I am completely dissatisfied with apml in the way they handled and damaged my house hold goods (Hgg) while transiting those from delhi to kolkata (Items delivered on aug 27, 2018 with remark as "all items received damaged and wet.").

I along with my family are in total agony and distress.

Moreover, instead of settling for a reasonable and agreed insurance compensation apml has forced me to agree upon one sided compensation of rs.10, 000/- (Inr) with delaying tactics. I am completely dissatisfied on the compensation.

A one-sided, forceful and illogical compensation can never be accepted. Apml destroyed many items. I and my family can never overcome the shock that we had after we saw the extensive damage done. I cannot imagine a company can handle items in such an unprofessional manner.
Apml had a chance to reconcile but they remained adamant on adequate compensation.

I strongly discourage everyone to avail services of apml.

    We shifted our household items from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to Bhubaneswar, Odisha in first week of July, 2018 and paid Rs.1, 24, 000 approx. as transportation charges including a car to Agarwal Packers and Movers.
    Out of transported items, one showcase, IFB washing machine, Dining chairs were all damaged en route and we were paid a meager amount of Rs 3000.00 as compensation (less than half amount we spent in repairs of all )!!
    After opening of different cartons, we observed further damage as follows:
    1.Gas burner was making all cooking utensils black as flame from the burners was yellow and not blue.We had to spend Rs 488.00 on 25/07/2018 to get the burner to working condition.
    I may add here that even now the burner is not coming to sim (minimum ) and I find it difficult to cook food in medium flames because otherwise we have again to spend another Rs 720.00 as advised by the mechanic.
    2.Kent RO was not working for which we have to shell out Rs .3910.00 on 19/07/2018 to get it repaired.
    3.Touch pad of LG microwave oven was not functioning for which we had to pay Rs 699.00 on 27/07/2018 for its repairs.
    4.Besides, some crockery items and show pieces were broken en route cost of which may be Rs.2000.00.
    5.We are yet to open the computer system and hence are unaware of the damage, if any, to the Monitor/UPS/CPU/Scanner attached to it.
    Agarwal Packers and Movers is a reputed firm in inter-state transportation of goods.
    They charge a good amount for their services but the way they handle things in transportation/settling of claims is not satisfactory.
    They are charging Rs 1, 24, 000 from Indirapuram to Bhubaneswar (approx 1500 kms by road ), which, I feel is much more than the tentative expenditure might have been incurred by them in packing the materials/transport because they take back the packing materials like cartons, cloth cover for sofa, bed, tables etc for reuse and further business cost of which is probably charged to me, the customer.
    I think it is unethical on the part of Agarwal Packers and Movers to charge a costumer for those packing materials that is taken back by them for reuse .
    I request for reimbursement of Rs.488+Rs.3910+Rs.699+Rs.2000=RS.7097.00 plus cost of packing material taken back by them for reuse.

        My household items got shifted from Delhi to Bangalore on 15th Oct 2018.

        Too my surprise, there were many items which got damaged, below is the list:

        1. Dressing Table: Mirror Broken.
        2. Dressing Table: Shelves not closing.
        3. Side Tables (2 Nos.): Glass Broken
        4. Washing Machine: Internal Rubber (Gasket) got ripped by Rats and many other parts damaged.
        5. Flower Pot: Completely damaged.
        6. Flower Pot (Glass): Completely damaged.
        7. Refrigerator: Weird noise is coming while its operational.

        I have been given number of Mr. Patra [protected] who has in turn given me some other number [protected], but these guys were fooling me from last 1 week by saying they will be visiting for survey but they have not visited since last week.

        During this time, I have critical items which is Washing Machine, which I got repaired from LG Service Center and the bills are enclosed with this email.

        I am completely dissatisfied with the service of DRS Group as they carry the brand but there is nothing to do with this brand.

        There are countless dissatisfaction points, however few of them are as under:

        1. Your labors always demand for money as tips while packing and unpacking both and they keep on asking money without any shame and they say DRS group is not giving the expected salary. Why should I worry, if you people are not paying, I have paid you a good amount ?
        2. My car reached Bangalore after 20 days. I got to know that it got started after 10 days of submission. I have been told it will reach max in 10 days. Now, for the remaining 10 days, who is going to pay for my travelling expenses which got incurred in Bangalore ?
        3. Your car driver also asks for money. Since they cannot ask you directly but they always asks with the favor of filling fuel. I filled 10 ltrs of fuel in my car in front of the person who took my car in Delhi, surprisingly when the Driver came for delivery he also asked for money as he claimed that he filled Rs 200 fuel in again. But the fuel indicator was almost empty. They ran 165 Kms of Car at the time of delivery which is questionable. My Home was in Dwarka and from Dwarka to Manesar maximum 50 Kms and in Bangalore max 50 kms for delivery so where is remaining 65 Kms. Was that for personal use on the cost of my fuel expense .??
        4. All of your persons, whose numbers given below, either mislead information or they give some other number, or they simply don't even pick up phone.

        I kept on calling the numbers on each and every step regarding the status of my goods and vehicles but I was shocked to see such unprofessional behaviors from your team. I have paid Rs. 80000 expecting you guys will be different from others but I am sorry to say, you guys have a pathetic control at your operations.

        My car handling was totally poor, and my car delivered with additional scratches on bumper. AC is having issues while starting. totally misused my car by keeping it in the warehouse for 10 days.

          Hi Team,

          This shifting is From Chennai to Pune.

          And I got information that by mistake my consignment has delivered to Kolapur. This is really unacceptable. And showing your carelessness.

          I am totally disappointed with your service. I am not seeing any customer obsession with your team.

          My CRE Janki is not reachable to contact. Her number is switched off.

          When I am requesting to your customer care executives to check the status of my consignment I am receiving rude answers by them. And they are telling that they will not be working on Sunday. Then why company is showing 24/7 support.

          One of them Vijay Dikshit has told me that he can't give me any information right now because he is with his family.

          I can understand that it might be their family time but if your company is showing support for 24/7 then I feel it their responsibility to be helpful.

          It's been more than a week I have not delivered my consignment. APML has assured me that estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 days. Customer are paying full payment in advance to APML and even after if we are not getting hussle free and on time service.

          Moreover the consignment tracking status is also not true then how to trust your APML brand. You are not even taking care of delivery address. Because of your mistake my consignment has delivered on wrong location at Kolhapur and your team is not even ready to take responsibility for that mistake.

          I have sent the mail having hope that you will understand the customer emergency. But I can see there is no hope since till date I have not delivered my consignment.

          Requesting you again kindly look into this matter at earliest and update me the delivery status.

            I am really disappointed with their services. I had chosen agarwal packers (Apml) and paid a premium price for safe shifting of household items. But there has been serious mishandling of my items. Some important parts have been lost on the way. Even after raising my complaint, the response is careless and lackadaisical. Nobody is following up on the issue. I am the one calling up every personnel to replace the lost item. This was not expected from agarwals.
            In the delivery form, they had mentioned that they would provide insurance/coverage/replacement of the lost items. But nothing such thing has ben provided. Also, i had been promised for next day replacement.

            I booked my hose hold items from thiruvanandapuram to delhi. I got the items here in delhi in a bad condition . Many iteams got damaged. Now 2month over the company till now redressed me. The item got damaged are emotional goods

              I have shifted my hose hold goods from chennai to hyderabad on 29th oct' 2018 & have received the consignment on 1st nov' 2018 in hyderabad with consignment number (Geche[protected]. There were 67 packages and i have received all the 67 packages... However, after opening the entire packages & boxes my wife realized that we were missing all the new kitchen items she purchased just couple of days before we departed from chennai... Missing items are as follows : 1 big basin, rice cooker, idly maker, 5 big plates, 6 brass glass set & 4 big spoons... All these items were costly & brand new just purchased 2 days before our departure... I have contact mr. Vikram (Guy who did the loading in chennai) & mr. Pradip (Delivery incharge in hyderabad)... After multiple follow ups, there is no response and they keep saying without numbering of packages we will not load the material into the truck which i understand. But the fact of apathy is even after giving inr 2000 as tip for loading & inr 1500 for unloading. I see a conspiracy of theft as these were daily use kitchen items which any lame man can use in his daily use... I am really upset with the experience i am currently facing with agarwal packers & movers. I would like to have a refund from agarwal packers & movers for theft that they have done while shifting...                 These packers and movers people are blackmailing and harassing me for not delivering my products. They already changed my gas cylinder (From indian oil to bharat gas) and 3 cartoons are missing. Now they are not delivering my car and blackmailed me that they will sell the car and won’t deliver the car. From bangalore to pune it was supposed to be delivered on 29th october but they are using slangs. They have not even taken the acknowledgment. They have spoiled the entire stuff. Not able to upload many pics. Please take action immediately as they are not good people to talk.

                  We shifted fon pune to bangalore in may-2018, shifting done through aggarwal movers and packers. The delivery staff was rude and dropped only khali of goods and left. Pune and bangalore office did confirm post our complaint that goods are at bangalore yashwant our godown but they won't deliver we will have to pick and since then no one answers calls.

                  Shifting is to be done door to door hence the charged are accordingly paid. We also paid extra for delivery on first floor but the goods were not delivered till there after multiple requests the delivery guys did it and asked for extra money which we had to pay

                    I booked a bike which was to be transferred from mumbai to portblair and bike was handed over to agrwal packers and movers ranchi branch on 13 april 2018. I also required a bill from this company agrwal packers and movers drs group. For bike transportation and its verified bill i paid rs 19000/- to the company and also for the bill of 1500 kg luggage i paid rs 13240/-. This is 7th month going on and still a didn't get bill. That's why i want my money back rs 22000 /- which was for bill

                      The unloading and unpacking team which came for work, has left my premises without opening all the boxes. Almost 10 boxes were still in packed condition and i have to personally open all of them. I cant understand for what reason i paid rs 44, 000 for shifting.

                      The work of the team is so bad that they damaged the below items (Pics attached) and i want a money refund or exact item to be replaced on immediate basis.
                      1. Cooler
                      2. Dining table damaged
                      3 dining chair damaged
                      4 designer glass bowl
                      5 water storage drum 100l cracked
                      6 empty plastic flower pot damaged

                        I have shifted my luggage from Bangalore to Hyderabad. On packing they missed to include 1 item which contains (4 big buckets, 2 small buckets, 4 mugs, 1 washing machine cover, 1 bathroom stool, etc). After un-packing things came to know it is missed. They didn't even inform me the missing item during loading time.I have called them but no response

                          Agarwal packers & movers (www.agarwalpackers.com) packed & transported our household items from gurgaon to chennai. They charged us a hefty sum for the same, along with rs.10000/- in insurance.

                          Upon arrival and unpacking in chennai, by their team members, a number of items were found broken and damaged. Now they refuse to make the payment claiming that the damages were there beforehand, though it is clear from the records of packing in gurgaon that none of these damages existed previously.

                          Following are the damages, i am attaching pictures of the same -
                          1. 1. Glass dessert bowls (3 in number) - worth rs.400/-
                          2. Borosil diya glass cover - worth rs.100/-
                          3. Treo large size ceramic serving bowl with glass lid - worth rs.2000/-
                          4. Wooden south african hand - carved artifact of the big 5 animals - worth rs.5000/-
                          5. 3 dip bowls (Glass and ceramic)- worth rs.400/-
                          6. Sea shell lamp - worth rs.1000/-
                          7. The study table screws/ nuts were lost during the transit - worth rs.500/- (Includes nuts and assembly that we got done by another local carpenter)
                          8. Wooden floor damage in the process of fixing the bed - worth rs. 5000/-
                          9. Solid wood rocking chair has been cracked in several places-worth rs. 5000/-

                          The total amount of the damages caused comes to rs.19400/-

                          We would request a refund of the same, as was promised to us at the time of taking the order.

                            I booked for my household goods from vijayawada to bhagalpur, after 25 days i received my goods but 3 items were missing. And almost all items were wet and damaged badly. I called many times to vijayawada and patna branch but no proper response was given to me, even i mailed to claims and complaint id's but no one replied. Seriously very bad service.

                            I am feeling very bad with a world wide Limca awarded company.

                              I had engaged Agarwal Packers DRS Group to shiift from Delhi to Ahmedabad. After much chasing, the luggage reached however more then Rs30, 000 stuff damaged badly.
                              Inspite of repeatedly chasing the Company, I have not received the claim money.
                              I had frequently logged complain with the Help office .But they said that only Ahmedabad people ( somebody called Rupendra) will solve the problem.'
                              But nobody contacted me to resolve the claim.

                                This is with regards to the shipment of my two wheeler from hyderabad to bangalore. Gc[protected] shipment loaded on 6th sept.

                                I had decided to go ahead with agarwal packers and movers assuming that they would provide professional service. Sadly, i had gone through a very bad customer service as well as pickup experience. Following are the issues faced so far:

                                1. I was informed that loading would happen at my house at 11am, but the loading only happened at 6pm that day and i was not informed of this in proir.

                                2. I had talked to hyderabad customer care to be aware of instructions for loading before hand. A lady mentioned that i was not supposed to hand over keys to the loading guy. But when the loading guy came home, he wanted the keys. As i was reluctant doing this, the same customer care lady called me up and asked me to hand it over to him. So, very contradicting statements from her end.

                                3. The loading guy came without a truck to load and said he would personally drive my vehicle to loading point in bowenpally. I was really taken aback at this service where my bike had to be ridden by someone else and that this had not been mentioned to me in the start. When i asked the customer service lady about not loading at the point of my house she mentioned that it was due to unavailability of loading vehicle at my exact location. Again, had i known this in the start i wouldn't sign up for this.

                                3. The loading guy tried to get cash out o[censored]s saying that he needs to fill petrol as the bike now had to be ridden to loading point. I did not provide it.

                                4. Stipulated time of delivery mentioned to me was 5 days (Ideally should have reached bangalore by 10th sept). Sadly, it has already been 7 days now and after multiple attempts of calling for tracking details, they finally mentioned that it would be taking another two days time. This is a significant delay for a consumer (Saying 5 days and now saying 9 days) especially after payment being taken in advance.

                                5. The delivery date has kept on being extended and till now no one has provided actual tracking details saying which location my vehicle is exactly at right now. Mail for tracking has not responded, three phone numbers given for tracking do not pick up. This mailid and numbers were provided by the live chat service. Finally, i called up the same hyderabad customer care lady for tracking details. She took my gc number and never responded. That too, i called her yesterday and day before and still she could not provide a reply. Finally, on calling another guy today, he said that delivery will happen two days later. Again, i have no proof on this. Not having an online tracking system shows lack of transparency in the service.

                                Kindly take notice of all these issues i have faced on my first stint with agarwal packers and movers. It is really shocking that i have already faced so many issues just with a single service.

                                With the available time in hand i am at least expecting a prompt delivery based on the new timelines provided,

                                  After so many efforts, i have received my 4 boxes including 1 guitar box today 29 aug 2018 at 11:00 am.
                                  I found damage in my guitar, due to this guitar doesn't sounds properly.
                                  Damage is small but due to this damage sounds of guitar is totally affected.
                                  At the time of transportation i'hv taken insurance for my guitar which cost : 12, 000 inr.
                                  But apml not responding me properly regarding this issue.
                                  Please do the needful.

                                      Respected sir

                                      I handed over the household to company on 19th august 2018 evening at meerut today is 28th in 8 days it has travelled on 500 kms. It has to come to warangal. It was supposed to be here by 25th august.

                                      I am sick and without any household. We are a family of 4 person. All are sleeping on floor, taking food outside. I am sick and suffer from chicken pox.
                                      As per doctor i need to take compete rest and healthy food cooked at home. What company people did with me?

                                      How a company like drs can be so irresponsible and dependent on a single driver?
                                      How the tracking system failed like anything. Despite my repeated reminder meerut team not even bothered to check the consignment status.
                                      They kept saying sir it will reach by 25th.
                                      On 25th i started calling everyone. Then comes the story that driver got sick. So in such case why driver was not changed immediately. Company failed at following issues
                                      1. No tracking from day one
                                      2. No updation on mobile app
                                      3. Customer was not informed and not taken into confidence
                                      4. After knowing that driver got sick, he was not changed and same person was allowed do recover and celebrate rakhi festival and than he started from place near by agra on 26th august.
                                      5.in the entire episode the higher officers of companies was aware but not taken timely action.
                                      6. Mr h p singh was aware of all the issue but not changed the driver on immediate basis.
                                      7. Company has failed to deliver the goods on time and understand the customer problem.
                                      I request you look into the matter at earliest and compensation to be given for all the harassment caused to me doe to the laxity of employees.
                                      I also paid the amount rs 85000.
