For them insurance in only for physical damage, if any electronic items stop working due to internal damage they don't cover..(then why do they check it's working or not?
They are liars and take bribe for delivering
Customer care does have any sense and respect of talking to customers.
We booked aggrawal movers and packers from Noida to Pune..and it's was fully packed by our stuff only.It still took 14 days to reach and it reached in 14 days, that too after escalation
And we were promised that it would reach us in 5-6 days and max 7days.paid 84000 for relocation but their service is worst.Insurance is for making fool of you.
The person who delivered the car in damaged condition, was saying it was before only, though we proved it...and he had audacity to ask for bribe too
After paying so much you people don't care even to answer escalation
From, now on no aggrawal movers and packers, and will fwd my experience to other friends and organization to not to use aggrawal movers and packers.
Thinking to file a complaint against them in consumer court now... very disappointed with your experience

I have sent a courier from your courier service apml0 from mumbai to chennai on 13 feb 2018 your persons have informed me that within 9 days courier will reach chennai and they have charged rs 23000 which is higher than other courier services which i checked in online and by person but i selected your courier service due to the brand name and good reviews till date i havent received my courier today is the 12th day as of 24th feb from the date of departure of courier and while tracking i came to know that till date it is still on the way to bangalore i am not satisfied with your services other courier services are charging only rs16000 to 17000 even though you are charging more higher amount with the difference of rs6000 to rs7000 it causes me a huge mental agony and monetary loss to me you have to give me a compensation for your delay in service mental agony and monetary loss occurred to me by your courier service otherwise i will take severe action

This is vikas kumar i hired you third time and i really want to say that you did not provide your best service this time. I received my belongings after 1 day of your committed date. Everything was in perfect condition but i hired you third time because you did excellent job last 2 times. But overall except delay everything was fine and packaging was perfect and its my suggestion to you that always inform every customer by self regarding delay of delivery.

I am very disappointing with your services i book my all the goods through your service but it not supply in given time and also supply by any other services which name is safe pack. Firstly no one tell me that my items are transport through safe packers while i pay all advance to you for this... Still i not get my package from you last date of recive is 8 feb 2018 which is pass..
Kindly note i go to consumer court for this

I was transport my household goods thru agraval movers and packers on 05 aug 2017.
They took insurance for my household goods and committed, if any damage happened during transportations.
They will claim amount for the same.

Around 15000 rupees damage was happened so i had communicate to executive.
He took all goods damage photo and my account details for processing the claim.

But he just avoid my call and not responding also.
And always given some unexpected reason and gave next day.
More than 6 month completed but i don't receive any amount from them.
Please help me, to get my claim amount.

Hi this is pinky, i hired agarwal packers for my household things and car transportation from agra to bhopal. And i search about them on internet and made deal for relocation. Everything was very smooth from packing to unloading all my belongings to my home but when i then unpacked all boxes and things everything was perfect but my one wooden chair's handle was not in good condition, but their employee settle down everything when i told him about chair. That was not major fault but still a issue. But everything was awesome except that.

First of thanks for safe delivery of my household items, but i am disappointed you took 2 days extra. I hired you for my relocation from noida, uttar pradesh to pune, because my friend suggested your name and said use their service if you want safe relocation and really you did excellent job, if i exclude 2 days of extra delay time everything was fantastic like excellent packaging and your team was superb but you have big name and i hope if i hire you next time in future i will get same service without extra time.

I have shifted my house holds from Bangalore to Vijayawada on 23/12/2017, the bill No. GC No. 4541498.I have received the house hold today, the way of handling house holds are very poor.

The washing machine completely damaged and Refrigerator having many scratches and dents. I have refused to take delivery of Washing machine and the same returned to Agarwal packers-DRS group.

I have shifted from Ajmer to Bangalore on 24/06/2017, the house holds are damaged and damped. I have mentioned in the delivery form and still now i am unable to get the claim. I have followed many times and no response from your end.

I have preferred again to send my house holds through DRS Aggarwal, which is blender mistake i have done.

This is for your information and further action. Pls. take action on Agarwal packers and provide us new washing machine...

Not received my consignment booked from pune to lucknow on 30 december till now, assured date was within 7 days.. No calls received from agarwal.. Calls received whenever i asked for my consignment only.. Whenever i complained they had a very casual attitude neither bothered to inform regarding the delay.. Worst service from any packers & movers. Highly dissatisfied.

Hi, this is mohit kumar. I hired agarwal packers and movers for household shifting on december 11th 2017. I paid 37k for relocation and when all belongings arrived to my new home my one leg of my sofa was cracked but when i called them about incident they said to me that we will give you compensation after checking damages and i was very lucky, i got claim in just 13 days. Excluding this sofa incident everything was very good and claiming process was also easy. Thanks for services.

I paid rs.18000 for moving furniture from my home in mumbai to my home in goa through direct services. The furniture was moved from my residence in mumbai on 2nd jan 2018 and delivery was supposed to be 4th jan 2018.

Today is the 7th jan 2018 and i have still not received my furniture.

I have been through a lot of inconvenience because i had to cancel my flight from goa to mumbai on 5th jan 2018 and had to delay my resuming back to my work because of someone not doing their job properly.

The staff at agarwal packers & movers are evading my calls and are not giving me the exact picture of the situation.

I am very disappointed with this kind of service and expect a solution along with compensation for the losses that i've incurred.

Hi, agarwal packers and movers team, first of all thanks for safe delivery of my household things but i was little disappointed this time because that was my second time move with you, first time you were excellent in every aspect. But this time you took 2 days more. Overall your team did excellent packing and they behaved nicely. Everything went very smoothly except delay in delivery.

I had opted this agarwal packers and movers to shift my household goods from bangalore to mumbai last year dec 2016, they delayed in delivery of household things and damage my bike parts when i received, then and there claimed for compensation for damage parts i emailed 4 to 5 times however they never turned on for claim settlement but only assuring me it will be done soon. Please help me out to get my compensation.

I have hired agarwal packers and movers for my household goods shifting from navi mumbai to pune. The consignments reached my new home on time as they committed but i have received my consignments damaged.

I have complained to them about the actual status they assure me about the recovery option. I follow the process regarding this and they provide me damage value instantly. I was not sure about such information, but agarwal packers and movers provide me safe relocation. Thank you!

Consignment from mohali to ahmednagar.
Load date 29th of nov. Till date my consignment not recived.
At the time of loading they commit me that this consignment will reach in 6-7 day. After calling the customer care they commit that it will be reach on sat. (16 of dec)
Toady is sunday no any call from customer care, if they committed for sat. Then i expected to receive at least one call from your side that your consignment delay for 2 days more.
Worst service much more delay.

Dear sir/madam,

I have recently moved from hyderabad to vizag and taken service from agarwal packer&movers. I have paid rs 49, 000 for consignment against inv no cggnhyd037113 dated 20/11/2017.

Few of items got damaged (1) almarah (2) sewing machine (3) fridge door not closing properly (4) photo frames.
I made complaint and followed up with vizag, hyd branch managers and claims department in-charges. But there is no proper response received from them. It is almost one month but not bothering on my issue.

I have shared photos to them and also called branch manager and shown the items. I have requested them to get it rectify the items. But they are not responding

I booked household material for shifting from chennai to delhi. Consignment no. - ccgnche 031871. It consists of 94 boxes. Material picked on 5th nov'17, partial delivered on 18th nov'17. At time of delivery 2 boxes not delivered, since could not come in cube sent for picking of material. Since then i am chasing them & had called mutiple times at customer care but no update on when i will receive those boxes. They are not confirming whether those are lost etc.
Really fed up with these peoples.

I gave Activa to be moved from Pune to Bangalore on[protected]. Delivery time was 3 days. But It was loaded on 3rd day. I received call in Bangalore on[protected]. vehicle papers Xerox not sent. It was Door to Door Pick & Drop service & Did complete payment. Asked to deliver it in Tempo but he asked for extra money. I sent papers in whatsapp. I gave 100 rupees for petrol in both the places Extra but no petrol in vehicle when they delivered. Delivery guy was speaking very rudely. Delivered on[protected]. I had to go to a point near my home to pick my vehicle, they did not deliver at my home.

Most of the items are badly broken and the patna team even not given me the time to check the goods and put my remarks.

I immediate call to raushan mishara vashi branch and he said main sr. We baat karata hu. After that i called him so many times he didn't picked my phone. I never seen such types o[censored]nprofessionalism. He is a fraud person and company should immediately take action against him.
He is playing with company goodwill.
I called to patna branch also and had my words with dilip pandey. His and patna team responses was also not good and unprofessional.

A company like you i can't expect such type of service and response.
I think local packers and movers are far better than you.

Take immediate action agains patna and mumbai team and compensate me the entire loss and for mental harassment. Otherwise i have to take action against your company.
