My articles were damaged extensively during transshipment from reasi, jammu to guwahati. The same was recorded in the documents in the presence of apml representatives. Regarding this i have to state the following:

1. The sofa set is extensively damaged near the joint of its leg and the armrest along with its frame has also damaged which will require changing of the full frame of the arm rest and its clothing. An preliminary enquiry from the repairing shop has given an estimate of rs 6000.

2. The bed head post repairing will also require re painting/ varnishing of the head post. Hence the estimated cost of repairing is rs 3000.

3. The repairing of steel trunks are to be carried out thoroughly with changing of steel sheets as per requirement. The cost will also include transportation of the trunks to repair shop to and fro. Hence, estimated value is rs 6000 for 3 trunks.

4. The battery and inverter was not packed initially by apml representatives at reasi (Jammu) and the article list was prepared. While loading of the articles it was pointed out by me and they just wrote the articles at the end of the list and did not prepare the list afresh. I also ignored the matter as i never thought in my remotest dreams that my belongings will get damaged, as i was sure of the quality of services provided by apml. My humble submission is that the cost of the battery is approximately rs 13000, which can be verified from market as per the make of the battery. The battery is not repairable and i have to purchase a new one.

You will appreciate that household belongings have an emotional value attached to them which cannot be measured always in terms of money. I believe that at least the monetary part of my grievances shall be addressed. Though the mental agony that i have faced during unloading of my belongings and the time and effort that i have to engage in getting my things repaired has to be borne by me.

One mr. Niraj gupta, claim head, eastern head quarters, apml contacted me over telephone and email, and told me that i cannot be paid more than rs 5000 as compensation, without specifying any clear reason for that. I have not agreed to his offer as the amount of rs 5000 is not as per the damage and is only an eyewash to close the complaint.

Hope that my grievances will get addressed properly and adequately.

Aggarwal packers and movers pune chinchwad is the worse service ever. They butter people with their words and then forget everything. I have paid full amount for moving my luggage from pune to panchkula and it's been more than a week and they are neither picking up the call nor giving any details.
Once they picked up the call gave wrong consignment tracking number. Do they always do like this? Is my luggage lost?

I am sudhir kumar srivastava, I am relocated the Wagnor-R Car from Gorakhpur to Vijayawada on dated. 3rd April-2018 and reached by 14th April-2018. All payments & dues on cleared through online payment on dated. 7th April-2018 (Amt Rs. 18013/-). But as regular follow-ups with Varanasi Zone/Hyderbad Zone and Customer care for Invoice and Original PUC (As charges paid to Agarwal Packers representative of amount Rs.250/- at the time of shipment) but he is not given the proper response and neither provide the Invoice till date.

This is a worst service by any branded company. I had booked my household material and four wheeler vehicle on 15th april 2018 from mumbai to nagpur and it was committed at the time of finalizing vendor that they will send my household material and vehicle in one container but after when i gave them confirmation they said that they will be sending a separate vehicle for household material which will pick the material and same vehicle will deliver material to nagpur by which i will get the material in 24 hours, while my four wheeler will be send in vehicle container which usually consist of 5-6 vehicle and the same will reach in 48 hours as they have around 300 vehicles moving every day.
I agreed but when they came on 15th april to lift my material they brought a cube for my household material which is loaded on different vehicle with other cubes which usually takes time as compared to separate vehicle which i denied to accept for which they said that they will deliver household material by 17th april which was to reach by 16th evening earlier. Finally i agreed again as had no choice due to shortage of time and i too had a flight next day in the morning for nagpur. So my household material was handed over to them on 15th evening and the four wheeler on 15th afternoon.
Now today on 17th april when i checked both the consignment, it shows that the same has not been dispatched, i am staying in a hotel where daily i am spending rs 4500/- (Including food & stay) for my family in nagpurand don't know till when i have to spend as i can't shift to my new rented house in nagpur as all the household material is with agarwal packers & movers.
I have taken out time to write this because i don't want others to suffer after paying a good amount to these branded companies in advance.

I have taken services of agarwal packers and movers for shifting my household goods from hyderabad to bangalore. I have taken their services on friday 13th april 2018. I wanted the delivery on sunday 15th april so i have taken the full container even though the full container is expensive 32000.
But i didnt recieve the delivery on sunday. When i enquired on sunday, i was told the truck will reach late night on sunday, so the delivery will be given on monday morning. When i threatened to cancel the cheque they told me i will not get my goods back. I have not recieved my goods even on monday. Meanwhile they have encashed my cheque. I have paid extra price for faster delivery but i didnt get it.
I want to get a refund.

My brother rajeev kumar recently shifted to hyderabad from mumbai and he got this household goods shifted through agarwal goods relocation packers & movers, mumbai..

After the items got shifted, the company people told that their men would come in evening and unpack the items safely.. But no one contacted after that moment..

We already paid the company for loading as well as for unloading, but still they took extra money from us sating that loading and unloading were not included..

We are still trying to call the people, but they are not responding..

And finally when we opened the packed items, everything was in miserable condition.. All items are damaged..

This company is a big time cheater and their service is the worst service i have ever experienced..

I have attached all the details, please fine them and get the refunded amount as we paid them for insurance also that the items would not be damaged.

I want half of the complete expenses to be refunded as all items are in damaged and they are not at all responding to us..

Please stop fooling people if you cant give even good service.. Please stop eating money as this is not going to be digested by you thieves..

My items with consignment number - cggnblr097847 was delivered on friday april 6th. Unfortunately, we found a gas stove missing in the delivery (Item number - 23).

They said that, will be delivered in three days.
Till date no response from them. And when we called they do not reply.

We shifted our household items from ghaziabad to mira road (Thane) on 22 mar. First thing it was not delivered on time and also they did lot of damage to the items loaded in the truck. When i asked about the claim they are paying me such a less amount which cannot even fulfill my small small repair cost. Not to mention the situation of the fully damaged items which is not repairable. I took a insurance of total 1 lakh rupees, but they have an issue to pay even 10000 rupees. Insurance claims comes in picture when the things are completely damaged. If there was some repairing needed, they should send the engineer to complete the repairing. It was completely their negligence that i found my some of the items are damaged. Please do the needful and help me to get my damaged items repair or can get a claim which can fulfill repairing cost.

I have been repeatedly calling them and they have been making false promises everytime that delivery will be done tomorrow or your goods are in Indore now it is in Gurgaon and I called they replied sorry your goods are in Indore what nonsense is this?? .They even have given a vehicle number but still yet to receive . They people are just good for nothing and very irritating .They are threatening and i'm just helpless - without any clue of where really my goods are..And even worse is that...Till now, i dont have any clue and information about my goods as itz been about a month.
Guys, is there a way to reach the pathetic management executives of this well managed company? Please let me know or anything else could be done against them. As I can see despite of so much complains they people are doing DADAGIRI.

I have shifted from mumbai to nagpur few months back from agarwal packers and movers. During last few months i was busy unpacking and arranging my house hold items. Now i am seeing that whole lot of my partywear clothes and artificial jewelley are missing. I contacted the concerned sales person of agarwal packers, but he is not accepting this fact.
Now that my whole house is set i am preety sure that whole lot of party wear clothers and jewelley are taken out by your persons who were there duting transportation.
Needs immediate action against it.

Hello, I got my bike delivered today 10th April, 2018. It was shipped out of Kolkata on the 26th of March, 2018. GC: 4599779. When the biked was delivered it had a huge dent on the tank of the bike, which was not there when the bike was handed over to the packers and movers team. I tried calling the customer support and raise a complaint, to which I was provided a different number. When I try to call the number: [protected] no one answers the call.
Please help me mitigate this. I understand the repair charges should be paid by the packers and movers in such cases.

I handed over my goods on 21 march from kolkata and was to be shifted to kosamba gujarat. Till today packer has not delivered goods on my address and harassing. Not giving proper respone.6 days back my goods reached ahmedabad and driver called us that he has thrown on road and we can come and take from there. The concerned person is not taking responsibility and not ready to help. We have no information where are our goods and when they will reach us. He is demanding more money and torturing us.

I used drl pvt ltd. Agarwal packers s movers for shifting my household items from kochi to vizag. The items reached very late and also few boxes are missing and damaged the company is not responding to any calls and re not taking any action. I have registered a complaint via email to the firm, spoken to kochi office incharge, vizag office incharge and also their call centre at hyderabad, but to no avail. The company promised be a closed truck for transporting but the items came in an open truck. This is the reason for the items getting damaged

As on 04/04/2018 the consignment is not delivered, today i came to know that the shipment is labelled wrongly and moved to pune (300 km away from delivery address).
We have been following up with mr. Vimlesh, mr suresh, mr praveen (‭[protected]‬, ‭[protected]‬, ‭[protected]‬, ‭[protected]‬, ‭[protected] ‬from banglore office, we also discussed with hyderbad office of agarwal packer and movers but their is no positive response.
Every time they are not aware of the issue and promise a callback after 30 minutes but they don’t. Also they are unable to provide any tracking or driver information so that we can guide the driver.

Hello team agarwal packers and movers, i am gaurav, i had taken your service for household goods and car transportation. It was an excellent move, i paid billing amount emis and all things i received safely and did not get any problem with packers and also movers my all goods and car arrived on time but during the relocation process, when i called to your customer care for consignment location they told me your details are not showing. So please do some step and also do action against your team who had responsible for that. But the good news for me was that all things reached on time.

I moved my household goods from bangalore to jaipur from agarwal packers and movers ltd (Apml) through consignment number cggnblr082009.
Most of my goods that they delivered are damaged and few items are missing. For the lost items they are not taking any liability and they are not even ready to get the items repaired.
They have now started to threaten me saying that they will not do anything to repair or refund and i can even go to the court. Even their state head mr. Ghanshyam and their claims officer rajesh are now threatening and saying that they will come to our house and see us well.
Can someone help me with a consumer court advocate as i want to highlight their service to entire india. I want to show everyone that how can they even threaten me and not repair anything that they have damaged.

I had booked my shifting from patna to vadodara gc no-4582044 dated 25/01/2018 which included a bike also. All the other items has been delivered except bike. Earlier they told that they will deliver it later on but now they are telling that it has been stolen
At that time they assured me that they will compensate the loss either with bike or money but now they are not even recieving call or talking properly.
I have even sent them emails but they haven't replied that.

I am extremely sad about the service i received from apml.

I took the services from apml for shifting of my household goods from pune to gurgaon

They took my goods on 01st mar 2018 from pune.

I took the incomplete delivery in gurgaon on 11 mar 2018.

One of my perfect box was missing with s. No 45 (P/b no :- 1372 kitchen). It contains all my kitchen utensils.

One thing i observed that somebody did corrupt practice in it. The builty which they took along with them at the time of delivery in that they change the p/b no to 1018.

I don't know who did that.

I want this box to be backed as soon as possible.

I wanted to ship my two wheeler from bangalore to hyderabad. They did not provide me with the gc number which is used to track my shipment. After many call to them, finally i got the gc number on my whatsup number. I used this gc to track which says its invalid. The only reply i received was that we are sorry and then they provided another number which is supposed to be the delivery godown number. When contacted here, they were clueless of any such delivery to them. After several follow up, the shipment was delivered after 1 week. For such a short distance, they take a week to deliver the shipment. #shame on such a big company.

For them insurance in only for physical damage, if any electronic items stop working due to internal damage they don't cover..(then why do they check it's working or not?
They are liars and take bribe for delivering
Customer care does have any sense and respect of talking to customers.
We booked aggrawal movers and packers from Noida to Pune..and it's was fully packed by our stuff only.It still took 14 days to reach and it reached in 14 days, that too after escalation
And we were promised that it would reach us in 5-6 days and max 7days.paid 84000 for relocation but their service is worst.Insurance is for making fool of you.
The person who delivered the car in damaged condition, was saying it was before only, though we proved it...and he had audacity to ask for bribe too
After paying so much you people don't care even to answer escalation
From, now on no aggrawal movers and packers, and will fwd my experience to other friends and organization to not to use aggrawal movers and packers.
Thinking to file a complaint against them in consumer court now... very disappointed with your experience
