Sir,
I purchased ADIDAS shoe ,Part No-333694 from Shop-Shoe Garden,Insar Market,Panipat,prop-Navin Jindal on[protected] paying Rs-1800/-.They told any defects can be replaced within 6 months.
But after onetime use within 10days[protected] the shoe found one defects on sole,Then denied to replace only they can repair.

    I have purchased a shoe of Adidas but within 10 days its sole has started seperation from shoe. When I went to delear he simply pasted it with adhesive and said that company cannot do any thing more than that.

    Adidas is charging three times price than any other company and product quality is like this. Shame on this brand.

      hello i have to do a complaint i have purchased a pair of shoe from uttam nagar newdelhi-59 i used this pair of shoe only 4months and then i saw its heel has been deattached then i go to shop from which i purchased this pair of shoe but when i go there and tell them that it heel is dattached said to me that the warrenty of heel is of 3months but when first i purchased the shoes they told me that if there is any problem in heel between 1 year they repair the shoes but when i go back in shop to repair it they give reasons so i want you to take action and repair my shoes my shoes model no. is (gezana 333570-blkunivred) (serial no.[protected] i[censored] don't take any action i will go in consumer court.

          I bought an adidas shoe on nov 11th 2010. after using 6 or 7 times i could see the eyelet of the shoes coming off. this is un-acceptable for the price i have payed for this shoes.

          i went to the shop and they said normally they give warranty only for the sole and asked me to come on a different date so that i could speak to the manager.

          i've attached the snap of the shoes which has the problem. i would like to get my money back/i would like to get the shoes delivered at my door step.

            They cause too much pain if I wear them for long. Even wearing them for couple of hours causes pain for following 8-10 days.

            The store told me that since this is not a manufacturing defect they are not obligated to replace them or refund my money.

              I had purchased a pair of adistar salvation shoes from L.d.Bhave & Sons ||, 90, Anand Park I.T.I Road Aundh Pune -411007, ||[protected]/61|| [protected] || on 11.08.2010 . The invoice no. is S9/4335. I was facing some strain on my feet for which i written mail to them on 04.09.2010, 13.09.2010 & 28.09.2010. I can not go back to that showroom because i am living in Delhi. They replied on 14.09.2010 by mail that they are looking into the matter & will get back to me quickly. Since then they have not given any response. Please help.

                Respected Sir/Mam,
                I have purchased a shoe from adidas original store, after wearing it for 1 time the shoe started hurting me it . So i went to the store and returned the faulty pair. They immdiatly replaced the article with another faulty pair on 15th July 2010. the pasting of the shoe came out within 3 month. Now I have returned the product at the store and they are not giving me the complete replacement. They are deducting 30% saying that it was purchased during sale period . The MRP of the shoe is 5800/- they are giving replacement for Rs. 4060 /- . Where as the bill that i carry is for Rs5800/-. they are telling me to take the replacement on this amount or the will cancel the deal as will as they will keep the shoe if i not agree on the deal.Please help me in the following case.

                  I purchased shoes Of Rs.2000 on 17/04/2010. Due to quality problem i got replacement of shoes . Same Date 09/06/10 of replacment i purchaed new shoes of Rs.2800 & same problem as previous. Again i given to showroom for replacement. Now company says its not possible. we are paste it & give you same shoes & if any problem again haappen pls again give us explained by Showroom person. Mr. pankaj.

                  I am a regular customer of adidas, I bought adidas shoes from adi sports (India) Pvt ltd, worth Rs.4499/- on[protected] Bill No-SC12/4111 Art Name Titan, Article No-G12857. But within this short duration the shoes are damaging (peeling off the material). what is the reason behind this i don’t know. may be the material used is not of good quality or whether the shoes are not of original quality. i put my grievance in front of the proprietor of (adi Sports (India) Pvt Ltd) but he did not replied satisfactorily. he asked me to send the pair of shoes to the company. so, here i kindly request you to take action against the dealer and please help me to sought out my problem as soon as possible.

                  Sir. It is very bad experience with adidas shoes company. Lot of mails were sent to [protected]@adidas.com since April17. reply received for replacement but the Replacement is still pending even after several requests. I purchased the above said shoes from canteen. It is not a excuse for delay and suffer the customer.The company is not taking initiative to resolve the issue.Two months already elapsed.Customer care is only assuring the customer but nothing carried out on ground. You are humbly requested please do the needful at the earliest. Your co operation will highly be appreciated.

                    I felt very much ashamed when i had worn my shoes which i had purchased from pacific mall, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh last week.

                    When i had worn them they turned out to be uncomfortable and after some time i realized that my ankle is swollen from backside and it was paining like anything.

                      I bought a back pack of adidas on 24th July 2010 and today after 1 month and 10 days adidas logo has started to come out from its place. Its not a printed or stiched one, retailer said its something which comes with some heating machine logo and all stuff. When i asked for repair or replacement of the bag it was shocking to hear logo has no warranty and it cannot be repaired.
                      I want my bag to be intact and with proper logo since i have paid so much amount for that backpack.

                        I am going to mention following points of complaint under your kind control. I have purchased Adidas Shoes from Sammati Enterprises SCO 6 Sector 17 E Chandigarh 160017 vide bill no. SC10/774 on 15.04.2010 for Rs. 2699/-. I am sorry to point out that the lower side padding of both the shoes damaged/torn off & front is cracked in just 15 days o[censored]se. I communicate on telephone & lodged complaint with the showroom owner (Sammati Enterprises), whose response was not at all co-operative. He refused to replace the shoes and instead told me that there is no such provision from the company. On repeated request from my side he told me to bring the shoe pair to their showroom to get the shoes repaired and asked me to come after one week. I visit them on 13.07.2010 & gave my shoe pair for repair. After 1 week when I revisit them on 20.07.2010, they handover shoe pair to me & said that this pair was repaired by the company & it is ok now, you will not face any problem with this shoe pair now onwards. But they have done the temporary work on shoes, they have done only gumming on the lower pad & I was totally dissatisfied from their work. When I asked the owner regarding this work he argue loudly. I told him that I will go further to higher authority like consumer court then he frankly says that you can go anywhere & we have no responsibility at all. They behave very badly with me.
                        Then I took the pair back & start using it. Unfortunately after 3 - 4 days o[censored]se, lower pad damage again & when I spoke to showroom owner on telephone regarding this, they clearly refuse to do any favour & do not cooperate with me. I cannot wear these shoes now. I had spend more than Rs.5000/- & my precious time though I am a research scholar & busy in my research project for these shoes along with its cost by visiting Chandigarh from Hamirpur of Himachal Pradesh. But the net gain is a BIG ZERO for me. Moreover the BIG FUN is that "Gain of spending Rs. 2699/- is ZERO" in ADIDAS Company. I am very shoked with this experience. I can never expect such type of quality product from ADIDAS, whose life is too short (less than 1 month in Rs.2699/-). Since the brand name ADIDAS is having great reputation of their products, I am eager to listen the reply at the earliest. The responses from the shopkeeper happen to be very much shocking so I decided to lodge this complaint through email to have decision at the earliest. Please get my shoes replaced/ refund so that the faith I do have in this company's products remains as it is.
                        Kindly get into the matter and advise the shopkeeper to replace my shoes or refund the money immediately failing which I shall be compelled to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.
                        I have full hope that you will do justice to me.

                        Adidas/Shoes — Improper fitting of shoes

                        I had purchased a pair of Adidas sports shoes from S.C.O. 35, Sec 11, Panchkula vide bill no. 6424 dated 20/01/2008 for Rs. 2800. It's style No. is 467271. Soon it started giving trouble with fitting. So I contacted the dealer during the month of March 2008. The dealer stated that since there was rush due to closing, so I should come in the month of April. So on 31st May 2008, I deposited the shoes alongwith the copy of the bill with the dealer and it was handed over to Sh. Mukesh Kumar.
                        I was not issued any receipt and was asked to come after a week.
                        So I visited the showroom on 03/06/2008, 15/06/2008, 19/06/2008, 27/06/2008 and finally today on 1st July, 2008.
                        Even today on demanding, I havent been issued any receipt and have been told that due to the closing rush, they aren't entertaining my complaint.So, I humbly request you to kindly do the required.

                        Adidas/Shoes — early damage

                        i got my shoes partly damage within 2week of purchase.
                        I have adidas barricade top of line tennis shoes and it is worn out in a few months hole in sole already and inserts worn out quick to i paid $195.00 australian dollars for it i want money back or full replacement for that price should last at least 1 year or more i do not play tennis to much either, how do i get replacement or money back i am in hong kong for 6 months and i purchased in australia please help me get some action done thank you.

                        shoes — Shoes worn out in 15 days

                        I purchase a shoe in sale from Bootmaker, Shop No. 1, Madhav nagar, SV Road, Andheri (West) on 15th April 2010. I was told by the salesman that the Shoes is a good quality one. But within 15 days the shoes started to worn out. The sole gave way. I went to the shop on 29th April & again on 5th May. But they are not ready to replace the shoes or return back my money.

                        in AUG 2011 and while buying the shoes I was told that if anything happens to the shoes
                        from 3 months of buying them, they will get replaced.

                        Now the shoes got worn out just in 2 months of its use.

                        Please let me know when can I get the shoes replaced from the local showroom in Delhi.

                          I hve purchased a pair of shoes Adidas make MOD:Kundo 11 ART G03574 fromShri Om Distributors, Triton Mall, Kalwar Road, Jaipur on 14.08.10. The shopkeeper has issued me unprinted invoice wiyhot number, when I have asked for the computerised invoice than he told me that his computer is not showing the inventory of these shoes. It showes that these shoes may be spurious. I have given this complaint on [protected]@adidas.com twice but not received any reply so far. Kindly take the action urgently.

                            This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased a rainy jacket from infinity mall adidas showroom in adheri w and the logo had come off and on going to the showroom i had to wait for 2 days and got a replacement of the same with the promise that i wont face the problem again....In the very next 2 days i faced the same problem again and i sopke to so called Zonal manager Nilesh Desai who told me " JOH KARNE KA HAI KARLE"....So would like to know it this how a consumer is treated after being troubled again and again...

                              Since I brought these shoes for running purpose.when ever i started using this shoe I feel very uneasy after putting on. When I put-on these shoe my both the toe start aching badly. I start waiting for my end of exercise hours so that I get rid of these shoe. Now you can imagine in how much pain I am getting doe to this shoe.there after i went to my doctor and consulted regarding pain.he find out that the pain only because of defective shoe and advised me to stop using addidas shoe.i approached the addidas show room regarding this issue.they simply said that the shoe once used it cant be replaced.i think they are not aware that only after using the shoe we can find out or feel whether we are getting any pain or other problem.I am very upset after buying it. I lost believe on Adidas company. If the company will not look into this matter I’ll be force to file a suit at consumer forum.

                                    i have purshased the shoe from adidas showroom in panjagutta named Foot Needs on 21 jan. 2010. my bill no. is sc9/5401. it is mantioned clearly on your bill that you gives 3 months warranty. i have purchased these shoes from rs 3009/- and the actual cost is 4299/-. when i give a complaint to that showroom they says that they can't do anything . at the time of purchasing you people gives a lot of promise to impress the customers but at the time of complaint no one here to hear that one. this means you are cheating the people. if your shoes have not the age of even 3 months then whats the benefit to buy these costly shoes.
                                    i ask all my friends and relative to don't purchase anything from adidas .
                                    you are not able to satisfy the people.
                                    i know there is not any relief from your side to do something regarding this matter.

                                    Adidas — Cracked shoes

                                    I've always used to buy Adidas shoes; the last time was since two months, I purchased shoes but now it cracked!! Only after tow months!! It looks awful now!! I get back to the salesman in the store but he refused to help!! Any body here knows what should I do? It coasts me a lot!! And I don't know whom I should get back to??

                                        I have purchase adidas shoe from M/s Tarai Chappal Store Hari Mandir Gali ,Rudrapur Distt-Udhamsinghnagar (Uttarakhand) Tele No.[protected] Art no Makis.333612 Rs-2799/- Mgf date 11/08 and date purchase 23th September 2009, with 15 days sole pasting has come out. & flod wrinkle on shoe it clearly shows it is manufacture defect. I have gone to the stores for replacement but he suggest for repasting after this i found that my pasting of sole is come out i contact the shop but he refused do so and said lodge a complaint for replacement and get a letter accordinly i will replace .

                                        Kindly help me to get the repalcement see the attached photo for your ready reference.

                                        I have purchase adidas shoe from M/s S M enterprise Neru Tele No.27702830 Art no.333221 Mgf date 09/09 and date purchase 29th novmeber 2009, with 45 days sole pasting has come out. & flod wrinkle on shoe it clearly shows it is manufacture defect. I have gone to the stores for replacement , but he refused do so and said lodge a complaint for replacement and get a letter accordinly i will replace .
