1. I had paid in cash and booked the delivery on 2nd Feb17 with Agarwalpackers and movers, noida.
2. Was told that car will be delivered in 7 days to Pune

After shifting from m.P to maharashtra-mumbai. No one is available for unpacking of consignment and i have paid for it.
One induction cooker got fully damaged. When i claim for it they are not entertaining it and refuses it. I have paid insurance also. Name of company is agarwal packers and movers limited.
Desirable resolution for my complaint is to provide me refund of the same....

Hose hold items like fridge, bed mattress, bikes were transported from Banaglore to Goa on 18th January 2017.
When we received the goods in Goa, the three seater sofa was broken.
The reason was that there were two other sofa chairs kept on the three seater sofa, even when there was enough space available in the container.

Is one of the worst Packers and Movers when it comes to domestic moving. I think no better in international as well.

When you call you hear all those words, assurance, astha, inspiration...but it just words for them. You pay premium charges for a successful moving of your household things but they are biggest cheater in India.

The complaint is against Agarwal movers and packers which claims to be in Limca book of Holders. I booked the consignment WIGNNSR070203 on Sunday, 29th January from Gurgaon. I was told that consignment will reach the destination by 2nd February. However, I called the customer care today (1st February) and I was told that the consignment is still in Gurgaon. After paying the entire charges, my consignment is still lying in Gurgaon for 4 days....

Unloading charges were not disclosed to me when discussing the quote, nor was submitting an id proof for crossing the border talked about at the time of packing. We moved from Mumbai to Pune and havd had a horrible experience with Agarwal Packers & Movers DRS Group. The sales man who came to book agreed on everything but nothing was delivered as expected.

One of the worst and unprofessional people. They tell shipment will reach in 6-7 working days. But its been 18 days. When called for complaining they say that they will deliver the shipment as and when according to their comfort. When told to deliver earlier they reply received is "Apne pure truck ka pesa nahi diya hain". I paid them full advance and now they are shouting on me....

Agarwal claims to be amongst the best of the movers and packers in India. I trusted the brand and took their service to move from Bangalore to Kolkata. As per the contract, they were supposed to assemble the furniture after delivery but till date (after 3 weeks) no one has responded back for delivery. I booked a container truck with agarwal packers & movers (Drs) group on dt. 12.12.2016 from delhi to ranchi vide gc no. 4536126 and made 100% payment after loading. But unfortunately it could not reached till date. We are not getting the correct information from their tracking and operation dept. Some times they say the truck started on 14th dec. From delhi.
