Hi All,

We moved from Mumbai to Bangalore and complete payment was taken first place and now when delivering things were supposed to happen, I find so many things missing. One of the box was open when it was being delivered and all my important things are missing - including some of my important stuffs.

Mr. Agarwal what kind of services is this? Now no one is even bothered to answer us + if I try to leave feedback on your site, it doesn't accept any poor feedback (smart way of making people fool).

I heard from someone that agarwal packers are good in service but when i am experienced then i came to know that they are worst. My issue is that i want to deliver my led tv from gurgaon to jammu and they picked on 21/5/2018 and they told me that it will take within 1 week to deliver. But still today my led tv is in agarwal's warehouse in khawaspur, gurgaon. I have clearly told before ordered that my mother's birthday is on 26 may and i want to gift that tv to her on that day. But they played with their customers sentiments and committed wrong statement. Now there is anyone sincere higher management pereonlity in agarwal groups who can contact me and resolve my issue as soon as possible and deliver my led tv on a priority basis. So that i wont give you bad feedback in future.

I would like to complaint agnaist agarwal packers & movers where i paid money to deliver my home goods in separete cube but they delivered in shared cube. I paid 57 thousand & the charge for shared is 42 thousand.

So i want my money @ 15 thousand.

I had shipped stuff from bangalore to hyderabad on the 30th march 2018. The packers were unprofessional. They charged rs 5000 to pack my beds on top of the money i paid to agarwal packers and movers. They did not carry all the items to hyderabad stating that they were getting late. The stuff arrived in hyderabad only on the 4th of april whereas it was supposed to reach by 1st april 2018. This has been the worst packing experience to date. There were a lot of breakages also.

I moved my household goods from bangalore to hyderabad. Bangalore packers dismantled dining table for transport. Their behavior rude. Hyderabad delivery was hurried. Dining table not reassembled even after one week. Insurance policy faulty. Damaged dining chairs and pedestal fan. Cracked mirrors. They expressed inability to repair. Customer service tardy and unresponsive. On the other hand, handlers demand hefty bakshish.

They proved that all packers, movers are equally bad. Overall, it is not pleasant experience.

My goods was transported from Bangalore to Meerut City on 24th March 2018 and this was the worst experience I had with your service. I was not aware about my belongings since I booked and given to you. Because your guys was not picking up my phone whenever I tried call to them to get the status.

Finally, on 7th April I got a call after 14 Days that we are here to deliver your items. But My bike which I gave you to transport that has been fully damaged during transportation (Gear leaver, Gear Shraft, Headlight, Handle, Mudguards, Speedometer, Seat Cover, Front Brake Lever and fetting, Fuel Tank screeches and others screechs) everything was damaged.

I didn’t receive my bike from delivery boy because that is not even in condition to reach showroom for their repair. I sent him back with bike.

Now today is 23 May, it's already been 2 Months neither they delivered my bike nor claim amount no one is responding. I am sending mail on daily basis but no one is replying me and they are not picking up my call also.

This is Gaurav Dhawan. I have booked agarwal packers from moving household from Ghaziabad to Pune.

I received my bike with very big dent on it. I have contact their claim department several time, but there is no response from them

I booked their service because of big name of Aggarwal, but sorry to say this, it was pathetic experience of their service.

Their people always demanded extra tips for doing nothing. I pay extra 500rs while loading and unloading.It was really pathetic experience .

Worst experience with agarwal packers and movers, recently shifted from dehradun to patna. Fully damaged almirah and table, surprised to listen words from surveyor mr. Sunil nothing has happened in this according to him. I asked him that i have given my goods for shifting not for scraping as still you are not satisfied.

Prior to this i have shifted 2 times by dsr group and they have shifted very nicely but this apml is cheating customers.

Manager from delhi office mr. Ajay and mrs. Sumita response is too poor as they are hardly responding on phone.

I have given my almirah in well condition and wants same nothing else.

I have booked ​household items from chennai to trivandrum on april 24, 2018 with the commitment to deliver it on april 26, 2018 (Gc n[protected]. Despite several follow up calls it was delivered on april 30, 2018 and one item is missing that was informed to chennai office.

I was shocked by the chennai office team's response after making the payment. Mr. Gopal is responsible for packing and he gave me the contact number of mr. Mishra who is responsible for loading the items. I have called several time between 24 and 29 april for updating information on transportation. He was telling me every time that the items were loaded and will reach next day. I came to know from driver that he was loaded the items only on april 28, 2018. It is is a gross error from his side by providing false information.

The customer care people have been given another person's number mr. Rampal he also not provided correct information in this regard.

Finally i have contacted mr. Rajesh chathurvedi who is the head of the region he can't speak or understand english, he started speaking foul languages in hindi and threatened me to unload my items to coimbatore if i again call him. I told him that i have the contact information of the higher ups in your company including mr. Ak agarwal, he said complaint to him and call back to me. If a person responsible for the entire chennai division and speaking like this to customers what will be the reputation to your company?

Finally, i have received my household items on april 30, 2018 in which one item was missing.

Again i contacted the company they promised to deliver the missing item with in one week. Till today i haven't received the items despite several emails, and calls to different people across the country.

This is a fake company, cheating customers. They kept carton at home and took 1100 rs and they said they wil take carton after 2 days and return 1100. After 7 days, they arr not taking their carton.. Please be careful from this agrawal packers.. They are using agrawal name and spoiling names

I booked household items shipment with agarwal dsr packers on 3rd may 2018 from adimaly, kerala to bangalore and asked them to deliver it on 8th may 2018.
I was trying to reach the customer care to know the status of shipment arrival on 9th may as it was not delivered on 8th. After so many difficulties reaching their customer care number [protected], i shocked to hear that the package is still at the starting point.
I wrote a complaint as the customer care number is not working, i got a reply that it will reach on 11th may and delivered it on 12th may.
The worst part was they just delivered only the goods and no fixing of the furniture as the carpenter is not available and they told that will be completed on 14th may only without any sorry for it.

We paid rs.28000/- for the transportation and it's still not completed, no one is responsible to answer our queries.

Worst customer care, especially in bangalore, the tm (Manish) don't want to pick my call after some time, he switched off the mobile.

There should strict action against the people who take a ride on customer and don't value customers time and money.

Fundamental aspect for agarwal packers is absolute dismissive way for attending calls. Speak with the actual workers or speak with any senior people, the response is equally pathetic and insulting. Immediate feeling that one gains is that you are at their mercy - they are doing some kind of charity that a call is attended.

I have been trying to understand why there is a delay in delivering at the destination site - it shifted from 1 pm to 3 pm, without anyone caring to tell you what is happening.

On the site, there is a name given as vikas kumar and when we called that person, he was practically offensive and constantly, very disparagingly tried to insist that i am not calling the right people. When i tried to explain that i need more help and asking a local desk is not getting me anywhere - the person concerned, very high handed fashion started asking me on the details. Clearly the motive was to make it unbearable for the caller to continue and then as conversation turned a bitter, he banged the phone.

Agarwal should immediately take out the name of this person from the site as escalation point and provide a much amicable person, who is at least willing to hear and understand. Even if he or she is not the right person, like any other good service organization should have redirected to another person.

None of the commitments has been maintained in this assignment
- time to deliver was 7/8 days
- april 30 loading was done and to reach kolkata - committed date was may 7 or may 8 - it reached may 12
- the day of loading was equally off the hour and work started at 3 pm and continued till late night
- actual people who are working are demanding huge amount for wrongly done work like dismantling of bookshelves and then physically carrying it up the stairs, demanding extra sum
- no point of contract, who speaks in decent manner and provides correct information

Apml claims to be a highly reputed company in the field of packing and moving household goods. However they have proven to be highly unprofessional in my case.
They packed and moved my stuff from hyderabad for kochi on 06 may 18. They promised delivery at kochi on the 09 may 18. However, today is 12 may and my consignment has not even reached coimbatore. Every day their helpline people keep giving me false and contradictory information.
They are harassing me to no end.
No body should utilize their services. They are the biggest crooks.

They had accepted 33 pices of materials and has delivered 30 pcs of materials. Major was voltas air conditioner 1.5 ton outdoor unit lost is transit from kolkata to ahmedabad. I have contacted the person several times over phone and he assured me that the items will be found. But now he is not picking up my call and not giving my items back.
No solution is provided till date. The details of ac is as below:
Voltas 1.5 ton split ac 3 star and reliance service agreement done for 5 years. Cost of ac 34000[approx] + 8703 service warranty paid to resq.

Dear Sir,

My name is Gopal Singh, I recently moved from Nagpur to Mangalore ( Karnataka ). we have booked you to shift my household goods to Mangalore.

Booked as per given details:

Nagpur - Mangalore
Pickup date : 22/4/18
Delivery date : 1/5/18
Insurance : 4 Lakh/ paid 12, 000

Complaint:
1) Delay on delivery,
2) Broken Centre table Glass
3) repairing cost ₹2500
4) One Sofa and TV trolley need some carpenter work

An Estimation was given for all the household goods for Rs.89, 0000 including insurance cost of Rs. 12, 000 and paid all money in advance. The above deal was finalized by Mr. Sandeep. The Insurance papers were not sent till today. An assurance was given to us that our household will reach Mangalore on 26th Apr. Our household has delivered to us on 1st May evening around 1830 hrs, and their was no proper response from the staff. We have called a number of times to Mr. Sandeep, Mahender and also to your customer care for tracking the truck but, their was no proper response.
After 5 days, after calling a number of times, Mr. Sandeep said that the luggage is still in Bangalore warehouse.
We were calling your office daily but they were not giving any status of our truck. All this matter was causing a lot of disturbance and trouble to us. We are forced to stay and eat in hotels.

Finally, when I got my household on 1st May, I was happy because, I was shifting to my new home. But than I saw my below mention broken/damaged stuff:

1) Refrigerator with broken gas pipeline(Unserviceable)

Mr. Mahender denied to repair but on assurance Mr. Sunil Sharma/Delhi, I have repaired that from local arrangement. It cost me Rs. 2, 500.

2) TV trolley and one Sofa need some carpenter work
Tomorrow, Mr. Mahender is coming with carpenter to fix that.

3) centre table broken glass

Mr. Mahender is not ready to fix that also. Mr. Sunil Sharma told me that I can fix all my things locally later I can claim for that expenses, but I don’t want to spend more. I have already spent to much to you.

This issue is causing serious mental tension, stress and it is also disturbing my work. Your staff at Mangalore are behaving in such a rude manner. Mr. Mahender is very unprofessional, non cooperative, useless person. He is claiming that, Nagpur team is working properly, not sending any mail for the service. Therefore he can’t help us on that matter.

Requesting you to resolve the issue ASAP.

Our consignment has been booked from bangalore to hyderabad on 29-apr. They promised the delivery on 2-may. It is already 4th may and we do not have any news about the truck. The entire team is behaving very irresponsibly when i ask for delivery status. When i call up the delivery incharge, he says the driver is not reacheable and he can't help until the truck comes to hyderabad. When i ask the bangalore person mr. Manoj, he mentions that it will arrive and no need to worry. The driver number that they shared is going to some wrong person in haryana. We are stranded for last 3 days and no one seems to own up and track.

I requested agarwal packers & movers for a survey from pune to bangalore, it took me 3 days with several follow-ups to have one executive at my home for survey. After the survey, executive handed me a hand written survey with the quotation amount of rs-40, 000/-. To get this documented, i requested them to send me the quotation on my email, again it took them more than 2 weeks, to send me the quotation on email after making more than 50 calls to around 2 - 3 executives, radheshyam and arun, nadeem from pune. And to my worry, the quotation i received was for 50, 000/-. And when asked, the reason was your brezza car is big in size as compared to i20. I was surprised to this point, where the leading brand doesn't know the difference between this 2 models.
I am extremely dis-satisfied with thier service, where only 4 days remaining for my re-location and i had to cancel agarwal packers and move on with dsl express.

I have sent my house hold items though your company. Gc no 5601758. They committed that it will be delivered on 26 april. While i was contacted mr. Rajesh chaturvedi i had a very bad experience as he abused me and told me that he will unload my items to coimbatore, you do whatever you want. Further he abused me i have all recording with me. I am waiting for your response in this regard. If a senior person abusing a customer for non complaints of the commitment how we will trust you.

My shipment by agarwal packers though picked from digboi on 17.4.18 and sales excutive though assured me a single transport shall be provided for household items to kolkata. But they misguide and leading fraud communication was found. Truck from digboi got changed from gauwahati and delayed to receive from gawhati and still i not received my items upto 27.4.18. Already before quote sales excecutive of tinsukia branch assured me it will take 5-7 days to deliver for which i had paid 45000 for this. Actually they cheating me to get the quote. I am feeling disappointed and my service in psu job get disturbed due to delay in delivery. A strong action to be taken for such cheating case

This is to inform you that i had taken your service for sending my household items from bangalore to siliguri on 26 march 2018 .
I’ve been calling your exceutives several times to know about the whereabouts of my goods but I’m not getting a satisfactory and clear response .
I had sent 4 cartoon of goods consisting of household items worth Rs 7 lakh . Since it has been more than a month that my goods havent reached, i would like to claim for the same or else i would go on to take a legal action against it .
