years.
      But i am very disappointed with the quality of the shoe that i recently bought which has not lasted even 6 months. The mesh part on the front side has torn off from the sole, in fact it started coming out from the 3rd month after purchase and the problem is on both the left and the right shoe. The sole is intact.
      The cost of the shoe is rs.5999/- which i got at a special offer rate.
      I am really surprised and disappointed at the poor quality which i have never experienced in any adidas product that i have bought so far which is unexpected from a reputed brand like adidas.
      Its my request as a loyal adidas user to provide with me with a replacement and instill the faith in your products and services.
      (Please note : for your information i had bought – adidas adi rio attack 2m flip flop and prior to that on jan 25th 2018 i bought adidas cosmic m running shoes for rs.4176)
      Expecting that you would do the needful in providing me a replacement.

        A very warm good evening to you sir/madam.
        I have gone through a online app name called udaan and have came across that they are selling fake adidas shoes and i have seen that one of the supplier named exotic enterprises from agra, uttar pradesh owned by aditya chhabra. They are manufacturing and supplying these shoes all over our country. These shoes contain the brand name as well as they are selling it online freely.

        It will be my humble request to take actions against them.

          I went to zirakpur, at cosmo, adidas factory outlet.. I bought adidas aerobounce 2m shoes... It's quality was good but they charged me a higher price..
          I seen the same shoes on official site of adidas and the price was rs800 less...
          They charged me rs5600 but on official site the price was rs4799... Therefore i request you to take strict action against them and if possible please provide refund... Please reply and solve my problem as soon as possible..

            And on the same day within some minutes and unfortunately it is a defective piece.
            Head of this branch is not refunding me
            Even he is saying that i cant help you
            He is misbehaving with me by saying do whatever you can do.!
            He is not customer friendly person
            I want you to take action aganist him

              I ordered adidas football shoe of size 8 from official website of adidas india (Order id :[protected].
              As it didnt fit my size so i placed return request, a bluedart courier guy came and took the shipment giving me the slip. Its 10 days i havent got my money back and adidas support team says i havent returned shoebox along with the shoes that they have received so i will not get my money back. I do have a cctv footage that i have returned everything. Now going to complain to consumer court... Good luck adidas...

                Had purchased sports shoe having continental sole from Mahipalpur Adidas Franchise, Delhi
                The shoe was purchased on 18th Nov -2018 and during purchase I was told that the sole of Shoe wont grumble as it is of continental tyre as it wont grumble lifelong.
                The entire sole has gone off after use of six months
                Even had visited franchise for getting the issue fixed but seems they are not trained enough to handle grievances.

                    Dear Team,

                    With very hard feeling and a very old customer of your company I'm writing this mail with no bad feeling for Adidas as I'm the ambassador of this brand in my marathoner group, friends and family.

                    The incident is as below
                    Im a half marathoner from indore, as per routine purchase of shoes from different adidas stores i purchase a pair of running shoe from your store
                    Padmavati Retail India Pvt Ltd, Treasure Island, MG road, indore on 18/07/2019 evening

                    Shoe name is pure bounce
                    Article No. BC0834
                    Bill No S1339-11-SC1574-FY20
                    Dated. 18/07/2019
                    And a T Shirt

                    As a marathoner while wearing the shoe i told then this shoe is technically not good for any runner and can harm upper portion of foot as the upper most portion of shoe of very narrow and whole part is double stitched hence no elasticity for any extention o[censored]pper portion.
                    But the team of Engineers in shoe technology leaded by a lady employed in that store tried to convince me and sold me that shoe with a commitment that if i not found the shoe appropriate store will exchange with same discount within 2 days.

                    On next morning i wore the shoe at 6:00am
                    Found uncomfortable
                    The thought was, this is a new shoe and will take time.
                    I started my workout on trade mill For 20 min my legs forced me to stop due to shoes.
                    Then again i tried and same thing happened.
                    I repacked the shoe in as in it condition and reached the store approx 12:00 noon on 19/07/2019 next day of purchase with my Two marathoner friends( one is fastest runner of Indore in Tata Marathon 2019, Mumbai and a leading athlete of Indore) whom suggest me Adidas for running shoe also.
                    Just a night passed after billing.

                    I told the whole story to your store manager they politely shown me another pure bounce shoe with open upper portion, i chosen and they told me it is of 12000/- with 40% discount.

                    I told them that you guys promised me to exchange the shoe if not found comfortable on same discount, i reached to your store before 24 hours of purchase then why not 50%.

                    Is I'm demanding anything unethical or unjustified.
                    Then the tone and way of talking suddenly change by all the good human being in store.
                    All the law, rules, regulations came across me.

                    No one including the lady manager doesn't want to hear any word from me.

                    My only question is i purchased a shoe on 50% discount from a branded showroom on faith on words of employees of the store wearing 3 strips worlds most valuable brand changed on there words to cheat a exiting customer to earn 10% extra on basis of so called rules and regulations of that brand who is also a brand leader in customer care and health of customers.

                    I told them that if you're not able to exchange then give me my hard earned money back to me and the answer is 'we can't The rules and regulations of adidas doesn't allow us to do so you can only purchase the shoe with maximum discount of 40% only or you can take this stuff back with you'

                    As a consumer i raised my voice to check your product which may harm to regular runners.

                    The store manager and the employees then started shouting that there product is very much ok the problem is in your foot only and told me to leave the store with defective shoe and come to the store when they have 50% discount for guys like me.
                    Means low income persons or lower caste persons.
                    On a very bad note i left the shoe at the store only, not able to take the shoe home after this type of disrespect of customer and word swapping of your store. Plz check with store that the shoe is there and you can check the design of shoe.

                    I checked and found that type of shoes has been discontinued by adidas due to technical error in design. Is it so then why you sold me that shoe as a consumer if the shoe harmed my feet then who else will took the responsibility.

                    Plz prepare yourself for every question.
                    All the things related to this incident is with me.

                    Attached the invoice only, others will be shared shortly in absence of any revert.

                    I just want to remind store owner and adidas that my money is hard earned we are not making extra money by making our customers fool to earn 10% extra.

                        I have tried to claim my warranty regarding my Adidas sleeper that i purchased from Amazon but the product damage itself before ending warranty period so i am trying to claim my warranty and i called Adidas at [protected] but they said that Amazon is not Authorized with us or with or warranty service and they denied to claim my warranty and said contact to Amazon they because you made purchase from Amazon and i contacted Amazon they said me that contact to Adidas because we are not authorized to claim manufacturer warranty it's the manufacturer concern not Amazon

                          I bought a pair of adidas shoes "pureboost ba8898 blue color" on 12th of January this year. I bought it as i was going to australia for one project assignment for 5 months.
                          Within 2 months, I realized that left shoe is tearing off from the front area where my thumb fits.It was due to the pressure of thumb. I just came back to india and raising this complaint to you.

                          I really loved the comfort of this shoe but somehow the quality disappointed me. Being so good brand i don't expect this from you.

                          Can you please help me to replace this shoes as it was of so bad quality that it was not able to bear the pressure of my thumb from inside.

                          Attaching statement date and pictures of my shoes for your reference.
                          I ordered 4 items from adidas.co.in, And I raised return request for 2 items still no one from their side is even calling or even initiating pick up, The worth of those 2 items is 959rs and 1499rs, The order number is[protected], And There is no update, The items are small in size so I am returning and they are not evn calling for pick up, Pls Help
                          I ordered shoes from adidas and were not fitting properly, hence I organized return. The delivery boy came took the shoes and adidas says they didn't received the shoes.

                          Now we are fighting this battle with adidas for last 3 months and they refuse to return the money.
                          Dear sir I have buy the shoes from south korea Seoul from the Adidas store I don’t have the box but it has all the things tag Nd all I want to exchange that in India kindly help ☺️

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I am writing this letter to issue a complaint regarding a product that was recently purchased. On (14, FEB 2019).

                            The shoes are not upto the mark the way the pasting has come out from all sides. I would request for a REPLACEMENT for my shoes at the earliest possible as they are torn off and the pasting has come out from the all sides which is a "Black Spot" for such an expensive brand like ADDIDAS as repairing or servicing the shoes wont serve the purpose. We don't expect such quality of shoes from a company like ADDIDAS after paying so much. We would rather request people not to buy shoes from a company like ADDIDAS where the quality of shoes is so poor that it does not even last for one year even after you spend so much.

                            I ask you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem in a timely manner.

                              I have purchased adidas shoes from adidas offical website on feb 28.. Cost of the product is around 3400 recently, i have seen that shoes mesh got torn severely, when i asked for warrenty they are saying it is out date. But they didn't mention exact warrent period in product invoice. I didn't expect this type of quality from a world class sports shoe maker. Please do the need

                                I bought a pair of adidas shoes (Men’s adidas outdoor andorian 2 shoes, colour – carbon/scarle/visgre, size – 7, order number[protected] from the online adidas store at 21, december 2018 at 50% discount (Discounted mrp - 2249 rs, original mrp – 4499 rs) and started using shoes from the next day i received. Unfortunately, after 3 months o[censored]sing the shoes it started peeling off from the upper net side which i have ignored first, but after some time (4 months) it started happening with both shoes and now after using 6 months it turned completely non wearable. I am a big fan of adidas for its quality product which gives me different feel than other brands available in the market like (Nike, puma, reebok, etc.) in terms of quality, comfort and value for money but now i am a little bit disappointed with the quality i received from such a brand like adidas. I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of your company for quite some time now. This is the first time i have encountered a problem so kindly go through it and try to solve my query asap.

                                  I had purchased a pair of shoes in january, 2019 from adidas shop located at manglam tower in gorakhpur of worth rs. 3800. I have just used them for 4 months and they have started torn out from front, in both shoes. It is not expected from a repute company.

                                  Right now i'm in china and unable to communicate with shopkeeper.
                                  Do the needful.
                                  Purchased a pair of sports shoes 6 months back. Sole is unevenly worn off and my foot is experiencing pain. Upper is tearing away and has a gaping hole in front. Shoe has already lost its shape and balance. All this has happened in a short ti.e with limited use.

                                    I have purchased an adidias sports shoe on 11.05.2019 for rs. 3999/- from the adidas showroom, hilite mall, kozhikode. Since it was late night, the shop in charge told me that he will send the invoice by mail and obtained my phone & email address. I have reminded them 4-5 times about the invoice and each time they have given some excuses. Now, today i have warned and replied that mail already sent. But till date, no such mail received. It is kindly requested to furnish the invoice to the undersigned @[protected]@gmail.com or un. [protected]@nhai.org / [protected]
                                    I returned a pair of shoes from adidas which ordered in their site and I received a mail saying that it has passed all the quality test and the refund has been initiated on the 3rd of this month but now the date is 13 the and still I haven't received any refund from their side. Because of this I'm not able to order my new shoes
                                    I have hardly used these shoes and it is torn near the toe area. I absolutely love these shoes and don't want to throw them away. I thought it's a reputed brand and went for it, else would have gone for other good brands.It dint even last for 5 times use.

                                      Ordered product... Returned back coz of size issue.. No exchange policy.. Had taken same product with appropriate size.. Rejected return by service provider under quality check.. How can a person use product having size issues.. Expensed double price for the same product... Now what i ll do with two items of same product and different sizes.. Highly disappointing and cumbersome situation for a customer created by service provider... This is totally a breach between customer and service provider.. Request you to kindly look into this matter.. I trusted this site and accepted torned tag too.. But this is what i'm getting in return.. Very poor service.

                                        My shoes lays part breaks and I bought it on 08/02/2019
                                        The black part of the shoe keeps spreading after I wash it. Please if you could take this shoe back. If I could get a refund.
                                        I have purchased a cap from showroom and it got faded in 40-45 days from the date of purchase.
