Hi there, Case 1: I bought shoes from NTS Pvt Ltd Ambience mall Gurgaon in the last week of February 14. The cost of the shoes is 9999. It's highly unsatisfactory that I bought a bad quality product by paying that handsome amount.Within four month the shoes started getting torn from joints. Please look into the attachment that shows the shoes condition. I highly appreciate if I get it replace. Hope the positive response. Case 2: I bought one another shoes from NTS Pvt Ltd Ambience mall Gurgaon in the second week of February 14. The cost of the shoes is 9999. I bought this shoe for my relative and as the size was not perfect I went the shop for size exchange, the stock was not available so they asked me to come in the month of march when new stock was supposed to come, in next visit also I didn’t get the size they asked me to wait for some more time and in my third visit all the staff of the shop got changed and they are saying I need to take permission from adidas for exchange, please grant the permission to do that. I am a regular customer of adidas products but the defect caused in this T-shirt I bought 4 months earlier from a nearby store was embarrassing. I assure you that there was no carelessness on my part in washing the cloth or any such thing. You can understand by having a look at the pictures. I hope you will surely help me as soon as possible. Hi Authority, I have purchased adidas shoe pair on 15/11/2013 worth Rs. 4599/- Now my both shoes upper side has torn at same side. I purchased one set of quadis branded l-45014 [protected]a-1 from popular shoe mart shop no:3, 4&5, t.S.R.Complex vide bill.No:vst04-14pos 2635 date:[protected]. Within one month one of the chappala the bottom part was damaged and it was handed over to the shop for replacement. But the shop one is telling the size12 not available for replacement.

Sir/Madam, I bought this Adidas shoe pair and it worked fine until the mesh of both the shoes started coming out by itself. I have hardly worn this shoes but the mesh seems to be defected from the inside as it has started coming out. Adidas shoe showroom kangra (H.P) Mob-[protected], -[protected] I had purchase a shoes wide Article No- D70526 Size-8 B.R.Code[protected] on 24/2/2014. the shoes become defective with in two month. the owner of shop refused to take any responsibility and suitable action. the cost of shoe is Rs-3099/=

This is regarding a Purchase Order placed on an authorized dealer of Adidas for female sports shoes. We had placed an order on your authorized dealer M/s Nijhawan Travel Service Pvt. Ltd. (located at Shop No. 5 & 6, Swarah Rekha, Linking Road, Khar West, Mumbai – 400052) on 24.03.2014 for supply of 13 Pairs of Adidas Female Sports shoes. (PO attached for kind reference) Our representatives had visited the shop and chosen the design of the shoes to be ordered. A person from the shop visited our office at BKC with the size scale to note the sizes of the 13 pairs required. Advance payment of Rs. 52, 611.00 was made to the dealer on 07.04.2014 and the shoes were to be delivered on the day the cheque was realized. Accordingly the shoes were delivered on 14.04.2014. However, out of the 13 pairs delivered four were of the wrong size and one pair was defective. This was informed to the dealer on 14.04.2014 itself. But even after a follow up of more than 2 weeks there was no response from their side. On 03.05.2014 we were informed that the sizes which we required are not available with any one of their Mumbai stores. So for the same which they have put up a refill from their Delhi warehouse which is taking time. They requested for a few more days time to deliver the shoes. On 06.05.2014 we were informed that the replacement has been received. They were asked to deliver the shoes at the same address on the same day. Finally the replacement was received on 12.05.2014. However again it was found that out of the 4 pairs delivered, one box of shoes contained one shoe of size 6 and one of size 7. The dealer was again contacted, but they responded saying that their karagir (worker) is not available today and no fixed date was communicated. We fail to understand why a worker is required for shoe replacement. We regret to say that this kind o[censored]nprofessional service is not expected from an established brand like adidas. These shoes were to be gifted to our female employees who had participated in the women’s marathon as a token of appreciation. We have all reasons to believe that running for the marathon was far more easier than purchasing these shoes. After such service we are sorry to say that we will not be dealing with Adidas in future for any kind of purchases. We request you now to either replace the shoes with the correct size immediately or refund us the amount paid to you and take back all the pairs.

I understand we share a good relation from a good number of years, youve been making real nice shoes for me, however buying this shoe i feel ive been cheated, this is justa fancy looking shoe and quite uncomfortable. Its just beena day i purchased it and i already started to dislike it, spending 4999 on a shoe i can atleast expect it to be comfortable All i want to say is i dont want to stay with this lifeless shoe please replace the same for me, i can buy something even expensive to replace it, i want to maintain your rapport good in the market. I had purchased a pair of Adidas Cushion 22 shoe in Jan 14. The sole of the left shoe within a month has started coming out from the main body of the shoe. the shoe has hardly been used till date. i was unable to go to the local store in Delhi as I am out of station.

I have been using adidas shoe for past few years and was very satisfied with the product. my last shoe was Cushion 20 which lasted for a good 2 years and thus I bought the Cushion 22 series.

Kindly help me out in the subject issue.

Hello, I've been using Adidas products since years, and I'm very sorry to say that I was really disappointed with one of the product with the Adi running shoes I bought. I bought an Adi running shoes two years back (NOT on sale) from Adidas Pattom, Kerala. Though it's been two years, I have used it only a few times that I could count the days I've used it. Only since last week, I've been using it almost regularly for jogging. And to my surprise, or rather shock, it tore apart on the front side. Had it been from wear and tear, I would have certainly understood. I'm sure I haven't used it even remotely to bring it into such a pathetic state. Also, being a regular user of Adidas, this is the fisrt time I have come across such a defect.Since it is a running shoe as the product says, being a customer I certainly do not expect it to come off like this in such short span o[censored]se. I am a middle class consumer and i brought an adidas golba shoes for rupees1999 on[protected] for 6 month warranty and the shopkeeper told me that he will replace it if any damage occurs and when i brought that shoes for replacing he cheated me and said that it cannot be replaced and he pasted it with gum and gave it to me and i went with that and after that when today i went there he said that he cannot do anything and he will sent the shoes to company and such like fake offers made to a middle class consumer like me so please help me to replace my shoes as fast as you could

I had purchased article 015813 APP, size 34 from adi Sports (India ) Pvt ltd, Rang puri, Mahipalpur, DELHI- 110037 counter on 2/2 /2013 with discounted price tag Rs 1469 . After one wash the colour of the pant/ golf trouser got faded . After 3-4 visits the counter boy accepted my complaint on 28/6/ 2013 and informed me that i will get a call from the customer desk with in week, but there was no call and finally on 04/7/2013 i went to the shop and i was told that engineer from NOIDA did not come, pl take ur item back nothing can be done now..

Purchased Hispana Sandals..Now it is not usable as the adhesion from the supports at base has come out. I went to Adidas outlet at Vivinana mall, Thane West but they said that this is a different franchisee NTS so it cannot be repaired here. I had purchased it from Ved Star, RMall, Thane West and the shop has closed since then. If I am ready to pay money to `get it repaired if not covered under warranty period which has to be verified then why can't any franchisee assit in this Thanks Umang

Hi Team, I have purchased the UK 9 number shoe from Kathriguppe Adidas Showroom. While purchasing i was getting too pain in my legsduring the trails. Then executives said its just only in initial walk. But i dint see any changes even after the 6 times use. Getting too much pain in leg. Now this shoe is no use for me this cost around 2500Rs.
