I have booked my consignment from bangalore to lucknow on 11th of july. The person who has taken my consignment promised that ur goods will be delivered in max 10 days and shared me the contact number of the person who will take care of of movement of goods. I kept trying to reach the useless fellow but he has not responded to my call. I myself somehow track the location of mine consignment and came to know it has reached to the destination after marathon followup by me
Agarwal is least bothered about the service they are offering to the client putting advertising that limca record.. These all are fake and false they are not maintaining a single norm of iso certification what they are claiming to be.. Worst services, irresponsible team.

We had sent our house hold items from Surat to Bangalore on 16th of June’17, vide WayBill WIGNSRT105714 on the promise that the things will be delivered safely within 10 days of time . After vigorous follow up, our items were delivered on 3rd of July’17 – 16th day, that too in a pathetic condition. We were surprised to see that almost half of the items were broken or damaged. Also found that one item (Pack no: 51) was not delivered. They even did not cleared the packing materials from my residence. While asking about the missing item, I am getting a very rude answer from the staff. The indifferent attitude of the so called reputed Agarwal packers had left me in trauma.
I have escalated till the director level. No response to any call, email. No follow up. Nothing happened even after 1 month.
I had paid the complete amount online in advance

I have booked apml for transferring my goods from pune to nashik on 15th july 17. Which reached nashik on 16th july. During packaging of bed one person pulled heavy bed without opening bolts and it caused broken bed and then he started arguing that it was already broken and none of his fault. Though supervisor wrote it on consignment note that it needs to be fixed at nashik but no one entertained that problem at nashik and told people will themselves contact us (Which never happened even after 3 days).

During transit my sofa's leg is also broken and damaged, for which staff gave the same explanation, people will contact us.

I have contacted mr kishan ram ([protected]), nashik in charge. He told that he will get back with details but now even after multiple calls he is not picking my call.

Since 3 days at least i have called customer care or relevent person more than 30 times, still i don't have any resolution or any responsible person, who will handle these issues.

Why such hefty charges are levied for insurance if apml can't take care of goods transportation?

I expect a quick resolution for all these damages and expecting a response on this mail asap.

This company is a fraud! Their employees do not response to customer complains, they do not let customer speak and even bang phone on customers!!
Most unprofessional as i have to call their customer care more than 10 times and got an assurance for a call back. But still i have not received any call.
Not worth to get in any books of records.
Bunch of jacks, illertate and stupid!!
Recommend not to use this company bu anyone.

I had booked agarwal movers and packers for transferring my house hold items from guwahati to sibsagar. They came to my house on 08.07.2017 and packed my items. They informed me that they shall send my goods in a small truck and it wont be shared with anybody else. I paid them 16000/- in cash. The manager of guwahati nitesh solanki informed me that the goods shall reach on 09.07.2017 and they shall send 2 labours with the goods for shifting. On 9th till 9 am my goods were not delivered to sibsagar as promised to me. The next day i kept on calling mr solanki almost 20 times then he received my call and said that he shall inform me about the consignment and after some time he called to inform that the goods shall be transferred on 10th. Such is the condition of the customer service they donot even call toinform the customers.
Due to bad weather of assam i said its k but please deliver my goods on 10th. On 10 th the driver reached my place at around 5pm all alone, when i said where are the labours he said that the company people didnot send any labours with him. Plus he brought my goods along with another person in sharing (Whereas he charged money from both o[censored]s). I called up the manager and he ordered me to book some labour out of my expense. He even said me that i should pay the labours along with the driver, whereas at the time of booking he was the one who said labours will be provided. I really got so angry and pissed of with this agarwal packers and movers. I shall never ever recommend them to anybody. Seriously faced a lot of mental harrasment.

After 10 days (Distance only 800 kms) i received my car on 06.07.2017 after several follow ups, but not in okay condition. Unexpected & unsatisfactory services from the company like apml. Car is damaged (Dent0 on roof area. I have mentioned on the goods receiving copy of gc no. It has been inspected by mr. Shubhanshu, claim incharge today. According to him apml will provide damage certificate for the dent. But getting the damage certificate cannot solve the issue alone. It is direct loss to my valuable.
Claim incharge was saying to settle the claim by giving goodwill amount of rs. 1000/-. But dent on the roof area cannot be repaired by above amount.

Need my claim settlement immediately.

They are not delivery my car. Car is in gurgaon, i asked them to come to send my car then they told i have to transfer the complete money first then only they will send the car. I told them without looking at my car how can i transfer the complete money as along with car the luggage which they have sent the cylinder is missing and as per terms and condition what they told about the unpacking of luggage that is also not done properly.

I also asked them to share your address i will come and see my car and before even taking the keys from you i will first pay you the balance and then i will take the keys of my car. But they are not ready with that as well. My car is with them from past 9 days and they have not delivered.

Can someone please help me with the same.
Shifting has been done from pune to delhi

I booked a shifting of my house hold items from Delhi to Jaysingpur (Kolhapur, Maharastra) through Agarwal packers and movers under GC no 4554189.
1. During packing they did not do proper packing and the boxes were torned out while shifting.
2. They have shifted my items from Mumbai to Jaysingpur in a local lorry and no one is there from Agarwal P & M to unload the items at my residence in Jaysingpur.
Pls take the needful action on Agarwal Packers and Movers

I had to move my stuff from Gurgaon to roorkee. My house was surveyed by Sumit Pandey who is one o[censored] r survey person on 1st July 2017 ( Saturday). He sent me the quotation through mail. There was some misclarification in the quotes. In spite of me calling him thrice and reminding him again and again to give clarification. He never came back to me. This speaks very bad o[censored]r professionalism. This was my first experience which is atrocious

I heard gud review of agarwal packers and movers..but be aware of such dicey reviews as they r misleading. Recently shifted my stuff from one city to another, I was told that the stuff will be unloaded and unpacked. The day of delivery arrived, 2 days late, there were 3 persons at the time o[censored]nloading, when asked to unload the stuff they said we r not Labour's v r drivers and v don't unload. After asking and giving thm tip they got ready to unload..

I am Ra and recently moved my goods from Bangalore to vishakapatnam.

Agrawal packers and movers have damaged our goods and are not picking up calls or responding to formal e mails. Lalit prasad and Pandey from Bangalore east - Whitefield and pradeep - vishakapatnam have been making false promises and have not given a single rupee as compensation or repaired our damaged goods. These guys are fradulent and do not trust them, please go with other services like santefe, safe express for the same prices.

The name and limca book of records with other false reviews on their website is all fradulent. I hope you guys will not have the same pain that I am facing with the move. Water entered their famed cube and the fradulent movers just put all the spoilt clothes in dry carton and left.

I have booked my car from port blair to chennai vide gc no wignprbl 107027 dated 17jun 17. I was assured to reach my car with in 10 to 15 days since it was not reached i was regullerly checking with customer care however non of your executive has gave the satishfctory answer they simply say it will be reached to you when they will receive. And the chennai branch executive talk very badly. It is very sad answer from reputed company like agarwal packers. Today after passing 20 days still i have not received the car. It is just spoiling the name of company. It is requested that necessary action may be taken. Kamal

ON 03Jun17, i have booked my New Beleno delta Petrol car to be delivered at Bhatinda(Bhisiana) from Sulur(coimbatore). My car was fully damaged and still hanging on the way till today. i contacted concern person (mr HP Singh) director at delhi region but no response for my valuable item.
contact person for delivery, mr hp singh mob [protected], track deptt mr Reddy [protected]. i am awaiting curiously for vehicle but company not deliver till today .

Whole household was planned to ship from Delhi to Australia. Our harrowing experience started with over hyped ads by Agarwal Packers whom we thought are best in industry. Sales team committed international packing team would come and do every thing. Operations team arrived and didnt had a clue that it was international packing. They didnt had proper packing material for furniture, no supervisor available to monitor the team and packing and no knowledge of Australian quarantine and customs laws. After 10 days of packing furniture only as we did every other thing ourselves, they took the truck for
Indian customs inspection and stamping. We recevied a call from Indian Customs asking them to explain why we are taking whole household with us this is depsite of the fact that we signed every form as per Agarwal Packers. After this first hiccup we didnt hear from Agarwal Packers for next 10days despite repeated reminders for shipment tracking number. They forgot it completely and shipped it to Mumbai after 15 days of Customs stamping.

Till this time because of their goo[censored]p they didnt ask any argreed money. Once the shipment was about to reach Australia they started demanding money in AUD instead of INR. For this we opened an Australian bank account and tracked INR in it with all charges bourne by us. The date shipment landed it was successfully taken by their local agent and they put an hold to it for further processing as the payment was short by 40 AUD due currency fluctuations. It took us a week to know why the shipment wasnt getting released. This time we made 40 AUD payment in INR to avoid future currency fluctations. Finally the shipment was delivered to our doorsteps.

But to our horror 03 boxes of expensive decorative items and shoes were missing from delivery. Almost all furniture had scratches on it, centre table was broken from one side, a dinning table chair had a major crack... the list continued.

Till date they havent responded on the claim process or offered an apology on what they did or should have done better. A company better to be avoided by everybody

I had transferred my household goods from chennai to trivandrum and booked agarwal packers and movers (Drs group[protected]. It was collected on 17th june 2017 around 3 pm and assured to be delivered on 20th june 2017. The tracking number is gc 4573207. It was to be grouped with 2 other customers and sent and hence it was told that it will take till 20th june. But it is 26 june 2017 and still they have not delivered, each day since 21 june they are saying that it will be delivered the next day. I feel very helpless in this situation since their tracking department does not give proper response and neither do they give any manager numbers to escalate the problem. I am without matress, kitchen utensils, gas stove etc... And as a family of 6 going through great inconvenience because of this.

Its lately heard after contacting delhi office that shipment was wrongly taken to another location.

Kindly arrange for appropriate action and compensations.
we are forced to hire taxi daily for no fault o[censored]s.
Also mental agony is arising daily.
No support/ call receiving from raipur office Mr mukesh sharma and Mr Mohit sharma both are not receiving calls since last few days. Even courtesy to reply on message is not there.!

On May 8th 2017 I shipped some of my stuff from Bangalore to Kolkata through Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. who boast over their quality of service, professionalism and hassle free service. They damaged my fridge during transit and from May 19th 2017 until today I have been trying to get my claim settled which was filed by their delivery person himself. Every time I called, I got transferred, received a new number to call, or talked to people who didn't know what was going on. In my last call with Niraj Gupta from their claims division, I was told it's too late now although the delay is from their side clearly. It has been a terrible experience for me so far to deal with them.

Dear sir/madam,
I am a health care professional. I booked my consignment with drs group agrawal packers and movers with mr no. 4491352 on 14th of june from vrindavan, up to bangalore. I had paid inr 82000/- in advance (100%). It was promised that my consinment will reach in the same truk which loaded at my door and they had given me driver number also. Also the consiment should reach within 5 to 7 days of loading. Accordingly i book my family flight tickets and hotel at bangalore. But when i reached bangalore and called driver he said the company change the truck and he had given me another driver number. Agter calling him he said he is standing at gurgaon boarder since last 5 days and waiting for fitness certificate of the truck which company have to give. I am here at bangalore with my 3 year old kid and loagged in a hotel with limited clothes. And no one in apm is giving right response and clearity. Also this action of apm giving my family and myself lots of mental harassment and financial burden. Dont know what to do. Kindly guide me shall i approch police for the same.

This is with reference to the trailing mails about delivery of car mh02bp* via chapp van hr55n0665 (Driver daya nand). (Loaded on 17/05/2017 and delivered on 07/06/2017).

It is very unfortunate and unprofessional on the part of agarwal packers and movers (Drs log pvt ltd), for whatever happened with my car loaded on chapp van hr55n0665. Upon inspection of the car speedometer it was observed the reading at my panvel house is 53454 kms, but while loading the car from my guwahati house it was 53154 kms, hence it is evident that my car was misused for driving 300 kms. Also the driver daya nand is saying that he has no idea about this because the chapp van was parked in gurgaon goddown for 5 days and he has handed over the car keys to the goddown manager sunil. There is a clear evidence that my car was misused by your company and run for 300 kms as per the evidence. A letter mutually agreed and signed by myself, driver and supervisor ramkripal is also attached herewith.

Apart from this i have following observations:

1. The front bumper is badly damaged. (Pic attached)
2. Both the rear tyres are badly worn and seems like they have been replaced by some different old tyres.
3. On 08/06/2017 i used my car to drive to the office and found that gear shifting is very hard and rough and engine is making very heavy knocking sound.

It seems that my car has been very badly misused and its tyres and other internal parts are also tampered with and/or replaced.

I urge and claim for the misuse and damages done to my car:
1. Its rear tyres needs to be replaced by your company.
2. Its full servicing and engine overhaul charges to be borne by your company. (Gear shifting is very hard and rough and the engine is making very heavy knocking sound).
3. Damaged bumper to be replaced by your company.
4. And any other internal engine damages or tampering, if any found during servicing, also to be borne by your company.

Kindly revert back as soon as possible.
