They told that they will come for picking up the goods at 2 pm on 23/07/2019. But, they came at 4:30 pm. Me, along with my elderly parents had to skip our lunch in the process of waiting for them.
Also, they told that the items will be delivered at 1 pm on 24/07/2019. But, the items were delivered at 7 am on 25/07/2019.in a new city, we had to stay extra one night and we had to cancel the tickets we have booked for travel on 24/07/2019 night, in order to wait for the delivery.
I want a refund of amount for extra one night stay from the packers for the nuisance they have caused.
The phone numbers that contacted me from the packers side during the process were [protected],[protected]. He was very rude to me when i asked for the nuisance they have caused. I want immediate action and refund for the loss.

    My consignment gcpun[protected] was booked from pune to patna on 4th july, 2019. All payments were done upfront. Apart from the payment, the picking up team also demanded extortion money (Mathari charge) 500+200=700, when i said i went pay anything extra, they intimidated with harming my goods and me. They even said that they won't load the goods if extortion money and tips are not given to them.
    Even after paying hefty moving and packing charges+extortion money+tips, the goods have yet been not delivered since last 17 days. I am travelling to uk and my family is waiting for the consignment goods from last 18-19 days. There were many important and urgent articles which were to be delivered,. They claim they are listed in limca book of records for their such 'pathetic services.
    I am consulting my lawyer for to file legal case against agarwalpackers.com for failure to deliver timely services, irresponsible customer service and mental torture and harassment.

        This complaint is in regard to services of aggarwal packers and movers that was booked for our residential shifting from delhi to noida on 29th june, 2019. We had booked their services after searching for similar services online and reading their reviews. There were several services that go by the name of aggarwal, so we contacted one by drs group and one by apml.
        Even though most of the reviews were not promising, we decided to go ahead because we had noticed that some acquaintances around us had contacted them previously for shifting purposes. After booking an appointment with both, one didn’t show up or call back, while the other rescheduled for a later visit. It seemed as if aggarwal operates under two or more names.
        On the day of shifting, instead of arriving at the decided time of 8:00 am, the packers and movers arrived at 7:00 am, and started rushing us to pack everything quickly. While some of them were wearing jerseys by apml, others weren’t and were using packing tape with the drs group logo. The entire process was chaotic from the beginning. Even when we asked them to let us sort out our things first, they picked and packed everything up without checking with us first.
        There was one young man in particular who seemed to be doing his own thing, and kept going to the store room even when he was repeatedly asked not to as the house mandir and other things were to be packed under our supervision. After the movers and packers left with the truck, we realized that some loose money amounting to inr 400/- were not there inside the temple and neither was a gullak that was kept inside. When they eventually arrived at the noida residence, the young man seemed more in a hurry than the rest of the workers and instead of following what others were doing, started opening the packed cartons and packing cushions without anyone’s permission. After being reprimanded, he went downstairs and didn’t come back up until much later.
        At first, the workers told us that we can open the cartons as we unpack at our own time. However, when they were informed that they will be paid inr 1000/- less as discussed with their supervisor because some money and our gullak was missing and could not be found anywhere, they straightaway told us to empty the cartons and return it to them. Amidst all the urgency, we had to empty out all the cartons without getting the time to check what goes where while they stood around to collect all the cartons.
        Meanwhile, the supervisor continued to call and further tell us about other formalities that weren’t discussed before, all this because we lost some of our essential belongings and didn’t want to pay inr 1000/-. Tired and exhausted from the whole process, we simply paid the whole amount to avoid further harassment.
        It’s been 3 weeks since we shifted, and we still haven’t found our missing items. We will not recommend aggarwal’s services to anyone in future. Their services are less than satisfactory and a complete wastage of money.

          I requested for local shifting (Within ludhiana) of my household goods thru agarwal packers & movers. The company qouted rs.16000/- for the same. Considering my past experience, i relied on the company and gave my consent for the offer of the company. The household goods were packed and loaded from the originating location (Omaxe flats in ludhiana) on june 15, 2019. The goods were packed & loaded in two tranches. While, the first tranche was delivered at the destination (Vishal tower, near agar nagar/grand walk mall, ludhiana) on the same day at around 16:00 hours. The packing of the second tranche could be completed by around 22:00 hours on the same day but the delivery of the same was denied. When i enquired the representative of the company, they told me that the payment has to be made upfront/ before unloading/delivery of the goods. I told the representative that i do not have ready cash at the point of loading and the same is available at the point of delivery as i had already shifted my family to the new location and all the valuables including cash is with them only. I further told them that if this was the requirement why had they loaded and unpacked the 1st tranche without payment. I also tried to make the payment thru online mode but that was not working due to technical issues.in view of the aforesaid circumstances, i requested them to do the unloading/ delivery of the 2nd tranche of my goods only when i make the payment to them at the delivery point. I also informed the position to their branch manager mr. Mukesh.

          After having made all this discussion i left the site and arranged for the cash at destination point, assuming that they will reach the destination point. To my surprise they didn't turn up and i have faced severe inconvenience, as was waiting for my household goods all night long and made several phone calls to the representative of the packers. I also made complaint to the toll free number of the company at around 12:30 am on 16.06.2019 and informed the position. Considering my request the tele representative put my call on hold and discussed the matter with the branch head. Later on, he informed me that my goods have been detained by the local unit of the packers and movers company and i need to sort out things personally with the branch head of the packer.

          I discussed with mr. Mukesh and he said that i need to visit his office/godown and have to make the payment there only. He has additionally demanded a sum of rs.2, 000/- in cash from me for releasing my articles. When i asked the reason for the same, he said it is for retaining the goods with them for 1 night. This tantamount to extortion of money in the name of shifting the goods, as i was ready for taking delivery for my good in the night only. Despite my continuous request he has not acceded to my request for delivering the goods on that night. I have also highlighted the fact to him that the articles are valuable and any retention of goods will cause damage to my article as the shifting team has dealt the whole exercise in very unprofessional manner. They have not taken due care for protections of my articles against the stormy and rainy weather on that night. Nevertheless, fearing damage of my goods, i requested him to send a mail in writing.

          Considering the fact, it was very late in the night and also taking cognizance of the safety aspect i decided that i shall visit the office in the morning only. I claimed with the company by writing email that my goods has been detained with intention to cause damage to my household articles. Nevertheless, i tried tirelessly to make the payment and finally i could be able to make the payment thru online made for the entire sum including the said extra amount of rs.2000/- (Over and above the quoted amount of rs.16000/-) under protest, at around 7:30 hours on 16.06.2019.

          Even after payment of the extra amount by me, the goods were not dispatched immediately and i have to make several follow up calls to mr. Mukesh and the shifting supervisor. After several follow up calls, the goods were delivered only in the afternoon at around 3 pm on june 16, 2019. On delivery of the goods, i observed that my steel almirah, queen size bed and mattress having aggregate cost of rs.40, 000/- were severely damaged mainly due to the negligence of the shifting team and due to the arrogance and adamant approach of mr. Mukesh. Besides, the team has mishandled my other household articles.

          One article bearing no. 86 (I am yet to trace the detail of the same as the list was quite long and the description of the goods was not mentioned in the list and the same were packed in a haphazard manner) was found missing and the shifting supervisor had no idea about my lost articles. I have already pointed out the damaged caused to my articles in the inventory sheet prepared by the shifting team presently held by the packers and movers company.

          In view of the aforesaid, i requested vide email dated 30.06.2019 to the packers and movers company to take suitable action in the matter and arrange to return my lost article hearing no. 86 and also arrange to refund a sum of rs.58, 000/- (Including the entire cost of shifting i. E. Rs.18, 000/- as the whole purpose of sitting thru professional packer was defeated and i have to face severe unconvinced besides the cost of article damaged by the so called professional packers and movers team) within a period of 15 days from the date of the communication and also advised them that in case appropriate action is not taken within the specified time i shall take suitable legal route in the matter.

          Now even after lapse of more than 20 days i have not recieved any affirmative communication from the packers and movers company. Thus, in view of the foregoing and as a aggrieved consumer, i request akosha team to kindly take care and handle my case in the consumer forum.

          It seems nothing will help with this company and consumer coirt marking these as resolved. PATHETIC.

            I booked a delivery with agarwal packers and movers ltd from kolkata to bangalore. And i handed over my goods to apml on 28th june'19 and before even booking it was promised to me that i will get my goods within 10 days at max and on special request (To make it priority as having a new born with me), i was guaranteed that my goods will be delivered by 8 days max.
            The promise itself was not kept and i received my goods today i. E 20th of july'19.

            1. Now, on one by one when the unpacking started, every or the other good was either broken or severely damaged. Including the handle and the mudguard of the bike. (Few pictures attached.)
            2. Secondly the goods were just delivered and no one from the team, assembled it though the payment of assembling was already done from my end at the time of booking.

            I am literally frustrated with what i got against paying 55000 inr for this.
            I am completely cheated i feel and that is what has made me come here.

              I shipped my items from Bangalore to Mumbai thru APML. During the delivery of items at Mumbai, I found my bed was broken and the same was acknowledged by the delivery boys.

              After requesting APML customer care, they gave me the contact of Pankaj Joshi, claims deptt from Mumbai. Later, the torture story started, Mr Pankaj Joshi is a senseless and stupid person. With zero manners, he started shouting on the phone that you guys don't have any work that's why claiming insurance. I asked him to stop abusing but this man kept on saying things or two. ZERO customer sense.

              Till date, my claims are not reimbursed and APML customer care is useless. Decided not to use their services again in future.

                Came back after a relaxing break to a house that looks like it has been hit by a hurricane. 😢 thank god, i have finally managed to clear the mess and make it look like my home.

                I have never posted a public post before but am doing so after a harrowing experience with agarwal packers and movers. Please do not use them ever! They charge an arm and a leg - which we were okay with paying, since it was a stressful and busy time, and we thought that using them would be stress free. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

                Agarwal packers and movers were meant to pack and move our stuff in 3 days (Which could have been done in two had they worked efficiently) instead of the two that we had requested.

                I took the friday off from work since the packers were to arrive at 8.30 a. M. We live in a housing society which has rules about the use of the service lift. The lifts can be used from 9- 11 am, and then 1- 6 p. M. This had of course, been communicated by us to agarwal packers and movers.

                2 packers (Instead of the promised 6) arrived at 11.45 am (No supervisor, as promised) and were not allowed by the guards to bring up the packing materials to our apartment, till i cajoled, begged and bullied them to allow them. The packers started work at 12.30 pm and worked till 1.30 pm - after which they broke off for lunch. Of course, all complaints to agarwal packers and movers fell on deaf ears. The manager refused to take my calls. To be fair, the packers were hardworking men and they worked till 7 pm, that day.

                Saturday-one would have thought that after the previous day's fiasco they would be shame-faced and make amends, but though the packers arrived on time at 8.30 a. M., the packing material, which was to have been sent at 8 a. M., arrived in the afternoon, so the packers were not able to do much in the morning session. They sent a third packer. There were some items which were still to be packed which the packers said would be completed the next day while some of the packed items would be moved to the new apartment.

                Sunday - the packers arrived at 8.30 a. M.- once again, the packing material did not arrive. A supervisor arrived, who was completely useless. The packed items could not be moved between 9-11 am, as promised since no movers were sent. Around 1.30 p. M. Some 7-8 people came to the house, saw the items that were to be moved and walked away. The packers said that the company did not have their movers free so they were trying to hire outsiders. However, these people felt that they were being paid too little so they walked away. At 3 p. M., the supervisor told us that they would not be able to move our stuff that day. All our stuff was already packed. He hinted that we could sleep on the mattresses on the floor (The absolute cheek of that man!). When i ranted and raved and gave him a piece of my mind, he offered to move our beds and our kitchen items. When we reached the new house, the fridge did not work. The movers placed it on its back and broke some gas pipe. Also, this should not be done as the oil flowed into the cooling tubes, and broke down completely. I had to throw all my meats - chicken, pork, mutton, and other frozen food which had been kept in a cooler, in ice. We got the fridge repaired - cost us rs.7, 200/-. Ultimately, we could not use the beds that night since the movers transported the bed and mattress but forgot to transport the bedsheets, pillows and pillow covers. Luckily, we could spend the night at our friends's place.

                Monday - i had to take leave from work (Again). Once again, no one was there till 10.40 a. M., twenty minutes before the building's service lift services are unavailable till 1 p. M. Shifting started at 1 p. M. And the movers loaded the truck. We wanted to claim the money for the fridge repair from the movers and packers but once the truck reached the new building complex (Right next to the old), apml held us hostage and refused to unload and move our stuff to the apartment until we had paid the amount in full. They offered to pay a paltry rs. 1200/- for the fridge repair, which we declined (We aren't beggars, we just wanted our bill to be reimbursed). For two hours, till we could get hold of the apml managers and pay the entire amount, the movers just sat around. Only after we had made payment did the unloading and unpacking begin - which meant that it went on till late in the evening. The only saving grace were the two packers from day 1. Unfortunately, i do not remember their names.

                I am obviously never going to use agarwal packers and movers again, and i advise people against using them. I am shocked at how unprofessional they are and how little they care about keeping their word.

                Extremely bad experience. Over 12 days & car is still not delivered, no one is picking phones, fake promises, over market prices & blackmail to pay first else no movement. Arrogant staff with no clue of customer service.

                  My consignment GC No. : GCLCK[protected]Origin : LUCKNOWDestination : PUNE was booked on 20th June 2019 and they Agarwal packers and movers have committed to deliver it with in a week today is 8th July and still no update regarding my consignment. Agarwal packers charges are much higher then other providers still they are pathetic in service delivery. i;m left with no option but wait as customer service is calling me and asking if my consignment is delivered or not .

                    I have used your service for my car from vizag to bangaluru (Gc no.- gcvizag[protected]. When i got the delivery, it was totally damaged. There was acid marks all over the car. The company was not even apologetic for non-delivery of the car and damage caused to the car.
                    Now its been 15 days, even after repeated calls and mails, no claim settlement has been done. It should be repaired by the company, but they are saying to get it repaired by your expense. I am very disappointed to see the condition, how a car can be damaged in car carrier. Its very unprofessional to see company response also.

                      Agarwal Packers and movers (APML) moved our household goods from Bangalore to Gurgaon. Some furniture was damaged.

                      Photos and insurance details of damaged goods was communicated to APML insurance team within 2 days of delivery of goods, as per their rules.
                      - Exercise equipment - 15k
                      - Computer table- 5k

                      However, despite repeated mails and calls there is no response even after 2 months.still awaiting insurance claim settlement.

                        I booked Agarwal Packers and Movers to shift home within Hyderabad and that too only 1.5 kms apart. I paid around 5000 rs more than the local vendor just for the brand image of Agarwal Packers and Movers.

                        They also gave the insurance of 25000 Rs. However they damaged by brand new Sony LED TV ( a black line is appearing on the screen), stole 1 titan watch, broke the central table glass mirror and few other small things.

                        Now they are saying that they will just fix the central table glass mirror and nothing else. The whole panel of TV has to be replaced which will cost 30K. And the watch' cost is 10K.

                        Please help in resolving that.

                          They are very unprofessional and from last 3 days i am begging for my own goods to be deliver at time today i am sitting on 11th day and my goods should be delivered in 7 working days and i am continuously calling them and i am not getting any response from these guys their highly highly professionals agarwal movers and packers is a pathetic company i have ever seen so guys i request to you all don't go with them. They don't have any policy they don't bother to give you services they just charged too much with no services.

                            1000 times think before book "Agarwal Packers and Mover" http://www.agarwalpackers.com. I had booked Agarwal services for relocation Ahmedabad to Banglore.

                            Agarwal started on 30th May 2019 and failed to delivered as commitment after 5-6 days in Banglore. They took around 10 days to delivered Household items some of broken and damaged.

                            I paid Rs.60, 000/- for relocation in advance.
                            My Car delivered after 20 days in Banglore after lots of followup and emails. I can say it's Worst services ever after paying huge charges for relocations.

                            All labours demanding tips and bribe for your receiving items.
                            Nothing special services after paying huge charges. They don't care about your urgency and importance.

                              we have filled claim form, the surveyor has done the inspection.

                              additionally in my car transportation Radio Antenna Missing, Side Mirror Broken and Dent

                              We have done insurance of INR 2 lakh.

                                I availed the services of Agarwal Mover's and Packer's for transportation of household goods on 8th June 2019. I received the items on 13th June 2019. But 2 items ( IFB microwave and 41inch Panasonic Plasma TV ) have been damaged. I had paid for insurance as well. I have tried reaching the customer care as well as the person who had come to book the orders. So far haven't received any communication. Kindly help me with getting the compensation.

                                Agrawal and packers is very worst company and they are misbehavie and cheating and delay in delivery and very rudly talk to when call to Sumit to bill
                                I have booled my bike for moving jaipur to goa they promised me that i'll get it in 10 days bt its now more than 10 days i didn't get my bike even thoses people are not picking up my phone so i am not able to get the information. This agrawal movers and packers are the wrost i would suggest not to use them. I dnt know how come they just get no. 1

                                  I have booked my goods from patna to bangalore on 3rd of june 2019 and not yet received any updates on my status. For last 5 to 6 days it is still showing at kolkata hub.
                                  when calling the delivery executive who's number is given in receipt, they don't reply properly and just ask me to contact different numbers and all. if i have to coordinate with different truck driver's numbers that where the truck is currently then why is the delivery executive sitting in the office. better give me all the numbers, i will coordinate with the, and take less charges. For all these i can only say one thing that service was pathetic and i would never opt for agarwal once again. Gati and others provide a much better service.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have booked my transportation from Faridabad (Haryana) to Vadodara (Gujarat) vide GC no.FBD[protected].

                                    On receipt of Goods at Vadodara, I found that the goods were transported in an OPEN EICHER Truck (Overloaded and poorly packing condition) as against the covered 20/ Container/ 6MT/ SA for which I have charged for. The truck was overloaded and poorly packed with no Tarpet (Carpet) Flooring and Safety belts. The picture of Poorly packed Eicher Truck is being attached please.

                                    Due to this bad arrangement, apparently following losses have been occurred to me apart from the losses which are yet to be assessed:
                                    1. Missing Item no. 65 (Crockery value of Rs.2000)
                                    2. Broken Items no. 83 : (Guitar value of Rs.10, 000)
                                    3. Broken Item no. 109: (Cycle value of Rs.7500)
                                    4. Damaged Sofa item no. 7 + item no.111 (Value 20000 + 17000)

                                    The signed copy of your unloading team is attached for accepting above missing and broken items.

                                    Further as the other items are also in unpacked condition, my losses due to poor quality transportation may be much more than my assessment.

                                    Picture of Eicher Truck with the poorly packing condition along with condition of broken items and cartons are attached please.

                                    I herewith requested Agarwal Packers to kindly stop the payment of transporter, loading/ unloading agency and provide me the compensation for following:
                                    1. Loss/ Broken Items
                                    2. Differential costing of Eicher Truck vs 20/ Container/ 6MT/ SA.
                                    3. Differential for not using Tarpet, Safety Belt, etc.

                                    Today, i got a call from[protected].53 PM dated 13.6.2019) from customer care of Agarwal Packers and the customer care executive was saying the 20/Container/6MT/SA (for which i was charged) vs. Eicher Truck is same, there is no difference and when i asked his name he said i am ABCD and shouted on me and said to talk to his Managing Director/ CFO/ Chairman, nobody will help me to resolve my grievances.

                                    I have complete chain of proofs and picture. kindly let me know if further picture/ Proofs are required

                                      First of all my household goods which were transported from Hyderabad to DElhi and full advance payment was taken. My goods were delivered one week late and due to this I had to overpay for my stay in a paid location by one week for which the company was neither apologetic nor expressed any concern. Further, even next week they were not ready to unload my household items and only when I insisted on lodging a complaint did they take some action and unloaded the container in the afternoon. On unloading it was found that a few big items were damaged and were irrepairable. The customer care on approaching them in April informed that they can only pay me 7000/- whereas 2 major items of the broken/damaged items were insured for and amout of Rs, 3000 and Rs. 12000/- respectively. I have been calling up, raising tickets without reply from APML end just because all the payment was made in advance.horrible service by APML and lot of harassment as no one replies properly, no fillowup / update from the company at all. I had to call up umpteen times and no response from APML
                                      please help.

                                        I have booked movers packers service of Agarwal Packers & Movers, Vejalpur road Ahmedabad, Gujarat. They very badly damaged my luggage during shifting from Ahmedabad to Pune. Now when I asked for repair my damaged luggage they give different excuse and not receiving my call
                                        Also they have no fear of consumer court. I told them to lodge complain in consumer court, they said you can do whatever you want. Please take action against this kind of careless and fraud company. I have all original Bill and details about company
