It's a complain regarding a claim settlement for an consignment from bangalore to dhenkanal, odisha. Cg # 4667922.
Few items were damaged while shifting, i spoke to claim dept from bhubaneswar office and the claim amount is already settled for rs 4000.

But bhubaneswar office is not providing me with the claim amount yet..

There are two person mr sushil and mr balraj, they are playing with me every day from last 45 days. Each an every day they have different stories for me, but not able to provide me the claim amount.

Very bad experience with bhubaneswar office claim dept.

    We were moved our goods from chennai to mangalore on sep 22, 2019 by agarwal packers and movers (Drs). During this shifting, some of our products were damaged and i claimed to mangalore branch. Authorized person came my place and noted the damaged items. For reference, our gc number: 4672428.

    But till now i didn't get any response from mangalore office. Mangalore office person not updating the proper details.

    I called customer care many times till now i didn't get proper response from them.

      I booked my luggage with Agarwal packers and movers Ltd from Jammu, on 26.10.2019, on payment on delivery condition.

      Once luggage was booked (they had my luggage), Mr. Rajesh Thakur, Assistant Manager from their Jammu branch started threatening me to make 100% payment now or else I will not get my luggage return.

      It is more than 20 days, I have not received my luggage and also they are not responding to my mails.

        My car was dispatched from Goa to Hyderabad on 6th November. But the Vehicle has not yet reached Hyderabad . False information's were given by the Customer care people saying the car was dispatched just the day I called them and I am worried about the Car condition now. I was subjected to a lot of mental harassment by the said packers and movers

          Very poor exp with this company. The mktg exect shows something however the carry the goods like sugar sacks in truck.
          My motorcycle was damaged and few parts were broken in transit as they were not carrying it safely. When opened the container i found the bike fallen.

          When claimed they do not even entertain or resolve the issue. Worst company to choose. Paid more then other competitors but no safe delivery of packages.

            I booked agarwal packers and movers to transport my cooler from navi mumbai to varanasi on 6 october 2019. Today, it is 4 november 2019 and my cooler still hasn't been delivered. There is no response from the customer care, varanasi on calling. Half of the time they bring up some new update about its location. There is no response on filing a complaint on email and the mumbai customer care branch is unwilling to take responsibility. The service being provided is pathetic. Ensure speedy delivery of my cooler or else i'll be forced to take action. My gc no. Is gcnmum[protected]

              Dear sir,

              This has reference to my consignment number: gctnsk[protected] for shifting of my household items from dibrugarh, assam to noida, up through m/s agarwal packers and movers ltd. (Apml). At the time of delivery following items are found damage/broken and also mentioned while signing of delivery documents:

              1. 2- seater leatherite sofa
              2. Assembly of dinning table
              3. Gyser connecting pipes
              4. King size bed ply
              5. Induction cook top
              6. Plastic stool
              7. Leg bend of tv trolly
              8. Scratches mark at shoe rack
              But apml is delaying the and now denying the damage after 2 months and also misbehaved by mr. Ivon robinson.

                Hi sir,
                My order no is gcnoida[protected]. They had damaged my items, and total estimates i have got were 1, 49000 however because of the delay in investigations i had to compromise with them to 61000 rupees, they said they will refund the claim amount in 15 days, and it's been more than 3 months.
                From their end, mr. Sadanand is dealing but he is not responding to my emails anymore. I had already sent more than 50 emails to them but no one from the company is taking this matter responsibly. I request you to please look into this matter with the utmost priority.

                  I got my households goods transferred from thane (Maharashtra) to noida (Up). When recieved, i found my dinning table, chairs and wooden temple were damaged (Total cost = 25000). I am following with them for last 8 days, but no response.

                  I took insurance for all goods, still they are not providing any solution. Every time they are saying that person is not available to resolve the issue.

                    I shipped all my household goods on 4th october, 2019. I was informed by the website, the booking manager and the delivery manager that the maximum time to deliver goods is 7-10 days (Not business days just dates). I have been calling the customer care and the booking manager. No one answers and when they do they are extremely rude. I have not received my goods. Tomorrow is the last day of their promised delivery yet, they are saying 4 more days, which is 150% more than the promised delivery time. I have been staying in a hotel since. Who is going to compensate for it? I am facing extreme inconvenience. I have to buy food, clothes and pay rent for an extra week. I need the company to deliver my goods asap and compensate me for all my inconvenience. I haven't received a single apology. Instead the representatives say this is how things happen.

                      We booked agarwal packers and movers for shifting of our household items and shifting of our car on 29/09/2019. Our consignment id is gcndlh[protected]. As per the documentation, they promised to deliver our goods latest by 03/09/2019 (Verbal communication). Then we kept calling them to track the record of our delivery. On 4th we called the person to whom we have contacted for our consignment, he told us to call customer care to know the status of our delivery in mumbai. Later when we called at the customer care, they told us that the household items are reaching at mumbai warehouse but the car is still in m. P. Later on 7th we received our car, so to know the status of our goods, we called at the customer care they told us that the goods will be delivered most likely on 8th. Today on 8/10/2019 when we called them, they said that our consignment is somewhere in jaipur and will update us regarding the delivery status by tomorrow.
                      This is to bring them a notice that atleast tell the person regarding the location and expected time of delivery of our consignment. Because fake promises make us anxious about our precious goods and your customer lacks faith in you.
                      Kindly update us with the correct information as soon as possible.

                          There is a serious complaint about this service part. My consignment was loaded on 29th from kanpur with the promise of the same will be dispatched at destination by 1st october 2019. On 1st the consignment was not delivered. My question is why they people have taken full payment before, why there are no criteria to make payments in two-phases - one before and one after the delivery. I have chosen agarwal packers by seeing their aids in various office complex but it was really and pathetic experience and i am seriously not going to recommend anyone for this nasty service. I am facing tremendous problems due to non-delivery of my assets on time. I still have doubt whether this is the right platform where my problem will solve but awaiting your revert.

                            This is regarding the recent shifting that i did with agarwal packers.
                            I am completely disappointed with the whole experience.

                            While giving the work to mr shivam i had many times very clearly told that in the new premises we will not be allowed to move in after 4.30 pm and that we need to complete our work before that. I told them to send the guys as early as 6 am but they came at 10 am. They took 9 hours to pack my stuff and finished packing at 7 pm!!! I requested the new apartment to grand us permission till 8.30 pm to shift with great difficulty. And your guy loses the route and reached somewhere on hosur road near electronic city instead of reaching j p nagar 8th phase. I had shared the new location with him and he (Mukesh) said his mobile battery drained off!!! Hence he lost his way.

                            Finally they reach there at almost 10 pm. Obviously we were not allowed inside. I was struggling in cold and windly night with my 1 year old daughter. I allowed your guys to stay in my new flat and took permission to park the truck inside the premises. And i went out looking for a place to spend the night with my toddler and brother. At 11 pm your guy asks me to get a lock to put on the door of the truck. How can i get one at that time?

                            Next day he refused to move my stuff inside the apartment because he wanted more money and wanted me to talk to mr lalit gupta and few more guys from your company. He was extremely rude and sarcastic while he spoke to me.

                            Packing and handling of my items was horrible. Finally after the shifting i found the following items broken while shifting-

                            A chest of drawers. The lower area was broken
                            Bed - slightly broken from one corner
                            4 grass frames broken
                            I glass bowl broken
                            One of the shelves of the three door almirah broken
                            Couple of small decorative items are broken

                            After the work they asked for money as a reward. Which i did not give because i was disappointed by the whole experience. Later shivam calls me and asks me to pay extra money since these guys stayed over night. He accepted that it was all their mistake and still was requesting me to pay money since otherwise he was to pay the same from his pocket it seems!!! Obviously i didnt pay and encourage this nonsense.

                            Apart from the financial damage and loss that i had during the entire process i went through terrible mental harassment.

After scrutinizing your case we came to know that it was already informed you that team will reach at 9:00 am not 6:00 am, yes they reach one hour late due to lost their way for that I apologize on behalf of my team secondly you are saying that they took 9 hours to pack your 73 packages here we would like to inform you that we do not compromise in the standard of our packing.
                            For damaged items we would like to inform you that as per the documents your consignment is under booked owner risk you have not taken insurance of your goods from us.You are requested to kindly share the pictures of damaged items with printed repair estimate with so that we can issue a damage certificate on the basis of that you can get the compensation from your insurance company where you have insured your goods.

                              I have booked from pune to bangalore on 18th dec 2018 and requested storage in bangalore for couple of months. The executive arif from pune agreed to provide storage with rs 100 per day after 15 days free and 1st month storage charge of rs 4500. I asked him about mentioning about rs 4500 in quotation he said that is company policy hence i am mentioning rs 4500 and he said i will be given storage with rs 100 per day. I have recevied call from bangalore office on 9th of feb and my storage charge of rs 100 will start from 10th feb 2019. Now i request for delivery of my goods and they are asking me to pay rs 150 per day. I tried to contact arif's manager mr pradeep sahani and no response from him from 3 days. All the details provided to one of the gentlemen mr naresh who is incharge of delivery team. But he is also not getting response from pradeep as well as from his managers. I am attaching call details for your reference if required i am ready to provide voice recording as well (Already provided to naresh). I have received call from their official number. My gc number is 4633999. I request look into this matter urgently.

                              I have not received any update till now. And they are not even delivering the goods which is there in their storage. I requested to deliver on 21st Sep 2019 and till 26th Sep 2019 the goods is not delivered to my home. Can i request Agarwal DRS Group to look into this matter and resolve this issue.

                                I had booked for transportation of my car from kanpur to raipur. I received a quote for 18000/- for the same on 18th august 2019. I handed over the car on 26th august 2019 to a field agent in kanpur. The car was stationed at kanpur until 8th september, 2019 during which it ran for 100km. But when i contacted kanpur office on 29th august 2019, one mr. Sandeep prakash told me the car is on the way. He told me he will let me know the exact position after confirming. After repeated calls l to different apml numbers, i was able to trace out that car was stationed in kanpur and they would tell me when the car will be delivered to me. Then on 8th september 2019 i was told by on ms geeta sharma pa to vijay dixit (Apparently delivery in-charge of apml) that car will reach gurgaon on 8th night and will be sent to nagpur on 9th, and i should be receiving it by 12th sept, 2019. Again nothing happened all the while i was trying to contact delivery dept on a daily basis. Finally, the car took almost 6 days to reach from nagpur to raipur (A distance of just over 280km). The car was received in damaged condition. It was driven for 190 km for a distance of 800km between kanpur to raipur. There were two new scratches on the left side doors. The right wheen covers were dented. The car cabin was awfully filthy with dirt and mud all over. I sent the images of the car damages to the claims dept immediately on receipt of the car on 16th sept. Until now they are examining the images and have not responded. I recommend no one should use apml which is perhaps one of most unprofessional packers and movers company in the market. They don't any transportation arm. They basically work as aggregators and outsource transportation. Tracking of consignment does not work.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have used your movers and packers service many times in past as I have transferable job but this time when I shifted my home articles and car from Jalandhar to Pune, my articles got damaged. I had taken insurance amount also by paying extra charge. All the boxes where wet and broken articles where coming out of the box. Also car they bought took 18 days instead of earlier mentioned 9 days. When car came to me I found some difference in the car so I took it to the authorised Hyundai service centre where experts from Hyundai told me car met with an accident and they have changed whole bumper from front side but since whole frame is bend Agrawala workers were not able to fix it properly. My new Stepney is missing in the car. There are some more parts which are either missing or broken. I have raised my complaints to both pune and Ludhiana office but they are not helping out instead they are asking me to use my personal insurance. I have not yet taken delivery of my car. Kindly help me with the case else will have to take this issue with the police.

                                    I had sent my consignment through Aggarwal Packers and Movers on 2nd of September'19 for bhopal.
                                    The Pod was supposed to reach on 7th of Spetember but instead the Comapny has made a mess they had delivered it in Hyderabad Even after repeated calls and mails the company doesn't respond and our not responding. The company people are being arrogant...

                                      Hi,
                                      I have availed the agarwal packers service to move my goods from pune to kolkata gc# 4678188. However there were expensive items which were damages and i want to raise a claim for the same. I was asked to contact kush from kolkata claims & he stated that a survey will be completed however kush has stopped answering my calls.

                                      Please suggest how can i go ahead with the claim

                                        This is regarding gc no: 4429143. I shifted from delhi to jamnagar. My name is gauri nath mishra.
                                        While shifting my fridge and a bicycle got damaged. I have done insurance for 60000 rupees. But after claiming the insurance, company is not responding. After repeated emails no one is replying. I am unaware of status of my claim.
                                        It is very frustrating.
