I bought a shoe of brand Adidas from CSD defence HQ canteen in the month of feb. Its market price is INR 2900/-. Its description is as follows –

Since I brought these shoes I feel very uneasy after putting on. When I put-on these shoe my toe of left leg start aching badly after half an hour or so, and I start waiting for my end of duty hours so that I get rid of these shoe. Now you can imagine in how much pain I passed these couple of month, in waiting that the time will come when these shoes will get shape of my leg. I am very upset after buying it. I lost believe on Adidas company. If the company will not look into this matter I’ll be force to file a suite at consumer forum.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    i have purchased a pair of basketball shoes from adidas factory outlet in nangal raya costing Rs.2700. i accidently saw the poster in the floor saying that "free discount coupon of Rs.500 on purchase above Rs.2100. so i asked them that they would give us the discount but on next purchase from adidas so i said will you give us the voucher to us he said "the voucher is yours yar don't panic".my budget was also less so i thought they are giving better option so i took the bill saying that i've paid 2300 and 400 are still outstanding so i asked fom my mom for 400 more. later what happened when i came back to them they gave me the shoe's and when i asked for the voucher they said " what voucher , the voucher will be valid after 3 days so you can collect it after 3 days and scratch it". so i took from them in writing that voucher has to be paid to us. later after three days when i visited them they said "don't worry it's valid but we don't have the stamp we need a stamp of adidas before we can give it to you so we have sent a boy to collect the stamp". so i asked them when will i come then they said" after 2-3 days. later i went back to them they said"the boy has not come yet. then i went 2 times to them 1st after one week and 2nd after 2 weeks so it was nearly a month. i went to them last time for the voucher they said the "offer has been gone". please reply to me

      Dear Sir
      I bought two T shirts from Adidas - Factory Outlet in Motinagar, New Delhi, One of the T shirt lost shape with in 15 Days & I went to the outlet & registered the comlaint on 11th Nov 2009, now even after 3 & 1/2 months they are not providing me the replacement,I ve visited the outlet serveral times & they are not giving me the satisfactory reason for the delay.
      the purchase date for the same is 10th Oct 2009 vide bill no.SC9/3283, artical no.313111.

        I have paid amount of 3524/- after discounted but it was not manufactured by adidas .The lable on shoes indiactes china made.I had gone through Adidas web site for confirmation as per the brand name i din get the valuable product.Because i was not expecting china made product.

          The Adidas Outlet store in Lancaster, Pa. is in the Rockvale Outlet Mall. My wife and I shopped there yesterday, February 15th, 2010. The selection was good and the pricing fine but there was one problem--the store stunk. We had to leave after less than ten minutes due to the pungent odor permeating the store. It was strong enough to make you nauseous. One of the kids working there mentioned that a sewage pipe may have broken.

          The store should have been closed until the problem was corrected. It's not fair to the employees or customers.

            I bought a Adidas antiperspirant from Lifestyle on 6th Feb, 2010. I used it only once on 8th Feb, 2010. It was not functioning the next day morning 9th Feb, 2010. Now they say that I would have used the whole spray can within 3 days time. Where as they themselves claim it normally takes 2 months to finish one spray can.
            There was no sales person at the Lifestyle showroom while delivery of the spray can to explain why whether the spray can is sealed or not. Now I have lost my money on that antiperspirant. I am disappointed with Adidas that it stocks such malfunctioning products and claims that they are imported and distributed in India in malls like Lifestyle for exhorbitant prices as 250 rs ! When they fail to work with just one use!! Its very disappointing of Adidas.

            Dear Sir/Mam,
            I had purchased an adidas pants from the showroom located at Splanda mall in Hurghada/Egypt, during the time of purchase they assured me that the pants is Egyptian cotton 100 % and it will never be shorter, but after the first wash in a cold water became very short and looks funny, so i went back to the store and i asked to get bigger size or to refund my money after he checked himself the tall of the pants with another pants from the shop and they refused and the attitude of the sale person (Mr. Mohamed) were very rude and aggressive and after 25 minutes he called his boss Mr. Amr and he asked me to talk to his boss over the phone and the man was really not nice, i dont know why such unprofessional people managing big brand stores, now i dont know what to do, to whom i should complaint, who is the person in charge of this company in Egypt, i'm using the sports wear of adidas since more than 30 years, all my family and friends are doing the same, but for sure we will think many times before buying any of adidas product in Egypt .. my egyptian cell number is +[protected]

              I have purchased Adidas Shoes 22 yds Trainer article no. L11047 from Sammati Enterprises SCO 6 Sector 17 E Chandigarh 160017 vide bill no. SC9/15176 on[protected] for Rs. 2499/-. I am sorry to point out that the back side inner padding of both the shoes damaged/torn off in just one and half month from the date of purchase. I lodged complaint with the shopkeeper i.e Sammati Enterprises on[protected] whose response was not at all co-operative. He refused to replace the shoes and instead told me that there is no such provision from the company. On repeated request from my side he agreed to get the shoes repaired and asked me to come after one week. He noted down my complaint vide no. 38. However, when, I visited the shop on[protected], he siad it will take another 15 days to resolve the matter. I requested him to lodge complaint with the company and get my shoes replaced. Since the brand name ADIDAS is having great reputation of their products , I was eager to listen the reply at the earliest. The response from the shopkeeper happen to be very much shocking so I decided to lodge this complaint through email to have decision at the earliest. Please get my shoes replaced so that the faith I do have in this company's products remains as it is.

              Kindly get into the matter and advise the shopkeeper to replace my shoes immediately failing which I shall be compelled lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

                I purchased a T-Shirt from Adidas Stores located in Great India Palace In Noida on 14.01.10.After a single usege i observed piling on the wrist area(Pictures Attached) & reported to the retailer & they provided me a receipt saying that we will send the object to the company regarding this problem on 18.01.2010.


                when i revisited the stores they denied to change the object saying that they don't consider Piling as a defect. First they tought me how to use a branded clothing & then they told me a strange thing that the woolen used was not of good quality & piling is the property of this material so they don't think that is was a defect. They wrote the same thing on the complaint receipt also that the object they are selling a product of low quality.


                Sales persons told me that i have to go to GERMANY to take a exchange.

                  This is regarding an Adidas sport shoe I purchased from Shoe Park, Alaka chowk, Pune on date: 21-Nov-2009 for Rs 2399/-

                  I found that Sole of the shoe got damaged within 2 weeks after purchase. I immediately rushed to the above shop and shown the damage to them. Shop owner initially rejected but after showing him bills and damage asked me to keep the shoes so that he can send it to Adidas for further action. I handover the Shoe in next week (Date[protected].


                  After a week long wait when I went back to check with shop (Date[protected], he gave me back the shoe with some patch work. The patch work done was nowhere matching Adidas standards. When I asked him if he had really sent this to Adidas he confirmed the same very confidently. However, he could not provide me any proof of Dispatch to Adidas or Return/Repair report from Adidas. He also argued with me and behaved in very unprofessional manner.

                  Further I noticed that same show was available in other Stores at less price (Rs 2199/-).

                  I have been using Adidas products from quite sometime and am very much satisfied with the quality of all products. This is the reason I purchased the above shoe blindly. However, above experience is really disturbing.

                  I request you to please look into above matter.

                  there was a problem with the shoes and it had a warrenty of 3 months. i went to the shop on 2nd of january 2010. the person bhavesh told to call at the store on 8th jan.
                  i called up on 8th, he told that the godown is closed of adidas and i will get the shoes on 15th feb.

                  its becoming rediculous on calling up the store in calling up the store and asking for replacement.
                  moreever the image of brand adidas is getting spoiled.

                  plz get some action done .

                    Sir,
                    I had purchased a sports shoes(stock No:[protected], EUSTACE M/336445/11) for Rs. 2799 /- from ADIDAS EXCLUSIVE STORE, Sidhee Shoe Planet, 32/2345, Shop No 1&2, DD Junction, MG road, Cochin on 09/10/2009. Two Weeks before I Had noticed that the sole of the shoes has come off in some places. I had taken the shoes to the above show room where I had purchased on 12/12/2009 and the store manager Mr. Vikram told me to come on 15/12/2009 as his boss is visiting the store on that date. I had gone with the shoes on 15/12/2009 and Mr.Vikram told me to “stick my shoes with a five rupees quick fix and I can continue using the shoes”. I never expected such an answer from adidas show room manager. I have kept the shoes in the show room itself after his response.
                    As a very reputed brand like ADIDAS such people Like Mr.Vikram will no doubt will spoil the name and confidence of the brand. Please do the needful to replace the shoes ASAP.

                      My family member brought Women Sweater for my Birthday.

                      I wear Small Size of All the brands - Nike, Reebok etc and so they got Small ASIAN Size for me in Adidas too.

                      But, unfortunately when I tried the sweater, I could see that the length of the Small size sweater is extremely short if we compare with other sports brand or other international brand in the market.

                      My Family members being confident of the size of the sweater, tore away the labels attached before gifting the same to me but due to extremely small length of the sweater, I was in a need to change the size and get bigger size where in atleast length is fine.

                      But, when we went to the shopkeeper, he refused to change the sweater because the labels were not there with us. We tried to convince him but he was like very annoying. I regularly buy Nike , reebok sportswear in the market and it was first time I got Adidas stuff as a gift and unfortunately got a very bad experience while trying adidas stuff as well when trying to get the same changed.

                      Please help me out as I would really like to get the stuff changed but do not know how to go about it as I dont have the label with me though I can give the credit card statement for the transaction being made.

                      When I tried to give my complaint on Adidas email address which are [protected]@adidas.com, [protected]@adidas.co.in, it gave me delivery failure reply so came to this site for filing my complaint and getting suggestions

                        I am Deepak Palsule and against your offer in June 2009 I had shopped for one each of Reebok shoes, Adidas Bag and one Sipper bottle if paid by Credit Card. The payment asked was Rs. 2200 +499 = 2699. Due to Communication Problems this payment was requested and paid twice on June 06, 2009 and June 07 ,2009. by HDFC Credit Card, both with the same transaction IDs (MT[protected]. But the double payment was not credited back to my credit card. However, I have received delivery of only one set of items and I don't want the other set of items. Hence, I request you to refund me the double payment amount of Rs.2699.00 at the earliest.

                          Recently i purchased two pair of ADDIDAS shoes from addidas store south extension- part-2 New Delhi. It has been only three months and both the pair has wore out.
                          The net of one pair has torn out and another pair is also in very bad condition.I cannot believe that addidas is providing so cheap quality...
                          I bought the pairs for Rs 6000/- each. But there is no value fo money.I also went to south ex showroom but they refused to change it.
                          By providing such poor quality addidas is spoiling its global image.

                            I had purchased an adidas T-shirt from the showroom located at ferozepur cantt.pin-152001 punjab india. during the time of purchase they donot told me reg. this fact that these pieces are deffected and due to this comp. given discount. no pumpflet was there in this regard. but while using it for two days i came to know that the piece is deffecected.There was manufacturing deffect in swing. when i complaint about it they agreed that all the those pieces were deffective now they haven't replaced my t-shirt.i visited 1 time to the store and even talked to the Sales Manager (Mr. Rahull) phone no.[protected] not helped me at all, they are not ready to refund my money.I want to replace that t-shirt but sales manager show me a small pumpflet and forced me to pay more for same t-shirt is with same show room .if my t-shirt will not replaced with same cost or not refund my money i shall never purchage any item of adidas and i will tell my every known person in this regard.I visited the store they said we will call u when we will have the stock and same t-shirt is with them.do let me know what can i do now?

                              i am a regular customer of reliance and recently i have purchased two office chairs from ur store in nellore,

                              today that is on 29/9/09,i have one to ur store to purchase t-shirts,i have selected a t-shirt of addidas which

                              was in 40% offer,at the time of billing ur sales person says it is not in offer,but when he decoded the barcode

                              it is in the discount offer(actual priceis 849and after 40% discount it was 509). ur staff had made me wait for

                              30 minutes in the store by arguing that it is not in the offer,after 30 minutes when asked them to decode

                              thr barcode it displayed as it is in the offer.

                              in such a group like reliance we dont except this kind of misbehaviour and stupid people working for

                              reliance, sorry for saying these world. my mobile no is [protected].

                                  Within a month of the purchase the sole of the shoe has started coming of. The shoe worth Rs 2599 is of such poor quality that it does not even last one month. It shows that adidas is selling seconds quality shoes in India.
                                  Please advise me what to do?

                                  Unit MRP - 6999
                                  Date of Purchase - 12th July 2009
                                  Showroom Purchased from - Adidas, Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon, India

                                  To my surprise, I have noted two weeks back that shoe has got some inherent defect and it's mash has started breaking out in both the shoes, one from the front and in another shoe from side.

                                  I have taken my shoe to Adidas showroom on 9th Nov-2009 and they retained the shoe and promised me to get it checked from Adidas quality department as they too acknowledged that shoe seems to have some quality issue.

                                  I called up your Showroom today(20th Nov 2009) to enquire about the status and they updated me that I can collect and take my faulty issue as Adidas didn't find any problem with the shoe and it's is because of my nails the show has been broken out

                                  I am quite surprised with the response of Adidas on my shoe quality. Instead of verifying throughly, Team Adidas is passing buck on my nails.

                                    i bought adidas shoes from nagpur adidas outlet situated at manglam complex, kadbi chowk owned by mohsin . i was handed over with a defective piece and when it was time to exchange the same they dissapointed me saying they were out of stock and so many other excuses.if company like adidas cannot keep adequate stock at outlets then why to open such big outlets and defame the name in india .still i request to value customers money and solve my problem.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I would like to bring your attention to Malpractice being done by Matrix Agency - Ahmedabad, a Factory outlet of Addidas Shoe from where recently i have purchased one article - Adizero Mana (Article No - 056146). Store operator has conveyed 30% discount on above product while i have checked in market that flat 40% discount is going on this product.

                                      Customer is preferring Company outlet to get protected with the price and service where it is found from the incident that no one else, but company representative himself is engaged in cheating a customer by quoting a higher price to the customer. This is completely unethical practice by factory which badly affecting customer base of the company hence strict action should has to be taken against responsible person.

                                      With this written complaint, I am expecting quickest solution, justification and action.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I would like to bring your attention Malpractice being done at a sports outlet which is selling Adidas shoes.

                                      I had bought a pair of Adidas football shoes on discount from OM Sports. I wore these for three days and they got torn. The studs on the sole got ripped with in three days. The pair was bought on 18th July 2009. On complaining to the shop the incharge refused to replace the shoe. He got it repaired and the very next day they broke again. I again approached the shop and they said Adidas does not entertain complaints on their shoes sold on discount.

                                      I am 13 years old and had collected all my pocket money to buy ADIDAS shoes. I feel that these shoes are not original as ADIDAS will never break so soon.
                                      Please take necessary action to ensure my trust in Adidas is maintained.

                                        I bought an Adidas cargoes few days back at the adidas showroom in coimbatore opposite to coffe day. They were little too long for me and the showroom people said they could have it altered in a day but they took two.And after two days i got back my cargoes pant . I took it back home and got all ready to wear it to a party when i noticed that they altered one leg too long and the other too long. I had to drive 60 km the other day jus to find out that they did not have another piece with them of the same type.

                                        Now how can u expect such a thing from such an established brand?? When we walk into a showroom like adidas we expect quality and good value for our money. but such a thing just cannot be tolerated..

                                        Adidas should be more careful in choosing its retail sellers .!!!
