I have booked agarwal packers and movers drs group for relocation from hyderbad to perambular (Tn) on 8th june 2017.
They came with only two workers and packed my household for a hold day.
I asked for my consignment to be delivered by saturday i. E 10th june but they gave me assurance that it will be delivered by sunday i. E 11th june. So that i booked my tatkal tickets to chennai and a cab to perambalur to be on time for picking my consignment. (I came here by 10th afternun)

Note:all the amount was taken from us.

The whole drama starts...

I called the packers on the morning of sunday to say my address.
They said it's on the way and gave number of delivery department. So they said it's coming and gave a number of warehouse officer. He said that my consignment is on my way and said it will be by evening of sunday and gave me the driver number (Which was never lifted by him)
In the evening we called back for the delivery then he quietly said that the vehicle hadn't started from hyderabad.
I am shocked.
He said me that the delivery will be by tuesday taking into consideration of 300kms per day.
I called to a number of people of agarwal packers they were rude on words and are lieing at me.
Both my parents are diabetic and cannot take food from restaurants we were in a flat were we have literally nothing we slept on the floor. Even we are unable to communicate with the neighbours because of language.

Again on the monday morning i. E 12th june i called to them not even one lifted my phone including the customer care (Persons are anil reddy, datatraya, susheel, paandu, lakshman and sujit singh - all of them work ther but none responded)
Finnaly in the afternoon the driver picked the phone and said he is in ongole (300kms from hyderabad)
I was lost.

In the evening i tried to call them all but no one picked my phone.
As they promised me i expected my delivery to be on on tuesday (I. E 6th day)
I wokeup on the morning and called the hyderabad branch guys they said your consignment will be delivered by afternoon i felt happy finnaly.
So in order to say the driver exact address i called him he said he is in chennai warehouse and he is expecting his part of money and said me that after he get his part he will start. I reached my threshold period. I called the guy who talked with me at the start the delivery dept guy, the warehouse guy, the customer care guy, the complaint dept guy, what not everyone and they weren't responding.
On the ontherside the hyderbad guys are saying that the vehicle is on way but the driver said me he is still in chennai warehouse.
I called them and said them i will compain but no response.
I called them and asked when my consignment will come, they said tommorow and i am still waiting...

Hi i hired agarwal movers (Agarwal group) for my house hold shifting from faridabad to meerut even though highest quotation i have received among 10+ different packers & movers company. As per commitment by agarwal group, they did not work professionally for which i paid to him. Major pain points:- 1. Goods broken during shifting 2. Almost 24 hours delay in transportation 3. No such coordination b/t 2 branches of agarwal movers. 4. Hired 3rd party vendor truck in-spite of own agarwal truck due to which no one taking responsibility in delay. 5. Old carton used by agawal while charging complete material cost. 6. All work done not as per showing in vedios or pics by agarwal movers like led not packed in led box. Although i have done insaurance of my goods, pls suggest a way to claim the same.

The worst experience i had with agarwal packers. When surveyor mr. Pravin jamdar came he told me that container vehicle 19 /20 feet will be there and the same vehicle will be door to door. But he mentioned 19 feet / 20 feet on the quotation. When i negotiated with mr. Ashish mishra, i negotiated for container vehicle only. Packing team came on 27th may 2017 at 1:00 p. M. They completed and unload from 4th floor to ground floor. While they loading i saw the vehicle that talapatri vehicle and its not a container vehilce. I told that the same to mr. Pandey who came for packing as an in charge. When all the packs were down and about to load i could not object. They left our flower pots and one wooden stool because of no space. Loading completed leaving flower pots and a wooden stool. Left the vehicle at 1:30a. M. (28th may) from the premises. Driver gave the no to contact us. When we called on 30th he said that he was in pune and the vehicle was breakdown and they loaded in another vehicle. When we followed up with tracker he told that vehicle is at hyderabad and it is leaving in the night and reach rajahmundry in the morning. The vehicle came in the morning on 31st may at around 8:00 a. M. But unloading team came at around 6:00 p. M. We came to know that the container vehicle came from hyderabad that means my shipment has been changed on 3 vehicles which is not acceptable. Final negotiation of inr 64, 000/- for a single container vehicle. Taking into consideration of professional transporters though it is costlier of around 11, 000/- i preferred agarwal packers. I used the same from jamnagar to mumbai in 2009. This time your team complete cheated me. I could not open the packs due to insufficient space at my place, i have also removed unpacking from the same.in gc they wrote unload is by party for that also i made several calls and finally they arranged the unload team. My boxes are tumbled and i don't know the condition till i open the all. This is not the way professional packers and movers and iso certified should do. I completely unsatisfied with the way your team handled this shipment.

I have opened few packs in that i found my fully automatic washing machine body got damaged due to the multiple vehicles.

I tried to contact the people at mumbai nobody is lifting, direct contacts also not get

Please look into it and provide me the response and compensation for this cheating. I have made my payment through cheque and it has been cleared. The vehicle provided by you is not there in the vehicle types in your website.

In website feedback page is also not working

One of the executive from agarwal packers snd movers has commited to deliver the household items on 10 th june from gurgaon to pune if we ship the goods on 6th june. However as we trusted the agarwal group, we acted accordingly and shipped the goods on 6th so that it can be delivered on 10th in pune. Also, that man is successful in taking thefull payment of rs 66080 from us for the delivery in the name of agarwal group. But inspite of so many commitments the goods are still not delivered and the customer support is not all co-operative. Moreover now they are saying that the goods will be delivered after 5-6 days. Is it a joke?? Is this the way of harrasing the customers by not delivering the goods for more thsn 10 days whereas they committed to deliver it in 5 days!! Kindly help

Had given a load of a 18ft container for domestic transfer from bhubaneswar to kolkata (450kms) on tuesday/6th june (Consignment no. - wignbsr103648) with full advance payment. Was told to be delivered on 7th june/wed, and still not delivered till 11th/sun. No phones received, no one responding, can't track anything online as well. Feel like cheated. Am staying in hotel for the last 5 days, and my child's class test will be missed on monday/12th.

Worst service experienced from agarwal packers and movers as there i have relocated my motorcycle and sony tv from bangalore to haldwani with consignment no segnbng005164.
First of all there is no proper response for the team to collect the consignment after 4 days the team has turned up to collect the luggage and i need to call multiple time to mr manmohan khandelwal (Office manager) and mr bajrang sharma.
Every day they keep on confirming that they will come and pick up the consignment. Anyhow after 4 days they have collected the consignment and created a big trouble after that.

After 11 days when they have brought the consigment for the delivery to the mentioned haldwani address the consigment was not in a proper condition.in which the indicator and hand brake of the bike is broken and there is a crack on the side screen of television.

When i have called mr manmohan khandelwal (Manager - bangalore) there was no proper response and he said that ther is no brokerage hence i have refused to collect the consignment. I have never seen such a unprofessional service from mr manmohan as he doesn't know how to deal with the customer. Being such a renowned company i have never expected such a un professional person coordinating with the client.

Please help me to get my consignment otherwise i will definitely escalate the matter to the highest level and will go to social media

This complaint is regarding non delivery of one of my goods booked at agarwal packers and movers ltd dehradun branch office from dehradun to bangalore. Booking id is wignddn087835 dt 14 apr 2017.
They have promised me to deliver items within 10 days of pickup date but the same is delivered after 24 days and one item (One cane type centre table was missing. They told me to deliver the missing item within one week as it was delivered to wrong person. But after 54 days they have not delivered my centre table. I have tried to complaint at customercare care but they have told me to contact delivery office at bangalore. I have contacted the manager at bangalore office but no use they are telling that they are working on it

My quotation no is wiqubrd130516, during packing the gas from refrigerator compressor was leaked due to mishandling & inexperience. The gas came out completely. The people who came for packing were very much inexperienced as they took 12 hours to pack my items.
The weilding of the compressor is totally damaged & thereafter was wrapped up with cellotape.
At first they told us that the estimate given for our items was very less & we have more than estimated items, so they called on the field officer, yashpal singh & told me whether i have shown him less items at my house for me to pay less.
Please do not recruit such people who do not have the minimum etiquite to deal with customers. This is not the first time that i have moved to a new location through agarwal packers and movers, but this is the first time that i have dealt with such people.
Please refund my money back for the damage claim.

Agarwal packers & movers (www.agarwalpackers.in) packed and moved my household goods in 54 packages to move from delhi to pune vide gc no 4547606 dated 25/4/17 which were delivered on 3/5/17. Charges paid for these services were rs 37000 which included insurance. On opening cases most of crockery/glassware/crystal items were found broken which were shown and handed to their pune supervisor. Many of these were imported sets during my diplomatic posting at indian embassy moscow. I lodged claim with them for rs 60, 000, but they are neither entertaining my claim nor responding, though charges paid includes insurance.

This is regarding my luggage carton which was sent on 17 may 17 from worli, mumbai to chennai. My consignment no is wignmum097019. While booking the consignment i was promised that the luggage would reach chennai in 4 days time and at the max 7 days. However, here i am 20 days after the consignment was booked and with no information as to its current status. I have made umpteen number of calls to your concerned people in mumbai, banglore, chennai and delhi but to no avail. I am amazed by the hard core professionalism your men have displayed. Since the last few days i have made so many calls to your trained professionals and i have not received one feedback call as to the status of my luggage. Despite the incompetence and lackadaisical approach shown by your staff i still called up your office and every time they would give me some other number and tell me to inquire from them while rubbing off all responsibility from their shoulders. Except for a mr. Mohit kaushik from your delhi branch who did call back and gave me a number of some employee in chennai, none of your other call executives have called back to provide any information as to the status of my luggage.
Sir, all i seek is information to the location and status of my luggage and to have it delivered to my address. I am tired of calling up your offices and giving them the same information again and again. Your tag line a for assurance sure seems far fetched and fickle in the light of the agony you all are putting me through. The only thing i am assured of every time i call up your offices for inquiry is that they will all say they don't know anything and will give me another number. It's like a cycle wherein everyone has gone round and round and given me a number of some davinder chaudhary in banglore who claims that the goods have not reached banglore and that he has mailed the same to mumbai. Whereas mumbai office claim that chennai has received the luggage. Chennai offices claim ignorance and despite repeated calls have failed to answer back. I contacted a mr. Pandey who has been trying to locate my luggage in chennai and 2 days back he told me that my luggage has reached chennai and thereafter when i gave him my address where it needs to be delivered{which if i may remind you i have already provided to you at the time of booking} he has failed to reply back. However yesterday on my calling him up again he told me that my luggage has not reached chennai and that he was trying to locate its track from banglore and thereafter despite repeated calls from my side i am yet to receive any feedback. I am forced to assume that your tall claims of assured delivery and false propaganda of customer satisfaction is misleading.
It is requested that the needful action be initiated to locate my luggage and have it delivered without any further delay.

Gc number 4550157 had bukd household materials from bangalore to ernakulam on 28.05.2017 total 48 materials and was delivered on 2.6.2017 in ernakulam with 2 materials tv stand and water filter damaged and 1 item bed ply undelivered till date... Wn asked answers have been very irresponsible. No response evn frm insurance dept aftr sending mail.. Calls hav been unattended n no response both from bangalore n cochin offices. Highly irritating n very bad customer service. Still nobdy is able to get my material evn aftr 9 days. Pls do help. My num is [protected]. Hoping for some positive response atleast from here... We vacated our house and moved our household items from Guntur to Hyderabad using Agarwal Packers Movers. They took 2 days to pack the things which was assured to be done in 1 day. And started the vehicle evening 6 pm and assured to reach Hyderabad next day morning 10 pm but reached around 2 pm after making many follow-ups. Only driver and clearner reached the place without any additional people to unload the goods. When we asked them they said that is not their duty to call the people for unloading which should be done from the customer end. All our cooking item, clothes are in vehicle, we were stranded without food and change of clothes along with our 2 little female kids. After calling many employees in Agarwal 3rd day morning 3 people came and demanded for 20% of amount in DD format which is assured to pay after unloading. But they demanded that goods will unloaded from the vehicle only after 100% payment done. After requesting agarwal they allowed to unload small items and major items like fridge, 2 berrows, sofa set & aircoolers will be unloaded after 100% payment. Most difficult thing is everyone from Agarwal speaks only hindi, none of them speaks Telugu or English. After settling the full amount they unloaded berrow by breaking its mirror glass, fridge leg in one corner and pooja items. Attached photos for reference.

Issues :
1. Poor service from Agarwal
2. Poor communication system
3. Non fulfilment of words and Promise. While giving the quote informed separate vehicle will be provided from Kakinada to Tiruchirapalli but in between made a mess shifted the vehicle in Bangalore. This really upsets the whole system.
5. Included Rs.2000/- in the quote for ESCORT from Kakinada to Trichy. But no person accompanied the vehicle.
6. Included Rs.1500/- for unloading no #### person came for unloading as the vehicle came empty.
7. Workmen loading at the site in Bangalore has kept the Invertor battery in a sleeping position which has emptied all the acid and distilled water that spreads to the other items and spoiled . My loss on account of this is nearly Rs.20000/- wherein may of the dresses got affected and torn.
8. Missing of 1-2 boxes consisting of Dresses and showcase items. This could not be identified immediately as all the boxes were affected by the Acid spillage and our concentration was to safeguard the other items which was not affected.

I need refund of the following as per below
Not providing the service - Rs.3500/-
Spoiling my Inverter battery and other items - Rs.12000/-
Missing of 2 boxes of New Saree, T-shirts, Pants etc. - Rs.12000/- -
Not fulfilling the promise (Direct dispatch from Kakinada to Trichy - Rs.10000/-
Total - Rs.37500/-

How sad... Awesome, assurance, limca book of world record... Didn't know a company with such quality of service use worlds like awesome and assurance... Wish they had opened the dictionary to see words like horrible, frustrating and pathetic service.
Sales rep was quick to arrive and get the booking from me, but the team who had to arrive to do the packing service never arrived on time hence had to move the packing to the next day and i'm still waiting for them to arrive its 30 minutes past the time they had promised and trying to complain to the customer service is another waste of time because they will pass your call to the same guy who keeps promising quality service but unfortunately cannot deliver, this is just my beginning, will keep you all posted through this website and every possible social media network, so that no one else is having to experience such horrible service...

I had booked my household goods from Cuttack to Jhansi on 24th May and at the time of enquiry I was told by Bhubaneswar office that I will receive my goods within 3-5days. I already paid advance cheque and also before I was asked to pay advance cash of 50% of total amount as my company (TATA Group) needed 2days to courier the cheque. I followed each instruction of yours as I trust APML more than others.
Today morning I got annoyed to know my goods will take more 4-5days i.e 10days total which should actually take only 3days to deliver from Cuttack to Jhansi.
Please help as I need my goods very urgently.

Staff named Sandhya from agarwal packers called and informed that consignment has reached Delhi and will be delivered to Mumbai in 4-5 days. But the information was misleading as when I called back in next 4 days I was informed that it has not even reached Delhi. Everyother day I am told that it will reach next day and yet there is no clue of my consignment. More over now they are nit even picking my calls.
I had booked and planned my upcoming days as per the information provided by staff and is now costing me big losses monetary as I have to cancel my further plans. The staff is highly irresponsible and doesn't undertake value of time for their consumers and when asked always keep fooling with misleading information.
I request to take action against such acts where company and its employees are not only delaying and not biding by their commitment but also now providing wrong information.

I used there service to shift from Vijayawada to Delhi and payed them 65000 rs upfront for a direct container transfer from Vijayawada to delhi. They had packed my stuff and loaded in a container and locked it with a seal infront of me, and Mr kuldeep Kumar told me that now the same seal will open in Delhi infront of me.
But I was shocked when my stuff had arrived in Delhi they had changed the container to a smaller one and hence the seal also changed.Some of my things were damaged .
When I called Mr kuldeep the cheat he just did not answer to any question and was just avoiding any question I asked him.
Please avoid Aggarwal Packers and instead use local vendors, I guess they will be better because Aggarwal guys will talk all sweetly and all but once you pay the money they will cheat you.
I tried to complain about Mr kuldeep to Aggarwal Packers helpline but they also ignored it.
So specially in Vijayawada avoid cheats like kuldeep Kumar and abhijeet.
I am attaching there visiting card so that other guys should not be cheated by him.

Received Rs 22000/- cheque from your Siliguri office but your office person Ms. Kinara said that as per company's rule you must have to deposite what ever breakage material back to our siliguri office, Since from 25 Jan 2017 all breakage material is lying my house at Tadong - East Sikkim

Nobady is lifting breakage material from my home or nobody had talked single time regarding same with me.

Your truck is not coming to my house to collect damage/breakage material, i kept with me instead of giving to garbage person.
So you have to pay Rs. 4000/- per month so From 24th January 2017 to 23rd May itmeans four months you must have to Pay Rs. 16000/- to me.

Otherwise due to negligence of Agrawal packers & Movers, I will goto consumer forum, so Pl. reply urgently or call me.

Our Honda Brio car has been delivered today against consignment number WIGNKOL096245. To my utter shock and disappointment the car has not arrived in the state that it was dispatched from Kolkata.
This is a repeat instance post the last time when my furnitures got damaged during shifting by Agarwal team.
I have checked the inventory list and have mentioned a detailed note of the damages on the sheet. This has been signed and returned to the driver as was instructed by the supervisor Pashupati (ph# [protected])

There is a major dent and scratch on the rear right side of the car along with fresh scratches and damages on the front of the car near the headlight and on the black panel which bears the number plate
These damages have shaken my belief on the quality of service provided by this company.

Post arrival of the consignment I have liaised with the Honda service team who visited my house today for inspection of the damage. They have given me an estimate of approximately INR 16000 to repair the damages. I have also incurred an additional INR 1000 for the service engineer's home visit.

Since the possession of this car we get the car serviced only by the authorised Honda dealers. Local servicemen will not be entertained at all.

I have sent a formal compalint to Agarwal Packers and Movers asking them to arrange for their claims department to get into the act and arrange a full reimbursement of all the expenses I will bear for this damage which was on account of their carelessness( including the home visit charges which I incurred today).
