I recently had my car transported to goa from gurgaon on 11th september, from agarwal packers and movers ltd.. I am extremely unhappy with the service and behaviour the staff has toward their customers. Despite countless follow ups on the status of my delivery, i got no response. This is highly unappreciated, unprofessional, and not expected from a company that i chose only because of their brand name, hoping to not only get my car on time but also in the same condition in which it was handed over. The fuel was also drained out from 25 ltrs to 0. I have received the car 20 days after expected delivery date, that too with damages. I demand a justification and reimbursement for all the damage caused to my car by the company. Shame on agarwal packers and movers ltd. I will never recommend their services to anyone i know.

We booked for shifting in patna on 18th september. after that the field officer Narendra Singh came and visited our house and confirmed the shifting on 2nd october. after that the Patna office confirmed it every week and also on 1st october that they will be shifting at 10:30am on 2nd october. but on 2nd october they denied the confirmation and said that we havent comfirmed the date. they are one of the biggest fraud companies i have ever seen. They should be banned from Patna. We have faced so much problem due to them. and their customer care is also very irresponsible. they didnt take my complaint. I want to alert other people against them.

My carHonda city with GC no 4455261 was not delivered till 33 rd day. Everyday my routine was to call at least 5/6 mobile no. Everyday they assured me the delivery the same day. No of times I was lied to about my car was mind boggling. Finally after long long wait, fear and mental torture my car arrived on 33rd day with blown right front tire. Left window plane scratched. The person who was driving the car left saying he is only a driver. I have again been left to again speak everyday to Kochi and Kolkata phone no but both parties are shifting the blame without any addressing my problem. I have emailed them twice but no response. Kindly help.

Car was picked up from home on 19.9.16. Information given by executives as well as from the website (Tracking status) is that car is on the way from hyderabad. Car has not yet reached delhi - ncr. Where it's right now, nobody is aware. Executives are saying since 25 th sep that car will be delivered tomorrow. However, that tomorrow has not yet come. Today is 30.9.16 1230 hrs.

Hi, The package o[censored]r household stuffs is handed over to Agrawal packer on 14th September 2016 for Kolkata to Gurgaon.As they committed it should reach me with in 5-7 Working days. And its been more than 14 days I haven't received my product.We have been calling them 7-8 times in a day.The people from packers and movers are not delivering.It's been a torture for us. This is regarding my gc #: 4507141.
This order was booked by me (nitin) to transport my household stuff from haldwani to gurgaon. the order started from haldwani on 11/9 and reached gurgaon on 12/09.
I would like to bring to your notice how poor the customer service of agrawal packers and movers is. although i have been a satisfied customer earlier but the recent experience has changed this view

1. mattresses not packed – my mattress was not packed at all during transit and it became dirty.. the folks at your rudrapur branch did not pack it although they promised me that it will be packed. kindly, let me know who is going to dryclean it?
2. car not packed – my child’s car was not packed and has scratches. the rudrapur branch executive promised that it will be bubble wrapped but did not do so. who will refund me for this?
3. fridge and washing machine was not transited in frames - neither my fridge, nor my washing machine was bought in frame which i was promised. this is another example of poor customer service
4. bed has been damaged - my bed has been damaged during transit - who is going to get this repaired.

After all the above incidences, when i try to call your rudrapur branch, every time they say they will call me back and they never do. they are very rude in their conversations.
When i called your customer service department - they told me to call the claims department. when i called the claims department, that guy asked me to call another number. i don’t understand why people are made to go here and there.
Don’t you have one department that can address complaints??

I am highly dissatisfied by the events that happened with agrawal’s packers and movers this time and i would like to take action against this.

Please let me know what should be done in order to seek a refund of the amount that has been paid in advance and poor customer service has been provided in lieu of that.

My name is avishek singh and my consignment number is 4507584/5, i got my household goods and car moved from jaipur to hyderbad. i got my goods on 6th of sep and car after a week. i was extremely shocked to see the state of my goods after it arrived. my almirah was fully damaged, fridge had several dents and door is damaged, sofa was partially damaged. i got my car on 13th of sep and to my surprise it also had a dent on the body which i have already shared the image with the concerned people.

I have been continuously following up with hyderabad and jaipur team but nobody came to fix the issues, they have been making excuses throughout.

I need serious attention here or i am afraid, will have to lodge a fir and put up a case on consumer court against you guys. i also have known contacts in media industry, if i do not see resolution on priority, i am afraid will have to contact them which may spoil your company's image.

I had believed Agarwal Packers Movers and paid them based on their quotation to transfer my house holds from Mumbai to Hyderabad.

They had delivered my households and I found some measure items damaged later while I opened it for use. those are listed below :-

1- LG LED TV 42" when connected and installed after unpacking, I found flash light coming from TV screen in two places.(Declared insurance amount Rs. 40, 000/-)
2- Metal Almirah completely received bend, this was immediately reported after recept of items, since it was visually identifiable. (Declared insurance amount Rs.265/-)
3- Samsung top loading Automatic washing machine, after unpacking while I started, I discovered that the circuit is not working, machine being ON but spin doesn't work. (Declared insurance amount Rs. 15, 000/-)

I tried working with those Agarwal employees who had guided me at the time of sales offer and quotation, but got no help. I tried to know claim procedure for above damage caused, since it was covered by insurance amount as stated above. Unfortunately I ended with waiting lot many days and later on no response from the contact persons viz. [protected] (from Mumbai), [protected] (from Hyderabad).

Please let me know how can I settle this, I have started repairing my washing machine since I couldn't wait more because I have no alternative machine for washing my clothes.

I will take this matter forward with higher management until I get any positive response

I needed my bike to be transferred from Bangalore to Chennai. So I have contacted Agarwal Packers & Movers. They came and took the money( 6500 Rupees) and my bike on 5-Sep-2016 and told me that it will be delivered by 7-Sep-2016.

Now I came to Chennai and everyday I call the Delivery In-Charge Narendra(Contact No: [protected]) but every-time I gave him a call, he is saying 'tomorrow it will be delivered'.

They don't understand the problem of the customer and they do not have any efficiency at all.

I have relied on Agarwal packers and movers DRS group and shifted house hold items from Vizag to
Ratlam (MP) but it was disappointing

As per quotation i have paid the money for closed container for shifting of house hold items and car.

But i found totally different which is unsatisfactory

Hose hold items found in damaged conditions.Some of the major items damaged outlined as below

1. TV (Insured amount: 10000)
2. Bed (Insured amount: 10000)
3. Almirah (Insured amount: 6000)

Car sent by road as committed to send in closed container.

All above packing shifting totally disappointed me

Herewith enclosed pics of damaged items which was duly verified and signed by truck driver and
unloading person.

I requested to transfer a bike from delhi to banglore on 19th Aug 2016 and i received the bike on 7th sept 2016! It took them 19 days to transfer...
The hand brake in bike was found to be broken and i wrote this in their form as they asked. While driving i realized that their is strange noise coming from bike, I called them again. The service or help desk guy was rude and pathetic and he clearly told me that it is not their responsibility and i should claim from my insurance.
They took Rs. 8000 for bike transfer and they have no responsibility of goods. It has to be claimed under your own insurance!
So basically it is upto them if they want to transfer at all or not and claim the goods are stolen or whatever damage they do, it is your responsibility ! Just pay them whatever whooping amount they ask.

I used the services of drs roadlines pvt. Ltd to move all my household belongings from gurgaon to bangalore in july 2016. The general consignment number (Gc no.) for the same is 4511651. The consignment moved from gurgaon on 14-jul-16 and was delivered to bangalore on 23-jul-16. However, during the transport, several furniture pieces were damaged while 1 steel almirah and 1 wooden cabinet have been permanently broken. I have called drs office in bangalore as well as their claims office in secunderabad several times requesting and pleading to make good the loss. But they have done nothing about it. I have also sent several emails highlighting the extent of the damage. But they have not even sent someone to assess the damage and make good the loss. They have only sent a reply once attempting to end the matter by a paltry reimbursement of rs. 2, 500. Given the extent of the damage, this small sum cannot, by any means, make good for the loss they have caused. As for the damage to other household items, i have called a carpenter and got them repaired on my own, because i could keep waiting for them for an endless amount of time. Their handling of the situation is not only unprofessional, but apathetic.

1. Deewan is totally damaged. Any one can make out by seeing it. Its shape is disturbed. It is bent in the middle. It is damaged due to water exposure. (Don't know if it is rain or some thing else).

2. The bed of the deewan is not packed properly. It is totally folded in the middle just to save space in the transit. Now it has become not useful.

3. The double cot is partially damaged. The middle piece (Supporting beam) is cracked. Its heads surface is ruptured at few places due to rough handling

4. The wardrobe door alignment is totally disturbed. Unable to close it properly

5. Most of the boxes are tampered. Their seal is broken.

6. Almost all the items got wet (Drenched) in the rain.in all boxes except 1 out of ten are found with water at the bottom. While picking out the items from them all of them are wet.

7. All the big items packing (Refrigerator, washing machine, wardrobe) are drenched in rain. Wardrobes packing is damaged and able to touch its body at the place where it is damaged. And it is wet.

8. Tv trolley back side is also drenched in rain. The back side wooden piece is totally wet need to change that entire/partial piece.

I am quiet surprised, how these items got wet and water in them even after they are packed with polythene wrapping.

After having this much problem there is no proper response from them. I am calling them but every other one gives some other number to call only to get one more number. But, no one is taking the ownership of the problem.

There is no one to guide at least to given the information on whom to get in touch with in this regard.

So far don't know whom to contact to get the claims.

If this is the case then why should we opt agarwal packers.

On 23.07.2016 i booked by household items to be shifted. One packet has not been delivered till date. Field functionaries have been feeding with all kind of assurances but of late they are not responding to calls. One of the most unprofessional attitude adopted by them which has caused tremendous discomfort and harassment to me. Had it been some other items, after so much of hanky panky i would have happily written off the item from my memory. But the item misplaced is an essential part of costly furniture.

I hope some one takes the pain to locate the item and get it delivered as soon as possible. And in the mean time get me posted about the status.

"a" hai toh aastha hai.."a" hai toh bharosa hai.. Bla bla bla "a" hai toh agarwal hai... What you are claiming in your advertisement should reflect in your actions. All is fake like the estimates that you provide for making the delivery. Someone puts his trust in you and handover all his stuff in your hands and what you do is make false claims regarding the date of delivery and not just that might get damaged goods as well.

I have attached the receipt of my goods that were supposed to be traveled from faridabad to jaipur. The agent picked them up on aug 26, 2016 morning and told to get them delivered august 28, 2016. Just because of my trust in your words, i handed over everything and kept a pair of clothes. And today is wednesday i. E august 31, 2016 my goods are still on their way to jaipur. Such a bad delivery. You say something and the story turns out to be something else.

Moreover, the customer care executive talks in an awful manner. The fault is yours.. You did not deliver on time.. So how dare your executive talk in that tone... While telling the status of my goods she said it will be delivered in 8 to 10 days and when i told her the person who picked my goods said it will be delivered by august 28, 2016.. She replied "toh, maine thodi kaha tha" and that too in a pathetic manner. What the heck was that as a reply? Your executive do not even know how to talk.

On asking status someone says something.. Someone says something.. There is no sync that people have with each other.

Mr agarwal, you might be having good business, making good revenues.. But if the condition of your staff remains the same.. The future is not so pleasant. I too hail from a business background set up by my forefathers and i know what it takes to earn respect and what it takes to maintain it and it takes seconds to loose it all. Trust of customer is the key to a business man's success.

Your staff is really uncoordinated, not at all punctual and lacks manners in talking. You need to think about it. If not, time will show.

My luggage is still somewhere and your people are procrastinating about its status of delivery.

Not thankful for this service & lost all regards for your organization

Two weeks earlier, i raised an enquiry to agarwal packer & movers for moving my luggage (2 bags and 1 motorcycle) from makarpura, vadodara, gujarat to phaltan, satara, maharashtra. The vendor (Apm) quoted an offer of rs. 5000/- and it was mutually agreed. Apm gave a commitment to make the delivery latest by saturday (27.08.16). Till now, no delivery has been made. The vendor is asking for an additional rs. 1000.00 to make this delivery.

As today is 20/8/2016, i am keep on calling agarwal packers and movers limited from 9/8/2016 but i am not proper answers from their side even sometime i don't even response from them.

I am in pune now struggling daily here for basic items and needs and spending my hard earned money because these companies like agarwal packers and movers limited make us fool and earn money.

Please help me so that company like agarwal packers and movers limited value customer time and their hard earned money as well.

I asked "Agarwal Packers & Movers" to transfer my one small trolley bag and one sac bag from Bangalore to Mumbai on 29/05/2015. They told me that they would charge 14000/- for that. I had no idea I was in hurry so I agreed. I paid that amount. Later on one of my friend told me that I have been overcharged. The "Agarwal Packers & Movers" charges 6K-7K/- max for two bags. I again contacted the person (Named 'Randheer') with whom I had finalised the deal of 14000/-. I explained the case. He felt sorry When I told him I'm gonna complaint against him. He told me that I have been overcharged an amount of 7500/-. I asked him to refund my amount. I sent him my account details as per his request. But he didn't refund my money yet. Now It's been more than a year. I was communicating with him for 8 months. But now he is not responding since last 5 months.

I have all the legal documents and valid mail chats (which I had with him) with me.
I hope, this portal (last hope) won't disappoint me and my patience of 1 year.
