We booked the movers and packers services shipment for faridabad to pune of our household things which delivered at pune two week earlier. Few issues we just want to highlighted as below:
During movement our few things damage eg. Two wheeler, one of the cooler, few cups and one glass and we requesting and chasing the peoples for inspection but till now no one come for that.
Our furniture work need to be done but still pending from there side till now and we are following up your team on daily basis to get it done.

I paid partial pending amount to your team at pune before deliver the goods at my home as they mentioned we will not deliver if we will not received the whole payment.

This is really very bad experience of your services and i think i should keep some amount so that i could be able to done all things.

Esclating this issue with you now and will go further higher level if its not resolved with in a day itself.

Hi Team,

Its been 6 months since i am following for dispersing of Claim for GC[protected]booking 21-Nov-16).
Delhi team either does not pic call, or every time some other person is picking call on same phone number and giving false excuses. They are telling online transfer would be done. Please checking trailing for same how long this claim in pending.
Anju from Delhi office([protected]) is not ready to give proper answer. Another person claims it would be done my Mr Murli from Hyderabad office. They are playing with my time and not transferring money.
My money is lying with you and you are not ready to pay.
For sure you have lost a valuable customer and this feedback would be shared with other forums as well.
I have no other option rather than filing a police complain for same and case going forward in Consumer court.
You would be liable for paying money for all the expense incurred for same.

I have requested for inter city shifting (Withing bengaluru). I have fixed appointment, with relationship officer on 21-may-2107. But relationship officer called me at 8 am in the morning and asked me, whether customer cater people quoted me any amount or not, i said no. When i asked customer care people they said, relationship officer will come and check my household items and quote the price.

But this relationship officer, just called me and said for 2bhk the cost would be rs 20, 000/- for inter city shifting.

How can a person, quote that money without seeing household items???

Last year i used your services for shifting my home from hyderabad to bengaluru and it costed me rs 30, 000/-, how come you charge 20k for intercity without checking house items.

Also they said that if shifting dates are between 25-05, then it is 20k and other dates it is 15k, what is the difference.

You say that "note : always check the picture of mr. Ramesh agarwal to book agarwal packers and movers ltd.,
", but if no one comes to home and how can they quote that price, please take care of it.

Please check the cost for inter city shifting and let me know.

I have following issues in delivery happend on 13th may with gc no 4547584:

1. I have been promised while booking the items that following items will be packed in wooden box in ware house and then will be send to bangalore. While unloading of the truck i found none of the items were in wooden box:
A) led tv
B) fridge
C) washing machine
D) microwave
E) dinning table glass

There have been extra charges paid about 4000/- for wooden boxes. As none of the items were packed in wooden box, i need refund of the amount charged for this service.

2. I found total 9 items damaged and i would like to claim the amount.

All the damaged goods showed to supervisor k p singh and he has signed on the list attached. Please revert back with next action.

3. I have been told that same truck will go to bangalore which one is loaded with goods from origin. But i found different tuck. The truck who took my luggage was of ap number plate and the truck came for delivery in bangalore was of ts number plate.

My car is still not received, it booked on 6th may from noida with gc no 4542212.

Please process this case.

Ir i have book one vehicle from chirimiri (CG) to Raghunathpur(W.B). on 9.05.17 for shifting my hme goods on 11th of may. the sent a vehicle along with 3 people they packed it very nicely and oaded that in truck. but at the time o[censored]nloading they hd provided only one person at 9 pm an at that time he told me plz arrange some manpower.
is it authentic sir i have payed u more than 1.5 times to my other transporter for this type of poor service.

i have never apect this type of poor service from this type of reputed company.

This is with regard to the shifting done by agarwal packers and movers (An associate of drs logistics pvt ltd | drs dilip roadlines pvt. Ltd) from bangalore to kochi – gc 4537271 dated 13th april ’17. Below is the details of the invoice.
A) point of contact in bangalore who finalised the deal and loading : mahender singh (Point of contact – kochi agarwal packers drs)
B) point of contact in kochi for unloading : gigy idicula & vijender singh nehra (Point of contact – kochi agarwal packers drs)
C) invoice no : gc - 4537271
D) total number of items : 95 with insurance value : rs 1, 50, 000
E) total invoice bill paid : rs 53, 114
The unloading was done on 17th april 2017 in kochi, while unloading the items following are the damages and item lost.
1) refer to item no 3 in enclosure ie packing list - serial no - 26 - perfect box no 609952 was lost in transit as it is a plastic box which has this number printed on it. This number as it is a printed one should be accessible as the name - agarwal packers is printed on it.
2) refer to item no 3 in enclosure ie packing list - serial no - 8 – single seater soft was damaged in transit with one of the legs of the sofa broken. A carpenter - shaji mobile no : [protected] who was arranged by mr. Vijender nehra and mr. Gigy idicula has taken the broken leg of the sofa and a another leg of the sofa as a sample on the 20th april’17 to repair mentioning that he will take the sample leg and repair it within 3 days and till date no responses from him even after several follow-ups on mobile as the carpenter is absconding with two sofa legs made of teak.
3) refer to item no 3 in enclosure ie packing list - serial no - 91 – computer table was damaged in transit with one of the plank was broken. No repairing done as yet on it.
4) refer to item no 3 in enclosure ie packing list - serial no - 93 – bike left indicator was damaged in transit. No repairing done as yet on it.
Several email communications and calls made to the bangalore & kochi contacts since 17th april 17 and nothing has been done till date. Email communications attached for reference. As the story seems never ending since 17th april’17 need your intervention in this matter.

During transporting of houseold material from ankleshwar (Gujrat) to daund (Maharashtara) by agarwal packers & movers damages observed after arrivael in daund but after discussion agarwal company not proprerly behave and telling about insurance and other thing
So, kindly recive my complaint against agarwal packers & movers ltd for not claiming damged material refund

I have used the services for shifting of my household goods from Agarwal Packers & Movers on 23rd April 2017.

I am continuously following up with your teams at Hyderabad and sharing the GC Number with them for the purpose of formally escalating the following three issues:
Non-Receipt of Original Invoice till date;
Non-Picking of the Yellow Boxes from my House till date;
Deputing your carpenter for assembling of goods which were dismantled in Mumbai by your team;

Till date I have neither received any revert to my emails nor have anyone contacted me with the resolution. The timeline for Payment Receipt / Invoice is till 10th May 2017 for the purpose of reimbursement from my Company, failing which the entire amount will get rejected for inordinate delay by Agarwal Packers.

One of the worst service experience i have witnessed in my life.
My pickup from bangalore was scheduled at 11am on 30th Apr in bangalore, i had told them i have a flight to catch in the evening, and 1 mr mohan kumar (whitefield) promised me that i will be free by 1pm
Bugers came only at 4pm that too after umpteen calls.
Was told my consignment will reach in 4-5 days, it reached on 7th May, again after calling multiple times
finally i realized they have lost one of my bags, the delivery manager (pramod kumar) made some fictitious call infront of me and told me your package is in bangalore and will reach you soon and got me to sign on the receipt.
when i asked him which number did you call and how will i know the status, he gave me some random number, which is not even of agarwal packers.
I must have called 25-30 times, call center, mumbai office, bangalore office...no one can tell me where my bag is. when my aged father checked on their mumbai office, they made him sit for 2 hrs and then told him to come after 2 days...
can anyone be worse than this ? limca book of records - seriously ? must be for number of cheating and fraud complaints
have some sympathy atleast on an old man and fear god...

I have taken chapp van service from agarwal packers movers for shifting of my household goods and car together directly to siliguri, wb from ghaziabad, up on[protected] under gc no. 4547561.

As per their terms and conditions the chapp van will reach directly to siliguri wirhin 5-6 days, i paid full amount in advance of rs.100014/-

I moved from ghaziabad from 30th april 2017 and staying in hotel with my family (Self, wife, two childrens 9 years and 1 year) and waiting for our household goods and car. Everyday we are paying to hotel approx rs.5500/-; now i have decided to leave the hotel due to financial condition and moving to rented house without anything.

Everyday i am calling to their ghaziabad office and head office secunderbad but nobady giving me actual details now most of officials are not picking up my calls. I tried to speak with mr. Sanjay agarwal, one of director of the company but unable to reach. Further i contacted their kolkata office as i came to know from ghaziabad that 52 cases of other materials are loaded in the same vehical and moved to kolkata instead of siliguri; therefore chepp van is moving to kolkata for unloading thereafter delivery will be given to me at siliguri.

Sir, everyday many citizens are facing same problem on relocation in this country because service providers are taking undue advantage of the people. Being a citizen of india i would request to take serious action against such fraudulent company/ service. We are completely helpless and hopeless and victimized. Please help us so that we can get our household goods and cars at the earliest.

I am not feeling happy to share my current experience dealing with agarwal packers & movers (Original-as advertising).

Case:- i dispatch the air conditioner from bangalore to jaipur on 18th april'17 with agarwal packers & movers with utmost trust (Consider past relocation services) & confidence that my package will deliver on time. Bangalore agarwal pakers & movers committed me that they will deliver the package in 10 days & not more than that & than only i agree to send it to destination.

It's 17 days plus & still no communication of package delivery & today i called bangalore office (+91-[protected]) to check the status of package & he told me to check online asking me to call back after checking. Is this the service your company is providing to customer by asking them to look for there consignment by own.

As it is my requirement so i checked on your website consignment tracking & it's showing "arrive in indore" it means it will take another few more days to reach it's destination.

I want to know do your company really care about people priority & claiming "limca book of record holder" for fooling your customer on shipment delivery & no answer to queries.

I had booked my SKODA car Reg No. HR26BR3270 through Agarwal Packers & Movers, APML (Fauzi wale) GCN No. WIGNNSR087130 Dt.12/04/2017, to be transported from Gurgaon to Balasore, Odisha. I have seen significant issues before and during the transport which are a clear dereliction of the service levels I was expecting as a paying customer. Tracking system installed recorded misuse of my car by travelling to Chunigarh, Dilawarpur, Rajasthan 150 KMs away from Gurgaon on 13, 14/04 at very high speed 132 kmph and whole day in Howrah on 27/04.
I’m also concerned about the internal damages the car might have sustained because of misuse and reckless driving of my car by the APM personnel when it was in their CUSTODY.

My luggage shifted from bangalore to hyderabad in april 22nd 2017. We were
Forced to pay 6000 insurance premium for 200000 belongings. My 2 wheeler, ac, aquarium are damaged and estimation would go around rs 10000. We are calling since 1 week but, they are not responding properly. Atleast, once no proper and correct response. How can i resolve this issue.

I have registered with your Agarwal Packers for relocating my household goods from Kolkata, West Bengal to Bhubaneswar, Odisha. My household goods are of valuation of Rs.5 to 6 Lakhs. There are near about 85-90 packets of your packaging. Your staff have taken my goods on 21st April, 2017 from my home at Kolkata. But yet I have not received my goods or can't track my items as far as possible. I have tried calling your Kolkata office on number [protected] but the concerned madam is not giving any details. My consignment number is 4548050 as per the details provided by your staff. Kindly do the needful or else I have to take necessary action.

I wanted to shift my house hold items from Gujarat to Maharashtra. I coordinated with Mr.Vikram Singh Ph: [protected], but did not realise this was a fake Agarwal packers. My bike got damaged during packing/loading/unloading. When I complained regarding this, initially he told he will refund back the damage losses and later denied. I not only did not get any compensation, but also I received abusive phone calls from Mr.Vikram and from [protected] asking me to delete my reviews regarding their company. Delivery staff did this purposefully. When samsung engineer visited to get the repair estimate for waching machine, he told us it cannot be repaired and looks like somebody has purposefully dropped the package down, otherwise this kind of damage is not possible.

Apart from this there are many other damages like gear box of cycle, bell of cycle, crockery items, bed parts etc.

I was relocating from Hyd to Ggn. There were only 5 boxes containing clothes, books and household items. The box containing the household items was received in completely damaged state. All the items including aluminium vessels were broken and twisted out of shape. It seems as if the box had fallen off the transportation vehicle and a car had run over it. Please see that this gets resolved.

and they wanted 12K without Bill. I am really frustrated with your service.

Booked my household goods & car from B'lore to Pune. I was promised that it will be delivered to me by 9th, till now on one is responding properly...!!!

All are giving fake status, we are only calling their employees. Worst customer service, everyone should boycott this company...

I am a really upset with the approach, attitude and professionalism of Agarwal Packers And Movers Limited (APML). They have kept unprofessional people in their team including their customer service people and call centre people who don't respond to the queries of customers and make them get distressed, annoyed and 100% unsatisfied..
I have moved my household goods from Faridabad, Haryana to Bengaluru, Karnataka and the outcome of which is very frustrating. This people simply don't know how to do packing of goods and unpacking was kept incomplete even after all the assurances that they will do it to our satisfaction..
I need justice for my damaged items and the harassment this people have cause to not only me but my entire family!!!
