we bought adidas shoe from adidas NP enterprises private limited Dindigul Tamil nadu bill no s13/239 ,Amount:4599/- on 4 june 2013 . The shoe is damaged and the shop keeper is not ready to change the shoes . If he do not change the shoes then we have to complain about it in consumer court . please mail the reply to [protected]@gmail.com.

adidas shoe — SHOE WAS DAMAGED

mosthumbly i want state that my name is yadvendra singh and iam regular custemer of your brand on date 18/10/07 i bought a ADIDAS shoe the item code 273353/cedar333773 12 white prece 2699.00 invoice no 0101314 from SAMMTI ENTERPRISES sector 17 chandigarh.
unfortunately with in two month the shoe got damaged (as it side net was torn)when i complained about it to the dealar he refused to take any responsibility the behaviour of the dealar was very rude and hostile
he says he is not liable to any discripancies .
its my kind request to you please take quick action about shoe replacements or else. otherwise i will take legal actions as per consumer forrum of the country. thanks

Adidas — shoes

Sir,
I purchased Adidas Shoe(Code no:333612) in Vijayawada on 10/06/2010 against the cash bill no:5 for the Price of Rs.2799.00.The above shoe was put in use from 15/06/2010 till today.The sole of the shoe got peeled off itself with in this short period o[censored]sage. This complaint was put forwarded to the Vijayawada Adidas Showroom by phone. They told to make a complaint through Adidas web site for the replacement of the shoe.
So, kindly acknowledge this complaint and extend your service to the Player.
We are staying in Neyveli and we are going to Chennai on 24/06/2010 for the State Ranking tournament for which the shoe is urgently needed.

ADIDAS SHOES — sole pasting comes out within one week

hello my name is karishma i had bought addidas shoes on 31/1/11 from addidas showroom named as temptation located on delhi road,opp.raj cinema, Rohtak-1240001 tel:[protected]. my shoes article no. is 839154 which costs rs1560. sole pasting comes out in one week when i compliant about it to the showroom holder they get it pasted but the showes pasting comes out in 7 day then again they are got pasted now its the third time within a month when the pasting comes out. i think its a manufacturing defect plz take some action and get my shoes replaced. my number is [protected]. plz get it done as fast as possible. thanks

    Sir , One month before I bought an Adidas ALCOR M shoes whose Article number is Q17206 , type BLK / VIVID RED / BLK and Product number is[protected] from Manimajra (Chandigarh) . Well now they have started to broke from the lower lining side and a crack has appeared over it which has started to become big day by day and due to which the soul has started to crack open . So it's my humble request that please help me in getting the money back for this product which costed me Rs 2000.

      I visited one of the adidas outlet in Hanumangarh pin: 335513 . I bought a t-shirt from there . I told them that there is dust here so they told tell where it is and started talking badly and when we had bought the tshirt told me and my friends to get out . This is really unacceptable that when you are shopping from such a brand and they recieve you like this in a store . Not only this when I called the customer care of adidas he cut my phone in the middle when I was complaining and second time when I called the same man picked the phone and started a conversationike if I am nothing and he kept on listening and in the end said in a bad tone ' file a case I can't do anything ' this is even more frustrating.
      I want a strict action against such a thing . How can these MNC have such poor services.
      I will be highly thankful I you could help me to sought out the problem.

      ADIDAS / FOOTWEAR MEN — LOW QUALITY & AVOIDANCE

      On 4.11.2008 by your tax invoice no 3318 from Nasik store I bought Adidas shoe pair ( Item code 018827 ) for Rs. 3499.00. But the quality of shoe turned out to be low & bad. It got tored on one side & the stitches seem to loosen up & open up soon.
      I informed at Nasik store but they gave me the option of getting it repaired by cobbler. On repeated persuasion they offered to repair & asked me to leave the shoe with them. I refused to this.
      For me Rs 3499 .00 for pair of shoe is costly enough. But the bad quality of it makes me feel that i have been cheated and I have not been given value for money.
      I request money back or new pair of shoe of equivalent price with good quality.

Dated 05/10/2012. after two months from purchase the lower part of shoes stitch out from shoes. last three months i can not wear shoes because of this. the price of the shoes is 5299.00 it is costly for me.model no. of shoes is AT 270/G63446/8. so this is not good exprience from adidas for me.this shoes is new arrival when i purchase.If I sold from sale i could not complaints.So,Please reply me as early as possible.

        shoe — poor stitches

        I have purchased your company shoes last year from M.I.road store jaipur. i went at yor store to complaint .your store manager mr. rajeev sharma behave very rudely with me nd yor customer care exicutive is service not too good .you shoud tell them how treat to the customers .my shoes stiching is opened .           Bought a basketball from adi sports india pvt ltd of ADIDAS shop in ansal plaza mall palam vihar gurgaon on 30 jan 2012 vide invoice no SC11/2866 of rs 839 but because there was a defect in the ball it was taken back to the same store for exchange on 31 jan 2012 but because there was no other ball for exchange available at that time it was noted on our cash invoice by one of the staff member even after repeated visits to the store the replacement was not made but to our surprise now when we visited the store we found new staff mr sunil kumar on showing our cash invoice and asking about our pending basketball they refused to accept the pending invoice and also on my request to check with their senior mr VISHAL AGGRALWAL area manager phone no [protected] also refuse to accept the exchange pending basketball invoice but have accepted that the staff working earlier was chuked out because of this type of many frauds done by him from the ADIDAS showroom
          can not understand how can a customer can be held responsible for frauds done by their staff members on there authorized showrooms and specialy when one have the valid cash memo signed by their staff member mention clearly of BASKETBALL RECEIVED EXCHANGE PENDING dt 31 jan 2012

              I bought Adidas perfumes from Bangalore central which was sealed. The bill number is 24951. The nozzle was broken when I opened the pack of two. And it was broken in a way that it an obvious company defect. However when I went to exchange the product, the mall situated on M.G. road(opp to Mayo Hall) refused to even have a look at it. And I am sure that even if some Adidas employee would have a look at the nozzle, they would accept that it was a company manufacturing defect. Please help me.

                Net teared and replaced by bigger size seive.
                I had purchased a pair of Adidas shoe from 10 no. market.
                Within two months its net got damaged/teared near stiching line.
                After complaining within warranty period,it replaced the teared net only by repairing.
                But the repair is done by biger sige net.
                presently,my shoe is of two net sizes (In both left & Right shoe).This is also got teared near stiching line.
                Now this shoes not impressive in use.

                      In a 19th july 2009 i was puchased a addidas shoes at Sam associates pvt.ltd. shop no.2,16 UB, Bunglow road, jawahar nagar,new delhi 110007. My bill no. is SC9/3298. After few weeks that was creaked.I told the shop owner but he not givin right way . He said ' i am not liable for this isuee', talk addidas india shes co.

                      I have Bought the pair of the socks at your showroom leela bhavan at patiala(pb). But am sory the quality of the socks was too much poor.

                      I would request as a customer improve the quality otherwise plz don't sale your product in the market.                         We recently went into the Adidas store in Mantri Mall, Malleshwaram, Bangalore,to buy a pair of woolen gloves.
                        Firstly, the stock they had was damaged, the store in charge admitted that and showed more pieces.
                        Later, upon finalization of two pairs, we went to the billing counter to pay.

                        M.R.P of each pair was Rs 599. This was on the price tag attached to the gloves. Upon scanning for billing, it showed an M.R.P of Rs 799 per pair. That meant a sudden increase of Rs 400 for the two pairs that we wanted to buy.
                        After questioning the reason why the price tag shows a different rate, the store keeper/manager explains saying "..it must have been updated and we don't have the new price tags."

                        We argue saying this was misleading the customers. Customers generally believe what's on the price tag and don''t get it scanned to see if the price tag is updated or not. After a brief argument, the manager says - "We will not force you to buy, it's your choice".

                        This is completely unacceptable. Very misleading, and is unfair to innocent customers.

                        Please take necessary action.

                        Do not hesitate to contact me for any information on the above.

                        I have photographs of the tag which clearly says the price is Rs 599. This can be verified too.

                          I have a situation that I could use your help with. In August this year my mother had gifted me a pair of adidas shoes for my birthday. After a few days of buying it, I realized that the right shoe in the pair was defective (badly manufactured/misshaped) and hence was hurting my foot. I then took the pair in for repair/replacement/refund on September 6, 2012 to the dealer that I had bought them from. There and then they told me that the (replacement) process will take about 10 days' time. At the end of 10 days, with at least a couple of days of grace period, I went to the dealer only to learn that they hadn't received the shoes yet from adidas. They phoned adidas and some unhelpful lady told them that they weren't able to identify the defect and hence it would take longer...and that's it. She didn't even mention what would be the next steps or how much longer would it take to resolve my problem.

                          It's October 18 already but I still haven't received my shoes, neither do I hear anything from the company. I have sent them multiple e-mails and postal letters and warning letters, but no luck so far. The next step for me would be to send the company a legal notice, but before that I figured I would seek your help. If you could help me with this, I would be grateful!

                          Adidas, nike all these are now bogus company.. Especially theie shoe soles are third class.. and once broken.. can't be fixed.. better purchase from a company which repair soles like bata and others... 7 thousand ka joota kharida... 8 months k baad kaamwali ko de dena para... ab uska husband woh phata hua sole wala ( repaird by local mochi by stitching ). all look now kabada... its loss actually purchasing from addidas and nike..
                          me too my adidas football shoes tear apart .right leg i told them to repair it and i will pay .but no help came .don't but big money shoes .i lonely used three month...

                              in Adidas showroom thiruvanmiyur branch there is an forgery is going..... In account department and wholesale room... they take many dresses, shoes, bags, etc, from ur whole sale room without bill and sale it to outside........

                              for example: 2500 worth rupees dress they sale it just Rs500 only.....

                              So, they earn more and more profit.......

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I had purchased Adidas company shoes in 4299 Rs. from Adidas shop in Himalaya mall in driven in area in Ahmedabad city. I had purchased those in end of June 2011. Probably after few days of purchase, it hurts me to my last finger of my both legs. So when ever I wear after that,it hearted my finger a lot and have to remove from my legs. I had contacted to Adidas shop from where I purchased. They had taken those for repair but gave in same stage where it was before repair. I am very disappointed as not expecting this problem and very bad service from Adidas. What should I do as I am not able to wear it and its cost is 4299!!?

                                  I had contacted Adidas care and they assured me to reply in 7 working days but even after a month I have not got reply from Adidas care. I am attaching that mail contents here.

                                    hello sir/madam i bought addidas shoes from addidas show room ..i bought it on[protected] and after 10 days shoe's pasting was open. and i went to addidas show room again which is situated in phagwara city distt:- kapurthala ,state:-punjab(india).the shopkeeper told me the company will give you new shoes after 15 days but the new shoes which will be given by company on that shoes company will not give any warranty because company already gave you new pair of shoes against pasting opened of the shoes.my mobile number is [protected].plz solve my problem.......

                                      I was purchased two shoes on combo office for Rs. 1699/- out of this i received only one shoes and for second seventymms are saying that you can get the refund for that undelivered item due to vendor is not providing a sufficient stock to us. i ordered that combo offer when the items status was " Product in Stock". Right now i don't want to accept that 1st product also and want to return the same for that i cant guided properly by seventymm. At the time of purchasing or ordering any product they are guiding well but at the time of complaint or returning the items they are not guided properly.
                                      Please tell me the reason why you are not taking care for some rejection or return or refund cases my M. No. [protected]if you want to talk me then contact directly immediately.

                                        On 29/0212 i have bought a pair of adida shoes serial no.[protected] from INSTYLE SHOES 1-C-1/12 (OPP.BATA CLUB) BATA HARDWARE ROAD ,FARIDABAD. We i talk with the owner of the shop he refuse to take them back and said that shoes were Chinese one.So please suggest me what to do.?????????
