I purchased pink colored Adidas shoes for Rs. 5000 from the Exclusive Connought Place Store in Delhi. My shoes thought not even used much have become very discolored. What should I do. The shoes look horrible now.

I buy one T shirt from Adidas Store Pune , after 4-5 wash its color got faded out in patches (not complete) .
i went to get it replace from there store in Shipra Mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad , but i was surprise to hear that I need to get it replace from the store from where i buy this , I was thinking this is a global brand with atleast comman replacement policy country wide i was wrong , anyway i mail to there Customer Care , they came back with reply and ask me to share the picture of T-shirt .i shared the same now since they came to know what they really have delivered to end user , they dont have words to reply i wrote them multiple times but simple reply " we have forward the details to concern dept will come back to you soon" and after some time they least bother to reply even.
I suggest one should avoid Adidas , the company who charge like a premier brands and deliver defected products and there customer care prove the same by not replying even after 2 month and multiple mails.

I purchased a lower of adidas from Dinesh enterprices, mansarover, jaipur (rajasthan). Without washing only cloths stitches detached away (due to bad quality of stitches) and small thread balls appeared all around (due to bad quality of cloth fabric used). when I complain against this to shop keeper he said we are not responsible but I force him to send it to adidas office they will take action so he send it but when I go there to collect it he said we don’t have time for this work and he used abusing language like and company will not give it u back. Shopkeeper was very rude and I really feel bed to see that a company material and behavior of their outlets. I want to know how I can get a new without defect or at least my lower back I don’t want to go that shope again so help me . PFA transaction details.

i kept this mail on june14-2011 to [protected]@adidas.com, but there is no action against it, they want to make money but they are least bothered of customer satisfaction.

I purchased an upper from Adidas, C2 Janak puri, New Delhi. However, the upper is a bit short in size for me. We asked for an exchange of size from the outlet but they didn't have one. We requested them to give us a pair of flotters instead of the upper and we'll pay them the extra money, the simply refused to even listen and the Manager, Mr. Pankaj Gupta was very rude in behavior with and my mother.
Also, the Manager of the District Centre branch said them to get it exchanged but Mr.Gupta did not help us in any case.

Our upper is with the Janakpuri employees now.

I'd request you to please act for it as soon as possible.

I bought adidas shoes from M/s, K.K. Footwear, opp. Dr. Pannalal Nursing Home, Ramghat road, aligarh (uttar pradesh) 202001 India phone ([protected]), worth Rs. 1620/- on[protected].But within this short duration the shoes are damaging(peeling off the material). what is the reason behind this i dont know. may be the material used is not of good quality or whether the shoes are not of original quality. i put my grievence in front of the proprieter of M/s K.K. Footwear but he did not replied satisfactorily. he asked me to send the pair of shoes to the company. so, here i kindly request you to take action against the dealer and please help me to sought out my problem as soon as possible.

This is with reference to the purchase made of a Adidas Neo Shirt from the franchisee : Nehh Retail Private Limited. 17, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700 071. At the very first use of the said product the colour of the shirt had faded (under arms) at thus I had returned it to the same franchisee for settlement on 28th of February, 2011. Although being assured a response in a week, i didn't seem receive any call form their end till date. After making continuous visit to the shop, finally around last week of June the fault was accepted and I was informed that I could purchase any other garment of the same value as the specific piece could not be replaced.

In mid July when i made a visit to the showroom for the claim settlement I was given my shirt back and was informed that nothing could be done as the colour had faded due to my mishandling.

Thus after getting no response from your end for six months I don't a expect a negative response from Adidas and blaming the customer for something where I have no role to play. I fell that this is a matter of great concern as it could be the case of misleading the customers, regretting for the number of customers who would be a part of this unknowingly.


Therefore, in this scenario kindly make sure that concrete steps are taken against this.

In my position as Chairman, Indian Oil, my wife Anuradha Bansal was gifted a pair of adidas shoes at Vadodara Gujarat by Indian Oil to play friendly cricket match there. However, it was noticed that in one of the shoe there is some manufacturing defeat and laces cannot be put properly. The shoes were showed to your showroom in south extension, New Delhi. Who refuse to entertain the complaint. Twice I have sent the complaint on mail but unfortunately no response from your side. I cannot expect this kind of response from a company of international repute. Your immediate response is solicited.

I had bought a Adidas perfume (special edition south Africa, pure game) from shoppers stop,

Chennai.I bought it in the month of march. I am a regular use of Adidas and never had such a worst

experience. It has created all yellow marks in all my costly branded shirts and t.shirts (check the

attachments) and i am very upset of this. I expect some proper and responsible reply from your side.

When i went to lodge a complaint regarding this in SHOPPERS STOP in Mumbai, they didn't take any

action. And i am fed up. I expect a proper compensation my shirts which is no more worth to wear cause

of spraying this perfume. Please do the needful.

I BOUGTTH 3 MNTS BACK THIS MODEL SANDAL(water grip) rs 2000. BUT I GIVE TO TOMES REPAIR NOW THEY TIME THEY are same prblem .am using 1 1/12 years then am tling my friends to share this news now am and my friends to change this brand to take disicion.so clear problem with in 24 hrs .to early.MY CELL.NO.[protected].

I bought the bought the Adidas football shoes at Sneekers shop in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall on 18th December 2010, My son started practicing in Jan 2011 with them and has just completed his 2nd game with this as it stating to tore on the heal section, I went to Sneekers to return this to them, the only response from them is that they need to send this to Adidas for a report, which will take a few weeks. To me this is very poor service as we only started the season and my son need a pair of toks for the game comming up on Saturday 19th March 2011. This while I paid R 1964.40 for this and the quality is not up to standard, Could I please get a response from Adidas on how I need to handle this. As I dont want to deal with the people at Sneekers with their aditude that Suck's to say the least.
The manager at Sneekers only gave me his Surname (Kagiso) as he refused to give me any other detail, as per his action was that he'll be drawn into this personally, which to me is an aknowlegment that they at fault and sont want to asisst. Yesterday their response was they will send the shoes to Multi Save to get this repaired, but if I want to swap this I need to come back today and discuss this with the manager.

I had purchased an adidas pants from the showroom located at Splanda mall in Hurghada/Egypt, during the time of purchase they assured me that the pants made of %100Egyptian cotton and it will never be shorter, but after the first wash in a cold water became very short and looks funny, so i went back to the store and i asked to change to a bigger size or to refund my money, and they checked them selves how short it is but end of the time they refused and the attitude of the sale person (Mr. Mohamed) were very rude and aggressive and after 25 minutes he called his boss Mr. Amr and he asked me to talk to his boss over the phone and the man was really not nice , i dont know why such unprofessional people managing big brand stores, now i dont know what to do , to whom i should complaint, who is the person in charge of this company in Egypt, by the way by egypt law we have the right to refund or change within 14 days from the purchasing date , i bought on 20/2/11 and today is 4/3/11,,,,, !! i'm using the sports wear of adidas since more than 30 years, all my family and friends are doing the same, but for sure we will think many times before buying any of adidas product in Egypt

After 2 weeks that shoe suddenly got tore off from the stitching part of the left shoe.
then i have brought that shoe at the store on 17/02/2011 to show them that shoe and asked them to replace this but they have not taken any action for this at all.
