Dear all, i hereby narrate and complain my horrible experience with m/s. Agarwal packers and movers (Ramesh agarwal group) - limca book of record holders.

They have taken my goods from cochin to ahmedabad on 27th may 2016 and delivered some valuable items in a damaged conditions on 7th of june. Added to that out of 17 boxes consigned, they delivered only 16 boxes and till today (24th june), i am only following up the same with them with no proper response from their end.

I am running post to pillar, but without any concrete reply from their end, other than within another 15 mts, will call back. Its a really horrible experience and poorest of poor service. Government or some consumer forum need to interfere and punish these poor service providers and bare them from this service.

Please find some other good service provider, before moving your goods.

I had used the services of the company in transporting goods from delhi to kolkata. I had loaded the materials on 13th june and it got delivered on 22nd june.

To my utter horror, on delivery i saw that most of the items were broken including a badly crumpled steel almirah.

I called everywhere, however, there was no response from most places. Finally, ms satarupa of m/s agarwal packers & movers agreed to send a surveyor within two days time. The surveyor has still not come.

Since, there is no point in keeping the broken items with me. I have sent the same back to their godown.

Attached with this are pictures of the condition in which the goods were delivered.

Please take action and provide reimbursement.

We had shifted house hold articles on 14 th of june 2016 from mumbai to bangalore through m\s. Agarwal packers & movers, items arrived to bangalore on 18.06.16 and unpacked on 20.06.16. We found siemens washing machine is not working propely (Abnormal sound is coming) washing machine model:siemens 810. 6kgs.

Please book a complaint and taken necessary steps immediately.

This is to inform you, on my en-query about the house hold shifting from kolkota to Patna due to my job change, I was looking for name and address of suitable packers and movers .Your service was excellent. But i want to update you, through your site some cheater are also registering and contacting the customers like me who are looking for this kind of service. One of them is M/s Agarwal packers and movers.Address is -Dankuni housing, Kashmira apartment, 1st foor, room no-12( near Usha martin school)Hooghly.WB.This packer is a cheater one. I had given my CAR for shipment from Koklota to Patna by car carrier.Payment was also made to them as per the demand. Instead of sending my car in car carrier they send my car through a local driver whose driving licence was fake. The car was met an accident on the way and they are not now responsible for it and not responding my phone also. My request you to delete this name from your portal and they should not be informed by any menace those who are looking for this kind of service.I will also put this on social media for awareness so that simple people should not suffer in future.If you want to check authenticity of my saying, please check from your system about this. I have booked a consignment from Jodhpur to Raipur on the date of 28 MAY 2016. Company claims door to door service for moving any parcel within a week. But, it has been 14 days my consignment is not delivered yet. I have contacted them through there consumer care number [protected] & many numbers several times but nothing has happend; instead few persons are misbehaving with me, not picking up my call, giving several reasons & promises to deliver but doing nothing.
They have charged me 2920 Rs for three packs for movement which is not paid off. Along with this I have spended around 50 rs on calling Mr. Vikash -[protected], Mr. Neeraj [protected] & Mr. Satish [protected]. These all are the concerned executives of the company who were keep telling me lies and wasted my money and time.
My important stuff worth rupees 40000 approximately is in the parcel and it is kept with the company itself, I am highly disappointed with the companies behavior and my loss.
I am attaching picture of original bill and invoicing number kindly please look into the matter.

I have booked my house hold items through agarwal packers and movers and it has been told that since i don't have much goods it will be shifted in sharing truck and will be delivered within 5-6 working days, since last 3 days from 1st june 2016, i am following up with their customer service team @[protected] but they are not providing any proper status and it was shipped from mumbai to nagpur on 28th may 2016 and today on 4th june 2016 still my good not been delivered,

The company is the one of the most expensive packers and movers but the services are so poor that I could not believe it. The employees of the company misguides the customers. The surveyer named munish mishra came and we told him to deliver our stuff on june 5 in mumbai from gurgaon and car on june 1. He told us that it will happen on this time so as a named brand we trusted them and gave our consignment to them but now it has become a nightmare for my family as these people are fooling us with wrong information assuming we the customers are helpless. Car delivery is already delayed by 5 days and my stuff also they are delaying by their own will by 2-3days. We are already paying extra for the taxi tariff everyday because of them and i belive now we will have to change our whole schedule and end up paying huge hotel bills. To my surprise, the stuff was dispatched on may 30 and today is june 2. We can not even trace my consignment. So helpless we are feeling as a customer.. worst company . I thought drs group agarwal is bad but to my surprise they are more worst than drs group agarwal...

Gc - 4491424 from delhi to hyderabad. Broken - tv side panel, crockery, study table and chair, plastic chair, shoe rack, mattresses.
Missing - bed parts and baby cycle.
Paid the half instalment at the time of pick-up. As the items were missing and broken hence didn't paid them the remaining half. Asked them to bring my stuff then will pay. They took my tv for mending purpose but now not delivering the tv and asking for the remaining amount. Even though the goods are insured for 2 lakh 30 thousand rs still that person (Rajpal) talks that the items arent insured. They are doing a big fraud
I am going to raise a fraud/ cheat police case against them.
I believe that their licence should be cancelled as lot of people are suffering/have suffered.

I had move my good moved from bangalore to mumbai, goods reach to me on 20th, march 2016 many of goods are found in damage condition, mattresses are in pathectic condition i had informed them the same they came up with such a small amount of compensation of rs 2500. That to they had not yet deliver i was continuous in touch with lalit mishra he said cheque is ready and he will send the courier and make many promises but not fulfill any of them
Now even he do not pick the call and i had send him the message but he do not have time to reply on the message.

Really poorest services i have ever experienced

I hired agarwalpackers.com (the company) to shift my household goods from Gurgaon to Delhi.

This is very frustrating to state that I made a huge mistake by giving the contract to Agarwal Packers and Movers Limited

I have incurred multiple losses and I am still waiting to get the promised compensation given to me over email by the company.

The packing team in Gurgaon was the worst I have ever seen. They broke the Su-kam inverter machine and the power plug, broke table wheels, cracked a 60 liter water bucket, broke book self stands, stole about Rs.700 from ladies wallet, stole a Samsung original head set, dented a steel Almira, destroyed a valuable book cover while opening the cartoon, damaged plastic chairs as they did not pack these at all. Multiple items were not packed at all and were taken in open conditions. Multiple items are still missing as your team packed haphazardly item from kitchen with items from study room, items from bed-room with items from dining hall, items from bathroom with beauty items.

Also I want to emphasis that the cartons were not numbered to match with the list and no documents were handed to me regarding which carton contained which items so that I could have a check while unpacking.

Some of these damages were reported instantly as were apparent. Many are being discovered at a later stage due to the unorganized packing that was done.

I have been following your gurgaon branch for almost a week to settle my claim and have not received anything despite false commitments. I was first told that carpentar would be there at the decided time, he never came. Then, i was asked to send photographs and despite follow ups for 1 week and almost 100 calls nobody came to my place to check the damage.

The numbers where i have followed up are: [protected], [protected] (Anju), sunil. These guys even told me that the maximum damage claim is 30% of the declared value then what is the point of insurance? I do not require money rather i wish my household items to be repaired as promised. I can not keep waiting for months so that your guys can come and settle the claim. I already had to move out the damaged items because nobody came for the survey even after committed dates.


Initially the cargo was moved from gurgaon to bangalore with gc number 4801824. My transfer got cancelled and the entire stuff was shifted back from your bangalore warehouse to gurgaon. This was moved under gc number: 4477281


Please note that my household items were with agrawal movers and packers only for the entire 3 weeks.

The entire items set was insured at 1 lac inr.


The damages are mentioned below:


1. Fully automatic washing machine: totally damaged


2. Doubled bed: corners damaged, ply damaged


3. Wooden almirah: rear ply damaged from all the sides


4. Computer table: shelf damaged


5. Kitchen glass crockery damaged


I have paid almost 82000 to move my household items and this is the treatment that i am getting from your concerned departments.

I no longer hold the capacity to call your concerned departments as it is costing me huge payments for my phone bill only.


I also wish the entire settlement to be handled gracefully. I no longer hold faith in your movers and packers company and would want to share my experience on the social website to make everybody aware of my ordeal.


My case may not cause you much trouble but i am pretty sure that i can make move attention at your company's way of handling, your employees (Who make false promises) and everything with the photographs.

I have booked agarwal packers & movers to shift my household items from pune to bijnor. My gc no - 4484607.
My household items loaded on 29th april 2016 from pune and they committed that it will be delivered at bijnor within 7 days.
Today 12 days completed and i didn't receive my consignment. When i call to their tracking department, they say it will deliver by tomorrow, it happened since last 6 days. No one is ready to provide me correct information about my consignment.
When i call to their branch office, they provide another contact no.
When i try to call new contact no they provide me one more another contact no but no one is ready to provide me correct detail, what happened with my household items.

I have shifted my household from chennai to noida and unloading there are lot things which have got damaged. Crockery, led tv, sofa set, wall clock to name few. The bill number is 4421899 / package number is 4801010. This was booked from kolathur branch and concerned person is mr rajendra. I have been following with him on call and mail for the last month and there is no response on this.
This is not the kind of service which i have expected from a reputed co like yours.

Pls give a solution for this and revert is expected.

I had hired agarwal packers and movers pvt ltdto deliver my house hold goods from pune to bangalore. All the conversation were done on phone and when asked about their office address, they said that they would send their workers to collect the goods and no need to come to office. We were not aware about these frauds and thought that the dealer is a legal agarwal packers and movers. They delivered my household items but they did not unpack any of the items. We had to hire a carpenter and unpack the goods and get the fittings done. However, we found our dining table was broken. When informed about the same to the dealer, they said that they will repay using insurance and now its almost a month, they have not reverted back and not receiving my call. They have charged me 30000 rs. And also did not give me a valid bill. Their contact numbers are [protected] & [protected]. The dealer who i was speaking to was named rahul. When we asked for their address in pune, they said that they do not have any pune office.

I have relocated from Hyderabad to Gurgaon. My stuff was delivered at my Gurgaon residence on 7th April. I had claimed insurance for Rs1500 which was approved in a mail dated 22nd April from Anju Bhatt (claim.[protected]@drsindia.in). I have sent my bank account details but The company is not settling the claim. Whenever I call them, they either don't answer the call or they just say it will be done the next day. I have already followed up atleast 13 times on phone and multiple mails. But they have still not initiated the settlement amount.

I booked my household goods from Mumbai to Kolkata through Agarwal Packers and Movers on 8th of April 2016. They committed me it will reached to Kolkata between 8-to 10 day accordingly I came to Kolkata on 18th of april and try to trace my household goods status as they committed they will contact us once it reach to Kolkata office but once I did not get any call then I followed on given no for Kolkata branch [protected] someone pick the call and given another no [protected] for enquiry .i called that no Mr. subrato pick the call and told me he will revert me in 10 min so I waited for his call but I did not get any response I called him again for asking about my shipment status again he said same wait for ten min I waited for given time line again I called him he disconnected the call . Next day again I called him he picked and same response after that he did not pic my call through my cell no approx. I tried 150 times finally I tried with other no they pick the call and same statement they said 10 min. During this time I stayed in hotel because did not received my house hold goods . then I called to company toll free no they pick and transferring my call to here and there finally someone respond my call his name was Mr. reddy he took the local person on con call and confirm I my shipment will deliver on 21st of april morning . so I followed him 21st april they send my households with lots of damage and 2 shipment got messing . again I called him but they told they don’t know about missing shipment they given me Mumbai no [protected] I called them miss Priyanka patil pick the call and ask for ten min but I did not get any response so I followed him but no satisfactory answer where is my missing part for damage inspection they provide other no [protected] Mr hanish kumar he picked the call and told me he will get back once they recive the GC no[protected] document till today they are just asking for time and my missing items are not traceable . Then I called to Mr. P.D singh he told me your shipment wrongly went to hydrabad you will get in tow days after two day agin I call him for status but this time he is using abusing language and mentally harassing .
I updated in same on mails but I did not get any reply form Agarwal packers and movers.
Due to this I loosed my time as well as money and my goods are damage and still no response from them. Attaching all the mail communication and relevant document I’ve call details also I tried to reach them around 500 times it’s harassing me mentally and economically it’s hampering my service also .till today no response from company .

My goods are shifting from jabalpur(Mp) to kolkata(Wb). The deal finalized by dev singraha and took all money in advance(34000/-) and promised stuff like, all the goods will be safe, truck will not get changed in between and deliver it on time, but they had not fulfilled any of the. Truck got changed in between, my few items are damaged and they deliverd the goods 4 days later. No contact number of driver was given at first after insisting dev many time, he gave me the fake number. No contact in between, no body was picking up the phone easily. Dev is the main culprit because he was controlling everything and whole company is kind of fake.
Note: its not the main agarwal packers which works in whole asia, its local(Mp) based agrawal packers. Very bad service at both end. They also did not sent any staff for unloading.

Hi, i have gone under a tremendous pain to follow up agarwal packers team... I approached for house hold items shifting from hyd to vijayawada on 23rd april 2016 with a gc no : 4486726... Things have come but no one has come for unpacking goods... Since morning they were telling that they are coming in half an hour... Surprisingly from afternoon no one is responding to my calls. Mr. Sandeep & mrso. Jyothi absconded & mr. Kishan from vijayawada is reckless and doesn't bother to answer calls

The highlight is even customercare person disconnected call in the middle of the conversation [protected].

The way this agarwal drs group connects with the customer is absolutely pathetic.
I will be going to file a case on consumer court for refund of my amount

I have booked my household items and personal car i 20 up 32 cx 6328 from lucknow to guwahati on 30.03.2016. All the payments are made. The household goods are delivered. But the car is yet to deliver. It is known that the car was not send by carrier and while taking by road it was seized by police near assam border and challaned to the court. Surprisingly how it has happened beyond imagination. Several times your agency was approached by myself and my representative at lucknow. The contact person of your agency is mr. Mandol ([protected]) who sits in your office at transport nagar, lucknow[protected]. Unfortunately i am stationed at bangalore for my wifes treatment and unable to move for another few months. Your people are taking the matter seriously. Under these circumstances i hope you will expedite the matter and deliver my car at guwahati urgently. Your agency did a demage before transporting and i had to incurr rs 20000.00 for changing the steering lock also.
