I am shocked to see the pathetic service of agarwal packers. My goods were loaded on 22nd march 2019 to be shifted from delhi to bangalore. Goods reached bangalore 1 day late on 3rd april 2019, that's not a big issue but big issue is that one item was missing out of 24 items. The item was gas stove which is a very important item for any newly shifted house.

I have shifted from delhi with my family having one year old kid also. I chose agarwal packers drs group knowing their reputation but their services and this incident made my decision to chose them appear wrong.

Its been 3 days i am trying to track my missing item. Till now there is no sign of delivering that gas stove. No body is approachable and delhi guys are misbehaving with me. Mr rajendra from delhi branch office is lying to me every day since 3rd april that it will be delivered by next day. Nobody is ready to accept their mistake.

This is truly unprofessional and unbearable. Request you to kindly track my missing item and deliver it by 6th april. Or please refund my money of gas stove as its been insured. I can go to consumer forum and even court if my item is not delivered.

My family is suffering after moving from delhi to bangalore due to missing gas stove. My faith in drs group and agarwal packers has lost.

    My goods handover on 31.03.19. Still no updation from agarwal packer &movers.
    They are telling lie till date, because my consignment not yet moved from chennai to vizag.
    Apm staff and managers and other deptts no coordination and no proper communication in each other.
    It is very poor response and bad behavior.
    Mr rakesh yadav, did not communicate for part load or full load,
    After packing team come and completed their work and took money from me
    And they left please contact to the office for delivery status.
    Till date no proper updation from apm of my my consignment.
    Either it is good conditions or bad conditions,
    Last time i have choose apm from chennai to kolkata, my many items damaged and unable to claim such things. It is huge loss for me.
    As we are customer, we are very frustrated with delivery of my consignment and communications.

    Not updated in consignment tracking . and they says no vechile available for moving things from one state to another state. due to customer suffers, which is not understood by APM.
    ONCE APM will collect money from consumers, After that APM will shows circus to consumers and cheating or telling lie to customer for delivery status.
    If such service provided to us, how we will recommend to others. It is very sameless to me.

      Dear Sir,

      I booked a consignment with Agarwal packers ( DRS Dilip roadlines) on 11.03.19 from Ghatsila( nearby jamshedpur) to Bangalore with GC no. 4583917. The booking branch manager Goutam roy is complete bogus and irrational person, he kept in dilemma that my consignment will be coming on 20.03.19.Then he started ignoring my calls without giving update. His subordinate Mr. SK roy helped in through the journey by constantly follow up. This caused immense problem to me as I had to take leave on 27.03.19 which was planned delivery date but it didnt deliver due to vehicle issue as said by Mr. Shankar. The consignment finally reached 28.03.19 with many things damaged which are as follows:
      1) Bedding - full cotton came out
      2) Dining table top -one side wooden broken)
      3) My Blankets -fully torn and wet
      4) Dining chairs - broken
      5) Study table - damage sidewards
      6) fridge- bent one side
      I am enclosing pictures for the same.
      Apart from these my GAS STOVE was missing during delivery ( which is item no. 24 in list)

      The whole incident was a horrific to me, I need a claim settlement ( insurance taken by me to limit of rs 1 lakh). Very dismal on part of the company that even a limca books of world record can do to its customers.

        Dear mohan / apml team,

        With regret i wish to inform that apml has provided pathetic and disappointing services so far to me and it compels me to raise my escalation to your corporate office for the 3rd grade services offered.

        Despite giving prior intimation about packing day wise and confirming my travel scheduled you all have failed miserable and your unprofessional approach has made me suffer a lot mentally, since you did not send any of your team on 29th march’19.

        On arriving from gurgaon to patna i kept following with you repeatedly and finally you just sent only 4 members incompetent team for packing with incomplete & short materials that too around 4.00 p. M. And they worked only for 2 hrs and left for the day.

        On 31st march, yesterday despite making a commitment of sending team @ 6.00 a. M. Your team has arrived around 8.30 a. M and started packing which remained unfinished till the time of departure of my with family with evening flight from patna to new delhi.

        I have to request my neighbor to look after the remaining work for packing and loading from vamika enclave while your team has still not lifted my flower pots from roof top and abandoned behind which an extreme display o[censored]nprofessionalism though i have paid an advance chq of 87950/ as required.

        I further request you to collect the flower pots from roof top of my flat and dispatch entire households materials immediately to gurgaon and share all details of vehicle numbers, driver contact numbers and gurgaon supervisor’s numbers.

        Also my indica car no upfr3939 has been collected by you on 30th march with complete documentation and till date no details has been shared with undersigned regarding transpiration and possible date of delivery with vehicle details / driver contact numbers.
        Kindly ensure that car is delivered after car wash and without any damage whatsoever in original condition the way it has been picked by apml with recorded state.

        None of have responded to my any mails toil date except quotation finalization on service parts and its has been unpleasant experience that till date neither mr. Mohan or mr. Dilip has ever called back or updated about anything after my repeated follow ups ceratin times i have to make a call 20 to 30 times to get a response.

        This is something never expected from leader company of packing & moving like apml, i registered my sincere disgust and protest about the same.

          Hi,
          The vijaywada group handling in charge mr. Sharma is really a very unprofessional person. He does not respond to the calls plus in our case my car is in transit and till now i have been given no details about it whereabouts like gcno. Or lr no., current location and above all after so many calls and mails too to know about the whereabouts this pathetic person has not given any details even after saying multiple times that i will mail i will mail. Also he disconnects the call and doesn't calls back. Please make sure i[censored] r dealing with this person.
          Also if the drs group vijaywada is reading this complaint pls bring this person to books otherwise you ppl might lose many valuable customers due to his emphathatic behavior.

              Apm agarwal packers n movers in chennai... Were very irresponsible persons.. Who even dont care after getting their full amounts.. The main branch people were worst candidates who even disconnect our calls... We shifted from banglore to indore they said storage door to door delivery facilities are there nothing was there... Charged extra amount... March 3rd suddenly they make a call that come n collect your luggage otherwise we will going to delhi you collect from there like that.. We dint search the home also... We asked them to keep it in storage they told no we dont have van documents if you collect your collect them otherwise we are moving like that.. And we shifted from one van to another van.. With that luggage we started searching home... And we missed our some of the items.. From last one week am calling to that persons who were telling today will deliver tommorow will deliver like that... And extra charged amount will credited to your account tommorow day aftr tommorow like... Those people dont have responsibilities abourt their jobs they need only money.. Aftr getting their money their attitude will completely changed... Before taking luggage n payment they were very perfect... Aftr getting what they required they even dont care about the customers... Why the big company is encouraging this type of frauds... Local area cheaters. Cheating in the name of branded name agarwal n packers.. They provide consignment no. Which even dont have tracking system.. Evrything will be done aftr taking luggage only... Please guys dont believe this apm agarwal packers n movers in chennai.. If you people were shifting better to sell your items... Or know about complete details of those packers n movers..

                My car got picked up on the 16th of march, 2019 evening, to be sent to bangalore. I made full payment for the same, and i was assured that the car would be delivered to me by 10- 12 days. Attached is the document as a statement of proof.

                It has been 24 days and no one has any clue of where my car is. And the problem doesn't just end here. Please find below the issues i have been going through.

                1. Mr. B k mishra, mr. Atanu, ms. Savanti are the most unprofessional and badly trained managers who have no clue how to treat a customer. Everyday there is a new excuse for the say with promises that the car would be delivered the next day.

                2. I get shouted at by mr. Atanu (Go down in charge of kolkata) for following up for my own car. He would hang up the phone on us and would give us false information every time he spoke. He has been rude to my husband and me. Why do i get shouted at for following up for my car, my money that i paid. Is this how your staff is trained to speak to women or customers when they don't have an answer

                Mr. Bk mishra just does not pick up calls and when he does he promises to call in 10 mins. 24 hours plus however he doesn't call back and he has been of no help in spite of such a position. He has been avoiding the situation only to make it worse.

                3. Ms savanti, has her lame excuses of being out of office on all occasions and refuses to have access to any information. She, however, promised 7th of march as the delivery date. I booked the garage depending on the dates provided by her.

                4. Call center which is suppose to be 24*7, does not answer calls when i want to track at least through your call center.

                5. The consignment tracking on your website also does not work.

                I am being harassed and rudely dealt with for the trust i vested upon your company to get my car from kolkata. Your reviews all over has been most disappointing however, i trusted your services. It is people in the company who make or break the reputation of the company and mr. Ramesh, for your information, people i mentioned above are tarnishing your image.

                You take full payment for the service to be delivered in 10 - 12 days, you have overshot by double the number of days its 24 days today. Now who compensates for the loss of a number of days and all the mental torture i am undergoing.

                Where is my car? And when am i going to get it?. Now i ask you, hoping that even the top management doesn't run away from situations like your employees. Such a shame and regret. I need my car. Hoping you are also not clueless as your own employees.

                  On unpacking of some important cartoons, i found my speaker and xbox in damaged condition. My tv display got damaged. Trolley was also broken. My cooler was damaged from base.ac and pipe damaged from behind. Set top box i have received with dth missing. Also, the important and sensitive electronic items were placed with all tangled cord and compactly placed in carton which due to further mishandling caused damage to my expensive items. Worst service by agarwal packers and rude and unsympathetic attitude of the staff including senior ones. It took 20 days for my item to reach in damaged condition. I was charged for transit insurance also but i am still chasing these guys for my own money
                  Before shifting, they called 4 times a day but now no one bothers. As mutually discussed and agreed with mr shamsher singh of bhopal branch, no additional amount was supposed to be paid by me as packing, loading, unloading and unpacking was in your scope. But leave unpacking, i unloaded the materials on my own and ended up paying inr 3000 extra from my pocket. The labors hired by me just unloaded the material till my room and agarwal guys didn't touched the material. Drs group is worst for shifting and i am even doubtful if it is a professional firm. One of his staff replied on complaint that these things often happen and he was so unsympathetic.

                    Last month, I had transported my car via Agarwal packers. I did not know about any transported company whose shift my car from Delhi to Mumbai. Then I saw an advertisement on Twitter. I decided to call them and I enquired about the moving process. They came and packed my car very well in front of me. When they delivered my car in my destination so, I saw a little scratch in my car then I was worried and tell them. Then they told me don't worry we will fix it.

                      Hi team,

                      This is really unfortunate to choose the agarwal packers for shifting my household from delhi to bbs after getting very lowest rates from other suppliers.

                      Please check my household is packed on 02nd dec but still i am waiting for the consignment delivery and before confirming the packing i was getting more than 20 calls in a day for confirming the shifting.

                      And when i have confirmed it and paid the whole amount in advance than now no one is receiving my calls and on the customer care number no one is sharing the proper information and their given numbers are always getting out of service or switched off.

                      Please check from the day one i am taking proper follow ups for the current status but there was no response. Finally 5 days before i got to know that my consignment was hold at ghaziabad only, when i asked the reason for delaying the same than there was no response and customer care guy simply informed that sir it was our internal mistake due to that it got delayed from apml end. But mr uma shankar/his team was promised me to deliver it by 14th dec 2018 without getting further delay.

                      And after taking another 2 days follow up it was moved from ghaziabad to bbsr and i was promised to deliver by today ie 14th dec 2018.

                      So it's 14th dec at :9:32 pm is here again but it was not delivered and same situation is arising that no one responding with the current status.

                      Please check everyone is taking 40 mins time and not getting even a courtesy call after 4 hours and i am asking to share the proper status like crazy idiot every time.

                      Please check i was promised to deliver it within 6 working days days maximum and at the time of confirming the same i have informed you guys that i was getting 23000 from south relocation packers and movers and 24500/- from the maple packers however i have paid 32500/- which 9250 extra because for the agarwal name and brand so i won't face any issue in shifting.

                      Second and very important issue which i have informed you guys humbly before confirming the booking that i have a small 8 month kid and i don't have anything to settle in bhubneswar so i have to stay in hotel until my household shifting would not be done.

                      But i believe you guys don't have the family and that is why playing like this with me. Also never try to understand the issues which i am facing here with my kid because i have to buy everything from outside which is even not hygenic for me as well as. I am wasting money from last 12 days in hotels while i have everything to stay in my home.

                      And this is all happening because of agarwal packers and movers only wherein everyone is enjoying but no one is bother to respond and fulfill your commitment.

                      I am requesting to the higher management if someone is having bit courtesy to revert me back with the consignment proper status than please share with me at earliest else i have to take the legal action again apml and i am make sure to proof my commitment without even wasting a single min if i will not get the revert before 10 am with the proper compensation.

                      It's been 8 days and my bike is not yet delivered to destination.

                      Photos attached. As per the agent bike should have delivered on 4th Feb. But haven't delivered. Agarwal company is not responding properly.

                        I am very dissatisfied with the way the movement was handled. I had paid around rs 5000 extra for carpenter charges for the dismantling and re-assembly of my 3 beds and almirah. However, there were still unnecessary damages to one of the beds and the almirah. I had the assurance from a trusted company like agarwal that there will be no damages, which did not happen.

                        Now i am being paid a compensation which is not even 10% of the amount of damages caused. I want a better compensation.

                        I want to share my shifting experience via Agarwal packers and movers. They relocated my household goods from Delhi to Mumbai. They delivered me all consignment but some items are damaged. I was worried that time because those items were very costly. But they told me they fixed it. Thanks, Agarwal team...

                          I have transferred my bike yamaha fzs from bargarh/bhubaneswar odisha - hyderabad with gc number - 4631772. First of all they took so long time to take the delivery. I tried to reach customer care for status but they didn't help me at all with a proper response.
                          Secondly, my bike most of front part is broken. I drove the bike to their office where i have submitted my bike and it was in full running condition before giving my bike. It was new and very well maintained bike but now most of the part is broken.

                          While receiving, i have seen, my bike was poorly packaged and very carelessly handled, whole right side parts are damaged.

                          Damaged parts:
                          1. Handle rod is broken with right side handle parts are dysfunctional
                          2. Front shock up is broken, oils are floating out
                          3. Headlight side, near to indicator is broken
                          4. Leggard is bent along with the right side engine cover is broken

                          I have called as well as email but not getting any response. I have been cheated and mentally harassed by the company. This is one of fraud and cheating to the customer.

                          According to law under section 12 of the consumer protection act 1986 we are filing the case and need support to take any legal action for this company and this is a clear case o[censored]nder section 421 of the indian penal code under fraud.

                          Please help me with this.

                          But I am still not waiting for the resolution, so far I haven't heard anything from them. Please help me...this is not yet closed.
                          First of all my consinement was of 16ft trailer which they changed to 12 ft Midway and stuffedy stuff in a wrong way. As a result it broke my bed, almirahs, tv units and most of the furnitures. When I filed a complaint there is no action yet taken on that and all the process is slow. I am filing a law suit against you apml guys

                            Procedure to settle claims
                            By conducting a survey of damaged goods, arrive at the density of the claim.
                            By getting the minor damages repaired
                            By offering a compensation payment for the goods not repairable at branch level itself.
                            By involving of senior staff of the claims department for the cases which are not settled at branch level.

                            None of this has been done despite following up with them for 1 week now. Finally this morning i received a call from a mr pankaj joshi, claims manager apml, who was rude, disrespectful and condescending, and did not share details of claims procedure until i spoke to him forcefully. Even after that he arbitrarily offered 50% as compensation and essentially told me to "take what we're giving or you'll get nothing". He also offered to buy the damaged item at the declared value!!!

                            This is my 3rd, and by far the most unpleasant, experience with apml. Never again.

                            This is a chor company fooling customers by the name of Agarwal Packers and Movers. They are not APML, but they are cheating customers pretending to be Agarwal packers. Be cautious and call me before giving them work. I am a victim. My number is [protected].

                              First of all we asked the packers not to change the consignment in between but it is transferred the vehicle to other vehicle in pune. Due to the undesirable shifting wooden furniture broken and the same is reported at the time of delivery. Afterwards not less than 10 times we called the concern supervisor in nasik but the there is no response from them so far. Feel very bad. We have paid huge amount only for the quality service but we were cheated.

                                We have been charged at the rate of container services which was about 20000 more than the truck services for transporting house hold goods from pune to kumbakonam and the material reached us in a truck damaging a number of items - fridge & steel vessels, wooden sofa (Leg and seat broken), crockery 10 pieces broken, and loss of one item of value around 7000.
                                Have filed a written complaint with the company in pune,, sent at least 10 mails and called over 100 times.
                                The company has not responded for providing any compensation - does not respond to mails and keeps cutting our call.
                                The company also gave us some very stressful time as they had promised to deliver the goods in 4 days and they could not/would not provide any information on the status of delivery for over 12 days causing a lot of anxiety for us.

                                Please advice on how we should proceed to get the compensation.

                                  I am completely dissatisfied with apml in the way they handled and damaged my house hold goods (Hgg) while transiting those from delhi to kolkata (Items delivered on aug 27, 2018 with remark as "all items received damaged and wet.").

                                  I along with my family are in total agony and distress.

                                  Moreover, instead of settling for a reasonable and agreed insurance compensation apml has forced me to agree upon one sided compensation of rs.10, 000/- (Inr) with delaying tactics. I am completely dissatisfied on the compensation.

                                  A one-sided, forceful and illogical compensation can never be accepted. Apml destroyed many items. I and my family can never overcome the shock that we had after we saw the extensive damage done. I cannot imagine a company can handle items in such an unprofessional manner.
                                  Apml had a chance to reconcile but they remained adamant on adequate compensation.

                                  I strongly discourage everyone to avail services of apml.

                                    We shifted our household items from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to Bhubaneswar, Odisha in first week of July, 2018 and paid Rs.1, 24, 000 approx. as transportation charges including a car to Agarwal Packers and Movers.
                                    Out of transported items, one showcase, IFB washing machine, Dining chairs were all damaged en route and we were paid a meager amount of Rs 3000.00 as compensation (less than half amount we spent in repairs of all )!!
                                    After opening of different cartons, we observed further damage as follows:
                                    1.Gas burner was making all cooking utensils black as flame from the burners was yellow and not blue.We had to spend Rs 488.00 on 25/07/2018 to get the burner to working condition.
                                    I may add here that even now the burner is not coming to sim (minimum ) and I find it difficult to cook food in medium flames because otherwise we have again to spend another Rs 720.00 as advised by the mechanic.
                                    2.Kent RO was not working for which we have to shell out Rs .3910.00 on 19/07/2018 to get it repaired.
                                    3.Touch pad of LG microwave oven was not functioning for which we had to pay Rs 699.00 on 27/07/2018 for its repairs.
                                    4.Besides, some crockery items and show pieces were broken en route cost of which may be Rs.2000.00.
                                    5.We are yet to open the computer system and hence are unaware of the damage, if any, to the Monitor/UPS/CPU/Scanner attached to it.
                                    Agarwal Packers and Movers is a reputed firm in inter-state transportation of goods.
                                    They charge a good amount for their services but the way they handle things in transportation/settling of claims is not satisfactory.
                                    They are charging Rs 1, 24, 000 from Indirapuram to Bhubaneswar (approx 1500 kms by road ), which, I feel is much more than the tentative expenditure might have been incurred by them in packing the materials/transport because they take back the packing materials like cartons, cloth cover for sofa, bed, tables etc for reuse and further business cost of which is probably charged to me, the customer.
                                    I think it is unethical on the part of Agarwal Packers and Movers to charge a costumer for those packing materials that is taken back by them for reuse .
                                    I request for reimbursement of Rs.488+Rs.3910+Rs.699+Rs.2000=RS.7097.00 plus cost of packing material taken back by them for reuse.

                                        My household items got shifted from Delhi to Bangalore on 15th Oct 2018.

                                        Too my surprise, there were many items which got damaged, below is the list:

                                        1. Dressing Table: Mirror Broken.
                                        2. Dressing Table: Shelves not closing.
                                        3. Side Tables (2 Nos.): Glass Broken
                                        4. Washing Machine: Internal Rubber (Gasket) got ripped by Rats and many other parts damaged.
                                        5. Flower Pot: Completely damaged.
                                        6. Flower Pot (Glass): Completely damaged.
                                        7. Refrigerator: Weird noise is coming while its operational.

                                        I have been given number of Mr. Patra [protected] who has in turn given me some other number [protected], but these guys were fooling me from last 1 week by saying they will be visiting for survey but they have not visited since last week.

                                        During this time, I have critical items which is Washing Machine, which I got repaired from LG Service Center and the bills are enclosed with this email.

                                        I am completely dissatisfied with the service of DRS Group as they carry the brand but there is nothing to do with this brand.

                                        There are countless dissatisfaction points, however few of them are as under:

                                        1. Your labors always demand for money as tips while packing and unpacking both and they keep on asking money without any shame and they say DRS group is not giving the expected salary. Why should I worry, if you people are not paying, I have paid you a good amount ?
                                        2. My car reached Bangalore after 20 days. I got to know that it got started after 10 days of submission. I have been told it will reach max in 10 days. Now, for the remaining 10 days, who is going to pay for my travelling expenses which got incurred in Bangalore ?
                                        3. Your car driver also asks for money. Since they cannot ask you directly but they always asks with the favor of filling fuel. I filled 10 ltrs of fuel in my car in front of the person who took my car in Delhi, surprisingly when the Driver came for delivery he also asked for money as he claimed that he filled Rs 200 fuel in again. But the fuel indicator was almost empty. They ran 165 Kms of Car at the time of delivery which is questionable. My Home was in Dwarka and from Dwarka to Manesar maximum 50 Kms and in Bangalore max 50 kms for delivery so where is remaining 65 Kms. Was that for personal use on the cost of my fuel expense .??

                                        My car handling was totally poor, and my car delivered with additional scratches on bumper. AC is having issues while starting. totally misused my car by keeping it in the warehouse for 10 days.
