महोदय निवेदन है कि मेरेपिता द्वारा आपकी कम्‍पनी को जूता मोडल नम्‍बर (Adiquest L44422M9 White/dk navy/white, )MRP-4200.00 खरीद कर गिफ्‍ट किया, जब मेरे द्वारा जूता पहना गया तो वो बहुत टाईट है । कैंटीन उसे वापस या चैन्‍ज नहीं कर रही है । वो कम्‍पनी से बात करने को बोलते है। मेरे द्वारा पूर्व में भी आपकी कम्‍पनी के जूते सेम साईज के पहने है, पर कोई दिक्‍त नहीं हुयी । वहॉ के एक कर्मचारी द्वारा बताया गया की इस लोट में साईज छोट आया है ब‍हुत कम्‍पलेन्‍ट आई है । अत आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरी परेशानी दूर करने का कष्‍ट करे । हमारे द्वारा इतना महंगा जूता बहुत पैसा इक्‍ठठा करने के बाद बडी हिम्‍मत से खरीदा है और खरीदने के बाद भी कोई फायदा नहीं होपा रहा है । भवदीय (बिजेन्‍द्रसिहं यादव) निवासी-20नई मण्‍डी, कसेरु खेड़ा, मेरठ । [protected]@gmail.com

    Dear Sir I has purchased the shoes from the ADIDAS SHOW ROOM at Distt. - Sikar (Rajasthan) in the Starting month of the Year. I also complaint lodge and sent shoes for repair but few day again defect at the same place appeared that seems only making the costumer fool.It should be replaced or be rectified/serviced properly

      Dear sir, This is regarding a sports shoe which i had purchased on May 30th, 2014. As it is a very renowned company, i did not expect it to tear off as early as 5 and half months. This kind of service is not acceptable or expected from a company like Adidas. The base has torn off from the body and it is not possible to repair it. Therefore i would like a replacement for my shoe as early as possible so that the standard of your company is not defamed. The model number is adidas men galba ART Q17444, US size 12.5 UK 12.           The shorts that I purchased from Adidas Malad Oberio mall, got torn post 3 months as I hardly wore it, else am sure the defect would have come up within the 3 months period. after following up with the store guys and online with customer care people, the standard reply I received was the product was out of the scope of warranty i.e. 3 months. This is ridiculous as a brand like Adidas is saying any defect after 3 months will not be entertained. Then why buy from such a big sports brand. A local vendor will also take the goods back in 3 months . I am sure if this would have been a case with Shoppers Stop and I would have brought from Shoppers a product of Adidas, I would have not faced this problem. The individual store are really unfriendly and very rude I also have the mail trail follow up with customer care people and their standard reply, and a picture of the torn product was shared with them

            Dear, Adidas Customer Care in charge officer. Sub. – Refund of Cash / Replacement of product as per requirement against selling of wrong product. I have purchase a shoes of Article No. – M18657-6-GALAXY M on Dated. 12.11.2014 Invoice no. SC1253. From ADIDAS Show room- Jatin Sales, Korba (C.G.). -495677. Email- korba.[protected]@gmail.com. .. Contact no. -[protected], [protected] .. My 10 year old son is a player & he feels pain on his foot while on running. I have contact the Orthopedics about it. He suggested that he has flat feet. So Dr. has recommended to use of Arc based Sport shoes for running purpose. I have contact your Show room about it & ask of shoes for above recommendation & your Show room has sell me above product as fit for recommendation. I contact the Doctor along with shoes on same day but Dr. has rejected the shoes because he has not fulfilled the requirement of Arc for flat feet. I immediate intimate to your show room for replacement or Refund & deposit the Shoes in Show room. Your Showroom has not able to replace as per recommendation & they refused to replacement or refund and their behavior are very poor & unsocial. while contact to your CSC no satisfactory remedy received.                 I bought basketball shoes from the adidas store at orion mall in bangalore on 9th October. i was looking for basketball shoes for women. The store sold me boys basketball shoes which is pefect in length but wide for my feet. The very first instant that i just went to play, and the in the first very movement my ankle twisted within the shoes and i am now suffering from a bone fracture. The doctor has told me that i am not allowed to play for quite some time. The stores are not just suppose to sell wrong shoes to a customer. if they had advised me othersiwise i would buy normal running shoes. i want to retur these shoes. im am in hyderabad now and the franchisees say that i should return at the main store. Kindly advise.. and do resolve within the return period. Also please note that this has caused a big discomfort ata very wrong time when im here to do an MBA from ISB..i expect proper servive from your side now

                  I bought a adidas bag 2 months ago and i still have the bill and the bill number is sc1235 and the eancode[protected] and the product number 06/14 m67829 00l001 . the problem is the back strid is completly torn off . and at the bottom the skin started pealing off. when i bought this bag they said if there is some problem you can exchange it and i thought it would be simply easier but for exchanging this i took lots of eforts still i didnt get any replies of my quaries. Even i started posting my complaints in all sorts of adidas websites but still i dnt know wether some one's taking atmost care of their costmers and reading their complaints. i just want to replace my bag. Atleast someone one respond for this .

                    I purchased these boots for my son about six weeks ago for the new football season starting. My son has worn the boots twice now and each time the boots are worn the metal studs at the bottom fall off, this is despite them been tightened. The boots are not fit for purpose as when he is playing football they will come off and he has to stop and put them back in place. My son has had metal stud boots in the past and we have never had this problem before therefore the boots are now not wearable. It is very disappointing as my son now has to go and purchase new boots so he can play football. This is not only a waste of money but also time. I await your response to this matter.                       The picture attached is of shoes which are less than 3 months old but worn on only 20 days. Adidas has replied to my complaint that the claim has to be made within 15 days of buying the product. Is the life of such expensive shoes just 15 days? The quality of Adidas products and their customer service has seriously gone down. The left shoe has got deformed and the right shoe has given me shoe bites. Regards, Pragun Jain [protected]

                        I purchased two TT-shirts from GANGA NAGAR of RAJASTHAN from ADIDAS show room opposite Bhatia petrol pump on 12/8/14 My total purchasing was about 6000. They gave me a slip against bill . It was like print as atm slip After 15days one of the T-shirt changed in color. I took the shirt to the show room owner and asked for claim. They told me to change the apparel.BUT I AM VERY SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY ARE NOT JUSTIFYING WITH ME .I will go for C Court. I WAS FOND OF YOUR BRAND .                           I bought Adidas shoe from Show room in Chennai-Spence Plaza for rs.2959 on 01/09/2014. I tried wearing shoe size of 9 and 10 and asked to pack size 9. I went out of station to Banglore the next day. After I start using the shoe I find lot of discomfort and when I check the shoe size it was shocking to me it was 8. So I call the store and spoke to manager & sales person and complained that shoe does not fit my size. I was asked to come to store in person once I come back. I met the store manager Raj on 11/09/2014 he is not ready to replace the shoe. He is giving reason that shoe is used cannot be replaced. Manager is not ready to accept their mistake that the packed incorrect shoe size. On top of this Manager Raj says that I tried wearing the shoe size of 8 only. He speaks how he can run a business with this type o[censored]sed shoe. Please say your manager, without customer you cannot run business. I return back home with the same pair of shoes which is of no use to me. I have bought many product from Adidas, but now I feel so shame to use such product and poor customer handling experience.                           fault in football

                          I bought Adidas Tango 12 from Russia in Nov 2012. In May 2013 it got puntured. Can it be repaired? Does it come under shape warranty ?

                              I had submitted a replacement claim on 20. 07. 2014 at [protected]@adidas.com, exactly as advised by respective Store in New Delhi, India from where the article (shoes) was purchased, on account of manufacturing defect within 3 months from date of purchase. I have since provided all the details that I had with me including snapshots of defect and product level and also scan of Invoice/Bill. I have sent about 9 mails since then as a follow up of the issue. I have still not got any response as when I am going to get replacement. The claim lodged on 20.07.14, goes on as follows : This has reference to Invoice/Bill no.8525 dated 18.06.2014 for shoes (Article No. F32232) purchased from Adidas, west Wind Retails P Ltd., F-55, Select City Walk, Saket, New Delhi 110017. The lace holder provided in the center of front portion (left Foot) is tearing away from its base damaging also the net on which it is stitched. In this regard, two photographs of the Shoes exhibiting the manufacturing defect and copy of Invoice/Bill are attached herewith. I request for needful for immediate replacement, please.                                 The foam used inside has been ripped of within 3 months of wear.Being a reputed firm I expected it to work at least for 1 year properly but the foams inside the4 shoes are ripped of and causing a discomfort to me.I expect to get either a replacement of a refund for the same.

                                  I bought a pair of Adidas Copa Mundial foot-ball boots 4 weeks ago for 90 pounds ive only worn them 5 times and the stitching on the left boot on one of the white stripes as came unstitched, also some stitching elsewere, i have bought Adidas foot-ball boots over the last 10 years and never had any proplems, so for me to complain is very rare, what can be done to rectify this proplem. i look forward to hearing from you soon, with an answer. thank you.

                                    My name is Ajay chand. I purchased a pair of shoe from your store ADIDAS in Mgf mall Gurgaon. After purchasing I came to know there is a manufacturing fault in one of the shoe. I went to your store again and explained everything and your store boy realized that there is your mistake. He said he will forward it and it will be replaced. I waited for 4 days and now you people are saying you dont have same size so I asked when it will be available and got answer from you that I cant get the same shoe because sale is over. Is this the way you handle the customer and make buisness???? First of all you guys sold that defective shoe then you are saying you wont change it. Its really frustrated and I dont want this kind of reply and customer service from Adidas when it is your mistake. Guys I need an urgent action from you on this...otherwise I will take action from my end ... I hope you will not force me to do that. This is the reference number ADI14070640

                                      Hi there, Case 1: I bought shoes from NTS Pvt Ltd Ambience mall Gurgaon in the last week of February 14. The cost of the shoes is 9999. It's highly unsatisfactory that I bought a bad quality product by paying that handsome amount.Within four month the shoes started getting torn from joints. Please look into the attachment that shows the shoes condition. I highly appreciate if I get it replace. Hope the positive response. Case 2: I bought one another shoes from NTS Pvt Ltd Ambience mall Gurgaon in the second week of February 14. The cost of the shoes is 9999. I bought this shoe for my relative and as the size was not perfect I went the shop for size exchange, the stock was not available so they asked me to come in the month of march when new stock was supposed to come, in next visit also I didn’t get the size they asked me to wait for some more time and in my third visit all the staff of the shop got changed and they are saying I need to take permission from adidas for exchange, please grant the permission to do that.
