I have shifted my house material through your company from mumbai on 14-sep-2018 to bengaluru. Material received to me on 21-sep-2018. While unloading it was found that some material are damaged during transporting. Following are the material and its damages

1. 43inch led tv got damaged:top screen not working

2. 6ft steel cupboard bottom got damaged: cannot able to open door and use cup board.

3. Washing machine bottom got damaged: not working cannot able to wash clothes

It was told to me that person will come and visit the damages. But still no one from your side have come and visited. Also i called customer care they have given number for claim but it is not reachable. Kindly help on the above items.

    I sent a consignment of one 3 seater, one 2 seater & one lounger from bangalore to bhopal using agarwal packers & movers service wide consignment number gcblr[protected] on 18th april 2019. This is not the first time i am using their services, i've transported 1 four wheeler in 2014 & a fridge & king sized bed in 2018.

    When i sent my sofa set, it was in absolutely brilliant condition without any damages on them. After about 7 days when the sofas reached my bhopal residence, my parents sent me pictures of the damages that were not only prominent but also very painful to see our belongings manhandled that badly.

    On 03rd may 2019, i raised a complaint using email to the same contact who sent me quotations but there was no reply. I then reached out to the customer care email address to which i received a reply and they assigned one mr. Mintu (Mobile no. [protected]) from agarwal packers, bhopal. He contacted me once asking for sharing the pictures and he assured to look into the matter and resolve the query.

    After several follow-ups and after not answering my phone calls, he answered my call from another unknown (To him) number and said get an estimate through some local interior company to rectify them and share. I shared two estimates and that brought him to a full stop of correspondence. Despite repeated follow ups, i have not received any reply or resolution.

    I continued following up with the call centre over the email to always get to see a reply stating the claim team will assess the facts and get back. It has been several days that i have been struggling to get the claim.

    When i paid the consignment fee, there was an insurance amount i paid for a value of my sofas for rs. 20, 000/-. I fail to understand, why cannot i claim the insurance.

    The only choice to do up the sofas is to change the fabric and replace the foam wherever the damages have occurred. I have presented an estimate of rs. 16, 352/- for repairing the sofas and i wish to get this claim in full and additionally i demand rs. 5, 000/- as compensation to the delays and no responses from the company.

    I am attaching the consignment receipt, email correspondences with agarwal packers team and whatsapp chat history with mr. Mintu for the records.

      Dear sir,
      I take one packing and moving services from this above mentioned worthless company.
      8 shifted kolkata to delhi as i got a good job opportunity here.
      While i was there in kolkata i final the parking and moving cost and schedule the day accordingly.. Then i left for delhi.
      Once they have completed there packing they assured that everything is under insurance coverage..
      After 10 days they deliver things to my new faridabad address and i find that most of my valuable items are either broken or not in good shape.. (My um renegade commando bike was almost broken, godrej double door fridge and many more).
      I immediately lodge a complain they cam after 2 days and told me at first that my services are not under insurance so i can't claim.
      Then i fight a lot with proper documents and at last i am able to make them agree that my claims are valid.
      But they forced me that they can give me only 5k as compensation nothing more.
      I was really very much disappointed and agree to have that little amount only as i understand by that time that if i fight more i will not get a penny.
      This happened on 3rd week of january 2019.
      After that i have even sent my account details for many times even they confirmed the same many times but i have not receive any penny from this [censored] company.
      It was my personal 3 experience with them.
      1st 2nd experience was really appreciated, that why i went for third time even with the double rate (Available in market).

      Now i really want justice.
      I want them to pay for my personal inconvenience..

        I have transferred my house hold stuff from Latur to Ahmedabad on 16/03/2019 (GC. NO. 4635300). Service provider took 15 days more than what they have promised. They haven't provided cash receipt, quotation and bill of this transaction as I have paid all amount at the time of pickup. After calling several times the Aurangabad office (The office with which I am dealing) told me that they will courier it to me so I waited for a month but didn't receive anything. So I sent my friend personally to the office but every time they are saying come tomorrow we will provide you. As a consumer It is my right to get all bills and receipts for the service I have been changed for. I have also emailed to all concerned people but no response.

            I have shifted my domestic luggage from jamnagar to harihar by apml, having consignment no. Gcjmn[protected] in which 3 of my goods were badly damaged during the transportation. Several times i informed the related company regarding the damage accured but its been 1 month approxly and the company is not responding on the mishappining as well as not giving any proper feedback to any of our queries.
            Kindly help me so that i can get a proper compensation by the company (Apml)

              Hi team,

              I had a talk with one of your executive to take my parcel from fareedabaad haryana to andhra pradesh, i told material description he agreed to take for 15k, i paid a token advance of 1500 rs/- to proceed, now after watching my parcel he is saying its big in size and weight it not possible in 15k he is goiont to take it if i pay 45k, i said its not affordable with me i cant proceed, i will take some other cheep transport return my token advance, he is saying its not possible as company rules, i asked how come it not possible as you have taken your vehicle to the spot deduct 400 and return me 1100 at least. He start scolding me in return i too did in mail conversation.

              So my request with company is, if you peoples are customer well wishers do justice to me.

Call rcvd by (Ghanshyam& jagdish) nd daily give no -[protected] (Anil sharma) sir plz contact.. He told me 15may departure to grugram... After that never rcvd my call... Today m trying 10-15 times after that rcvd my call nd he told me sir apki car bangalore pahuch gyi... I told bt online nt showing he told me sir update nhi hua hoga... M saying plz send me screen shot... After that again nt receiving my call... Now i talked to anil through jagdish... He said wherever u want to do complaint u can do...

                  I have booked my luggages with your company to deliver goods to burdwan (Wb). On 19th april you had packed my luggages from vizag steel plant qtr. On 23 rd i have received my luggages at burdwan. My father received luggages and sign the paper with the comments 'received all items'.
                  On last day, when i search for my books, i found that the particular box (In which many important engineering books, diary, one set of music box, some shoes etc are there) was not delivered to me. I was very astonished & shocked as the books are very important to my carrier.
                  I know it is very difficult to me to establish the same as my father received the same with above comments.
                  So, i humbly requesting you kindly look into the matter. May be, the said box is left at vizag or at kolkata or it may be delivered to another one wrongfully.

                  So it's a question of your company's goodwill and also my sentiment for my important books.
                  Again i requesting you please personally esquire about the said box and informed me about it.

                  Also mailed several times to your offices but did not get any response from your side till now.

                    To start with, i want to bring into your notice that this shifting was nightmarish, horrible and disturbing experience with apml. I felt cheated throughout the entire process.

                    I am detailing below the entire sequences.

                    1. I booked consignment through mr. Ravi of apml, navi mumbai from airoli to noida.

                    2. Goods were packed on 27.04.19 and were loaded in 2 separate trucks from my house. This was done as the truck which first arrived was almost full. This shows lack of planning of your team.
                    All the mess started from here.

                    3. When i enquired about delivery of my products non 2nd was told from mr. Dharamveer of apml that goods are still there and will be moving today. He also informed that goods are in two different warehouses i. E. Kalamboli and bhiwandi. He has send emails marking copy to me as well (Which will be forwarded to you in separate email). He said yours goods were lying since 5 days and shipment is again done in 2 different trucks and given me email. By this time i have talked to numerous people of apml like mr. Dharamveer, mr. Ajit, mr. Krishan, mr. Vijay but to no commitment of delivery. Both teams of airoli and noida were shedding responsibility to each other.

                    Just to apprise you about my discomfort, i am new to noida and was living with my 2 year old kid, spouse and my old parents. I spend few days in hotel which costed me thousands, moreover in anticipation of goods being delivered, i shifted in an unfurnished house and lived in enormous discomfort throughout past week. I was following up with several of your team members and begged/requested for delivering at earliest but to no avail.

                    4. Coming back to sequence of activities, on 5.05.19, which was the most expected delivery date your navi mumbai team informed that they have mistaken in truck no. And goods are dispatched on 4th only. Your despatch team of navi mumbai was lying throughout and cheated, made false commitments and tried to fool me and make the mess and mockery of the entire process. I hade made numerous calls to ten's of people of apml almost every hour asking for my goods. But everyone was fooling me and all of your team members were sounding ignorant and not concerned about the customer.

                    5. Finally, the biggest shock when delivery started on 7.05.19 (After 11 days of packing), i found items missing and broken.
                    Apml is the best in industry and customers pay more to have trust and assurance that their goods will reach safely. Opposite of above happened with me.

                    6. Even after paying approx. 51000 rs. For shifting, my stuff was missing.

                    7. Few of the important items which are open by now and found missing/broken are;
                    A. Head board of double bed is missing.
                    B. Front glass of microwave (Samsung)
                    C. Program knob of brand new washing machine (Ifb)
                    D. Big vase (3ft high) is found almost crushed
                    E. Wheels of shoe rack are broken
                    F. Utensil stand is broken and bent.

                    8. Delivery team wasn't able to fix footing of my furniture when they opened while packing, my sofas and tables are lying incomplete.

                    This is the things which i could open up by now and disappointed to see their condition. God knows how many more broken items will be there when i will open my crockery nd other things.

                    I want to tell you that that my family is in total shock and cant believe this low standard service of apml.

                    First false commitments, late delivery and lastly missing and broken items have left us in deep disappointment and discomfort.

                    As this was the pre-paid service apml, i am feeling that i incurred double loss and you must refund me the entire amount which i paid and take corrective actions for my lost/broken items.

                    I want this case to be escalated to the top most authorities in apml and will be even more satisfied to tell them my grievances in person over call.

                    I believe you would take up this with utmost priority and i will get good justice for my lost things. I also request that my claims are settled at the earliest.

                    Seeking an early response and appropriate escalation of my case, so that i can have my claims settled.

                      Worst company! First off they lied and claimed to be the original agarwal packers when this is just a spin off (Agarwal packers drs), i repeatedly asked them to verify this and they insisted that they were the original company. Do not trust them, i moved from delhi where their packers pressured me into paying them an additional rs. 1, 000 in cash over and above my fee. They did not pack my things properly. 5 boxes arrived completely smashed. Repeated calls to mr. Rajendra vij in the delhi and no response. I bought 1 lakh insurance. They made 10 appointments to assess the claims and never showed up. Repeated calls to mr. Reddy and mr. Chaturvedi without them following up. They offered me rs. 3, 000 for rs. 40, 000 damage after buying insurance. Check mouth shut for many stories just like this. The entire operation is one big scam and if you are reading this then you would be more fortunate than me and hundreds of others who have been put through months of emotional and psychological stress about their personal belongings. The entire operation is one big scam and a total fraud.

                        I had shifted my household + car from bhopal to bangalore with agarwal packers and movers ltd.in march 2019. The gc no is gcbhpl[protected]. I had duly insured most of the high cost items.
                        When i received the material in bangalore, i found that a large no of items have been damaged beyond repair. The items which were damaged are:
                        1) fridge (Irrepairable)
                        2) washing machine
                        3) dinng table glass (Broken)
                        4) glass cabinet (Completely broken and irrepairable)
                        5) glass crockery (4 boxes fully damaged)
                        6) car (Rear bumper broken)

                        I calculated the total damage done and it comes to around rs 80000.

                        I have been continuously following up with apml for claiming the insurance but they have not been able to close it.

                        After multiple chases, they told me that they will be paying rs 20, 000 as compensation to the damage. I have asked them how they have calculated this amount, to which they have said that it cannot be disclosed.

                        I cannot accept a compensastion of rs 20, 000 against such huge damage and specially when the items were insured sufficiently.

                        Please help me to get my due claim from apml.

                          My households were transferred from faridabad to mumbai on 04 apr 19. The professional approach by the staff was not professional and many of the items were not packed and loaded properly despite persistence. My apprehensions were proven correct when i received the items on 12 apr 19. As soon as truck container was opened, the scene inside was horrifying. Items had fallen over each other. It appeared that improper loading of badly packed items coupled with probably rough driving had been created havoc. It resulted in lot of damages. The estimated loss to me has been over 01 lakh besides non-recoverable loss of various relics.

                          My car was also transferred. It has been received on 14 apr 19 with a dent on right-side fender near door. The delivering staff shown had shown me the office copy of the car inventory note which had indicated the existence of dent while handing over the car. However, at later stage when i compared it with the original copy held with me, no such marking was there on the original note. It indicates that even the inventory has been fudged by apml staff with intend of fraud. Estimated repair cost for car is approximately rs 10, 000.00

                          Matter was reported to apml, faridabad on 12 apr 19 itself through phone. As per their request details along with photographs of the luggage, car inventory (Original) and car was forwarded to apml on 15 apr 19 through email. After lot of mails, assessment by apml representative was undertaken on 02 may 19. However, no progress is seen thereafter despite repeated reminders. I have only been getting the ticket numbers.

                          Today i got a call from representative of apml again justifying that company is not responsible.

                          I request all to use company services at own risk and cost. As any damage will not be taken as company's responsibility, even you may pay heavy amount towards insurance.

                          I have consulted with the Agarwal Packers and Movers DRS Group for shifting my goods from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam on 03.11.18. All the goods are packed and delivered to Visakhapatnam on 13.11.18 safely without damage. I was very thankful to the Agarwal Company.

                            I have transported my household goods from jamshedpur to faridabad on april 8 and it is given me on 20th april 2019. I have payed all my dues on 12th april through cheque clearance but after sever complains the company people are not giving my bills. Which required for me to get the reimbursement. This is highly unethical. A lot of goods are also provided me on damaged condition, i have shown those people and giving complain regarding those things but no one is responding as these things are covered on insurance and need its pay back as well.

                            I have shifted my kitchen items from Chennai to Hyderabad on 29.10.18 and received my goods on 01.11.18. I have received all my 67 packages of goods safely. However, after opening the packages the goods are very safe without having any damage to the goods. I am thankful to the Agarwal Company for delivering all my goods safely to my destination.

                              My gc no is gckol[protected]. I hired agarwal &movers to shift my household items from kolkata to delhi. Luggage was loaded on 28th of april but delivery was done on 7th of may, inspire of them promising to deliver by 4th.
                              When items were opened, a lot of my items were broken) damaged. List is :
                              3 seater sofa set broken
                              2 seater sofa set damaged
                              Washing m/c lower panel cracked
                              Shoe rack stand broken
                              Wooden tall flower vase broken
                              4 ceramic flowers pots broken
                              Fridge side door dented
                              I have sent email to the concerned dept and spoken to claim dept.
                              One carpenter was sent but he said he can't fix anything. Sofa maker has to come.
                              The claim dept is yet to revert on mail or by call. Guess if no action is taken, would have to go to consumer court.
                              This is the worst service i have faced in my 22 transfers. Would never recommend to anyone such a [censored] company who has no ethics and totally lacks professional approach.

I have paid insurance for my goods. Therefore they delivered my items safely to my location on-time without any damage. The staff members are very talented and I am very happy with the Agarwal Company.

                                  I had booked Agarwal packers and movers from Nagpur to Maharastra.
                                  Mr.Vinay Kumar is the manager dealt with me and promised to deliver all my
                                  household goods containing Bed, Washing machine, Fridge and other goods will be packed and transported to your location. After one week all my goods are delivered to my destination safely without damage. Thank you to the Agarwal Company.

                                    My things was packed from chennai to kerala by agarwal packers and movers (Shifting expert) and gave me a quotation for rs 31000 including unloading charges and they promised me that they will send few person for unloading things. But actually they did not send anybody and i have to spend extra 8000 rs for unloading things. And when enquired there was no response from them..

                                      I booked the consignment on 01/05/2019 having gc no. Gcmku[protected] to shift all my belongings from chopda (Maharashtra) to khanapur (Karnataka) with commitment from your marketing officer to reach the consignment within 4 to 5 days. But till now 08/05/2019, i didn't get it. And when i called to your delivery officer then they not even give proper response.

                                        I booked the consignment for shifting my car from agra to dehradun with the agarwal packers and movers on 29. Nov.09 and they should deliver on 3. Nov.09. But they did not deliver my car on that day. I spoke with the agra branch customer support team and they replied that your car will be delivered within one day to your location. After one day the car was delivered to my location safely without any damage. The issue was solved by the agarwal company.
