One of the worst service experience i have witnessed in my life.
My pickup from bangalore was scheduled at 11am on 30th Apr in bangalore, i had told them i have a flight to catch in the evening, and 1 mr mohan kumar (whitefield) promised me that i will be free by 1pm
Bugers came only at 4pm that too after umpteen calls.
Was told my consignment will reach in 4-5 days, it reached on 7th May, again after calling multiple times
finally i realized they have lost one of my bags, the delivery manager (pramod kumar) made some fictitious call infront of me and told me your package is in bangalore and will reach you soon and got me to sign on the receipt.
when i asked him which number did you call and how will i know the status, he gave me some random number, which is not even of agarwal packers.
I must have called 25-30 times, call center, mumbai office, bangalore office...no one can tell me where my bag is. when my aged father checked on their mumbai office, they made him sit for 2 hrs and then told him to come after 2 days...
can anyone be worse than this ? limca book of records - seriously ? must be for number of cheating and fraud complaints
have some sympathy atleast on an old man and fear god...

Agarwal Packers & Movers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In my case they have damaged the engine. Looks like this is their regular practice. They drive the car instead of transporting through carrier.
In my case i found one affidavit with Army seal and signatures to avoid toll. I am attaching this.
I have filed a consumer case recently.
