Adidas — Order placed and amount deducted but still shows Pending Verification

I have ordered the product on 15 Sept through my debit card(cash deducted) and verified the confirmation but the adidas website still shows verification pending and no any further updates on shipment.

I have ordered the product on 26 September and the payment was processed through my credit card. However, the adidas website still shows verification pending and there are no further updates on shipment.
