Dear Sir/Mam,
I had purchased an adidas pants from the showroom located at Splanda mall in Hurghada/Egypt, during the time of purchase they assured me that the pants made of %100Egyptian cotton and it will never be shorter, but after the first wash in a cold water became very short and looks funny, so i went back to the store and i asked to change to a bigger size or to refund my money, and they checked them selves how short it is but end of the time they refused and the attitude of the sale person (Mr. Mohamed) were very rude and aggressive and after 25 minutes he called his boss Mr. Amr and he asked me to talk to his boss over the phone and the man was really not nice , i dont know why such unprofessional people managing big brand stores, now i dont know what to do , to whom i should complaint, who is the person in charge of this company in Egypt, by the way by egypt law we have the right to refund or change within 14 days from the purchasing date , i bought on 20/2/11 and today is 4/3/11,,,,, !! i'm using the sports wear of adidas since more than 30 years, all my family and friends are doing the same, but for sure we will think many times before buying any of adidas product in Egypt

Adidas — Sizing wrong
I purchased a pair of adidas trainers just 2 days ago from well known retailer JD sports along with another pair of nike trainers both of which were size 7. I got up this morning and got ready hoping to wear my new adidas trainers when I slide them on my feet I could feel that the trainers were far to tight. So I put on my nike trainers thinking maybe my feet had swolen or something but the nike trainers fitted and still had room in them. Unfortuanaly I had miss placed my receipt but took them back to the store to see if I could try a size 8 to see if these were any better. JD sports had no size 8's left and the manager said this was a common fault with adidas and they are extremly small sizes, as a customer I think I should have been warned about this problem as I would have tried the trainers in the store. As I did not have the receipt the manager said he could not swop the trainers for another size, another type of trainer or could he give my my money back. I rang JD sports customer service who said that I could not make any complaint without a receipt and would not speak any further. So now I am stuck with a pair of trainers too small because the sizing is incorrect and would be pleased if you can help me on this matter or atleast explain to me why your sizes are small.
