I have had enough from this organisation! Despite my mother being a cancer patient (they all knew), we have been treating us so badly as a client i have never suffered this much in my entire life! No body is ready to assist me or provide with a solution! They sent fraud people without any id card! After fighting for 2 hours they sent people for packing and now we don’t have any consignment number and all! I would want my entire money bsck of Rs.400018 to which mostly we contributed towards packing!

    I fixed packaging and storing of my goods with agarwal. This was mainly because my family is an old customer of agarwal and have gone with you for more than 6 times in the past.
    We negotiated a cost for packing and storage.
    Please keep in mind that this time, i was shifting alone with 2 kids. The experience that i have had with your team has been horrible to say the least.
    Here is the list of problems i faced…
    1. The team was to come for packing and loading on 18th august and no one turned up. The excuse i was given was that they were busy in some other place and no one was available. The packing was fixed for the next day (19th) - absolutely derailing my plan to clean up the house before shifting out.
    2. On 19th, a team came at 9.30am and saw the place (All items have been listed by you) and without a word, left from the scene. I called agarwal multiple times and no one picked up. We then reached out to delhi and found someone who promised to contact coimbatore and send a new team.
    3. The new team turned up at 1.30 and in the apartment, external people are not allowed to stay after 5.30pm. This was clearly told to them multiple times every day i spoke. The packers were from another company and were not very efficient (I know this because i have experience with you). As a result, they took almost double the time to pack.
    4. On top of this, the material sent to them was not enough to complete the packing. They called and asked for more material, but it did not come. They came to a point where they were waiting for scotch tape to fix the cartons. Again i called the agarwal team multiple times and mr rambhagat himself came and delivered the scotch tapes and more items for packing were still pending.
    5. When the society people started complaining that the time limit for loading was over, we took special extension till 9pm to load (Which could have started earlier when items were not available... I suggested this but they refused to load because of process reasons).
    7. After 9pm, the full packing and loading was still not over and i was promised that the team will come by 8am and complete in 2 hours. I agreed since i had no choice and we closed for the day.
    8. At 10.30pm in the night, i get a knock at my door and on opening it, i see the packers standing in the entrance of my door saying that they dont have money to go home and for food. I called rambhagat who asked me to swiggy food for them. But they refused and continued to push me to give my car to drop them home. Imagine.. Me alone at home, with 5 men standing in front of my door asking me to resolve this. Is it a safe situation???
    9.in the morning, no one turns up - i called rambhagat and he said that he will send new set of people since the earlier team did not pick the call. The new team turned up at 10.30 am instead of 8. I had another set of packers coming on that day and imagine my pitiable situation. Because of this, i was unable to guide my other packers this has caused a lot of damage to my stuff.

    This shifting with you has caused me sleepless nights, health problems, monetary loss and huge loss of time.

    How do you plan to compensate me?
    I am yet to make the payment to you - will make it once i hear from you.

        I had to transport my domestic goods from Kolkata to Gurgaon and had made advance payment of Rs.2000. My goods were picked up on 1st August 2020 ( GC Number 4703846) and said it will reach Gurgaon by next 7-10 days.
        After 5 days I received call from them to make final payment of Rs. 21, 500, I said will make payment when once I get confirmation of delivery date. But I was denied with the information and have been told will disclose delivery date only when I will pay the final amount. Upon several argument I have been told company has transported entire shipment free of cost at Gurgaon, now they will not release it only when I make payment, but insisted for delivery date confirmation, but the lady misbehaved and cut the call (Mobile number [protected]).
        I emailed the incident at [protected]@agarwalpackers.in, bm.[protected]@drsindia.in, [protected]@drsindia.in on 9th August 2020 and then I received call on 10th August 2020 and have been told it will receive my shipment on 12th August 2020 between 10AM to 2PM. I have made the payment and emailed the confirmation immediately .
        Now today when I called for delivery I have been told the package never reached Gurgaon and they agreed that they had lied so that I make payment of balance amount.
        Now I don't know when I will get my shipment and all the people of this company are not bothered to tell me status of my shipment. Some says its in Gurgaon, some says its in Lucknow and some says they have not dispatched it from Kolkata.
        I don't understand how this company claims itself professional company when behave such badly with customers.

          The delivery status of my gc shows arrived destination point bhubaneswar from 3 aug 2020. I was continuously tracking.

          There is a situation near to my delivery address due to covid19 on 3rd august.
          I called delivery incharge on 3rd august and explained the circumstances near my area and also informed that i have left to different location which is 70 km from my destination location as per google. So i have requested to deliver the consignment to my new address but delivery incharge denied..

          My concern is that is it my fault that the area was made containment zone. Please advise and do the needful so i get my goods safe and in good condition as during the pick-up.

            Dear Sir,

            This is with reference to your consignment Bill no. GCUPB[protected] dt.13 March2020, through which our household consignment was sent to Bangalore from our residence in Ghaziabad.

            Due to COVID 19, the consignment could not be delivered by you at our Residence Brigade Meadows, Kanakpura, Bangalore.

            We have been in contact with your delivery manager Mr.Santosh(Banglore) over phone regarding delivery of consignment. Everytime he told that its not possible to execute delivery because of COVID 19, and he told that since labour is also not available, we are unable to deliver consignment.

            There was no communication regarding delivery of consignment during all these period. I sent a mail to coustmer care on 1 June, 2020 once again requesting to let us know the date of delivery of the consignment. Please refer to trailing mail below. On 1st june 2020, I got reply from coustmer care regretting non delivery & taking up the issue with the concerned team.

            On 8 June, 2020, I received another mail from coustmer care informing that ticket ID 493798 has been created and that someone will be in touch with you for delivery soon.

            I am very sorry to say that no one contacted us either by telephone or mail till 24 July, 2020.

            However i got a call from your coustmer executive Ms.Bano to take delivery within 7 days otherwise Rs.7000/- per month will be charged. Accordingly we scheduled the delivery on 3rd August, 2020, 2nd being Sunday.

            To our utter surprise, today 1st Aug. we received a call from delivery manager
            Mr. Santosh(Bangalore) at 5.57 pm, informing that you will have to pay Rs.9000 for delivery.

            At no time since the consignment landed in Bangalore, we were informed that any such charge will be Lieved on us.

            The delay in delivery was from your end due to Lockdown and because you were unable to deliver the consignment because of non availability of the labour at your end.

            It is therefore unjustified to levy any extra charge on us. Please withdraw any such charges & deliver the consignment on 3 August, 2020 at Brigade Meadows, Kanakpura, Bangalore.

              My shipment was packed from mumbai on 10/06/2020 and now its been more than 40 days and still my consignment is still not delivered. When i booked their service they promised to deliver in 12 days and their team doesn't even have an courtesy to inform me about the delays. Worst customer care service, even the branch managers don't attend calls.

              Worst experience, will never recommend their service for anyone.

                This is to highlight that related to above GC my house hold goods were picked up from Kolkata on 9th June 2020 and delivered to Pune on 20th June 2020.

                Fridge, TV, Washing Machine, Microwave, Iron bed & list of crockery item delivered as broken & damage.
                Still my D2H dish antenna is missing and no update is being given to me on that.
                All my items were covered under insurance and I had paid the insurance amount but still no update on recovery.
                I have mentioned all these details to the bill while signing and returning to the delivery person on delivery date.
                I have contacted Mr. Akash ([protected]) Mr. Anup ([protected]) Mr. Anuj ([protected]) Mr. Srinivas ([protected]) Mr. Pradeep ([protected]) Mr. Vijay ([protected]) Mr. Promod ([protected]) Mz. Kamla ([protected]) Mr. Sudhir ([protected]) Mz. Kusum ([protected]) and following up but no update on missing item and also no update on damage recovery.

                  I had booked a consignment through drs agarwal packers and movers, it was picked up from my hometown (Bhadrak) on 10th july. And the deal was of the payment that will pay 80% at the time of loading and 20% of the payment after delivery. They were supposed to reach by 10:30am but they reached home at 2:30pm. They did not have any mask, gloves, sanitizer nothing. We provide them. Though i told them to carry all these things repeatedly. They started packing everything and the packages were not packed properly even they didn’t do the lamination of every boxes not even thormocol sheets where it was necessary. They packed the stuffs like anything. They load the stuffs very quickly as it was about to rain and gave us the list of the stuffs. But they did not mention the prices of the stuffs even they did not even gave us the insurance of these things. I asked so many times about the insurance, simply the incharge officer (Balraj) told me not worry nothing will happen. Previously i spoke to the officer incharge (Balraaj) about the insurance and made him clear tht the price of the consignment is about 2lacks and i want insurance for every single stuff as some of them are brand new product. He assured me that no need to worry he’ll process it. I asked the workers as well about the insurance and how to claim it and to mention the prices of the stuff in that sheet but they told me that it is not necessary we have ur details. That also i informed to that man (Balraaj) and he told me the same. Tried to contact the supervisor (Balraaj) so many times regarding the insurance and to do lamination of the boxes which was leftover. His response was very bad. I requested him to give me the tracking details of once it dispatch but did not get any positive response. Was tired of calling them but still did not get any response and lastly he started ignore my calls and switched off his number. As per the deal i paid 80% of the money at the time of loading at bhadrak and rest 20% will pay at the time of delivery.
                  On 15th july i got a call from balraj that the consignment has reached hyderabad and i have to pay rest 20% of the money otherwise they won’t deliver the products. I told him about the deal but he was threatening me that the products are not going to be delivered if iam not paying. However i paid the amount before delivering it. Around 3:30pm they came to deliver the products but 90% of the products were completely damaged, broken, unpacked due to the poor packaging. The sofa set is completely broken and the delivery guy tore it while unpacking it infront us. The sofa seats are tored and damaged, the almirah has so many scratches and dents all over it, the carpet are damaged, the groceries are damaged and many more things are wasted due to this poor packaging. No carpenter came to assemble bed, dressing table, almirah. Again and again i contacted to the supervisor (Balraj) to give the insurance details but didn’t get any response. He was testing my patience level and whatever i was asking he was laughing as i am joking with him. After contacting 100 times the supervisor (Balraj) gave us the valuation sheet yesterday evening where he has put the values 1/4th of the production price which are brand new. Even i showed him the invoice of the products but still no changes made. Still i am not getting any reply from anyone. Whenever i am trying to contact the claiming department they are simply keeping me on hold and after 10-15mins the call was disconnected. The supervisor (Balraj) is also not answering my call. No one is helping. I paid the full amount, my products are damaged, no one is neither contacting nor helping. Also balraj is not changing the price of the product. Simply they are people taking the customers for granted and they don’t even care about their customers. Poor customers service ever i have seen so far. Now it's up to you, i am bound to do this as i am helpless. I need your help in putting the correct amount of the products and in claiming the amount of the damaged products. I m giving the main branch address in ur box. But we booked from bhubaneswar branch. That address i am giving below.

They damage my car and lost my house hold material. They run my car 3300km as their property. They demand more and more money after take my materials and damaged.

                      This is regarding gchyd[protected] shipping of goods from hyderabad to kozhikode.

                      We have sent the items with you on 27th june 2020 on the promise that the item would be delivered within a maximum of 7 days. It’s been 14 days (10th july) and the tracking page shows the item is still in bangalore. The executive i spoke to is telling me that they can’t confirm the date of dispatch at this point. I rang them up on monday july 6th and they asked me to wait for 3 days. When i rang them up on july 10th, they tell me that the status is same and they have some issue at bangalore. They will try to dispatch in another 2-3 days.

                      Now one more week passed. The executive did not even get back with the status.

                      What are we supposed to do in this regard? Wait indefinitely?

                        Above gc no. Booked from patna to mumbai on 06 jul 2020. Your rep. Mr punit mishra no. [protected] told me you get item in mumbai on 12 jul 2020. On 11/07/2020 i call to mr punit told me you can confirm to traffic dept. So many times call to ur rep but there are no response i wil get. I pay high amount for shifting. Without item i am staying with family in hotel everyday spend around 3000 rs. Who will be pay.

                        GC 4709734- My shipment was shipped on 20th August from Chennai to jamshedpur. I have been told since 25th that the shipment is in Bhuwaneshwar and I called Bhuwaneshwar office as well and they are saying that my package is not there.
                        I have reached out to customer care multiple times but there is no clarity on my shipment.
                        I just want to know where exactly is my shipment. Please help.

                          Oxford cargo packers movers moved our household goods from bangalore to hazaribagh. The ups and the monitor were completely damaged, so many of household goods were also damaged.

                          Photos and insurance details of damaged goods was communicated to oxford cargo packers movers insurance team within 2 days of delivery of goods.

                          However, despite repeated mails and calls there is no response even after 20 days. Still awaiting insurance claim settlement.

They had quoted me rs 12, 000 and after negotiations we finalised at rs 10, 000 all inclusive with the delivery in 3-4 days.                             I register my initial request at agarwal mover and packers website, however i have received a call from another provider which is also named as agarwal movers and packers pvt ltd and it seems they have a tie up with original agarwal movers and packers.
                            Below is my grievances details:-
                            1. I was been told that my luggage has been dispatched on 25th may, however as per the tracking details it was dispatched on 28th june. All this while they were continuously lying and i had all screenshots.
                            2. The owner mr ajay is a fake person full of lies and everytime if i ask for the update he had lied that luggage was stuck at maharashtra borner howver it was never dispatch from delhi ncr
                            3. No manners to talk
                            4. After reaching pune it was sent to another provider to deliver however he denies for door delivery wherein i was promised door to door delivery.
                            5. Delivery guy threaten to not to deliver if i ask him to bring luggage to my floor address and he confirmed that handling charges were not been paid to the handler.
                            6. Lastly my tv is crack from back and no call is being attended

                                The service by apml ltd has been pathetic. I had sent my domestic household items through apml coimbatore branch from wellington to pathankot on 08jun20. The coordinating executive mr sunil kumar has shown poor response and involvement in shifting of items. The consignment with no gccomb[protected] is untraceable as on 24 jun20. No call back has been received despite multiple complaints on customer care.
                                Also, the employee mr sunil kumar offered to lower the price in case the price of packing material was not reflected on the bill. He kept cribbing as to not being given the salary for 2 months n work overload. Serious actions need to be taken against this individual. Very poor service from apml.

                                      My consignment no gckol[protected] from calcutta to bangalore has been not good at all and there is no customer satisfaction. After sales service is too bad with no escalation matrix.
                                      We had number of things broken (Marble patta; sewing machine; washing machine does not work) while the goods arrived during the lockdown, and the company took more 3000 rupee extra while unloading, without any indication to the customers. Even after charging 3000 extra; my carpenter work was not done at all, till today. We called around 20-30 times, but they always tell to wait for tomorrow. This 3000 rupee company has taken without providing any services. My complain number is #488018 and 499165. Lot of my things were damaged along with scratched in mandir and fridge. We spoke to mr suresh from bangalore, but he does not call us back or even reply to our mails. We had claimed for a refund. They always close the complain without any response!!
                                      Our consignment came on 13th may 2020. Till date there is no response from the company side. The escalation matrix of this company is not at all good. The customer care email id does not response or give a satisfactory answer to the customers.
                                      We request your team to please help us in this matter.
