I have already send you two different quotation one for relacement of

Pay as per your commitment through mail. Hence, please vend me
Commitment / assurance through mail that you will pay the rest money
Of rs 29, 000/- against the final bill then only i will advice the

Since last few days i am following up regarding claim as stated above.
But no positive action has been noticed from your end. Often you
People are not lifting my phone, even after 10 calls if you receive

Bharat, this is for your kind information and necessary action that
the Surveyor of Future Generali Insurance company of Pune, unit has
inspected and surveyed the damaged car at Neel Hyundai Service Centre
on 24/10/2017 and approved the claim for replacement of Front & Back
Bumper and the workshop has started their work for replacement. But

    I booked a consignment with ‘agarwal packers and movers’ to transport my household items from ranchi to bangalore. The consignment number is: cggnrnc023787. During unpacking i found out that the severe damage has happened to the refrigerator and washing machine which happened during transportation by aggarwal packers and mover ltd.

    1. A big dent is created in the bottom left corner of the fridge which has caused the leakage of the gas in the compressor. My fridge is not functioning at all because of this. I am attaching the pictures of the damage. I have to bear the cost of rs. 25000 to get this repaired from lg customer service centre. The fridge is covered under insurance and the insurance value is rs. 30000
    2. The lock put at the back of the washing machine have bent and your service support person was not able to open the lock. Due to this the installation of washing machine has not happened. Your service support guy said that the lock have to be cut through gas cutter. This is a severe damage in the washing making it non-functional. The ifb customer care mentioned that i have to bear the cost of rs. 10000. To get this repaired. The washing machine is covered under insurance and the insurance value is rs. 20000.

    Till now no action has been taken. Only response was to send a mail to customer care. There is no response from bangalore customer care. After paying such a huge amount for transportation, if we get this kind of service, then it is not acceptable.
    If the apml management is viewing this mail kindly take some urgent action asap to compensate for my damages.

      Agarwal Packers and movers, Delhi office picked my house hold goods on[protected] vide G C. No. CGGNNDLH000973 with a commitment of delivering the goods within 5 days. The goods ‘apparently’ reached Mumbai on 2nd Sep, and I promptly got a call from Mr. Ram Dutt Sharma that my consignment was ready for delivery.

      Since I was out of country, I informed him to hold the consignment in the warehouse. Once I was back, I called up the gentleman on 13th Oct 2017 for delivery of the consignment. I was informed of the demurrage charge, to which I readily agreed and was promised delivery on 15th Oct. However, the same was not delivered as promised. All my calls went to Ram Dutt & Naresh went unanswered.

      Today it has been more than 1 week and inspite of multiple calls to Delhi & Mumbai offices, having spoken to Gaurav Kalra, Shadu Satpate and Mr. Vijay Dixit, the only response I get is that we are on the job… but nobody has any clue where the consignment is. They only keep asking for time to TRACE the consignment. I am appalled, to say the least, at the service level of a company that prides itself as a Limca book record holder.

      I would urge you to intervene and ensure that the matter is resolved at the earliest.

I was calling to your sale executive for transportation bill and called more than 50 time from last month but so far they are not able to send a bill. Litterly i want to take strong action like filing fir fir cheating. I am frustrated.

          Agarwal packers and movers ludhiana office picked my house hold goods on dated[protected] vide gc no 4571336 with a commitment of delivering the goods on[protected] but the same was not delivered.
          Called many times in its ludhiana office but they are giving only one reply "we will deliverit by tomorrow"but the tomorrow not come till the date
          Still waiting for my house hold goods.

            Due to mishanding, front brake is broken and there is a big dent in the front mediguard. Shared the damaged picture also with the claim team but they refused because at the time of delivery, my friend collected on my behalf and he did not unpack all the things then and there.

            Truly unprofessional and worse service. This is not original agarwal packers and movers.

              I was moved from ahmadabad to pune on aug-2017 with one-week gape condition between packing and receiving date, everything was fine until packing but once they packed and on third day they send all the goods with some transport truck with single man.

              Once we have opened the goods on my surprise so many small small goods were missing and i called him at that time he blame me for such good missing. Around 5000 goods were missing from my house hold accessories.

              They have stolen everything like raincoat, wall clock, coffee jar, two other big jar etc (Not able to count). They have stolen goods from very box so when counting i think everything is perfect but so many things were missing once you remember your things.

              Actually, their man asked me for the tips but at that time i don't have a change so i went with him on atm but unfortunately atm was out-of money. So they have taken their tips that's way.

              One more thing, they gave me the bill of gst with 18% but did not mentioned the gst number or anything, when i asked i did not got proper reply from him.

                I had booked a consignment bearing g c no. 4505387 on 21-08-17 from jamshedpur to bangalore. The consignment consisted of 4 items

                1. Dining table
                2. Dining glass
                3. D chairs
                4. D chairs

                Your team made the delivery to the given bangalore address on 09-09-17 but the item number 2 (Dining glass) was found missing. It was also observed that the item no. 1 dining table was damaged during the transit. It has been more than 1 month, since we pointed that the glasses were missing and the wooden tables were broken in transit. Till date no action has been taken from your end to repair the table and to replace or insurance claim for the glasses. I received a call from mobile no [protected] that the glasses were broken in transit and will replace the glasses. But still, till date nothing has happened from your end.
                I really regret to choose agarwal packer and movers for shifting my household goods.

                  My luggage is transfer from vadodara to pune,
                  Agarwal people delivered my luggage but not fully, because of some miscommunication my one of furniture is going to transfer again to baroda and this guys took 5500/- of check from me to deliver this material, but this guys keep it hear only in pune for some days, now when i asked for delivered or not they told me it is still in yard.

                  When i said now no point in deliver to baroda, i need my furniture (Cupboard) back to my place (Pune), they are asking me 2000 rs more to deliver.

                  They are cheaters, i want my luggage and money back, please help me to come out from this cheater company peoples.

                  Request you to please look in this seriously.

                    First of all i want to confirm to everyone that this review is for "Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd, who claims they are "Limca Book of Records” holder"

                    Below Email i sent to "[protected]@agarwalpackers.com, [protected]@agarwalpackers.com, [protected]@agarwalpackers.com" on 1st october and also sent follow up emails but they haven't replied yet.

                    First Email:
                    I moved from Gurgaon to Hyderabad two weeks back and to move my household items I was looking for good and reputed packers and movers company, on whom I can trust, to move my household items safely And for this, I received multiple quotations from a lot of companies including yours. Where other companies were offering me deal in 20-22k (inclusive tax, insurance). Your company gave me quotation of 26096/-.
                    I still decided to go with Agarwal Packers & Movers even after high price because your company is one of the old and reputed companies which ensure the safety of all items and deliver on time. After discussion with Parveen, I agreed to pay 80% payment 20800/- in advance which I made through Cheque No. 007824 and also received a paper receipt from APML executive Pawan(Without Company name). and remaining 20% amount 5296/- agreed to pay at the time of delivery. Parveen gave me a commitment that APML team will ensure the safety of my all items and good quality and waterproof packing material will be used and Container truck or fully covered truck will be used for transportation. And he also confirmed me that all items will normally reach to my destination in 10-12 days and they can hold for maximum 5 days without any extra cost so we agreed on 1st October delivery date.
                    But now I seriously think this was my biggest mistake choosing APML because I faced a lot of issues during pickup and mostly on delivery time. I reached on your helpline number multiple times on 29th and 30th but I didn't receive a proper response till now. All I received till now are few more contact numbers which no one is answering. Sharing all issue details which i faced till now:

                    1) On 14th of September, 4 persons including Supervisor came from APML, in APML uniform which really made a good impression on me, to pack and load all items but I was surprised to see the small and open truck for transportation. I was also sure that my all items will not fit properly in this small truck But after discussion, they were able to convince me that all items will fit properly and this truck will be used to transport all items to the warehouse only and container truck will be used to transport to Hyderabad. But I was still worried about rain during transportation from my home to your warehouse.
                    2) APML team used cardboard boxes and foam to pack all my items and I was really happy to see the way the packing is done by your team. However, instead of full waterproof packing, they used plastic wrap layer on my few items only like AC, Shelf, Carpet but it was missing on other items like mattress, Washing Machine, RO, boxes, etc. when I asked about this with your team they confirmed me that they will do another layer of waterproof packing in a warehouse while loading items in a container truck. During packing, I gave them only two but special instructions to not bend more copper pipes of Samsung AC as Samsung team already packed both copper pipes very carefully and gave me special instruction not to bend more otherwise pipes will be damaged. APML Gurgaon team followed my instructions properly and didn’t touch copper pipe and loaded properly in the truck. But While loading all items in the truck, as expected there was no more space to load Bicycle, Inverter battery, Cardboard Box. Unfortunately, I had to rush to my office to finish some pending work so not sure how they managed. But I was still sure that they will somehow manage this and will deliver all items safely and properly. But your Hyderabad and transport team proved me totally wrong.
                    3) On 23rd I got a call from APML Hyderabad team and they confirmed me that my shipment has arrived and I have to accept delivery today only otherwise I will be charged on per day basis. I was totally surprised on this because the commitment was to deliver this on 1st October. I tried to reach Praveen for clarification multiple times but he didn't answer any of my calls. Same thing I communicated to HYD team and told them to check internally. After that, I didn't receive any call from HYD team but got a call from Praveen after few hours and he confirmed me that delivery date will remain same i.e 1st October. On 28th When I called HYD team to share my HYD delivery address and to deliver my items on 29th instead of 1st October, They again started the same thing that I have to pay the extra amount. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Again I tried to reach to reach Praveen but as usual, he didn't answer any call. I refused to pay any extra amount and after some arguments, they confirmed me that they will check with Praveen on this. After checking with Parveen they didn't charge me any extra amount. but this type of miscommunication was not expected from APML. There was definitely communication GAP between both GGN and HYD team. and because of this GAP, your customer faced mentally harassment.
                    4) On the day of delivery 29th September, the worst day started. Where I was earlier happy to see your team before time But I soon got disappointed to see the only driver and two persons without APML uniform. I was also surprised to see the behavior and the way they were speaking, they were totally looking immature in handling this stuff. No supervisor from APML came to ensure delivery of my items. HYD team didn’t bother to call me to check the delivery status. Driver asked for remaining amount 5296/- which was already in my hand but I asked for a receipt of payment, As he was just a driver, No one gave him any kind of receipt. Same thing I checked with HYD team and Mr. V K(Delhi Office). Where HYD team, instead of providing me payment receipt, they starting blaming me stating I didn’t inform earlier to HYD team if I need a receipt. And Mr. V K gave me another statement instead of checking anything with the team, they told me that this is an automatic process and I will get my receipt on email soon and also confirmed me that company doesn’t provide any kind of manual receipt. After some discussion, I handed over remaining amount cheque 5296/-(Cheque Number 007825) to the driver. And they started unloading all items. But as they were immature I didn’t ask them to unpack everything Because I didn’t want any more damage. I just verified all my items.
                    5) After unloading of all items I was surprised and disappointed to see AC Copper pipes, They were damaged during transport. I clearly gave an instruction not to bend anymore but your team tried to bend it more and damaged both pipes. All my other items were roughly handled and most of the cardboard boxes were damaged during transport. Also, no waterproof packing was there on any of the items which your team committed. My washing machine, Mattress, 5-6 Cardboard boxes, RO Purifier, Sony Home Theater Sound Systems were packed without waterproof material. And just to add I already had company boxes for Washing machine, RO, Home Theater so your team just had to do waterproof packing but they didn't. One side of my mattress is wet and damaged because of no waterproof packing and I don’t think I will be able to use this.

                    2nd Email:
                    I am really disappointed with APML service. After discussion with Chandar Bhushan i thought my issue will be resolved quickly. But it's more than 2 weeks now and still I don't have the status of my complaint. Even I am not sure whether you guys are even working on my complaint or not. A person from APML came on 5th October for inspection of damaged items, after escalating this issue to Chandar Bhushan but I haven't heard back from neither from Chandar Bhushan nor from your team yet. I checked with Customer care multiple times, but didn't receive status of my complaint single time. Even I tried to reach Chandar Bhushan several times, but he is not answering my calls. I am running out of patience now. Please let me know if your team can help me on this or not? Otherwise, I have to go on social media and consumer court to get your attention.

                      I had booked my car from mumbai to be delivered at paonta sahib on 28/09/2017. They had promised 100% guaranteed delivery on 5th day ie 2nd of oct or at the best 3rd oct 2017. Today i stand on 9th oct and my car is still to be delivered. I have been calling up a cell no [protected] continuously since then & getting super pathetic response. Sometimes he cuts the call in between, sometimes doesnt pick up calls. Everytime i have to call from different mobile nos or landline to get him. He gives no confirmation & assurance to the delivery & keeps on saying that the truck is in jaipur & now the truck is in gurgram and that there is no idea to when the same will move for paonta sahib. I am extremely stuck with as i have my asset undelivered & fear if i talk adversely they may damage the same. At this point i stand extremely helpless! Please help. Agarwal freight cargo packers & movers (A unit of agarwal car transport pvt. Ltd) invoice no 4044, dt - 28/09/2017. I understand that this company is extremely proffessional & good but may be there have been a few wrong recruitments which is impacting the company repute. Hence i have shared the contact no whom i have been talking with & does not have a good feedback.
                      I would like the company to take urgent initiatives to ensure my car is delivered on sos basis - defectfree & in original condition please.

                      No steps taken by the company Agarwal Packers & Movers! I had to go & search my car & found it lying in one of the field of Bhiwandi. The keys were lost by Agarwal Packers & i had to call a key maker to make a duplicate key. pay him 5K for making the key & asked my driver to personally drive the car to destination paying him petrol charges & his charges.

                      In transport or loading unloading, 2 nos of almirah, washing m/c, air conditioner, bed parts, are damaged. Also one box is missing, Bill of copy in original not received.

                        You have promised that all the households including car will get delivered on time and without any damage, claimed you are the geek at your work. # off #.
                        Most of the household items are damaged what to tell you guys, these items are not the one we can buy daily.

                        Its been around 60 days they are not willing to rectify the issue. now its time to take legal police complaints against them. i have one of his officers(he claimed himself as an officer ) phone no. [protected].and told me that he will resolve the issue but till no response.

                          I have ordered for shifting my luggage and household items to Delhi, and received a confirmation on 28th sept that they will pickup all the items on 1st October. I've the confirmation mail with registered CR number.
                          But today, since morning i'm continuously calling them but neither anybody came to collect the items, nor anyone is responding. Upon calling their customer care department everytime they provide a new number of some of their senior person who does not pick my call.
                          Now today evening they called me and told that they will come tomorrow for pickup. But after that call again they are unresponsive. They are also not replying to any of my mail after 28th sept. I'm really fed up of this service and have to suffer with loss of extending my one day stay in Mumbai. If tomorrow again they will not come again I've to suffer in the same way. It’s really very frustrating and giving me a lots of mental tension and have to suffer with good amount of money too.
                          But still none of their staff is communicating me or responding me. Need help.

                            These guys promised us a container at six in the evening. Now the packing team has done its job with satisfaction. And we are all sitting with no place to go. As the concerned authorities now say that the container will arrive tomorrow morning. Where to spend night now. As every bit of the house is packed and no good hotel nearby to stay. We hired this service considering them to be limca record holder. But they are thoroughly unprofessional.

                              With reference to my booking gc no. 4581364 which was (Luggage
                              Shifting) from mancherial (Telengana) to bathinda punjab. Please note
                              That the following material was damaged:
                              1. tv : display broken
                              2. table mirror: mirror broken.
                              3. sofa set : base damaged for complete sofa
                              4. items stolen: led bulbs, water pump, tv mounting bracket,
                              5. pot broken & damaged
                              Amount to be refunded = rs 24150
                              I have immediately send the broken material & stolen items pictures to
                              The concerned persons immediately the day of the material unloading &
                              They have acknowledged this matter. They promised that the refund/
                              Claim shall be processed within a week’s time.
                              I have been following up this issue since 05.09.2017 & no concrete
                              Things are happening in my favour.
                              Following are the persons whom i am contacting for the refund process;

                                I used services from agarwal packers and movers around 2 months ago to shift my home. They did not clarified their insurance policies to me while providing quotation or loading my stuff. Some of my stuff got damaged and now when i am asking them to provide my insurance claim, they have decided the amount themselves to 4000 when insured amount of the higher and few items were not even tagged by them while packing and hence insurance amount was not added to them. Their surveyor who provided the quotation did not tell us their insurance claim settlement policies, the team who packed and loaded the material did not tagged the material properly and has misguided us while providing insurance amount to add any amount to any item as if it is not important. The team who unloaded my consignment did not mention about getting unpacking done in front of them for proper insurance claim incase of damage. And now the claim settlement supervisor is telling me the policies.
                                Your pehredaar is doing a great job by helping consumers and not needing them to go to consumer court as legal proceeding are very painful in our country and your initiative is easy and effective way to help the consumers.
                                Looking forward for your help on this matter as well.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have provided all documentation, pictures. Manager of agarwal packers and movers (Apml) who coordinated the move agrees on damages during delivery. Inspite of repeated phone calls and emails to insurance department, i get no response, not even the apml manager who coordinated the move.

                                  I'm forced to register this complaint and plan to take up negative campaign in social forums against apml. Any help and advice will be appreciated.

                                    I wish i could give them negative rating. They booked our consignment in june, 2017 from home with initial costing of rs. 14, 000/-. I was to leave the city the next day. After two days i get a call saying now the amount has increased to rs. 25, 000 since insurance is involved. I immediately made the payment. I was told within 15 days i would receive my goods.in between i had to go abroad and come back and when i followed back again i was given promise of every other week the goods will be delivered. This continued for 2 months where sunny would give imaginary update like "your household goods has reached vishakhapatnam."

                                    After that one day i got call from some other packer service asking for my address! On asking he told the guy at agarwal packers & movers, dankuni housing, kashmira apartment, 1st foor, room no-12 (Near usha martin school) hooghly. Wb has asked him to courier our goods. On further enquiry we got to know it was still in kolkata. Sunny -[protected] from agarwal packers & movers continuously lied to us for three months!

                                    We had left our number on agarwal packers & movers pvt. Ltd. Site for quote while enquiry so we are not sure how sunny from agarwal packers & movers, dankuni housing, kashmira apartment, 1st floor, room no-12 (Near usha martin school) hooghly, wb got our number. He posed as from the original one and cheated us.

                                    After 2 months we got our household goods in august last week with the promise that the bike would be delivered in a week. We still haven't got our bike.

                                    We had booked it for door delivery and today we get call from sunny agarwal - [protected] saying they can't deliver to our house and we need to pay 3, 500 more if we want it! On pointing out that the bill says, "door delivery" he said, "that depends on our convenience."

                                    They have kept our bike for three months with them where it is not in condition to be driven!

                                    I am only writing this so that more people are aware of such fraudsters!

                                    Today the bike was delivered where we had to pay Rs. 1500/- to the transport person as Sunny - [protected] called yesterday and said if we don't pay the amount then we can forget our bike. The bike side stand is broken and the indicator is also missing. Delivering late is one thing and on top of it damaging the good is another thing!!

                                      My household goods was packed, transported and delivered by agarwal packers & movers vide gc no wignsltk123067.in this process rs 72931 was charged from me which i paid twice, once through online payment channel of agarwal packers & movers on 23.08.2017 (Mr mr/sltk/1718/00740) and the second payment was made by cheque no 556275 dated 20.08.2017 drawn on bank sbi. The cheque was debited from my account on 23.08.2017. Since 23.08.2017 i had been requesting the company for refund of the excess amount paid by me. Till date the amount was not credited to my account.
