(drs group) having their corp. office at 3rd floor, kabra complex, 61 - m. g. road, secunderabad -500003 vide their gc no. 4804531 dated 21 july, 2016.

Rs.12, 000/- was charged wide receipt no. 4446247 dated 21 july, 2016.

The car was taken over from house no. db-3, sector-1, salt lake kolkata -700064.

Complaint
1.
My car was delivered on 9th day i. e. at 8 pm on 30 july, 2016 whereas it was supposed to be delivered after 05 days (250 kms per day) as per their terms & condition mentioned in the accessories declaration form.

Meter reading at the time of taking over by agency at kolkata = 13341

Meter reading while handing over at lucknow = 13519

My vehicle has been used for 178 kms by agency.

My car was unloaded at kanpur and brought to lucknow by road, as learnt.

Why? who will pay for fuel? if that is the case, i should have brought my car by road. to avoid normal wear and tear, i booked it through agency.

3. i was asked my mr. v k mishra, branch manager of drs agarawal & packers kolkata office to pay the driver, who delivered car, rs500/-, which i paid. receipt is with me.

It is a wrong practice.

I had requested to arrange to issue a cheque for rs.500/- and post it at my residence at:

Agency failed to do so.

4. i was made to follow up ten times a day between 26-30 july but of no avail.

Very very poor service & lot of harassment.

5. track office team at hyderabad had no clue about the where about of my car.

I called them up atleast 20 times during 28-30 july, 2016. no help from them.

6. since the car was brought by road from kanpur, it was in the most dirty condition and full of mud.

Overall the experience is worst possible and i am subjected to harassment & cheated by agarwal packers & movers (drs) kolkata.

I am Jagdish Srivastava working as Chief Manager in Bank of Baroda. I had booked my household goods from Kolkata to Baroda on 05.03.2016 on my transfer. I was told that that the goods will reach to me in 5-7 days. However, the goods were delivered on around 29.03.2016 to which I did not complained. Of the goods transported, one 3 seater and one 1 seater sofa was missing. I was told that the same will reach to me in 2-3 days. Weeks passed. I started enquiring at Baroda office. But no one was responding. I started emquiring at Kolkata, Gudgaon, Delhi and Secunderabad etc. wherever I was advised to contact. During the course I got the mobile number [protected] of Mr Sanjay Agarwal, one of the directors in the company. I spoke to him and told about my problem. He told that in a couple of days it will be resolved. But of no avail. I again started trying to contact him but he did not pick my landline as also mobile numbers. I also got various mails from the website and sent mails but except one or two assurances no response. Please advise me what remedy do I have.

The team in bangalore, shetij, suresh kumar, manoj and manmohan are the worst team to interact with. Initially they could not confirm where the consignement was, then all the problems started with delayed delivery, no supervison during offloading, no one came to visit and check the damages, untill after 15 days of following up and complaining. Then they come take the bills for the damages and stop answering phone calls and responding to emails sent to cc bangalore. It is going to be a month now and no resolution and neither have i got paid for the damages. Neither have they responded to email's or calls.

It has been more than 23 days and i have still not received my consignment which was booked from kolkata to banagalore. I have been following up everyday and whom ever i connect to he or she gives me the contact no of some one else. Even if i say that i will go to consumer forum they are least bothered and have no fear of consequences.

I request your urgent attention on this as i have a small kid with me and my family is going through very bad situation as of now.

This is to inform you that it's more than 4days after delivering the goods the carpenter suppose to come and assemble the furniture from last 4days I am following with the employees of Agarwal Packers they are saying the local Agarwal pa let's will do it and sender Agarwal is saying it's already convey them but no one is ready to do the assembling, after paying so much assembling condition no one had came to do the assembling it is ridiculous for Agarwal co . Who is claiming the no1. Please take a legal action against your executive Mr

I have shifted from delhi to ahmedabad and packed my household stuff along with my bike with agarwal packers and movers ltd. Damaged many precious & costly new items while transferring and few i'm not able to use now because those are totally damaged.
For rest of the things i called these guys many times but claim department not response properly. He was busy with the some other stuff and didn't get time to look into my problem.
I hope this complaint would solve this issue and i would be able to get my stuff either repaired or exchanged with the new one.

My advices please don’t use this fraud company. Please see the links below; i have attached my conversations with this fraudulent firm, which is a baseless company without any process or ethics.
First their sales guys will approach you, will make tall claims, that everything will go good. If something happens there is insurance it will be covered. We were promised wooden crates for fridge, washing machine & other stuff which did not have packing material available. They survey guy took all measurements etc. & went off. I had a deal for 50% payment as advance & 50% on delivery.
When the stuff arrived in delhi from bangalore, the fellow even without showing my belongings said, first make the balance payment, else truck won’t move. After half an hour of argument, i climbed inside the truck to check my items, paid them the money & then the truck moved.
Images below would be self-explanatory. Seals of all the containers were broken; the mattress, bed & other things were damaged beyond repair. As per their own made declaration of the item against its value, total damages exceed rs.36, 000. The company has offered a compensation of rs.6, 000.
This fraud company had taken 3% of the declared value, i. E. Rs. 3, 00, 000 as risk / insurance charge & now what they want to payout is not even equal to the premium. The fat skin fraudsters do not even listen to you. If you call them they will say, this is what we offer, take it or leave it.
In case you are also aggrieved by these fraudsters, let’s unite & take these buggers to the court.

Regret to inform you that delivery of consignment of goods (gc no 4485783) yesterday 23rd july 16 was far from being satisfactory.
One yellow container did not reach me. it contained air - conditioner stabilizer and shoes.
Centre table and plastic table received in broken condition. request you to send your carpenter to repair the table.
Request you to address my issues at the earliest.
Moreover supervisor, satpal who was incharge of packing at greater noida was not upto the mark. when contacted he was not keen to listen to our grivance.

I booked 1 consignment with agarwal packers and movers (Http://www.agarwalpackers.com/) on 3rd july 2016 for 43225 rs.. They promised me to deliver my goods from tornagallu (Karnataka) to jamshedpur tata (Jharkhand) in 10 days. But in reality i got my consignment after 16 days. And to my surprise my 32 inch led tv was missing and also stand for refrizarator was broken. They told me to deliver it after few days. When i am complaining to their customer care, they are not responding my problem in a good manner. Please suggest me. What can i do now.

Some others household items were added by company while moving my household items from pune to delhi in june 2016.
As per agreement and payment made, company should have not added any others household items in vehicle which had my household items.
Due to adding others household items, my items are damaged and found missing when vehicle reached delhi.
Though i have discussed multiple times with claims team and sent mail to senior management members of this organization, i have not received any positive response.
Now i have observed, phones are disconnected or not answered.

People i have sent mails to below members, however not received any response.

It is with deep regret and anger that i am writing this. We had booked agarwal packers for transferring our goods from lower parel to prabhadevi. The booking was done well in advance and two of their field officers visited us assuring of excellent services by the company. The packing of goods was supposed to start at 10-10.30 am on saturday, 19th march 2016. Nobody turned up till 11 and when we started contacting the answer was always the same-they are on their way. The field officers did not pick up our calls-in spite of calling them 15-20 times. Finally a gang of 3 turned up by 1.15 pm-without any packing materials but only with a few plastic rolls. The work started in full swing by 5.30 after getting some of the material. They were in a hurry to finish the work. Two contract workers were also hired from the market. Finally they left by 9.30 after driving us crazy. It was promised that they will return the following day, sunday by 8.30 am. The society in prabhadevi had clearly told us that the unloading should be done before 12 in the noon. The packers were informed about this. On sunday morning they came by 10.30 am and the load reached our new residence by 1.15. The unloading took three hours - they were very slow. Two out of the five were doing nothing as they were good for nothing. We had to beg and plead with the society for allowing us to do the unloading much beyond the stipulated time. The whole thing was done very carelessly, absolutely in an unprofessional manner.
There were lot of breakage-photo frames, dent in the washing machine, the shoe rack was damaged etc. A major damage was with the tv sony bravia 46"lcd costing around 80, 000 and just about two years old.
The tv was unpacked and they told us that it is better to install it with a mechanic. They left in a hurry with half finished work and took a lump-sum amount of rs.3300 as tips! While erecting the tv, the sony technician informed us about damage in the panel. The cost of its replacement came to rs 30, 500! This work was carried out after getting the concurrence from the packers thporugh their mail which is as follows:

"dear seniors / claim team,

Request you to please reply to the below mail and kindly settle the claim at the earliest.

Please do it on the priority basis. March 28, 2016."

Nothing happened thereafter. Agarwal packers are not attending our calls henceforth.

It has been noticed there was a tablet which is missing from my stuffs.

It is believed that same was stolen while packing the things.The Tablet was inside the cover when we handed over for packing.However while delivery the box is empty.

After approaching the concern team of agarwal Packers they have refused to take any action and claim reimbursement.

I am going to police for filling a complaint.

I have shifted my household goods from waidhan to jaithari (anuppur) on 06.05.2016 by m/s agrawal packers & movers (varanasi branch). as per quotaion received, i have paid full amount in advance for packing, loading, transportation, unloading and unpacking with insurance. i was told that unloading and unpacking will be done by raipur branch. when we reached jaithari (anuppur) no one from raipur branch came for unloading. i have contacted several times with varanasi branch and head office but no cooperation from that side. they instructed driver of the vehicle to arrange local labour for unloading. they unload the items very badly and some items were damaged. i contacted agrawal packers & movers office several times to send their representative for unpacking and to witness the damaged items, but no response from their side. my wife and i unpack all the items.

As per our discussion and quote, the delivery should be from door to door.
But it's not happened.
Safexpress team called me and told that 'we can't delivery to your home due to single consignment and you have to come and collect'.
I am not expecting this type of service from agrawal packers and movers.
this is too much and i had gone 7 km to collect the consignment after giving advance 6000 payment.
Is this the agreement and customer satisfaction by agrawal packers and movers???

[protected], i have worked in agarwal packers and movers drs dilip road line pvt ltd (drs group) in jaipur branch as a branch manager, i have left my job on 10th of december, bcose i have transfered to hyderabad, and i send my regain letter copy to direct a k agarwal ji and h p singh ji and in hr deppt, they assept my regain, and i hand over my all document and company related details to mr chotu singh new branch manager in jaipur office, and my november and december 10 days salary was pending, i continus following with shree ak ji, h p singh ji, and hyderabad ho hr deptt (kalyan and daljit singh) and mr chotu singh they always say (salary aa jayegi aa jayegi) but still 7-8 month has passed they did give any proper reply hr deppt kr kalyan say we alreday send your salary in jaipur office but in jaipur chotu singh says he did not received, mr ak agarwal ji direct did not repaly of my massage or call, now i halp less. after that i was working in vijaywada in other comany i visited jaipur 2 time for salary, my travel ex for up and down and i was absent from job also, just help me sir any how. contact details of concern person..

I, shreemoyee sarkar from kolkata want you to know that i was about to shift some of my belongings like a microwave, some clothings some books, shoes etc to chennai through agarwal packers and movers. I contacted with the kolkata branch and talked to ms priyanka shaw who gave me a quotation of 12500 rs for dese items without even surveying it. May be you do not do surveys for these little amount of products but that you can tell your client with a gentle behavior. And moreover if it is so little amount of product then how can it charge 12500. I have taken quotation from other popular packers and movers agencies and they are estimating half of what agarwal staff member has estimated. Not only she tried to fool me but when i demanded the survey she told me that she is sending mr anupam santra by 4:30pm and that guy was just avoiding me by telling that he is in baruipur, a long distance from my place. I was so disappointed that i have cancelled this deal and moreover i will not recommend any of my known people to hire agarwal packers and movers as they cheat its client.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I shifted my house materials to gurgaon. I gave them a time frame and the truck people kept on calling for early delivery as they are free. they did not agree for later time as well. However, they delivered the package not with proper care and found an item missing. I inquired and their godown manager said it was left by mistake and ready to be given next day morning itself. It has been 3 days by now and I am keep on following up with these people but there is no proper response. I already registered a complain but no call received from aggarwal packers and movers. I will not recommend people to go with this service as they have issue with delivery. Very unskilled labor usage also damage the property.

I had moved from Chennai to Bangalore on 29th June and when I reported the issue after opening the printer yesterday on 3rd July, the behavior and reply was rude from Agrawal Claim Department People. I have done Insurance as well.. what is the use of that..

I have been using Agrawal packers for all my movements and always recommend the same to others as well. however with the movement with details attached, this time my experience is bad, there are damages and the behavior of people on call is rude.

There were 2 problems which was addressed, when I reported the 3rd with Printer not working, it was handled rudely and now its not 7 days since I moved but the contact person with following details mobile number [protected] was rude and said that 7 days are over and we do not do anything for such issues. One can see the packing how it was done for Printer.

I am disappointed that after paying extra Money and doing insurance as well.. No one is listening. I am sure Agrawal will keep on doing good business but surely with my feedback people around me will not insure with Agrawal and if same continue the name of your brand will be spoiled. Looking for your support and resolution here.

Recently, we called the agarwal packers and movers for a local house shifting . They came late, with inadequate staff and insufficient packaging materials .
When we asked further questions about why they were late or poorly prepared, they were rude and blamed the head office . The head office apparently told them to leave behind luggage that they couldnt pack !!!
Also, one of the packers misbehaved with the lady of the house when she asked them to pack the crockery with care .
Please beware, they may have won awards but their quality is very bad and they are not safe to allow to ur house especially if there are women

I had recently availed your services for the transport of my motor cycle from new delhi to bangalore. I am extremely sorry to convey to you that i am very disappointed by your services. When i received my bike in bangalore i was shocked to see such extensive damage to my bike that i had to send it to the service center then and there to get it fixed.

I expected to get world class services from you but after seeing the sorry condition of my vehicle my opinion regarding your services has changed. I had to incur a loss of rs 4105/- i. E. Four thousand one hundred and five rupees for repairing my bike. I can provide you with the picture of the service center bill if required. Please process my damage claim as soon as possible.
