This is regarding my shifting to bengaluru from pune I had one of the most pathetic experiences with Agarwal movers and packers.
No professionalism no real time updates only fooling customers after the material packing the material was lying 4 hrs on gate without any vehicle for loading the persons have not picked the call and not responded ..

Immidiate action needed regarding this.

    Madam/ Dear Sir,

    I have been shifted from Hubli to Motihari and hired your services for shifting of your house hold goods and my i20 car. After getting delivery of my house hold goods and car, I found my car scratched and lock opened at front. My sofa set is badly wet and torn at bottom, so many cartons are badly wet and so many items are nibbled by rats at your godown and destroyed. Your company and your people are highly irresponsible and highly careless. I have requested your people for claim procedure but they do not entertain me anymore. Is tis your service you provide. Please respond urgently and arrange for claim.

      I called Agarwal packers and movers to deliver my luggage from Delhi to Lucknow. Firstly they communicated me the the charges of Rs 7000 on which I agreed for Transfer and they have taken my luggage from my apartment, They gave me receipt which stated 7000rs only but when I receive the bill it cost me Around 17735.They have included some insurance charges without my knowledge and told they will not delivering my things till I pay them full amount. I am having a feeling that they are fraud because I cant locate my luggage now too.

          My father booked a consignment on the 17th of September from Mumbai to Ranchi. the consignment number is GCMUM[protected]. This consignment has not reached me yet. It's been 19 days. I have called their customer care 8-10 times by now. They tell me that they are unable to contact the branch and then tell me that they will call me back but no one calls back. I have emailed also asking for a compensation but no one replies to the email. They have a policy that they will reimburse if the consignment doesn't reach by 15 days. So now they haven't replied to my email, don't call me back, and have not given me my valuable consignment either. I needed the things for my exam.

            This is to bring to your notice completely incompetent and customer unfriendly approach of DRS Group (Agarwal Packers and Movers-Bade Bhaiya) team. I chose to go with the services of the organisation based on good experience in the past and the claim of the organisation of being 'the Original' one post the split. But to my utter shock and dismay, not only the present team handled the whole transportation process extremely badly causing severe damage to the goods as is visible from the pics shared with them while unloading was still on. And now the height of high handedness is that in spite of visible and clear mishandling, rather than rectifying the damage caused to the best of their capability, they are trying to avoid attending to my calls (rather pushing junior members into the same) and then trying to wriggle out by first showing their own technical points which are their internal processes and never explained to client so as to enable him/her to follow them properly and then throwing a paltry some as if they are doing some favour. I have been asking them to repair the damage caused which they are not even willing to inspect through a visit of appropriate team member.

              I had loaded my consignment GCPUN[protected] in Pune on 10-Sep haven’t received any updates since 16-Sep. last known location was Khawaspur. customer care is unable to confirm the date of delivery and Delhi incharge in Delhi, Mr. Raman is not responding to my calls. Which makes me feel there is some issue with my consignment

                    I had booked service(costing roughly Rs. 20000) for moving my luggage from Hyderabad to Lucknow and the consignment contained a total of 12 items. However only 11 out of those 12 items were delivered to me and there is no update on the delivery status of the last item.

                      I am disappointed with the poor standards of customer service I've experienced with Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML), which shows a huge gap between their promotional claims vs. operational process.

                      I called APML at their registered number for my relocation from Gurgaon to Bangalore. A person arrived for review of items, but started the survey without verification code. When I questioned I was told that survey code is not required (!). I discussed the details of my requirements with the person, but when I received the quote it did not correctly capture details as discussed. The most haranguing part for me is that this person (who was apparently new and 2 months since he joined APML) shared my mobile number with other packers & movers and I started received promotional call from all other competing packers soliciting for services.

                      I sent emails reporting this to APML customer. I called APML at their registered number multiple times, but each time I was told someone from Delhi branch will contact me in 2 hours but I never heard from them. Finally, after 2 days of incessant calling from my end and not giving up I received a call from their Gurgaon brand head who listened to my concerns and agreed to do a fresh survey.

                      In summary, it is the standard of customer care service and grievance handling that is very disappointing. In addition, the staff sent for survey visit should have been more professional and experienced to know the area well.

                        Yesterday I received my car from the AGARWAL PACKERS APML Guwahati centre. We had submitted both the keys to the Hyderabad team who had come to pick up the car and they had tied the keys together.

                        But they gave me only one key which was the manual one, but the main remote key is missing. Whereas the key ring of the remote key was found along with the manual key.

                          I have a consignment from Bangalore to Kalyani West Bengal. It was packed on 21st August and reached your Kolkata hub on 25th August. Since then I have followed up with them 4 times. Everytime they say due to some inconvenience it will be delivered tomorrow.
                          Is this your professionalism all about??
                          I want my consignment to be delivered by today 4th September itself. I don't care how you will manage it but it has to be delivered else I will lodge a police complaint or sue you on social sites.

                            Had consignment of 78 items recieved only 76. Any of the representative since we started dealing with them is least bothered to assist. Worst experience . Whatever they say they never commit. Survey person, supervisor who dealt with packing and transport were worst. Zero professionalism. Trusted the brand and words by the representative.But none of them were cooperative. The amount I have paid for individual consignment it was to be shifted individually not in sharing. But they lied to us. As guided they said us to put our lock in the vehicle and thus will be opened by you only at the time of delivery. But I was surprised the vehicle was changed in between without our consent . Two cartons were missing, few things were damaged. And at any point we always got the reply that is a different team job. We are not concerned about this. No body has given any proper response. This has been a worst experience and loss financially and mentally. We agreed to whatever amount quoted just for the safe and smooth shifting b. Even though paying high we got the worst service.

                              Dear Agarwal Packers and Movers - Bade Bhaiya & Dayanand Agarwal;
                              Unfortunately I (Srikanth Reddy Konda) am the victim of your negligent services for relocating from Thane (Mumbai) to Whitefield (Bangalore). I have utilized your lame service to relocate household goods as well as car (GC No: 4763276). I have handed over my car at Thane to your driver Vijay, on 31st July 2021. The car has reached Bangalore on 3rd August 2021 and your driver Mohammad Faiz Khan called me on 3rd August evening and informed that he would like to deliver the car. But on the way reaching to me he called and informed that the fuel is low and need to be filled. After some time he called and informed that the vehicle is not starting, later after again 30 minutes he messaged me that "Sir I request you to please be relax nothing has happened to your car it is safe and sound as of now i will not any transport to come back hence i will come in the morning to give you car". Please refer attached whatsapp screen shot for the same.
                              Next day he came around in the afternoon at 1:30 pm. The car is with your driver whole night and half day. When I test drive my vehicle upon arrival I found that the car is not in the condition as I handed over to your driver at Thane.
                              The problems include but not limited to RPM not rising above 2000, one wiper blade not working, Thick white smoke from silencer, ODO meter auto trip upon car restart, towing pin missing etc.,
                              Immediately I called my sales advisor Kalyan (+91 [protected]) and told that I cannot take the delivery of car due to above issues. He assured me that all those issues will be taken care by Agarwal Packers and Movers - Bade Bhaiya, not to worry. Then along with the driver who came to deliver my vehicle I drove to nearest Ford Service center and car has taken for delivery at Ford Service Center, by writing a letter on the delivery paper that the car has been taken on the assurance of Agarwal Packers and Movers - Bade Bhaiya sales person Mr. Kalyan on the same day (3rd August, 2021). Letter attached here.
                              The Ford Service center took almost 3 days to detect the issues and found that 2 injector nozzles and FGR system is damaged due to fuel adulteration. (The error is Petrol was put in my Diesel car) and that's the reason these parts are damaged. The total damage costs are INR 57, 312/-
                              The delivery driver was rally dirty (I thought no to talk about this, due to it may go as personal shaming) but the reason behind this is he had applied the techniques on my car to get rid of the petrol to the extent possible and silently wanted to deliver the vehicle.
                              I immediately lodged a claim with Agarwal Packers and Movers - Bade Bhaiya at mail id's [protected]@drsindia.in, [protected]@drsindia.in and [protected]@agarwalpackers.in.
                              I have been patiently waiting, thinking that they will process claim and reimburse the damages till today but my patience gone in vain.
                              I must take some serious action now if I do not get appropriate response from them.

                                This is to inform you that I am a govt. employee and regular customer of the Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML). I prefer to take your service for shifting but this time I am bound to write this complaint for the service you have provided to me for the Delhi local shifting. It is very pathetic to inform you that I was harassed by your Delhi team and felt very tense during the 4 days of my shifting of my household items. Very poor service and delivery was not up to the mark. I felt writing this mail to inform you of the issues I have faced during four days from 19.08.2021 (Thursday) to 22.08.2021 (Sunday) for my local Delhi shifting from Rohini to Rajouri Garden.

                                I have discussed with my friends/relatives who advised me for the local shifting by the local vendors as my company was not reimbursing that much higher amount which APML is charging. Despite that, I decided to avail the service of APML because my household items are expensive. So, for the peaceful and professionally managed shifting during the corona pandemic situation and I don’t want to take any tension for the same I decided to take the service of APML as I have taken your service previously also.

                                Therefore, I called the APML customer care for the booking for the same. They gave us the quotation of Rs.29000/- for the local shifting from Rohini to Rajouri Garden after verifying the household items on video call by Mr. Anuj which was on very higher side. I told the executive about the higher rate you are quoting as the other local mover and packers are shifting the same in Rs.15000/- to 17000/- range. The other sales executive Mr. Nagraj replied that we don’t compromise on the packaging material (as the local does) for the shifting either it is local or intercity. We use new cartons/packing materials, not used ones in the corona situation. We are charging the higher amount for the service given by our professionally managed team and we also follow corona protocols. Finally, I booked your company (APML) for the shifting from Rohini, Delhi to Rajouri Garden, Delhi scheduled on dated.19.08.2021 on your quoted price and made advance payment of Rs.3000/- on dated.12.08.2021 (7 days before shifting sufficient time to manage the team for the confirmed/scheduled booking).

                                On the shifting day i.e. 19.08.2021, your team came to my home at morning 08:00 and brought very low quality material, used cartons, not sufficient quantity of packaging material and the sheets used for packaging my expensive Sofa were also torn/damaged (pic attached). I asked for the same, then your team supervisor said that sir “jo diya ha wahi layenge na”. So, I immediately called to your Customer Care executive and kept me on hold for 30 minutes after that they told me to contact my local Delhi branch and provided me a contact number and that person again provided me some other persons contact number and this continued till almost 5-6 new numbers and finally the last person Mr. Ashwin to whom I spoke, he told me that he is sending another team by 11:00 am the same day i.e 19.08.2021. But nobody came till 1.00 pm. I again called customer care again. The executive holds me online for 25 minutes and then gave me the number of Mr. Sachin (Branch Manager Delhi Branch). But he didn’t pick up his phone. I again got the mobile no. of Mr. Bansal from the customer care who also said that I am coordinating and talk to Mr. Sachin. But none of the team members had come after repeatedly calling got reply that the team will reach by half an hour but none of the member of team came. At around 05:00 pm the team of exhausted 4 people came after almost 6 hours late. The team which came didn't bring all the required materials for packaging for the packing of fragile items like crockery/mirrors packing were missing so the team worked for 3 hours till 8:00 pm and packed the other items. The team member stopped the work and said will come the next day for packaging the next day i.e. 20.08.2021 (Friday).

                                The team came around 11.00 am the next day and completed the packaging but still all the crockery and glass items were not packed because of non-availability of packing material. After so many follow ups by me, I noticed that there was no coordination between your departments. Everyone was blaming each other. Finally, around 04:30 pm the packing material was received to the team and the team started packing crockery and glass items. After everything was packed around 08.30 pm the team denied to load the packed material into the truck and the team members and their manager were fighting amongst themselves over phone calls and I noticed that there was no coordination among themselves and after a long time none of the team member were doing anything and were just waiting for more persons to come for loading and around 09:30 pm they left the place saying we are not going to load the packed material.

                                So, on next day i.e. 21.08.2021 (Saturday), another team came and this was the third team came to my home till now and it was the third day of my packaging was continued and this third team by 04:00 pm moved all the packed items from my flat into the truck and now when everything was moved into the truck the truck drivers started denying to move to the destination by saying I will not drive the truck now because of no entry. Distance between Rohini to Rajouri Garden is only 15-16 KM and one hour is more than enough to reach the destination i.e Rajouri Garden. I paid the remaining amount of Rs.26000/- as per quotation as said by the executive.

                                Finally, I have to wait for the next day i.e. 22.08.2021 (Sunday) for the delivery of my household items and this was the fourth morning finally the truck came to Rajouri garden where I was shifted.

                                But, during unpacking of items, I was shocked to see that the items were not properly numbered and the cartons were not properly marked according to room wise, items/goods inside, fragile items etc. It was again a very time-consuming exercise and I felt very disgusted that a company like APML is working so carelessly. Further, because of poor packaging done by inexperienced persons my expensive items like new 2 almirahs, dining table, shoe rack and center table were scratched deeply and legs of my sofa were also broken. At the time of exit after unloading the truck driver broke the gate 6 spoke rods. Very embarrassing and pathetic situation I had to handle because of that. I talked to your executive for the damages but he told me to contact customer care.

                                Overall, I noticed that the company APML has outsourced the work to the local vendors and is charging a higher amount for their name. This destroys the image of the company. Very surprising that in the four days of the shifting process, I have not got a single call from your side for the problem you are facing. Every time, I have to follow up on everything.

                                Finally, I would like to ask you, who is responsible for all these situations?

                                Who is responsible for non-coordination between your departments because the customer has faced such a problem who has paid you a higher quoted amount?

                                Why should I choose Agarwal Packers and movers for packaging and shifting my household items which have taken four days for local shifting within Delhi with so much mental tension and heavy monetary losses besides charging higher amounts than the local vendors. It would be better to choose a local packers and movers at half of your price than charged by. They will also not take 4 days. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by Agarwal Packers and Movers and would definitely think next time for my shifting and for recommending to anyone.

                                During these 4 days of shifting, I had to face the following problems:

                                a) I had to stay at another place as the items were getting packed and I had to face a lot of problems during these four days and was really stressed out physically and mentally. As the shifting should be completed in one day it took four complete days for the same by your unprofessional team because of non-coordination between your different departments which I think even local movers and packers can also complete in one day and even in a better way.

                                b) Because of poor packaging done by inexperienced persons my expensive items like new 2 almirahs, dining table, shoe rack and center table were scratched deeply and looked very bad and legs of my sofa and crockery items were also broken.

                                c) At the time of exit after unloading the truck driver broke 6 spoke rods of the gate.

                                d) I had to take 3 days o[censored]nnecessary leave from my office because of your unprofessional team.

                                I had to face/manage the leave from the office, which was very pathetic.

                                Because of the above mentioned, I had to pay extra cost incurred due to non-shifting of my household items on the same day which includes my monetary losses of approx. Rs.12000/- apart from mental and physical stress of my family members having very small kids. Therefore, kindly compensate the amount of Rs.12000/- which has cost me extra because of your unprofessional team who has taken four days for the local shifting.

Very poor service and delivery was not up to the mark. I felt writing this mail to inform you of the issues I have faced during four days from 19.08.2021 (Thursday) to 22.08.2021 (Sunday) for my local Delhi shifting from Rohini to Rajouri Garden.

                                  I have discussed with my friends/relatives who advised me for the local shifting by the local vendors as my company was not reimbursing that much higher amount which APML is charging. Despite that, I decided to avail the service of APML because my household items are expensive. So, for the peaceful and professionally managed shifting during the corona pandemic situation and I don’t want to take any tension for the same I decided to take the service of APML as I have taken your service previously also.

                                  Therefore, I called the APML customer care for the booking for the same. They gave us the quotation of Rs.29000/- for the local shifting from Rohini to Rajouri Garden after verifying the household items on video call by Mr. Anuj which was on very higher side. I told the executive about the higher rate you are quoting as the other local mover and packers are shifting the same in Rs.15000/- to 17000/- range. The other sales executive Mr. Nagraj replied that we don’t compromise on the packaging material (as the local does) for the shifting either it is local or intercity. We use new cartons/packing materials, not used ones in the corona situation. We are charging the higher amount for the service given by our professionally managed team and we also follow corona protocols. Finally, I booked your company (APML) for the shifting from Rohini, Delhi to Rajouri Garden, Delhi scheduled on dated.19.08.2021 on your quoted price and made advance payment of Rs.3000/- on dated.12.08.2021 (7 days before shifting sufficient time to manage the team for the confirmed/scheduled booking).

                                  On the shifting day i.e. 19.08.2021, your team came to my home at morning 08:00 and brought very low quality material, used cartons, not sufficient quantity of packaging material and the sheets used for packaging my expensive Sofa were also torn/damaged (pic attached). I asked for the same, then your team supervisor said that sir “jo diya ha wahi layenge na”. So, I immediately called to your Customer Care executive and kept me on hold for 30 minutes after that they told me to contact my local Delhi branch and provided me a contact number and that person again provided me some other persons contact number and this continued till almost 5-6 new numbers and finally the last person Mr. Ashwin to whom I spoke, he told me that he is sending another team by 11:00 am the same day i.e 19.08.2021. But nobody came till 1.00 pm. I again called customer care again. The executive holds me online for 25 minutes and then gave me the number of Mr. Sachin (Branch Manager Delhi Branch). But he didn’t pick up his phone. I again got the mobile no. of Mr. Bansal from the customer care who also said that I am coordinating and talk to Mr. Sachin. But none of the team members had come after repeatedly calling got reply that the team will reach by half an hour but none of the member of team came. At around 05:00 pm the team of exhausted 4 people came after almost 6 hours late. The team which came didn't bring all the required materials for packaging for the packing of fragile items like crockery/mirrors packing were missing so the team worked for 3 hours till 8:00 pm and packed the other items. The team member stopped the work and said will come the next day for packaging the next day i.e. 20.08.2021 (Friday).

                                  The team came around 11.00 am the next day and completed the packaging but still all the crockery and glass items were not packed because of non-availability of packing material. After so many follow ups by me, I noticed that there was no coordination between your departments. Everyone was blaming each other. Finally, around 04:30 pm the packing material was received to the team and the team started packing crockery and glass items. After everything was packed around 08.30 pm the team denied to load the packed material into the truck and the team members and their manager were fighting amongst themselves over phone calls and I noticed that there was no coordination among themselves and after a long time none of the team member were doing anything and were just waiting for more persons to come for loading and around 09:30 pm they left the place saying we are not going to load the packed material.

                                  So, on next day i.e. 21.08.2021 (Saturday), another team came and this was the third team came to my home till now and it was the third day of my packaging was continued and this third team by 04:00 pm moved all the packed items from my flat into the truck and now when everything was moved into the truck the truck drivers started denying to move to the destination by saying I will not drive the truck now because of no entry. Distance between Rohini to Rajouri Garden is only 15-16 KM and one hour is more than enough to reach the destination i.e Rajouri Garden. I paid the remaining amount of Rs.26000/- as per quotation as said by the executive.

                                  Finally, I have to wait for the next day i.e. 22.08.2021 (Sunday) for the delivery of my household items and this was the fourth morning finally the truck came to Rajouri garden where I was shifted.

                                  But, during unpacking of items, I was shocked to see that the items were not properly numbered and the cartons were not properly marked according to room wise, items/goods inside, fragile items etc. It was again a very time-consuming exercise and I felt very disgusted that a company like APML is working so carelessly. Further, because of poor packaging done by inexperienced persons my expensive items like new 2 almirahs, dining table, shoe rack and center table were scratched deeply and legs of my sofa were also broken. At the time of exit after unloading the truck driver broke the gate 6 spoke rods. Very embarrassing and pathetic situation I had to handle because of that. I talked to your executive for the damages but he told me to contact customer care.

                                  Overall, I noticed that the company APML has outsourced the work to the local vendors and is charging a higher amount for their name. This destroys the image of the company. Very surprising that in the four days of the shifting process, I have not got a single call from your side for the problem you are facing. Every time, I have to follow up on everything.

                                  Finally, I would like to ask you, who is responsible for all these situations?

                                  Who is responsible for non-coordination between your departments because the customer has faced such a problem who has paid you a higher quoted amount?

                                  Why should I choose Agarwal Packers and movers for packaging and shifting my household items which have taken four days for local shifting within Delhi with so much mental tension and heavy monetary losses besides charging higher amounts than the local vendors. It would be better to choose a local packers and movers at half of your price than charged by. They will also not take 4 days. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by Agarwal Packers and Movers and would definitely think next time for my shifting and for recommending to anyone.

                                  During these 4 days of shifting, I had to face the following problems:

                                  a) I had to stay in another place as the items were getting packed and I had to face a lot of problems during these four days and was really stressed out physically and mentally. As the shifting should be completed in one day it took four complete days for the same by your unprofessional team because of non-coordination between your different departments which I think even local movers and packers can also complete in one day and even in a better way.

                                  b) Because of poor packaging done by inexperienced persons my expensive items like new 2 almirahs, dining table, shoe rack and center table were scratched deeply and looked very bad and legs of my sofa and crockery items were also broken.

                                  c) At the time of exit after unloading the truck driver broke 6 spoke rods of the gate.

                                  d) I had to take 3 days o[censored]nnecessary leave from my office because of your unprofessional team.

                                  I had to face/manage the leave from the office, which was very pathetic.


                                  Because of the above mentioned, I had to pay extra cost incurred due to non-shifting of my household items on the same day which includes my monetary losses of approx. Rs.12000/- apart from mental and physical stress of my family members having very small kids. Therefore, kindly compensate the amount of Rs.12000/- which has cost me extra because of your unprofessional team who has taken four days for the local shifting.

                                  Still not received any resolution from APML. I think, there are not any department in APML for the resolution of complaints and grievances. Staffs are unwilling to give any proper response. I didn't receive any call/response. They even don't bother for the customers.

                                  I am very surprised that there is not any department to respond the customer complaint and resolve the issue. It is very pathetic that the company promise for the customer satisfaction. However, it is totally wrong. In the company, nobody bothers about the customer. Even the executive did not take the calls and also pretend that they are not in the office.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and take it seriously.
                                  Very surprising that I have still not received any resolution from APML. Staffs are unwilling to give any proper response. I didn't receive any call/response from the concern department. Very pathetic.

                                    I booked Agarwal Packers and Movers for shifting my household items from Gumla, Jharkhand (picked up on 16th August 2021) to Chennai (reached on 31st August 2021). Chennai APML team called me said one item (TV Unit) is missing. They said that they will deliver rest of the items and on receipt sheet I should sign and can mention that one item is missing. They said they will deliver it once it reaches Chennai. But they do not have any idea on when it will reach and whether it will reach or not. I called customer care number many times and dropped an email to customer care. Every time I send an email they are generating ticket and closing it without even contacting me regarding problem. Due to this whole thing my delivery is delayed

                                      I have booked for household goods shifting and I have paid the full amount of 7500 in advance. I have called and emailed to cancel the shifting as my transfer is cancelled 2 days before shifting date on 26/07/2021. I was told the full refund will be provided within 7 days but its been 36 days and still the customer support is not responding to emails and when called customer service says the refund will be processed in next one hour for the last 25 days. Still I haven't received the refund.

                                        This complaint is regarding agarwal packera and movers DRS bade bhaiya
                                        Took my shipment on 10th aug said will be delivered within a week. Today 18 days are over, since last 8 days they are telling me its at gurgaon . Iv been calling every 2 days . First they said gurgaon it wil reach in 2 days, i called after 3 days they said its moved to bareilly will reach in 2 days . Today they are again saying its in gurgaon . This is utterly disgraceful. They are after your LIFE sending you quotations for you to take their services and once paid they treat you like this .
