Hi This is second time i'm posting this one I would like to draw your attention towards the fraud and misconduct from Adidas store at gaya bihar. They billed a product at rs 6599 but it was printed as rs 5799 on the box. They gave bill after payment and when I asked about this they started misbehaving. They also added 13.5% vat on the price. I have managed to take out the box and bill together. Please I need a response from your side else I will have to go through legal process. I am attaching bill and pic of box.     I bought a adidas shoe worth 5799 rs on 50% discount but after billing it was showing 6599 Rs on the bill, when I asked about this multiple pricing they started misbehaving and were not giving even the box of the shoe, somehow I managed to take the box. I am trying to contact contact customer care but there is no response from them. I am attaching the Pic of bill and box. Please I need some help from your side to get the balance or refund of the product. I have also decided to go through legal procedure for this response from adidas store.       I have purchased a adidas shoe worth rs 3100 and it is a worst shoe I ever used . I just bought it two months ago and it started get tearing automatically and the design patch on the shoe is getting removed automatically I rarely wore it about 8 to 10 times . I want my shoes to be replaced

        I bought an adidas slipper that had 40% offer, the MRP was 1299 and after applying offer the price was 779 but the store keeper billed 898 by saying sir 15% tax to be included..the question was that does product mrp is inclusion of tax or not.

          i have brought yesterday[protected] @6.29PM) new sandal model-adidas benton[protected].form shoe parx lx 244 narayan peth pune -30.and the today[protected]at morning at 10.30am i used an at 12 am i realize that both the sole of sandal gate busted totally. please replace me new sandal out different model or give me my money back. otherwise i will go to consumer court . bill no -CA[protected] my contact no-[protected].

            I ordered for return pickup on 10july'15 for 3 items delivered to me on 9july.
            Since the website is dysfunctional for such requests, I made call to customer care and Christina took my return request stating it will happen in max 48to72 working hours.
            My order no: 21537646
            My return case ID's: CS0078290, CS 0078292, CS 0078294

            My only instructions: (1) Only pickup 10 - 6pm, Mon - Fri (since my address is of the office)
            I received a call on saturday for pick up and i told the man to come on Monday post 10am since I had intitally instructed so. He said ok.

            I called back on that number on monday, number wasnt reachable.

            I have repeatedly been writing mails and calling the Customer care since then. So far I have spoken with Christina, Megha, Gaurav, Shilpa and Rohan!
            All of them have been telling me it will be done by today EOD or 24hours.
            I am struggling to have my money back and return the items for which I should not be liable beyond those 72hours!
            Its been over 10 days now !!
            Pathetic and disappointing
            Ironically, my office is within 5km of their warehouse address.

Product name is adidas duramo slippers. While wearing it for few days it started scratching my father's foot and it caused a serious cut.                     Hi Team, I have been very fond of this brand and a loyal customer too but my recent experience has made me feel other wise. I recently bought a slipper (B24074-6-ADIPURE VIVIDA THONG W) from the Hyderabad Adidas outlet at Jubilee hills. The product broke the very next day. I revisited the store and was told that they will get the approval from the company and I can then use the same amount to purchase anything at the store. I did not receive any call from the store for another 2 weeks. I called back and was told that the approval has come and I can visit the store. When I went there was a sale on the store and I was told that as I have bought the product on MRP I can not buy the product on discount in return and will have to pay the full amount even if it is on discount as it was a part of there rules, per the ill mannered and indecent sales boy. I told him to show me such company rules in writing and he didn't but kept arguing and talking so rudely. When I insisted he asked me to call the Adidas customer care, I asked him to connect me to the customer care, he replied - call them yourself, I can't help. What are these guys for then????? I had a chat with the manager, he told me to revisit few days later again and he would confirm with the Area manager and confirm if I can make a purchase or discounted rates or not. For one slipper I had already walked down to the store 4 times and they expected me to waste more time over this. On top of it that store has the worst staff ever, just so indecent, irresponsible and disgusting people to talk to. I got so furious that I then brought the same product again, so that I didn't have to face such pathetic people again. Never been so disappointed with this brand, store and service ever. I really doubt I am visiting Adidas store again. If possible please put some sense into those people. Extremely disappointed! Pooja Ahuja (Attached is the bill for reference)

                          Dear team, My name is Pranav and I am huge fan of adidas products. But recently something wrong happened which has shattered my faith over the adidas online products. I mostly buy shoes, sandals, floaters, etc. of Adidas brand only as its the best comfort wear. I bought a pair of Adidas Kerio Syn 2.0 Sandals from Flipkart and surprisingly left sandal back strap has come out and right sandal strap is also about to. First of all I didn't beleived it as this has happened for the first time. I always wear floaters/sandals of Adidas only as no other brand provides so much comfort to your feet. I purchased the product from Flipkart store. The price quoted on the website is Rs.3299/- and a huge discount was provided at the time I bought. I got them in Rs.1401/- and I was so happy with the deal. At first Flipkart delivered me the Adidas slippers worth of Rs.1250/- which I requested for exhange and company delivered the original product to me on May 6th 2015. And on June 27th 2015 I noticed the damaged sandals. The supportive ankle strap has come out from the sandle just like some local brand which also happens rarely. I asked Flipkart to return my money or replace it with a new pair of sandals. But they are not intertested and repeating their exchange or return policy of 30 days. Now I am stuck in between as I have paid Rs.1401/-. By profession I am an IT professional and mine is sitting job. I have hardly wore the sandals for 10 times and no hard work I have did after wearing them. I also wear them ocassionally and mostly on Friday as it is treated as casual day in IT companies. This has happened to me for the first time with Adidas product and this is the first time I have purchased some product of Adidas online. Either the supplied product is not good or its not genuine. How come a sandle worth of Rs.3299/- (as mentioned on Flipkart) can break in less than 2 months. The product which Flipkart has delivered consists a 6 months warranty from Adidas. I need help from you people as I have got stuck in between as Adidas retailer will not consider product purchased online. --Why a online store like Flipkart is not liable for the products purchased from their website? --How long custoemr will besr the pain of not getting the original ones? --Why companies has started cheating customers by making cheap products and they charge it very high? --Why online stores are not liable for the products purchased from their store? --Flipkart is making excuses of return policy of 30 days. Why they supply such a cheap qualtiy products to their customers? I am attaching the broken strap pictures of sandal along with invoice of Flipkart. Please help me and suggest a way out. Product Name & detail : Adidas Ultra Boostsport shoes imported royel blue Code: 77185216 Which I found that the Product is not Original as claimed by Shopcles.com . The Adidas Store at Phynix mill kurla employees has confirmed &they asked me to complain to Adidas. I m shocked to here that, how come Anybody could sell Your duplicate Product openly online .                                 About three months back, i purchased a shoe from Adidas, Razabajar, Patna at 8600/- less 30%. After 4 months, i had a pain in right ankle. Then i started to use my old shoe and i got relief. I complained to ADIDAS online. They asked to send photocopy of Bill & snapshot But i do'nt have cashmemo. I asked their Showroom for duplicate bill, but they denied to give it. I sent them snapshot of complain product with serial no. and other information, but they again asking for Duplicate bill. I offered them that i could handover the product to their Showroom and they can examine thoroughly the complain product. But they refused to do anything without original or duplicate memo. There is lot of complaints on Google and people cheated in same way like me, then I searched for complaints website then I find company named www.click2complain.com they take my complaint and help me to resolve my issue, thanks to Ms Kiran for her Kind support. She really helped me and was in touch continuously. Great team click2complain.

                                    I am a dis satisfied consumer of Adidas. I went to the Ferozepur City Store of this company and i was shocked at the service provided to me by one of the salesman at the store. I asked him thrice about the price of one of the shoes and he didn't answer as he was busy playing candy crush on his mobile. Frustrated as i was, i sarcastically asked him if he was so busy that he couldn't even attend the only customer present at the shop?? and in reply he told me that yes, he was busy. Disappointed, i walked out of the sore and for the first time in my life, opted for Reebok and bought my pair of shoes from there.                                       I bought a shorts on 11 January from Adida's store at Phoenix Mall Pune. Invoice no SC998, dated 11 jan 15. At very first wash which was hand wash only, Adidas' branded three black lining got faded. I am highly disappointed with the product. The store requested to write to company directly. I returned the piece at store in January 15. I am writing to Adidas since January but they are not helping at all. First they asked me for photos, screenshots etc. I provided all the information i could. Now they have come back saying that they don't even have defective piece with them. Tomorrow they may say that they even didn't sell that piece to me.

                                        i bought a real madrid bag on 1st october 2014 and within six months of the purchase the print started going off and the zip started getting jammed i have had similar experiences in the past and i didnt expext such quality from a company like adidas specially i[censored] are spending 2000 bucks on the product so i expect that u would look into the matter as soon possible
